I keep receiving an invoice from this company for services rendered and i live in the usa with verizon service. Airtel, get your # together. I’ve reached out several times on this matter and i keep receiving a bill.

    I ported my no.[protected] from idea to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. I tried to call customer care but there is no option to connect. My sim is OFF from last 6 days. I am trying to recharge it but it didn't work as well.Please help.

      On 03rd July 2020, at 12:03 AM I recharged 638 INR to Airtel Money from my bank account through Phonepe App. The amount has been deducted, but the recharge was unsuccessful as it did not reflect in airtel app. It's been 2 days and the money hasn't been refunded, although the company promises to refund by 24 Hours. Please kindly note that, since the recharge was unsuccessful, I recharged for the second time at 10 AM on the same day again for 638 INR, which was succesful. When I wrote to [protected]@airtel.com about the issue via e-mail. They have replied negligently without cross verifying properly by saying that the recharge was successful (referring to my second time recharge). Therefore I demand by money which got deducted at the first unsuccessful transaction to be refunded as soon as possible.

        I have ordered a fasttag for my car on airtel payments bank with trust and belief that, i will get it on expected timelines of 14- 16 days. I have ordered it on airtel thanks app on 15 june 2020. I got a sms saying on 3 July that my fasttag is generated and shipped. Since 3 july, the status showed as "shipped" in airtel thanks app, but it is not delivered even after 1 week since the status is marked as "shipped". I called airtel bank customer care multiple times, mostly i got ivr message saying that all customer support execuitves are busy on other calls. With much difficulty, i reached airtel customer support 4 times till now. Every time they are replying me to wait for 1- 2 working days, but i never got the fasttag till now. I have mailed the airtel bank support email id [protected]@airtelbank.com, pno, grievance. Officer etc, but it is of no use. Every time they are providing some ticket number (Upto now i got 3 ticket numbers (4711728, 4693740, 4682797). Every time they provided some consignment number to track with dtdc courier (Consignment number - x[protected] with comments saying that the consignment number is ready for tracking in 1 - 2 working days, but i was never able to track the consignment number in dtdc. Always i get no data found message, if i track in dtdc website. Today, i called airtel bank customer support again and got reply saying that dtdc has some issues, so they will deliver fasttag through india post. I asked for exact timeline when i will get fasttag as already 1 month passed. The customer support said as soon as possible. I am very frustated with this kind of delay / worst service provided by airtel payments bank. I started loosing trust in airtel. Can you please help to escalate this issue to some senior officer in airtel?

          Hi Team,

          I have recharged my mobile number -[protected] on 15th May 2020 with an amount of 574 rupees through Airtel thanks app using my amazon pay balance.

          I have raised the issue with airtel customer care on the same day under ref [protected] & followed by emails to 121 desk however nothing has happened. When I checked the issue with the Amazon customer support team & I received a response that amount was successfully sent to merchant/vendor Airtel.

          Could you please look into this matter urgently since it has been two months I am chasing airtel customer service team but unfortunately i am not receiving any kind of positive response.

            I have tried online recharging using airtel thanks app on 01st june 2020 for rs149 and paid through g-pay. Amount had deducted but recharge failed.

            It's been a month still i have not received the refund.

                I ported my number from vodafone to airtel on 27th june 2020. After that incoming calls were not coming to my number. Calls were coming only from airtel network.
                I raised a complaint regarding this on 27th june, service request cumrc[protected]
                After that today i went to airtel store from where i ported my number and they issued me another sim telling that your issue will be resolved.
                After activation of new sim iam gettings calls from airtel and jio but when dialing from vodafone or idea it is saying number does not exist.
                I followed each and every thing which was guided by airtel team to do, but still airtel has not resolved my issue. It has been more than 7 days with same issue.
                Iam missing my important official calls which is affecting my job. Also everyone is getting irritated whoever calls to my number as it says number does not exist.

                  I have been to sr nagar airtel outlet regarding my old corporate numbers reactivation with all my documents necessary for reactivating my company phone numbers, at airtel office executive name anthony and ethsham are asking for commission for reactivating my office numbers and asking me to go to begumpet office.. I have provided them all the documents necessary for reactivating my sims.. But still they not activating my sims and not giving me proper response asking me for extra money for doing my work. Sir please look into this matter as soon as possible

                      I have done my recharge through airtel thanks app of rs 149 on dated[protected] time 1:50 but only a message was sent from airtel that "your airtel mobile is not recharged successful we will refund the money in 7 working days."but still the amount is not refunded on my account. Refund the money.

                      I have done my recharge through airtel thanks app of rs.149 dated[protected] time 1:50 but the recharge was unsuccessful though the amount get debited from my account.And I only received a message regarding that "the amount will be refunded back" but still it is not been refunded back .

                          The retail store of airtel are making me run everyday from one store to another since two weeks and after 3 sim swap attempts the sim does not register to service the rep at store tells me everything was successful but from backend they have some "problem" which they do not know of??
                          What the hell am i supposed to do? Can someone from higher authority tell resolve this issue im just trying to get my old number back because it was damaged coming out in this pandemic is really risky

                            It's been 2 weeks i've been running from one airtel store to another to get my sim swap in this pandemic, and after all the procedures my sim does not get registered to the network and the retail store always say "sir please buy another sim and try again" i e totally bought 3 sim cards and this problem does not go away, they say everything is right but from back end issue is there now someone tell me what the hell am i supposed to do when it's not even my fault who is disabling my sim.

                                        I have already registered a complaint regarding amount deduction. I was about to recharge my prepaid pack through airtel thanks app, amount was deducted from my sbi account but recharge was not done. The complaint status shows that it is been notified to the service provider and said amount will be refunded within 7 days. But till today i did not receive the refunded amount.
