Dear airtel team,

I got recharge done on 13th september (Rs :345). Its validity is 28 days.
Yesterday only my data got disconnected and on checking balance for data pack. Message was coming that ur pack has got expired.
I was very important work and it got stuck due to this. Its very disheartening that despite airtel being such a big network provider still i faced this issue. On calling 198 for customer complaint...

This is raju... I have been using airtel number from last few years... Few days back it has been deactivated and same number has been given to someone in somewhere else. I have used same number in bank account/ transaction... Without our permission how could they deactivate the number which has been using...

So called technical issue is not resolved for 3 days. Activated plan is for 10 days - international roaming which cost rs.1199. After that rs.99 got deducted and reason is rental charges for international network. After the plan activation, rs.290 got deducted and balance is zero. With zero balance we cannot use data and calls. Issue is not resolved for 3 days. Called for 6 times and got very irresponsible answer from senior people. Hopefully...

The network quality in south bombay particularly in byculla east has gone from bad to worst. Almost mandatory call drops and connectivity issues and when we connect voice is bad and call drops. After complaining customer care Airtel or nodal officer they ask me to send cancelled cheque to get back my amount. Hi, i recharged my and my wife's number with rs. 1199 to activate malaysia 10 day international roaming plan. Now when i use internet while i am in malaysia, i am being charged for it from my main account balance.

I bought an international roaming pack for the usa for inr 3999 for my prepaid number [protected] which is supposed to give me call, sms and data privileges. However i am unable to make any outgoing calls and my data is not working. This puts me in a nightmarish position while roaming internationally as i can't call a cab or call someone in case of an emergency. I am using this postpaid 4g lte dongle from last 2 years but from almost 3 - 4 months, i am facing the network issue. The dongle will connect for 10 - 15 mins and then it will be disconnected and i have to reconnect multiple time. I have complaint multiple time but every time they have guided me to reset my dongle, id, and password which worked only for 1 days then again the same issue.
