I am using this postpaid 4g lte dongle from last 2 years but from almost 3 - 4 months, i am facing the network issue. The dongle will connect for 10 - 15 mins and then it will be disconnected and i have to reconnect multiple time. I have complaint multiple time but every time they have guided me to reset my dongle, id, and password which worked only for 1 days then again the same issue.

I am very disappoint from these all services. They are charging unnecessary amount which i didn't use.in the same month i have requested on 19th of july for call back from manager but i didn't receive any call still they are charging 100rps late fee charges from my account.

I lost my phone inside jnu campus though ring is going but i want it to be blocked, so futher no one can miss use it. My phone no is [protected] and [protected]. It important for safety purpose and lot more important contacts numbers are there in that phone which i lost. I wish may i got back but still its important to registered complaint. I have tried through online 4 times, 3 times using online banking for rs 399, and once with credit card. Today i went to a shop and tried with rs 399. The shopkeeper also got a message saying unsuccessful. He contacted the customer care and was told that 399 offer is no more available for my no when in fact it shows availability...

I have been using airtel post paid number since 2013 and then ported to karnataka circle in 2015 (Airtel noida to airtel karnataka), before 2013 this number was on vodafone network.
From past 45 days, i am not able to receive any incoming calls and callers getting a response that this is an invalid number. I am not able to send/recieve messages thus not able to perform any banking transaction.
As this is my primary cug number...

Whenever i call on 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer.
This is worst service, as a customer i have no way to solve my problem....

I put ten day ir pack for malaysia it includes unlimited calls and 3 gb network pack. But i cant use data. They charged for using data service. Totally i raised the complaint 8 times but they don't rectify my problem. Problem is in their network side. So i asked to refund the amount for not using the data service. But they said they have no option to refund. Only have option to provide fake ad's lol....

My airtel payments account is blocked for account no [protected] for the last few days and i am not able to re-genarate my mpin by providing the personal details required from me, hence please arrange for resetting my mpin or call me back immediately as i need to reload money in my account as the same has been blocked by the company and i am unable to reload money nor rechrage any of my accounts....

I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....
