My Airtel fiber internet went down around 5pm on 17th May. Even today, after multiple follow up calls to Airtel Customer Support their technical team has not even bothered to visit my home to troubleshoot the problem. Each time I call I am assured that my problem will be resolved expeditiously. But nothing happens. I have made about 10 calls over the last 6 days. The case has even been escalated. But no resolution in sight. Just a few weeks ago my Airtel internet had gone down on 25th April. Then too, it required multiple follow up calls before it was finally resolved on 1st May. 6 days later. AIRTEL has cheated me!

    I requested Xstream Fiber Broadband Connection on the date of 3rd May 2023 with a payment online from the Airtel app.

    I got a message from the Airtel "Due to some feasibility constraints in your locality, the New Airtel Xstream Fiber Connection request could not proceed.

    Still have not received the refund Amount, Please look asap.

        I have Airtel sim, due to network issue I want to port this sim to other telecom company but porting code is not generating . It showing " there are subsisting contractual issue with your service provider " and there is no way to contact Airtel as they are not connecting me with customer care and there is no way left to contact them .

          We have recharged for Rs 300 for 50 GB data and you have sent instant message confirming the recharge had been done successfully but still your IVR recorded message does not show the data balance.
          This is a severe negligence on your part and instead of rectifying your deficiency and negligence you are blabing us that the concerned recharge had not been done successfully.

                I RECENTLY PORT MY SIM TO BSNL TO AIRTEL, AT FIRST IT WAS GOOD BUT SUDDENLY THE DATA CONNECTION BECAME VERY UNSTABLE, I cannot use it in my room, my calls drops after some time, I have tried to reach their customer executives and they did nothing. its 7th day I am still facing the problem. very bad customer support by airtel. no resolution has taken from airtel. airtel is the worst.

                    Airtel has been giving me a hard time and keeps sending me bills of[protected] every month. I am being charged for international roaming every month even though it was never activated by me.
                    The number was never available on international network but Airtel has charged me for the same.
                    On contacting customer care, they keep raising a ticket and say I will get a callback but that never happens and the ticket is closed.
                    Now they will even charge me for late payment as I am in no position to pay such a huge bill specifically when I never used the services.
                    Highly disappointed with Airtel. On trying to move out from Airtel, they are not even letting me do that stating illegitimate reasons.

                      I've made a wrong recharge of amount 666 on 18/05/23. I would like have a complete refund of the amount as the beneficiary has not utilized a single SMS/Call/Internet Service of the package. Below are the details of the recharge. Please process it on priority or else I'll have to escalate this to Consumer Forum as your executive on call has completely denied any service.

                        I recharged via Net banking on 13-Jul 2022 for an amount of Rs 455, the amount was debited but the recharge was not successful. I got a message from Airtel stating a refund will be processed, but to date, I haven't got the refund.

                        Transaction date -13-Jul at 6.30 am
                        Amount -Rs 455/-

                        On 13th Jul, I made 2 transactions towards Airtel. One was @ 6.30am failed but amount debited, second @1.30pm which was successful.
                        First transaction amount is not credited.

                        I have been complaining Airtel team via call, escalated on facebook, and visited the store and via email, all the time they are saying the funds are held by HDFC, but my bank replied the funds were settled to Airtel.

                        Airtel team cheated by taking my money.

                          I am Airtel postpaid customer ( [protected]) for more than 10 years. I was on international travel for 4 days (3rd to 6th April 2023). Last month, I received a the bill with GPRS charge approx Rs 4300. I never activated any international roaming service or GPRS.

                          I was not aware GPRS was activated until I get the Airtel bill. Now I am sending mail to 121 mail Id, I am not getting response except Acknowledge. And customer care is so helpless, they have only sentence - :"International roaming pack was added automatically for your security purpose. Bill is correct, You have to pay".

                          I did not request them for this service nor they haven't provided me any service during this period.

                          Seeking you help on the issue.

                              My airtel sim is barred without any intimation on nov 2022 then after asking airtel store they told document issue like then i submit all require document. after 50 days my sim is activated.
                              then again barred march 28th 2023, I called up again. This time the airtel representative said, incorrect documents were submitted. When I asked which document was incorrect. He said he didn't know and nobody in Airtel can tell me that. He suggested a list of documents which had to be submitted, which was nothing but same set of documents I submitted last time. Now I don't know actually what was wrong in my previous document submitted to Airtel and I fear the whole process will repeat with Airtel. But nobody was able to tell what was incorrect in first place.still now am not receive my number

                                Hi sir,

                                I live in Wagholi, Pune - 412207.

                                From last 10 days, there is some issue in internet, it get down by morning and resumes by night we are not able to do our office work and they are generating bills without any delay instead of providing services.

                                I tried to reach their support, but they have Airtel Thanks App, on which the format to raise complain is also changed, only bot options are there we can't contact the company anyhow.

                                Airtel is just fooling people by not providing proper services but charging amount from customer, it becomes very difficult to work and has to look for other options.

                                Kindly take some action against Airtel, to provide services for customer are paying.

                                  Not getting UPC Cord after sending message

                                  Sir my number was port on dated 15th Feb 2023, on 18th May.2023 i am sending Port request in 1900, the message is coming that your UPC request has been rejected due to attempting to generate Porting code within 90 days. but if we calculate the total no of days from 15th Feb to 18th May. its 92 days.

                                  I disconnected a connection from airtel over 3 months ago, [Feb] by calling customer care and letting them know I was done with their service because it kept disconnecting randomly, the technician said that they will do whatever it takes to fix it the next day, when it wasn't done the next day, I told customer care, I want to close the connection, they acknowledgeded the request on phone, they initially tried to tell me no sir are you sure, if we raise cancellation then it will negatively affect the technician's job, I was like I dont care man I still dont have internet, I am not paying for this, they reluctantly agreed, I got ACT same day installation and moved on, now I am beginning to doubt that the request for cancellation was never raised to protect the technician's fault for not fixing my line

                                  Now I keep getting a call from random airtel hooligans claiming that my connection is still active and that I need to pay my lapsed bill

                                  Who's at fault here? me? for not taking in writing that I have indeed closed my connection? if it helps, I contacted Airtel through that thanks app they have so I am pretty sure I can get logs of my conversation saying I closed it with them, but the conversation happened on phone and I can't tolerate the hooliganism, everyday 10-20 people random numbers message me saying you need to pay bill but as far as I am concerned I cancelled legally by calling airtel customer care, as a consumer, what else am I supposed to do?

                                  I am extremely fed up of this and need help, it is negatively affecting me dealing with this nonsense everyday

                                  If you believe this is my fault, happy to pay and move on, but no one replies to the emails I send customer care, different hooligans keep harassing every day, no resolution is in sight

                                    I have been trying to separate the Airtel number from Primary number since last month and Airtel not processing the same.
                                    I have called multiple time to airtel on the number separation but they are not processing the request as the number need to physically verified, but when I have taken the number provided all the necessary document for postpaid connection.
                                    Looking at this scenario and I am out of station and residing in different city all together.

                                    Why airtel need physical verification now to separate the number.

                                      Hi There,

                                      I am an Airtel Broadband customer since past 1 year. I am facing an issue with the broadband connection issue since last 4 days, I have been trying to reach out customer care but no use.

                                      Not even able to talk to customer care, the ticket always say will be resolved in 48 hours, but still not even assigned to the engineer.

                                      When we try to create a new ticket, it is pointing to the existing ticket which is not progressing.
