I have travelled to Singapore on dec 2022. I have opted IR services on. But I never used internet. Still i have charged 6.5rs for 10kb. That costed around 2751rs. Without using data, every 3hrs 10kb is consumed and over all usage is around 195*10kb charged me around 2751.
Customer care doesn't understand the problem they are saying i have used 10kb.
I don't know what all we can do with 10kb data. They have simply charging extra

    Dear Sir

    I had visited Kolkata Park Street Airtel Main store to find out about 5G connectivity. One employee of Airtel in the store told me that I am entitled for one more SIM card . I asked if it will increase my postpaid bill? He said no. Your bill will be same as before.

    After few days I got my postpaid bill with extra charges for new SIM. So I went to the same store again. Same employee told me that do not pay extra amount. Pay your main bill. I paid my regular bill of Rs 1182 for DTH, andd 2 SIM numbers. Third number additional bill was not paid by me.

    In the next bill cycle my main bill it self was Rs. 1464/= instead of Rs. 1182/=

    That means the employee of the Kolkata Park Street Airtel store gave me wrong information.

    Please cancel my third SIM card number [protected] as I do not need the same. And coorect my bill to 1182/=

        So i mistakely recharge with 181pack which give 1gb per day but not know about that it not give unlimited call, so for that i again recharge with 151 plan which give 1gb and unlimited call so technically I have 1gb+1gb =2gb of net for 24day and unlimited call for 24 day, so 1 st day i got 2gb of net but next day it give only 1gb of net and i check right now they again give only 1gb of net but show 181 pack is active and expire on 23 April 2023

            Broadband services got disconnected on Saturday afternoon and still the issue is not resolved after 4 days and 21 calls customer care.
            Spoke with multiple associates, Senior associates, Managers and none of them provided resolution.

            So many promises were made like allow me sometime to get it resolved, sir, field is not answering, I'll get it resolved by tomorrow morning..

            they have been providing the diversions instead of resolutions. None of the filed agents callled me and even If I called to agent who installed me, he is saying that we can only work when we the ticket assigned to me they are not even taking the ownership to resolve the issue. even the managers are assigning a different agent to and they are not even providing the alternative solutions.

            Who will compensate the time taken to call them 21 times, I recharged data multiples times and will they compensate the time taken to workj on this issue, such a irresponsible customer services. Please look into this.

              I have taken add on Data pack for 65Rs
              it showed message that, while recharging it is applied for Current pack
              so I recharged / buy a plan.

              Later my data pack not activated.

                On 25th of feb i registered for a new wifi connection in airtel of airtel xtreme . my wifi got installed the same day but because of some glitch in companies software my number was not registered and as per the given description of the wifi i was getting a landline number which i didnt recieve . infact i didnt even had the wifi's password until one of the engineers gave a company password to me hence the wifi was working. the company wa to give some services with the wifi like providing free channels to watch on there app but because my number was not registered i cannot even sign in there app.
                my wifi didnt work at some times when i contacted thew local provider of airtel they told me to register the complain in there toll free number
                when i called them i got to know that i cannot register any complaints as my number wasnt even registered . Its been a month since i have been calling and there has been no follow ups ever since .

                  Due to poor service of airtel i tried to generate UPC code for my [protected] mobile but each and every time i am getting following error:- UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                  After contacting airtel store they said that we dont know about this please contact customer care, while contacting customer care they said that kyc verficication isn’t started yet.

                  Please help in porting my contact no.

                    I've taken 6 months of Airtel Xtream fiber with the price of 4000/- on 3Rd Nov 2022.Made payment on the link provided by Airtel representative. The payment was success from my side. xtream purchased through sales manager

                    They gave 6 month combo offer, and Amazon and Disney hotstar 3month free, That's why am changing my existing tata sky dth and local broadband if any tariff different mean i continued as on same network. recently i got mail from Airtel to pay bill …I was purchased with 6 month combo…how it would come within 3 month itself.., then i spoke customer care and sales manager, they said 3 months only paid 2600 from customer care, and sales manager said 4.5 months tariff given, if 4.5 month tariff mean is just per month 826 rs without offer whoever get this 4000 bulk payment, .I don't understand

                    amount which I paid u has validity of still 1.5month more….how your are calculating? Y I should pay again and again….Airtel is a big network I didn’t expect this from them…kindly give a proper response for my amount which I paid Rs.4, 000

                    here i attached Airtel broadband no and bill copy and recently received 4.5 month tariff slip, and mode of payment acknowledgement.
                    my main problem that time your representative don't gave any acknowledgement,

                    From your side they asked me to pay the bill before 28th….so kindly solve this issues as soon as possible

                      I have recharged on 23rd March 2023. Still my plan hasn't activated yet. So, on March 27th I have recharged it again hoping it will activate my plan but still my plan is not activated.

                        Airtel has falsely deducted 10 rs from my account balance. Despite not answering or making any calls they have deducted the amount. 20 rs has already been deducted. I had faced similar issue back in December as well where I had lost 80 rs from my balance because of this malpractice. Either you justify the reason for deduction with proof or else I'll be forced to escalate this issue at higher level.

                            We have raised complaint against network issue many times but they gives commitment only.
                            Every time they said we will solve your problem in next 48 hrs or next 3 working days but still now they didn't take any actions.
                            I faced network issues from last 6-8 months.
                            Also my neighbour raised same complaint to Airtel customer care through call.

                              I'm not able to recharge my mobile number online for almost three days now. Every time I try to recharge it shows as either recharge unsuccessful or failed. I am not even able to recharge from retail outlet mobile shop. I even had emailed to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should I approach again with the issue. I running out of patience. I feel like throwing the Airtel SIM in the gutter. Once again, before I ran out of patience, I request Airtel customer care through this forum to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I have to port my airtel number from corporate account to personal account. I have submitted my documents on March 13 and again on March 20 in Vijaynagar branch, Bangalore. The branch people have no idea of what is happening. Not able to talk to any customer care or representatives. Very worst service to get ported to same network.
