My wifi is not working from last 7 days and I have talked to your customer care about it for 5 days now they always say ground team will contact you in 4 hour but I have never been contacted. You guys have worst service but you are always ahead to take money.

          I was recharged by UPI from Airtel thanks apps on 24/05/2023 but amount debited from my account but recharge not successful.by Airtel euronet online recharge.

            From yesterday evening I am not able receive and make any call, getting "not registered on network " error while calling.

            I have tried with re starting mobile, reinserted sim etc...but still not workinh

              I did not receive Amazon prime membership which is included in the 699rs Airtel plan.
              I cannot contact Airtel customer service, on their app the chat bot says issue not related and when i contact the customer service phone number, it's an automated bot call which is useless doesn't help in any way
              And i even contacted Amazon customer service, they told me to get entitlement ID from Airtel but how can I get it when Airtel doesn't let me ask such thing in their customer service.

                  Hi Airtel team,

                  My name is Dileep Kumar Singh. I lost my Airtel Mobile number [protected] on 07 June 2023 . I was using this number for about 14 or 15 years. When I had purchased this SIM card I had given my document to the retailer. Now, customer care is saying that it is not of my name. It is on the name of Narayan M. They are not blocking this SIM card as well as issuing the duplicate sim to me. It might be a mistake of the Retailer/Distributer. I know one thing that I had given my documents when I had purchased SIM card in K. R. Puram, Bangalore. This number is connected with my Aadhar Card, Banks, Credit Cards, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, EPF, PAN Card, ITR, EPF, Gmail, Whatsapp, Naukri websites, all the earlier employer and everywhere this number was circulated.

                  As I am unable to get this number I am facing a lot of issues. This Airtel number is very important for me because I was using this number for more than 15 years.. I need this number, pls let me know what needs to be done.

                    I recently installed a new Airtel wifi connection in Nainital[protected]. However my account also shows an active DTH connection against my number [protected]-001 which is not mine. The customer care is saying call after a week for amendment.

                      I recharged the mobile number [protected] on 31st may 2023 using Airtel app and received a message that it failed and received a message that refund will happen within a day.

                      I again recharged successfully for the same number on 1st May 2023.

                      I didt get the refund and approached the nearest Airtel office on 1st evening and they asked me to wait for some more days for the refund to happen.

                      I contacted the same Airtel office on 5.06.2023 and details were provided thru 198 and they replied that they will process the refund and it will happen within a week.

                      As the refund did not happen, again after a week's time on 13.06.2023, I visited the same Airtel office. they connected to 198 and they said the refund has happened.

                      I again checked my bank details and called again, mentioning that the refund has not happened. Received reply that refund will not happen as the request came on 5.6.2023 only, after 4 days hence refund will not happen.

                      Hence i am writing to you to take necessary action for necessary refund at the earliest as it is already delayed.

                      Find below the message received on refund.

                      Hi, Payment of Rs. 155.0 has failed for your Airtel Mobile [protected]. Any amount,
                      if debited will be refunded to your source account within a day. Please keep order ID
                      [protected] for reference.
                      Hi, we have processed Rs. 155.0 for your Airtel Mobile [protected]. The payment
                      will be updated within 1 hrs. Please keep your order ID[protected] for
                      future reference. Track your payment status via https://i.airtel.in/Recharge-Bills

                          I have a number [protected] (airtel prepaid). I am trying since May 29, 2023.. Visited airtel. Customer care center in Jaipur too, he says complaint has been raised and you will get a message for your complaint resolution.

                          Apart from this, customer care guy says to lodge complaint in consumer court, what a fun.

                          Kindly take some urgent still action on Airtel Co. It is hard to deal with them.

                                I replaced my sim card with new one. Store representative told me 24 hour but it's been more than 50 hours still my sim card not activated. Not even showing network. I contacted customer care but he is saying my sim card is active. I changed the sim to another mobile but no benefit. Now I can't go to store because it is 250 kms far from my town. Please help me out of this. Thank you.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any acknowledgement or resolution for this matter.

                                  I made the payment on 11th June 2023 and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, the payment has not been reflected in my account numbers[protected] and[protected]

                                  I kindly request your immediate attention and a prompt resolution to this issue.

                                    I would like to raise the same complaint for my Airtel prepaid phone number bearing [protected]. Inspite of having sufficient balance I am unable to make calls and I am also getting an automated reply as ‘U HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE A CALL and gets disconnected. I have faced a lot of problems because of it, unable to make important calls at most urgent times.

                                    I tried contacting airtel helpline and even that gets disconnected, because of insufficient balance. It requires a minimum balance of 50paise.
                                    I called up customer care services so many times but nobody is taking the responsibility and no one ready to take up this issue seriously. Sometimes i was put on hold for some 15 min or more than that saying they are transferring this call to somebody else and they never come back. Sometimes they themselves cut off the call.Sometimes they say its a problem with your handset and on other occasions they say that they will rectify the problem within 2 days, but there was nothing done. I am highly disappointed with the way you guys are responding.I am facing a lot of problems because of this.

                                    Please make sure that this doesn’t happen again.
