I have recharged my mobile no [protected] for rs 379/-(399-20/app discount ) through airtel thanks app and amount has been deducted and got a message from customer care that Txn ID:[protected] but sim is not recharged yet, I have tried calling customer care since last 2 days but not getting any opstion to connect with u then at last I mailed to 121, ceo and some nodal officer mail id from my regiestered mail id with you even I regiestered my complain in consumer forum portal but did not get any response from your side . After waiting 2 days I am going to recharge my mobile once again for 449/- so plz now return the previous amount of 399/- bcz now the previous recharged would be waste if after 15 or 20 days u will solve that, 8 have faced much difficulties not having recharge for 2 days, was unable to call anywhere and now I want my money back any how from the previous recharge .

Note- me and my family using airtel sim since last many years but this type of customer care response I didnt see anywhere else, I did everything to rectify my problem, calling, tweeting, mailing everything, plz do the needful it's our hard earned money .
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
