So i was offered a data pack of RS 249(now Rs 298) with REDMI Note 8 Pro which packs 4GB of daily data. For the first Month the data pack worth recharging but from the next month only 2GB was working with decent speed and the rest of the data (2GB)
Was downgraded with the speed of only 64KBPS
I called the Airtel customer care seriver every month for about 30-40 times but every time they give some useless tips that doesn't work, they downgraded the speed and now they aren't increasing it
And some time the customer care service agents talk too rudel
I am attaching two screenshots you can clearly see that.

    My Airtel setup box ID is [protected].
    I took airtel xstream connection in March 2020 at house no. 20, Minar Road, Karnal. Before and at the time of installation I was told by the representatives that I am entitled to Zee5 app for free for one year. However no such service has been given. Customer care team is least helpful. Either they do not receive the call or they tell that senior/boss will talk. Then they make us to wait for 20-30 minutes at a stretch on hold but no one attends the call and then the line is disconnected. Local representative was extremely arrogant when contacted on phone and no one is ready to own any responsibility. I am no more interested in availing such services and neither I will recommend this service to anyone. I request you to take back the equipment and refund my money.

    I, Yunus K Motiwala unfortunately having Airtel Boadband internet connection ID[protected]_dsl and Landline ID [protected] have to say that plan used my me is of 40 Mbps, but not getting more than 10 Mbps at any given time. Nor my landline is functional right from day one. Pleases help me in the matter on urgent basis. My contact registered mobile # [protected] and email ID [protected]@yahoo.com. Thanks if you are going to help me.
    Hi, Am not using Airtel internet. I had prepaid connection before. and that has been ended and airtel people have converted the prepaid connection to postpaid without my concern, and the bill is being generated from last 3 months with out internet being activated. If I call customer care they are not responding. For the mistake of service provider why we have to suffer! Kindly take an initiative to solve this, if not I will file a complaint against this. And will take the issue to consumers court. my landline number is [protected]

      Right now 22 april i have done recharge of 180 the amount is deducated but i did not got any messages of recharge not even internet is working these happens earlier also.

        Ello this is to bring to your notice. That online recharge remitted amount is not updated in spite of getting message from airtel portal that payment successful. On attempting to use the phone for calling desired numbers the prompt from airtel server is "your call cannot be processed as there is no sufficient balance balance in credit.. The mobile no in question is [protected] of ap and telangana circle./ an amount of rs! 49 was remitted through net banking on 21/04/2020 at 10.12 am. The hdfc bank portal from where the payment was donerelayed a message" thanks for paying rs.! 49 from a/c xxxx7950 to citrusairtel via netbanking "... Airtel portal further acknowledged" payment sucessful "quoting transaction ref no[protected]. However subsequently when customer attempted to call the airtel portalrelayed message like" the call cannot be progressed as there is no balance in credit "...

          Respected sir,
          My sim stop working suddenly while using mobile. I have reinserted sim several times and tried to insert sim in other mobile but showing no signal. I thought it's network issue in the area so i spoke to my neighbour about the network problem but he told he is recieving full network. I'm not able to communicate with airtel customer care on 121 or 111 both number are showing wrong. I have raised a mail on mail id [protected]@ng. Airtel.com but i didn't get any solution about signal problem on my sim card.
          In digital india we have every task link with mobile number. I'm job less without my mobile number.
          So it's my humble request to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            I tried to recharge my data pack yesterday (21/04/2020) but the recharge failed and the amount was deducted. Until now, the recharge hasn't been successful. I tried contacting the Airtel customer care services but there was no response. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              I had never faced such type of problem ever from last two days my Airtel sim is showing no service and emergency call only I can't even call the customer service care 121 nor 198 to sort out or make a conversation to sort out the problem I request to fix the problem ASAP or give some helpful suggestions to fix it.

                  Raised a complaint on 18th with broadband not working. The resolution time was 22nd on the call. I get a message the next day which is 19th that the engineer visit will visit. This did not happen until eod even after call follow ups.

                  I waited until today 22nd considering the pandemic to get another message that it is delayed until 29th. Is this a joke? They don't realize that i won't be getting paid if my internet is not working. The government is doing all possible ways to prevent the cash outflow of individuals and we have such people who take advantage of the situation.

                    My no is [protected] and address is c-65 anand vihar delhi-92. On 26-3-20, i charged my phone with rs79/- and without making any calls, it was indicated that i have no balance. I again charged with rs79/- again on 28-3-20 but still i could not make any calls. Several times i tried to contact 121 customer care but this is not available. Thus rs158/- is deposited without any calls being made. I fear to deposit more as i will loose money without any benefit. Please allow me to use this amount and keep my phone functioning. I have not been able to make any calls since 26-3-20. Early action is requested. B. S. Jhingan

                      Yesterday on 21 april 2020 i have made recharge on rs 449 for my prepaid airtel number through airtel app by using my icic card however the transaction got failed but money deducted from my bank account.

                        I had paid my airtel broadband bill payment online via the airtel thanks app.
                        The payment was done and ₹707 were debited from my bank account.
                        Now into the airtel thanks app i got the bill for the payment but my internet balance is still zero even after full payment.
                        I had tried to contact all the airtel customer care numbers but there was no response from there. Further i get messeges of downloading some further useless apps from which my complaint still remains unresolved.
                        There is no such complaint option in the airtel thanks app and therefore i wasn't able to lodge any complaints.

                        Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

                            Sir i want to recharge my number then i proceed with airtel bank and debit card of central bank of india. I got otp and i proceed then my balance total of rs548 debited from my debit card and recharge was not done. Then i waited for 24 hour and it does not help me.
                            Then i contact with airtel customer card but they does not respond anything yet and i also contact with central bank of india authority they also do not pickup the call
                            And its taking more time i just want my money back
                            Please help sir.

                              On 21 st april 2020, while my working sim was still in my phone, early morning, the sim is not getting recognised. My mobile prepaid number is [protected]. As a result all my outgoing and incoming calls and data cannot access. I am not getting my bank otp etc..
                              As a result cannot call 121 or 198. Tried calling through other phone, but then there is no option to speak to customer care executive.
                              Kindly look into the matter urgently.
                              Even emails are getting auto relply.
                              I don't understand what is the reason.

                                  I wanted to have Airtel broadband connection so I contacted Airtel executive and the executive came to my place to fill online form, after filling all the information i got a message form 121 for online payment however I made a payment of 4, 128 and the amount has been deducted from my account and payment was failed

                                      On 17 the april 2020 made an online recharge of rs 49 each for my numbers [protected] and [protected] through upi payment

                                      I received the recharge initiated message but not confirmed till date and the money has been deducted.

                                      Am not able to reach their customer care also due to covid19.

                                      Please take action asap

                                        Since today afternoon, i am getting 'network busy' error while making calls and then it gets disconnected. Others trying to call me are getting error that my phone is switched off or out of network.

                                        Please help as i am unable to make or receive calls. Tried switch off, switch on, reboot. Tried manually selecting mobile network. I can see full network in the network bar, also getting data service but unable to make or receive call. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
