Dear sir, ma'am,
I have recharged my airtel digital tv on 10-march-2020 with rs 2000 which have not recharged till now. On 1-march-2020 i talked to one of your customer service manager he assured me that same will be rectified as soon as possible. As i have recharged on customer id which was located on my account on tv later your customer service support person told me that due to some technical issue your digit tv is showing wrong...

I have send many e mails to airtel customer care address and i did not received proper reply.

Dear airtel,

I have recharged online last night around 10:30pm. The recharge amount 558 rs and also money is been deducted from my bank sbi. But recharge not done. I have been trying to reach customer care but ivr only attanding me..

wrong no recharge via airtel thanks app

I try to recharge ph no.[protected].
But wrongly recharged ph. no[protected] in Airtel App Rs.149.

Kindly reverse the amount as soon as possible....

I did a recharge of ₹98 on 9th March on my airtel no. [protected] from their website. The transaction was successful but the recharge didn't reflect on my account. I have complained 3-4 times but airtel did not refund my amount even after a whole month....

no service - airtel

Hi, i’m using airtel as my primary number for so long years. For the past two weeks, it shows ”no service”, i tried to swap the sim to the other mobile but the results are the same ”no service” i tried contacting airtel customer service through my father's phone they didn't answer the call. I'm struggling without a sim could not able to make a call or receive an otp. Please resolve my issue asap....

I have recharged my mobile number -[protected] through airtel app for rs. 449 on 8th april 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference number from bank. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

network and internet issue

Dear sir/ma'am
I have complained about my network issue too much time but there is no result to my complaint. I have raise complain to customer service number since january. They give me just a hope. I am living in a good network coverage but only in my phone network problem while my phone is new. I am too much tired to call customer service. I am an airtel customer for eight to ten year. I think i should change the network operator....

prepaid recharge not successful but amount in paytm deducted

I am rahul. R, one of the customer of your esteemed company. I recharged to my mobile number [protected] of rs.449 on 8th april 2020. The recharge was done via airtel app by linking my paytm account to it. The amount got deducted but the message showing recharge successful has not yet come to my number and the recharge is not updated in my airtel app as well. Please do the necessary things to be done and either activate my recharge or refund...
