I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from pune (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a long time. Now during covid19 i don't have other options for recharge.

1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet.

2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number, it is working fine with other airtel number.

3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number.

I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

    1.Tried with Airtel online,
    2.customer care automatic call recharge, airtel app,
    3.paytm,
    4. googlePay,
    5. phonePay etc.

    Not able to recharge for [protected].

    Please recharge for above number through online portals.

      Hi i am, Rakhi bayen.
      Today i have done a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due to user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

      Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
      I have already tried to connect to customer care several times right after I did the recharge, but they didn't pick up. I also sent emails with the problem. But I got only automated reply. No solution.

      Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

          When i ported in nto airtel the network coverage was fine and internet and calling experience was excellent... But as so many regional customers ported in into airtel in free port in schems it made the internet speed and calling pathetic... The towers in our area has to be calibrated. I am facing this issue since last 3 months... I have given by area code and cell details
          I hope issue will get resolved as soon as possible

                  Aircel recharge failed but amount deducted On 4th april 2020 iam doing airtel recharge of rs 216 but its failed And my money got deducted i was doing recharge from HDFC netbanking I email my issue to [protected]@airtelbank.com but i Not get my deducted amout

                    On March 24th onwards my mobile number deactivated without any notification.
                    More than 25 days I have no options to find out the way, how to reach the Airtel Team (bcoz of COVID-19). my prepaid validity of the pack is reduced day by day
                    I missed my clients' calls for more than 25 days.

                      On march 30th onwards my mobile number deactivated without any notification.
                      More than 20 days i have no options to find out the way, how to reach the airtel team (Bcoz of covid-19).
                      March 28th only recharged my prepaid pack (Order no.[protected]. Till the validity of the pack is reduced day by day (How it happen?).
                      I missed my clients' calls for more than 20 days.
                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          Hello, i'm using your network (4g pack) for the last 10 years. I have recharged for unlimited pack amounting to inr.598 through online on 14th apr'2020. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 7 days got over till now and i'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my interest for these periods. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. Try to be a customer friendly. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process.                             I recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs.349 (399 pack, got 50 as discount) on 12th april from airtel thanks app using google pay as payment option. Money got deducted from my bank account but recharge didn't happen. I dropped multiple mails to customer care email but there is no response. Please help me by refunding the amount to my bank account.

                                I recharge my airtel number with an amount of 399 plan and receive a message from customer care about related to the recharge that they will recharge the within 4 hours but i didn't receive the balance yet.

                                  I have transferred 100rs and 558 rs in 2 different days in airtel money wallet it has been deducted from my bank account but not added to airtel wallet. I have transferred it through gpay account.
                                  I have registered a complaint to airtelcustomer care through mail case no.5632443 it has not been solved and customer care calling s # totally never connects wit person oly the recorded voice s playing out.
                                  Amidst covid 19 u people are cheating us adding more pain to normal people lives. Tats my money earned from hard work please refund it back.

                                      While trying to recharge my phone i lost 219 rupees twice.
                                      The money got deducted from my account both times but the recharge failed.
                                      Usually airtel refunds withing a day but i still have not received a refund.
                                      This incident happened on 04/04/2020 and later again on 06/04/2020.
                                      I request the authorities to do the needful as soon as possible to schedule a refund and i also request for a reply.
                                      I had directly mailed to the airtel mail id but i received no reply which is very disappointing. Even the call centers weren't functioning due to the lock down.

                                        I would like to change my Mpin which was expired .When i am trying to give name and dob as per my aadhar it says details re invalid.I forgot my registration details.I did my KYC recently in Airtel Thanks app and also verified my email there.
