    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking of rs 598 in which there was a discount of rs 40 so 558 was deducted from my account on 9th april 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

      I have recharged my other airtel number of ₹249 using airtel app on my mobile. The money was deducted from bank and even i got the message of money debited. But the recharge never happened. It did not reflected anything at all. Then i recharged my number using other online method. But where is this money went. I want to know how can i get this money back.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Yesterday night I made 448 rs Airtel recharge...amount deducted from my account...but not recharge my Airtel mobile.please go through that .please refund as soon as possible..

          Hi... Through airtel app i had recharged to my mobile number with 449rspack on 14th april 2020 at aroun 10:15 to 10:30 am. Money has been deducted from my bank account linked to airtel app i have received message regarding it from my bank that money has been deducted but recharge is not done. App is also not showing any transaction history regarding this. This is the second time my money has been deducted. I have contacted your customer care number many times and i have also sent many mails to your e-mails but there is no response. I didn't got any clarification regarding my money that has been deducted nor regarding my recharge. Please kindly respond to this complaint, make sure my money is credited or atleast do my recharge don't take my money like this. Thank you.

            I have done recharge Rs 399 by airtel app through phone pe via payment by upi but I have not got recharge and no refund . Even I got transaction id no but nor recharge. So I want to my money back either recharge successful to my mobile number

                I recharged my number [protected] on 11th april, 2020 for rs.598 with airtel thanks app. Recharge failed but money deducted from my bank account. I have posted this message on every possible forum but airtel has not replied back yet. I had to recharge my number again this time using paytm app. Now i have recharged successfully but i want my money back of last failed recharge of rs.598. Kindly help

                  I had done online mobile recharge on 12th of april, 2020 for rs 129 to airtel mobile no [protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the balance is not credited to my phone. The txn id is[protected] and mobile no is [protected].
                  Therefore, i request you to kindly credit the paid amount to the phone or refund the amount to my bank account and resolve the issue.

                    I have recharged wrong mobile number by mistake on 13.04.2020.
                    Please reverse the recharge to my no.
                    This is very much frustrating. From 2 days i am trying to contact the customer care but not able to connect. And now i am fed up what to do.

                            With a dejected and unsatisfactory mind, i have to write this mail to you.
                            I am a valued customer of airtel, using service since years. I complained for a bad internet and network problem in my locality since november. Its being 4 months now but they have not solved the problem. I am a faculty in profession. During this crucial lockdown stage in corona crisis, students are availing online studies. Because o[censored]nethical, unjustified and unprofessional approach of airtel to my problem, i am unable to teach my students. My internet speed here is barely in 0 to 10kbps only. For few minutes sometimes by luck, it increases to 400 to 500kbps and that too is fluctuating between 0 to 500kbs in every seconds. Because of this irrational and ignoring approach to my problem, today my students are not getting my service and their career are being shattered for which your ignoring approach is totally responsible. I am using their service since years and a customer of platinum club, using 5 connections as a family pack. But still airtel shows unprofessional approach to my problem. I am even can not open a google sites for most of times. They have not solved the problems from november till date but still they are taking the monthly postpaid bill amount which shows their unethical attitude as well. If you can not provide your service, you have no rights to collect your monthly bill amount as well. The most irritating fact is that they did not consider my complain as a complain. They dont have any dignity left, any professionalism left and any ethics left, so they do not try to solve this problem so far

                              As airtel has promised for amazon prime with 349 recharge, i am unable to claim it on airtel thanks app. Offer is showing when i click on Discover airtel thanks but when i tap on the amazon prime offer, nothing happens.
                              Even the offer showing in airtel thanks app is a little dim than other benefits.
                              Please resolve the issue.

                                I recharged my airtel prepaid mobile no. On 11 april 2020 through my airtel app. Money was deducted from my bank account and its been 3 days but i havent got any confirmation from airtel. I am unable make or receive a call. I tried calling customer care but no resolution was provided. I even sent mail to [protected]@airtelbank.com along with the transaction details but instead of resolving my issue they replied saying download my airtel app and conveniently manage your payments.

                                How can i manage my payments when there is no option given to talk to a customer care executive. I am very much disappointed by the services of airtel

                                      I have paid 2500 for broadband connection on march 24 to Airtel executive still now I have not received broadband connection and I request at least to cancel and refund my amount. I have no response from the executive he is not even picking my call please cancel my broadband and refund my amount
