I had selected wrong number on my app and recharge has been done on incorrect number . I want to rollback the recharge as the number has already active plan for a year. Please help me I am unable to reach Airtel customer care for that.

    On 16th April 2020, I made a recharge for my Airtel phone online banking, money got deducted from my bank account and recharge is failed.

    As my pack is going to expire, Outgoing / incoming services will be stopped. Please take immediate attention . Thanks

      I recharged on april 13th and since then my mobile is not able to recognise the sim, most probably sim is inactive. When mailed to customer care, automated mail came back to validate the account in which otp will be sent to the airtel number. My question here is how do i receive otp number on airtel when i have the issue with the same number. Request you to look into the issue as soon as possible.

          I have recharged for 4G pack amounting to INR.648 through online UPI on 16th Apr'2020. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount

            Number times ticket by airtel without solution-4
            Number times somebody called for happy code before closing -0

            Has modem replaces as diagnosed by your staff only - big 0

            Days without internet 7 days notice now!!!

            You can take pride of this customer service???

            I would keeping to reopen the ticket because i would never let my customer endure this ever. I lead team of 250 engineers helping server platform support to large enterprise. So in my last 18 years of tech support i may have been wrong in taking care off my customers.

                I got a new connection from airtel dth. I recharged with 478 rs monthly rental package. After that several times they are changing the package to higher amount. Am getting text of that whenever am again subscribing to 478 rs pack again they are changing it without my knowledge it to higher amount. For that reason my per day rental is getting affected already i losse 2 days of tariff. And its really mental harrasment to change every single time my package to 478 by my own. How can they scam customers like this. I mailed to nodal officer of airtel from west bengal no reply. I called the person who came to fit the connection he got no idea what's going on.

                  I have recharged an airtel no via my airtel app. When i was asked about the payment method i choose phone pe then in the phone pe the transaction got successful of 698 rs. But when i got redirected towards my airtel app it showed payment failed. It's been 4 days but no action has been taken yet and also no refund has been initiated.
                  Help me out.

                    I lost my phone yesterday, so i want to block my airtel sim and since lockdown is going on so all customer care stores are closed and customer care cannot be contacted over the phone.

                      I got an offer with redmi note 8 pro that after recharging the data plan of 2gb i will get 2gb extra i. E (2gb +2gb)

                      This worked for the first 2 months but now the extra 2gb data is not working properly.

                      I want this problem to be fixed as fast as possible cause i am losing my data

                      I am including a picture in that it's mentioned that 4gb daily data is given but 2 gb doesn't work

                        Dear sir,
                        I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app thro' google pay on 16th april, '20 though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no.[protected].
                        I have contacted airtel customer care cell. They didn't help me or not shown any helping attitude, but simply harassed me a lot. They asked to give details of transaction id which was not been saved in their app. I told them my upi transaction id.[protected] and google transaction id-cicagkcrgkz_zw, but they were not satisfied & humiliated me somehow.
                        In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

                          I have done recharge of rs 698 and from offer i have paid 648 via my airtel app from gpay, the amount had detucted from my account and transaction is confim from gpay but in my airtel app it is showing failed and my amount is detucted and it showing the amount will be refunded with in 8 hrs but it have been more than a day still now redund has been not done my number :-[protected] kindly plz revert the amount to my bank account plz

                            Rs.45 recharged someone from my phone pay but amount is deducted by bank and they will also get message recharge done on[protected] transaction i'd will be mentioned below [protected] but when they call fron mobile again told pls recharge your mobile u have no balance what it mean shut # off your airtel company every time your failing the services

                            In this situation also doing same service from airtel company we and our family's totally 14 people are using airtel and also network problem and I am 6 times changing sim for network local airtel service told me get new sim for old number bcoz o[censored]pdate sim then everything will be solve but not till now problem facing again so pls soon possible to provide correct service

                              Since 07.04.2020, I am not able to receive / make calls from my number. The mobile no is a official number. My complaint no[protected] raised using airtel thanks app is not yet resolved but closed on the due date i.e. 15.04.2020.

                                  My latest bill for handphone [protected] by service provider Airtel has charges for International Roaming plus taxes. I have never demanded ainternational Roaming and thus this charge has to be withdrawn.

                                    I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking (Phonepe) for rs.548 (Coupon applied) on 24th dec 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference [ p2004120045228243506073]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account...

                                      On 15-apr-2020 i had made a recharge of rs.598 to my dad's number through airtel app. The money got deducted and recharge was not done. Than again i made a another payment and than recharge is done, so i havent got my refund money of 1st transaction. Here is the transaction id from bank.
