With a dejected and unsatisfactory mind, i have to write this mail to you.
I am a valued customer of airtel, using service since years. I complained for a bad internet and network problem in my locality since november. Its being 4 months now but they have not solved the problem. I am a faculty in profession. During this crucial lockdown stage in corona crisis, students are availing online studies. Because o[censored]nethical, unjustified and unprofessional approach of airtel to my problem, i am unable to teach my students. My internet speed here is barely in 0 to 10kbps only. For few minutes sometimes by luck, it increases to 400 to 500kbps and that too is fluctuating between 0 to 500kbs in every seconds. Because of this irrational and ignoring approach to my problem, today my students are not getting my service and their career are being shattered for which your ignoring approach is totally responsible. I am using their service since years and a customer of platinum club, using 5 connections as a family pack. But still airtel shows unprofessional approach to my problem. I am even can not open a google sites for most of times. They have not solved the problems from november till date but still they are taking the monthly postpaid bill amount which shows their unethical attitude as well. If you can not provide your service, you have no rights to collect your monthly bill amount as well. The most irritating fact is that they did not consider my complain as a complain. They dont have any dignity left, any professionalism left and any ethics left, so they do not try to solve this problem so far
