    I tried to port my physical sim to esim and when i scanned the QR code it said it’s no longer valid. The physical sim network was also gone. And when i tried to get a duplicate sim card the airtel office executive said the sim card is on someone else’s name. I want the same number as I’m using it from over 10 years and i want to know the resolution for it as soon as possible.

      Unable to make/received call, I am an international roaming USA, even i had multiple complaint via airtel app, but that will close after some time, but my issue still persists. every month i had paid 799 INR to make my number active, but i didn't get any benefits.

        This is in regard to my shifting request of my connection from Ghaziabad(UP-201002) to Saharanpur(UP-247001). I had purchased 6months plan on 04/10/2022. So after shifting my connection, this plan should have continued but I see zero balance in my account. So I had to recharge with a month plan.

        Shifting request no. [protected] for Airtel Xstream Fiber no[protected]_dsl was registered on 16/11/2022, and on 18/11/2022 the connection was done by Airtel service engineer and new Fiber ID is[protected]_dsl.

        Everything was setup already on this address as I was using the connection before September, so Fibre connection was already done. I had my router as well, but they took my old router and installed the new one. I informed them that for the very first time when I shifted the connection engineers used my old router, so why new one this time, they replied that this will not work.

        Airtel customer care created the shifting request and I was told that no money has to be paid since you have a prepaid account, and your current plan will continue. But it is not the case.

        As per the monthly statement from Airtel, I was left with Rs. 2258.21 balance in my account(Airtel Xstream Fiber no[protected]_dsl).

        They accepted to refund the amount, but with more than 30 days they aren't able to do so, neither providing any reason for the delay.

        They just reply that they are working on that with high priority.

        There aren't any updates from Airtel Team.

        It seems they do not take Consumer Forum's Complaint seriously.

            I visited Airtel office requesting them to unblock my lost+blocked sim. They charged me rs.300 to recharge and activate and gave me a new sim. They also collected my pan card and took my picture. It has been 7days and it is still not working. I have visited the Airtel office thrice till now. They keep sending me back saying it will start working in 4hrs. The employees are rude and incompetent. I need my rs.300 back at the least and want Airtel to compensate for my troubles. I am taking my business elsewhere.

            I was also charged rs.50 for the new sim. I was son cal with Airtel customer care for two hours and they were of absolutely no help at all. They kept saying I should go back to Airtel office to resubmit my documents whereas I have already given all the original documents and pictures that was requested. Such an unprofessional business should not exist. These are the businesses frustrating the citizens out of this country
            I was also charged Rs.50 for the new sim. I have spent two hours on call with Airtel customer care and they are of absolutely no help at all. They kept asking me to go back to Airtel office and resubmit my documents whereas I have already submitted my original documents and pictures multiple times. Cheats. This kind o[censored]nprofessional business should not exist. These are the people frustrating citizens out of the country.
            They also charged me Rs.50 for the new sim. I was on call with Airtel customer care for two hours who were absolutely useless. They kept asking me to go back to Airtel office to resubmit my documents while I have already submitted my original documents multiple times along with picture.

              Despite not using their service, Airtel has been fraudulently deducting my balance on constant basis. Have been following up with them but they have been least bothered even to reply back to my mails.

                Dear Airtel customer service centre I came across an incident where my sim card suddenly stopped working on its own, I have been using this sim card for 8 years and i didn't delay any of its pre-paids, so i request the service centre to kindly reactivate it as it is very important.thanks.

                  I installed Airtel block box but there are so many issues with that. Persone who sold me this box promised for refund of there is any issue. But now he is ignoring my calls. I did so many calls on customer care they are not co-operate with me and After So many engineers visit, problem are same. I want my Refund of rs 1501 with Compensation of harrasment.

                          My name is Manoranjan Mohanty, I have an issue for document verification on airtel sim but when I submitted my document in airtel store. They said that you can not submit you can come tommorow it will resolve. Then they say that we need to tale a new sim with charge 100. Then after one day I come they said that sim data is not found we cann't do anything. Then I go to main branch of airtel store there also said that we can not do anything. We can do postpaid sim on that number.
                          But customer service said that we can do activate your with submitting document on airtel store. But They are not listning anytging and the behaviour of the staff was very bad. I was totally disappointed for this. My airtel payment bank also linked in this number and some balance also there. I also recharged in this number 3 days back.

                                Hello, I have registered a complaint for Airtel broadband internet connection disconnect on 26th December, 2022, 1:19PM. Ticket ID: [protected]. Airtel engineer visited my place and identified the problem that Broadband main cable has been cut off outside, and it has been communicated to the concern team to rectify the issue on the same day. But there is no team visited on 26th dec to fix that. I also informed the same to the local Airtel team member (Rajesh) on the next day morning (27th dec 2022), he also promised this issue will be solved soon. I was waiting for the entire day but no response from the Airtel side. Till today (28th dec 2022), I have connected with Airtel customer care more than 6 times and talked with four 1st supervisors, I am getting the same reply that it has escalated as high priority. Till now no resolution provided. I am facing this internet problem for 3 days. I already paid for 3 months. I am very much disappointed with the service provided by Airtel. As I am working from home, and in high priority projects for a private company, I couldn't work for 3 days due to this issue. Very worst service from Airtel broadband. I wanted to bring this into this forum to get a quick resolution. Or else I wanted to disconnect Airtel Xtreme Fiber connection and claiming my remaining payment which I already paid for the next 2 months. Please do the needful. Thanks.

                                  I am using an Airtel postpaid card & recently (since 02 months) I am facing issues with Airtel calls & internet usage from my home location, raised 03 tickets but still not able to get the resolution from your end.                                     I took airtel xstream connection in 27 december 2022 at house no. 1991, partap colony, kharkhoda, Sonipat. Before and at the time of installation I was told by the representatives that the range of the router upto 4th floor house but after installation I am unable to connect my device on 1st floor . However no such service has been given. Customer care team is least helpful. Either they do not receive the call. Local representative was extremely arrogant when contacted on phone and no one is ready to own any responsibility. I am no more interested in availing such services and neither I will recommend this service to anyone.
