I got an sms "kub reply karoge" when i called back they took me to al friendz chat, should I assume that someone really sms me or it is from airtel only, just a marketing stunt....

Billing Cycle

Sir,

Recently i subscribed to Airtel Broad band Internet Connection for my residence.(Cust Account #[protected]when i received my first month bill, i really got shocked... I found the following "Errors" in the bill.

I am an NRI working in Dubai and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of April'09. I Ajeev Rattan(gurgaon), holding airtel mobile no. [protected]. I got this no two weeks ago. After a week it stopped working, and showing only emergency signal. Non Activation of Connection

I have a post paid Air tel mobile connection No. [protected] of which one time rental of Rs.998 was paid by me on the advice of Airtel ( Rs. 1500 vide receipt no.11655 dated 16 May 2009). Engineer visit charges

My customer id : [protected]-001. I am not able to receive any signal. Airtel is asking Rs. 100 for engineer visiting charges. Why should it charge me anything, Digital TV is a service it is providing me same as broadband and not a hardware sale like set top box or computer or TV (airtel doesn’t charge any engineer visiting charges for broadband) . unable to make/receive calls

DEAR SIR,
I live in Delhi.I Subscribed to broadband connection on 20/7/09 in 85 Jatwara Pulmithai Delhi 06 with name Bala Jagar we fill all the requirement and the forum and give a check of rs.1500 to bharti airtel limited for wifi kit.they offered us to put wiring in 48 hours but today is 30/7/09 and there is nothing done yet .they wire men come and said our wiring cannot done because if the wire break by rain they have to come again...
