I have an Airtel HD connection . For the past 10 days , I am facing serious audio problems. Picture is coming but sound is not coming.

I have booked Airtel Dish TV connection on 21.04.2011 by paying Rs.3590/- at Hyderabad with Receipt No 26008 for installation at Nellore. Airtel Details Scam.

I recently recharged my mobile with 200 Rs and i got only 1 Rs at the time of recharge. After a Day it says my 3G is activated. I asked about the talktime i got ie 1 Rs, the retailers answers Ridiculously, " DID I CALL YOU TO COME AND RECHARGE WITH ME" infact i went inside his shop seeing Airtel Logo and a Sign Board which read AIRTEL.

So is this the way to talk and provide service....
