    I am Jayamma aged 57 years resident of Davanagere complaining about non transfer of sim/mobile number ownership from my deceased husband VS Hiremath to my name Jayamma.
    My mobile number stopped working on 4 January 2023, i visited airtel office on AVK college road, Davanagere for sim not working. Store executive checked my number and informed me to bring aadhar of decesed person and aadhar of person taking transfer....

      I made a request on to retrieve back the plan to the right number which I accidentally recharged to a wrong number and they aren't helping me in any way, they just collect the information and transaction details and does nothing about it. And since the wrong number which I accidentally recharged is on another plan I believe it'll be easier to transfer the plan which the wrong number won't be using to my number. I'll be very grateful if they could help me.

        Dear sir/madam,
        my sim card blocked or rejected by the company, after two or three time visit at local delaer and show room i came to know that my sim card been blocked by bharathi airtel ltd, without any prior information to me, As every one knows today business totally is on mobile based, and today i am without netrwok, my complte business is based on mobile, now after two three hours fight with shoroom, they said kinldy sumbit all your valid proof to compantyy, they will investigation and will cativate, it will take 3-5 working day, i am lossed much

          My sim has not started working, inspite of porting to Airtel 3 days back. Another number that was ported from same service provider to Airtel, after mine, has started working. My official work is suffering due to this. Kindly look into it and facilitate resolution.

            I got my number ported from jio to airtel and got a message that this process will be completed by 19 Jan, 2023 23:58 pm...
            Network on old sim gone, but no network on new sim as it's not activated yet.

                I, Krishna Subhash Varpe. I am not able to get calls as well as SMS from any number although I have balance in my account.I purchased simcard in 2019still I am facing issue while receiving incoming calls and sms.
                I have contacted customer care and airtel express stores (5-6) but still not recieved solution

                  Your technician visited on address, they said that to wait 2-3 days because of no power in fatbox.

                    Recently I ported to airtel for with I paid rs. 299 for FRC and after sim activation still recharge is not done and I am not able to use sim for communication. There is no option to check for customer care for this issue in app.

                        Airtel since knowing from years that FaceTime activation is having issues and has failed to address this and even went to have strategic and advertising partnership with apple inc. This is failure of services for which we pay the prepaid price.

                        I have switched to eSim on iphone and can’t activate it. This is harassment and abuse of power

                          This is in regards with the issue that I'm facing since from a very long time. I was trying to load the money to my Airtel wallet account. I used my Citibank account for this activity. However, the transaction couldn't be succesfull and when I spoke about the same to Citibank, they told me the amount has been successfully debited to the beneficiary account which is Airtel in this case and then I spoke to Airtel payments bank customer care about it, they said the issue is caused by the Citibank and not them. It's almost about 2 weeks now, still haven't got resolutions for the same and when I initiate the conversation with Airtel they blame Citibank and the same with Citibank they blame Airtel. It's going on a loop since from a very long time. Please help me with this issue. I request you to take strict action on both Airtel and Citibank for their hopeless services.

                            I opted for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber Internet connection on]. I was asked to pay the amount in advance on the application for which I Immediately paid. Even after being promised for the connection on the same day, the team kept on delaying the installation everyday with some reason or other. Till date, there is no response from the team and the connection has not been installed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get me the refund for the same.

                              Your private contractors are installing poles for fibre internet in front of my house where we usually park our car. Jio did the same thing few months back but had the brains to install it near the already existing electric pole and not at random locations in my area. Please contact me with a solution in 10 days or I will remove “the pole” myself. I know the contractors are placing more pole than required...

                                Hi, I recently travelled to India in Aug 2022 and changed my SIM from Vodafone postpaid to Airtel Prepaid. The port was successful on Aug 28, 2022. I travelled back to Canada in Sep 3rd 2022 and used airtel SIM for 3 months. Suddenly in Nov end, SIM dint work. The balance amount was INR 40. Am not able to recharge / receive any OTP from India. Attached are the proof.

                                When I asked my fatherin law to visit Gowrivakkam airtel store, cennai, He was told there is no such airtel number in their record. How can I successfully use number for 3 months and suddenly am not Airtel's customer is I dont understand

                                  My prepaid number [protected] can't use Airtel 4g internet from 6pm onwards. It's the scenario from last week. However, i did renew the Airtel 4g pack today with INR 299. even it's quite impossible to connect to Airtel customer representative, due to too much number- redirection service.
                                  I kindly urge you to look into this matter in order to thwart the internet inactivity( from 6pm everyday) of airtel prepaid connection.

                                    This is about i raised complain multiple time that Artel Xtreme remote batttery drainage issue. Remote also not working every month and when we complain about this to Airtel customer service they simply deny and ask for change remote all the time which they make me to pay 350 rs every time.

                                    Battery remote drain so so so quick within 2 days sometime same day, i complained this to them multiple time but they dont have solution, instead of listing to me they ask me to change battery.

                                    I complained them via calls and also opened complained via Airtel app but instead of giving proper solutions they just closed the complain without any concerned. Also they dont have any system which tracks the complain of customer and they keep switching the queries between different customer executive that makes you explain them again and again and at the end 00 results and waste of time.

                                    I admit that their customer turnaround time is quick but without solutions it doesnt make any sense.

                                    The PROBLEM I see here is with their hardware devices, HARDWARE IS POORLY BUILT AND NO PROPER SYNC BETWEEN REMOTE AND THE XTREME BOX. There Android box is also super super slow, sometime you will have to reset multiple time in order to see content and it takes 5-10 minutes all the time, very frustrating. When i complain about this they ask me to change the DTH box and pay for it, lol that scam.

                                    I also complain them on Twitter but they seems doesnt care about it.
