I had word with Airtel customer support on 02 May,2011 for changing my corporate mobile number to individual number, since i left that company (ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd.) long back.

I have booked Airtel Dish TV connection on 21.04.2011 by paying Rs.3590/- at Hyderabad with Receipt No 26008 for installation at Nellore. I got the sms which reads MONO sms service would be renewed in 1 day, and it will cost me 1 re/day. I have never asked for it, and dialing 121 and 198 never takes me to customer care executive, i dont need this service and request you to stop it immediately.

Airtel Details Scam.

I recently recharged my mobile with 200 Rs and i got only 1 Rs at the time of recharge. After a Day it says my 3G is activated. I asked about the talktime i got ie 1 Rs, the retailers answers Ridiculously, " DID I CALL YOU TO COME AND RECHARGE WITH ME" infact i went inside his shop seeing Airtel Logo and a Sign Board which read AIRTEL.

So is this the way to talk and provide service....

Another Scam in India with Bharti Airtel.

The service was so quick in terms of activation and selling- by Airtel. I got my number and SIM right at my door step and was happy on first day of its usage.
