I have 3 multi-connections of airtel digital tv for the same account [protected]. The 1st connection is a airtel internet tv and the performance of the box is very poor. I asked for disconnection and replacement of a normal hd stb in lieu of the android stb, but airtel refused to do so. However, airtel suggested to suspend the first connection and go for a 4th connection with normal hd stb. The new hd stb also lacked with optical port and requested airtel to replace the stb and provide a stb with optical fiber port. Airtel also refused to do that. Now i am asking to disconnect my 4th connection, return the cpe and refund the amount but still airtel is refusing to do it. Airtel is refusing for all kind of helps and they want to run the business in their own interests. I need to know if i am not satisfied with the service of dth provider, then why should i own that stb which becomes a liability for me.

    Getting extremely poor 4g signal coverage (-120 to -110 dbm) indoors barely 500m away from tower, there's like 1-2 buildings in between - that's all. Download speeds fluctuate a lot (Ranging from 0.5 megabits/s to 3 megabits/s). Upload speeds are completely garbage - don't even get 0.1 megabits/s on uploads. Signal drops to zero are very frequent.

    Desirable resolution - install some boosters or something similar such that we can get better signal on other side of the campus. It's a shame that a top ranked nit is one of the worst when it comes to internet connectivity and quality.

      I've taken airtel secure plan which covers handset damage. On 4th jul 2019 my phone got damaged and i claimed for the insurance. After a 2 days of continuous email and call struggle they contacted me. After verification of all the documents they took the phone for repair. After few days, i was informed via email (And later call) that my phone is a case of beyond economic repair (Ber) and that i'll be given cash benefit an approved amount of inr 4500 (Coverage is 5000 minus 500 charges). The email also shows that invoice value of my phone is inr 9000 (Hence the market value and therefore the coverage amount of inr 5000). Also damaged handset will be retained by the insurance company.
      But in reality cost of my phone is inr 17, 900 (Actual invoice). The company, after many email and phone, is not responding to the error and when i could talk to one of the representatives, they agreed that it is there system's fault and she will get back to me after checking with seniors. I never received any clarification for this error on their part.
      I request you to please resolve the issue and i should be given claim amount based on the actual invoice value which is inr 17, 900 instead of the incorrect invoice value (Inr 9000) registered in their system.
      The alternative resolution i request is that the phone should be completely repaired by authorized service center and given back to me in lieu of all the mental stress i've gone for this.

        Why can't i send message from my mobile even with sufficient balance available
        My airtel sim has sufficient balance to send the sms but i can't able to send any message from my number
        How to check whether sms service on my number is enabled or blocked
        If it is in blocked condition how to take it back to enable position
        How can i slove this problem?

          Really it’s totally a worst experience by availing airtel connection. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.
          Airtel customercare is providing wrong assurance to get more customers..
          I am a victim of such real case. Since 2years my network issue complaint is still open and given a false assurance of life time discount of rs. 100/- but not providing

            My airtel mobile number is [protected]. I have always choose prepaid plans over postpaid. My last month prepaid recharge was for ₹199 and for no good reason i have to pay ₹1709 because my number has been changed to postpaid without my notice. Now the airtel company is calling me again and again to pay my bill or they will retrieve my services.

              I have subcribed airtel dth connection on about october 2018 by paying one year advance rental to airtel. My airtel dth customer id is [protected].
              Reference to trai guideline, it has been assured that the customer who paid advance rental, can avail beneifits of the same till it was originally valid.
              But now all of a sudden airtel has stopped broadcasting all the assured channels to my subscription.
              I have made complaint (Complaing number:[protected] with airtel dth service regarding this issue but giving reson of trai guideline they replied that the activated package is now stopped. I have trusted airtel and paid them advance rental for enjoying hassel free subscription, but eventhough facing the problem.
              This is a cheating with me and clear dishonour of trai guidelines. I request to intervene and safegaurd my interrest.

                I have airtel network issue and even after complaining from past 1 and a half year no resolution yet. I have keep on following up on them. Even after tweeting only one response i receive that i should wait work is in progress. From past 1 and half year work is in progress. I need a strong action against airtel. When someone calls me when i am at home they get a response saying that my mobile is switched off. And i get a 2g internet at my home. I have to go out and use if i need to use internet.

                  I had protected my device through airtel handset protection scheme. My device got damged accidentally. I raised the claim and you have rejected the claim saying that the purchaser name and claimant name are not matching. Just you inform you that during registration of my device i uploaded the same documents but you didn't tell me that names are not matching so it's a not possible to protect the device with us. When it was damged, you are giving me this rubbish excuse. This is not acceptable to me. You have to process for repairing the device.

                    On 22nd july i submitted a application to change my existing airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. It was completed on 22nd night and i made a recharge of 169 on 23rd july. But since then i couldn't able to use internet on my mobile. I could make outgoing call and can receive incoming call. Sms functionality is fine. I am not getting any 4g or 3g connection in my mobile. Only 2g connection is active.

                    I went to a airtel store and they said that all profiles and settings are good. They raised one ritm request to resolve the issue. Ritm number is ritm1963294.

                    Could you please look into this request urgently so that i am able to use internet soon.

                      This is regarding the airtel dth customer id [protected]. I got the connection installed in march 2019 and there is some problem that comes up every single month.

                      After three months of installation, the set-top box stopped working. I had filed a complaint regarding the same on 23rd july and i was told that the technician will visit by 11:00 am on 24th july 2019. The job was assigned to the technician named mr. Ashok with the contact details as +91-[protected]. He gave me a call on 24th july at around 10 in the morning and enquired about the address. He did not come by 1:00 pm so i called him back and he told me that he will visit in 30 minutes. At 4 again i called him up and got the same response and again at around 6. He never turned up on that day. He came on 25th july 2019 and replaced the set-top box saying that the channels will get activated in 24 hours max. That again did not happen and the error code 14 kept on displaying on the tv saying that the view card was not properly inserted. The technician came after 40 hours and does this. He did not even know how to insert the view card properly. I called up airtel and filed a complaint regarding the engineer with the reference number as 92110346.

                      Now, on 26th july i called up airtel in the morning and explained the entire situation to the customer service specialist. I got the call re-directed to a senior supervisor and was assured that the technician will come by 6:00 pm the same day. After waiting till 6:30, i again called up airtel and spoke with a senior supervisor named mr. Utkarsh. He assured me that the senior technician will visit between 10-11 am on 27th july and if that does not happen i can go ahead and file a complaint against mr. Utkarsh. So, i am still waiting on the technician. I have called up airtel customer care again and have been told by a senior supervisor that the technician will come by 4:30 pm today.

                      I need to file a complaint against the technician, mr. Ashok who had replaced the set-top box and against mr, utkarsh, senior supervisor at airtel. I spend almost 1-2 hours daily tracking these requests and wasting my time and energy. Three months with a new connection and more than 3 complaints i have filed regarding the connection issues, customer service issues, set-top box issue, and now the view card issue.

                      What kind of service is airtel offering? I need customer service forums to look into this matter and take actions. I need compensation for all the time, effort, money, and energy that i have invested and wasted.

                        I have been billed for us international roaming charges though i have not been to us in the month of june at all. I went to singapore and i have received the bill for the same too.

                        The customer care is saying that i have been to indonesia as well bu i have not been there, i don't even have the visa for the same. If it catched the network somehow, i will not pay 4000 for the same.

                        Also they cannot count singapore and malaysia in one zone and us and indonesia in one zone. This is only exploitation

                          My contact number [protected], it was active plan which was to be expire on this month 12 th, before 1 day its of expire sim card deactivated and data totally removde of my sim from airtel database, while i call they says its not airtel sim, and deactivated reasoni did not recharged while, such a stupid reply, i have rechrage proof of paytm, then again i called and mailed to there appelate email they replied it have documents issue such a # reply customer care say its not recharges long time appleate authority says it have documents issue then why airtel activate sim if have documents issue and deactivate sim while it have active plan,

                            Hi this is kamalakannan from chennai, my airtel number [protected] was not working since 3 days, i went to airtel office at perambur papermills road, on[protected] at 11.45 am, and i meet mrs. Priya your staff and i explain my sim was unable to use, the sim is detecting but no service, she said simply may be your sim damage buy another sim we will activate with existing number, i pay 25 rupees and i buy new sim, your staff priya said it is under progress you will put this new sim after 4 hours, and i put the new sim around 3.50 pm in my smart phone the sim not detected, and i check with my nokia normal phone it is display sim not registered, i had lot of mental tension, around 6.30 pm again i went to same airtel office and i met same staff, priya, i found there is no any prompt response to customers, just they are make funny each others, i spoke politely about my issue and i how much struggling about this issue, they started to check this sim card issue and i wait there around 45 minutes, still not yet resolved, and then finally they said it will be clear after 2 hours, again i explain how i am getting difficult about this issue, now the time 8.25 am in the morning[protected], still the same problem existing,

                              ग्राम जोगीठेर जिला पीलीभीत पिन कोड 262203 के आस पास 3 किलोमीटर एरिया में एयरटेल में २ महीने से लगातार नेटवर्क की समस्या आ रही है कभी कभी 4g नेटवर्क आते है तो कभी 2g नेटवर्क भी है २ महीने पहले यहां नेटवर्क बहुत अच्छे थे लेकिन अब नेटवर्क की बहुत दिक्कत आती है हमने 5 वार एयरटेल केयर पर फ़ोन करके इस समस्या के मे बतया था लेकिन अभी तक कुछ समाधान नहीं निकला वो कहते है 7 दिन का इन्तजार करो आपकी समस्या का समाधान हो जायेगा अभी तक 40 + दिन हो गए है समस्या का कुछ समाधान नहीं निकला है

                              इस एरिया में कम से कम 400+ एयरटेल यूजर है सभी को नेटवर्क क़ी समस्या आ रही है

                              प्लीज जल्द से जल्द नेटवर्क की समस्या को ठीक करने की कृपा करे

                              (Village jogither district pilibhit pin code: 262203 around 3 kilometers of area, airtel has been facing network problems for 2 months continuously; sometimes 4g networks come and 2g network is also there 2 months ago network was very good but now the network it's a lot of trouble, we got to call this on 5 time airtel care, but there was not a solution yet. He says wait 7 days wait for your problem interpretation will be resolved yet been 40+ days has not yielded a solution

                              There are at least 400+ airtel users in this area, everyone is facing network problems.

                              Please be happy to fix the network problem as soon as possible. — )

                                This is with utmost regret that i ve been trying to reach my mother 76 and aunt 60 who have airtel prepaid no. S[protected] and[protected] based at 172 beharipur memaran bareilly up from the last few weeks and constantly getting repeated non availability of network and out of coverage area problems. While calling them the voice keeps dropping in between and sudden cut off.. I have to urgently reach out to them since i am currently overseas and have tried like 200 times to reach them but all in vain. I am extremely worried about them currently... Can you please switch on your mobile tower of this area in western up... This problem has been persistent for some time now... As when i was there a few weeks back i thought it will improve but this continues to be a major issue with your network., as when i even tried to call police or emergency line... It kept on disconnecting... They have been using normal mobile phones without any network data but now since i am away this has become a priority for me to check on their well being as i ve trying in vain and completely can not get through to them. There is no use of mobile phones when you can't speak... Please resolve this on high priority so that i can reach out to them.

                                  [protected] - prepaid SIM. which regular has 84 days package for INR 344 or so. is blocked on internet as pack validity neared. then sim blocked all outgoing, incoming, data and no network is also there. still validity extended til aug 10 th, 2019. I received a message rs 23/ - will be deducted and services will be extended.

                                    Without my knowledge/notice unwanted services were activated by airtel on my number, and the bill went up from regular inr 350 to inr 1729 for 1st month, to inr 10780 on 2nd month and inr 16056 on 3rd month.

                                    During the complaint, the call center rep mentioned that it could be software/technical glitch that led to the activation o[censored]nwanted service and airtel would probe the issue with the concerned technical team and rectify the bills.

                                    Its been 45 days since the first complaint call was made and there is no response on the probe with the technical/software team. I was continuously charged on the unwanted service and now my number is barred completely.

                                    Since a month, i have reached out to airtel call center, have written on twitter / dm to airtel but there is no movement on my case with the technical team, but billing team says the bill is valid. Should i bear the charges for the unwanted services that airtel activated on my number.

                                    P. S. Unwanted service that was activated is “international data usage”. I had never asked to activate this service.in fact, i had asked to deactivate this service in nov-2016. Without my notice airtel has activated on 26-april-2019 on my number and charging me since then.

                                      I have been raised a complaint before one month still i didn't get any reply my queries
                                      As i am facing issues related to messaging that i cant communicate through messaging to anyone user so r u team able to resolve my issue or not.
                                      I need urgent resolution.
                                      Provided a port option in 1 day.

                                      Going to the airtel store every day last 15 days going but issue not resolved.
                                      They only told given some time or no issue in our end.

                                      They also not given any option to port number without send the message.

                                      Please consumer support me on high priority.

                                        Since last 1 month. Going to airtel store they are change my sim but still same issue. After i call several time in customer care but they does not support.

                                        My all the bank transaction and all other transaction pending.
                                        After change sim issue not resolved they suggest me you port your no in postped such painfully.
                                        Lot of time hammer in last one month

                                        Please help me and solve the problem for your end.
