This is with utmost regret that i ve been trying to reach my mother 76 and aunt 60 who have airtel prepaid no. S[protected] and[protected] based at 172 beharipur memaran bareilly up from the last few weeks and constantly getting repeated non availability of network and out of coverage area problems. While calling them the voice keeps dropping in between and sudden cut off.. I have to urgently reach out to them since i am currently overseas and have tried like 200 times to reach them but all in vain. I am extremely worried about them currently... Can you please switch on your mobile tower of this area in western up... This problem has been persistent for some time now... As when i was there a few weeks back i thought it will improve but this continues to be a major issue with your network., as when i even tried to call police or emergency line... It kept on disconnecting... They have been using normal mobile phones without any network data but now since i am away this has become a priority for me to check on their well being as i ve trying in vain and completely can not get through to them. There is no use of mobile phones when you can't speak... Please resolve this on high priority so that i can reach out to them.

    [protected] - prepaid SIM. which regular has 84 days package for INR 344 or so. is blocked on internet as pack validity neared. then sim blocked all outgoing, incoming, data and no network is also there. still validity extended til aug 10 th, 2019. I received a message rs 23/ - will be deducted and services will be extended.

      Without my knowledge/notice unwanted services were activated by airtel on my number, and the bill went up from regular inr 350 to inr 1729 for 1st month, to inr 10780 on 2nd month and inr 16056 on 3rd month.

      During the complaint, the call center rep mentioned that it could be software/technical glitch that led to the activation o[censored]nwanted service and airtel would probe the issue with the concerned technical team and rectify the bills.

      Its been 45 days since the first complaint call was made and there is no response on the probe with the technical/software team. I was continuously charged on the unwanted service and now my number is barred completely.

      Since a month, i have reached out to airtel call center, have written on twitter / dm to airtel but there is no movement on my case with the technical team, but billing team says the bill is valid. Should i bear the charges for the unwanted services that airtel activated on my number.

      P. S. Unwanted service that was activated is “international data usage”. I had never asked to activate this service.in fact, i had asked to deactivate this service in nov-2016. Without my notice airtel has activated on 26-april-2019 on my number and charging me since then.

        I have been raised a complaint before one month still i didn't get any reply my queries
        As i am facing issues related to messaging that i cant communicate through messaging to anyone user so r u team able to resolve my issue or not.
        I need urgent resolution.
        Provided a port option in 1 day.

        Going to the airtel store every day last 15 days going but issue not resolved.
        They only told given some time or no issue in our end.

        They also not given any option to port number without send the message.

        Please consumer support me on high priority.

        I am so tried but no one solve my problem

          My aitel mo no [protected] not massage not receiving or sending
          Since last 1 month. Going to airtel store they are change my sim but still same issue. After i call several time in customer care but they does not support.

          My all the bank transaction and all other transaction pending.
          After change sim issue not resolved they suggest me you port your no in postped such painfully.
          Lot of time hammer in last one month

          Please help me and solve the problem for your end.

            I am not able to make calls from my number from 3-4 days. If i called on any numbers i received a voice that my call in not connected. I called to customer care of airtel company. From them i get to know that my number is in ndnc list. [protected] my number is in ndnc and i am not able toh make calls from my number please remove it from ndnc list this is not commercial number. Please remove my number from ndnc list as soon as possible

              I swati paliwal account holder of state bank of india branch sports goods complex branch delhi road meerut. On dated my account debit two times for amount of rs 8629 +4029 this is totally unauthorized payment after that i block my debit card & register complain through customer care. They give me complain no. After that i go to bank branch but branch manager deny to accept my written complaint. He suggest that to make complain only customer care they reslove issue.

                I had upgraded my airtel 3g sim card to 4g before 1 week ago, but unable to get 4g network till date, my second sim is also airtel and works fine in the mobile. I had tried to contact airtel customer service, but no one resolved my issue, only answer i got is, its already 4g upgraded but not showing 4g even after changing network setting, remove n inster sim as guided by support team.
                Pls fix it fast, i can't waste more time.

                  My airtel prepaid no. [protected] bangalore i recharged ir pack of rs 446 for90days for usa i. Conta cted airtel site to guide me or activate your self. Now10 days are over nothing has been done by airtel so far i request to kindly recredit an amt of rs 446im my wallet from where i got it recharged my relatives have also contctd airtel customer centre's in bangalore it is a kind of cheating all of my 5friends came in usa are suffererd

                    My Village(Yakamuru - Pin: 521165) was not having proper Airtel Network Coverage after 4G introduction. I had raised many complaints with CustomerCare, Applette team, Social Media Team, Local DM, etc., from past 12-18 months. I stay in a metro city and when trying to call my Parents, it is really disgusting to atleast say HI or Hello when they are inside the House. They have to walk out of the House to have a conversation. Same cannot be done during the Night hours and it is always risky. Airtel is not at all considering the seriousness keep replying with the same templates. Request Airtel Andhra Pradesh team to work and provide us seamless connectivity

                    As per the Customer care, Ticket which was raised on 11th July 2019 doesn't have any update even after 10 days. As of now, there is no one in Airtel who can provide me an update for the network issue raised.

                          I cant able to recharge my airtel number from any platform.
                          I tried recharging from airtel app but no luck,
                          I went to airtel store for the same and they said they also cant do it.
                          I have completed to costomer care, but every time they are saying they will resolve the issue within 48 hrs and still no luck.

                          Please resolve my issue asap, since i have to travel.

                            I contacted airtel retail office about the signal capacity in dharmavaram (Specific area), they said that everything is fine, so i decided to port and i proceeded with it.
                            Today morning my port got activated and i am done with all the procedural activities.
                            But now there is no signal in the specified specific area, contacted the respective personal they said that we are not responsible and we cant do anything for the issue.
                            The responsible person in their prospective is the person who sold the sim card. Infact that person is retailer for the said network.

                            So now i want justice since they sold the sim card by saying so many lies.

                              They are not properly installing the wires, they get loose often and lines gets disconnected, last time phone was dead for 15 days. This time its already 9days.
                              Please look into matter and see i get my rental refund.. Technicians doesnot listen to complaint.. They come and just tighten the wires.. Not doing it permanent..

                                Hi,

                                My airtel prepaid sim services are expired and when i try to recharge the number through my airtel app or paytm, it shows either "transaction failed" or "airtel declined the recharge".

                                I tried contacting the customer care through email on 25/7/2019. My email id is not registered with airtel and hence they asked me to authenticate it. I was not able to authenticate my email id through otp since my airtel number is not receiving any message as the services are expired.

                                Could you please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  A couple of weeks back, my airtel sim stopped working all of a sudden. Called airtel customer and i was told my number was active. So i assumed my sim card had been damaged and got a replacement sim from an airtel retailer. As soon as i inserted the new sim, i got a message stating that my new sim was active. I noticed the service signal on my phone for a brief second and then it vanished. Waited 6 days for the signal to be back. Didn't happen. Thought the new sim card was also damaged and tried the sim on other phones. Didn't work. Tried talking to the retailer about it. He said he didn't know what was happening. Called airtel customer care from my friend's phone, and was told that my phone number was active, but my sim was probably damaged and was suggested to get it replaced again. And so i did. I got a duplicate sim and when i tried it on my phone, then i lost the signal. The same thing is happening all over again. I haven't been able to pay my college fees or airtel broadband bill because my phone number is linked to my bank account. I have exhausted my supply of patience with airtel. Please help me. I am desperate.

                                    We, about 150 people who have been the permanent users of airtel for the last 7 years and residing in the sarai kale khan area of delhi. We have been associated with airtel dth for the last 6-7 years and we are taking airtel 4g plan for almost 2 years.

                                    In this regard, we have to inform you that the services of airtel in our area are constantly deteriorating whether it is ‘airtel dth’ or ‘airtel 4g’.

                                    Since, neither your services are good nor any help is made by your customer care number, which takes about 7-10 minutes to talk to your customer care executives, many o[censored]s have switched to other dth service provider viz. Tata sky, etc.

                                    So, we hereby inform you that if you would not improve your 4g services in our area within 48 hours, then we will have to port our mobile numbers, well before the next date of recharge, to other service providers whose services are better in our area, like reliance jio, through ‘mobile number portability’.

                                      I. Have airtel dth conection. But when i don't want recharge. This month for child exam airtel charged account suspended charge. Rs 15 and every time but. Tata sky not charge this amount they charge only when customers want to see. Please i want cancel this charge this is only for profit for company. Not benefit for customers.
