This is to bring to your kind attention that i was travelling from bangalore to usa for the duration of may 22 2019 till june 22 2019. I got international roaming pack activated for 30 days for the amount of rs 3999. I left usa on 22nd june 2019 and returned to bangalore on june 24 2019.
I paid a bill amounting to rs 6073/-on june 28, 2019. For july 2019 i have again received a bill for rs 6113/- from airtel with the international roaming pack amount added again. When i tried to contact the airtel customer service regarding the same additional charges i was told that i used data on june 21 2019 due to which my plan was reactivated.
I had been assured that in order to avoid bill shock a one day charge would be made. Yet i have been charged for a full month, in the name of auto renewal. Is not imposing something without consent against all norms? I should have been specifically asked whether, i wanted renewal, and if so for how many days, instead o[censored]nilaterally and automatically doing it for one month. My phone number is a post paid number, so the bill amount was added and now i have been asked to pay charges for a pack i did not ask to be activated. Kindly see this anti customer attitude of airtel so that these extra charges are waived off and justice is met with.

Saying that we have won a lottery of 50 lakhs .
Actually received the call unknowingly n called it back again ...

    Hi myself hitesh lohiya user of airtel card (Protected) my sim is not working for 2 days only showing emergency calls only i can't even call customer care number pls tell what to do otherwise i will have to take new sim or port airtel sim it's happening frequently please take into account this problem neither the mobile data is working nor call system it's giving very bad problem please look into this matter

      I have been running around Airtel customer care for almost 10 days now, but they couldn't resolve a simple issue..

      I am not able to use my mobile internet connection from last 10 days and all I hear is someone will get back to me. But no one does.

        Hai this is rocky here now days airtel company is giving very wrost service very pathetic service. Network is very weak and internet is also not working and no one receving customer care number. Plz requested any other person airtel officer contact me otherwise i will change the sim... I don't like that's service... Its fully upset this is my contact no :- [protected] plz contact me thankyou.

          I try to recharge of RS 998 in my mob. No. [protected] on 24/06/2019. Money debited in my bank (union bank account no. [protected]) but recharge not done. I call Airtel customers care on same day they told me that money refund in 10 days. I done recharge of RS 998 on 25/06/2019 recharge success. I wait 10 day for refund but I don't get any refund till now. I Call again customer care they replied bank fault ask there. I call bank customer care that give me 7 days time for refund but I don't get any refund. I call again call bank that told me that amount successful transfer so call Airtel for refund. I call again Airtel customer care they don't agry to refund my money. I send my bank statement also.

            We 3 members are using airtel sim cards for our use, now a days it is difficult to make a call or receive as the network quality is worst. No internet is working, no connectivity. We are not able to hear anything, please suggest the solution for less problems. All the building members are suffering with the same problem

              I have accidentally recharged a wrong number on 22nd July 2019 from Paytm Postpaid Recharge Service.
              I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of same.

              I have attached the screenshot of recharge details and provided the reference number provided by operator.
              I have already tried to contact customer support team but they are not helping me they told me that we can't help you out since you have done recharge from third party platform. Pls help me

                I have taken the international activation for the '10 days only'. And i got the message saying that you have ir plan @3599/- for 10 days active your mobile i. E[protected] to[protected]. Automatically on 7th they auto renewed my plan with out any conformation from my end even i did not received any message saying that renewal information.

                I came back to india on 9th. Now when i received the bill on 19th it like 9466.

                When i called them they are saying this pack was auto renewed and asking me to pay the entire amount.

                One more thing in my travel i was waited for my flight in malaysia, even there also i got the network without any my confirmation they only activated and asking me to paythe amount

                  I am facing some problems regarding continues call drop, and because of cell phone problem i was unable to see the caller contact number which was missed bye me and it is important for my business point.I had try to find the details from the my authorized account on official site of airtel but they are unable to provide me the information, i had also try for customer care contact (co.no.198)but there is no any option to talk with customer care on that line.so i kindly request to you plz solve my issu.Thank you.

                    I have raised disconnection request 3 times.
                    The 3rd one was successful but, i have been charged even i haven't used any data.
                    The first request was canceled without any intimation saying i have agreed for 50 rupees discount.
                    The second one i have talked with the executive to disconnect he told ok and asked me to pay 199 as pro data charges i paid the same but still not disconnected and i have been changed for 100 rupees.
                    I raised 3rd request which is successful but still, i'm getting calls to pay 1000 for which i haven't used any data.
                    I have agreed with the executive in the second complaint only to pay 199 as pro data charges not more than that.
                    I have call recording between us.
                    I need this to be solved.
                    Even the payment recovery team is not talking politely.
                    They are speaking so rude and not listening to my words.

                      Hi, i have done recent last 2 recharges for 2 mobile numbers using airtel app via airtel bank payment during the offer period. As per offer had to receive 10 rs cashbacks, but not received. If cashbacks are not there, then why needed to mention like that. This is a new kind of business strategy from airtel or what. Please provide me with mentioned cashbacks.

                        I am not receiving any single network bar in my office.
                        Despite of multiple time complaint on airtel, almost every alternate talking to senior person on 121 still issue is same.

                        Airtel engineer has surveyed and confirmed that no network is coming till no resolution provided. 121 people not providing even concern team contact details.

                        We have more than 20 airtel post paid connection in my office. No one able to work at all.

                        There are around 20 offices on same floor no one able to use mobile in office, if we walk down on passage i. E 30 feet we get full network.

                        They just need to install booster of small size for that they aree taking sool long.

                        Not understanding exact situation what clients are facing.

                        Its looks like they are forcing to switch over jio network

                          The internet speed i am getting here at karakoram hostel iit delhi is barely 50 kbps. Oh my god! This is the condition of india's fastest 4g network.
                          I and many other hostelmates demand a quick installation of an airtel tower inside iit delhi near karakoram hostel asap.
                          Else we are switching to jio or vodafone in which people are getting internet speed close to 20 mbps [speedtest by ookla]

                            My account number was changed to advance rental without my permission and after that when i tried calling the customer care for the first time on 20.07.2019 - 545 pm, mr. Subhanshu from their customer care told that the plan has been set to monthly rental of rs 799/ month. However, i did not get any message. I called again on 21.07.2019 at 1924 hrs but the same request was not registered. On repeated enquiry the customer care executive mr. Sahil failed to give me a solution. Please help as airtel has raised a bill of rs 9528/- as advance rental and threatening to disconnect connection for no lapse from my end.

                              I applied for new broadband connection on 18th july and documentation and payment was completed on 19th july morning. From last two days, airtel engineers are making us fool by telling that team is coming for installation of router. After follow-up, today evening they finally said they are returning money, 500 rs, back as connection can't be done.
                              Can anyone explain this. Who would do justice to our waiting time of two days.

                                Due to some technical issues i'm unable to pay last 2months my airtel mobile bill which number i. E. [protected].
                                After completed to pay all pending bill still it's not got activated my number.
                                I'm visited so many airtel store there unable to resolve my problem and not activated my number.

                                  Due to stolen of my phone with sim, i compelled to block my sim from durgapur airtel office on 10th. July 2019 morning and returned back to my home in the afternoon re-issued of the same no. [protected] from a local airtel store, bankura. But after two days when it was not activated (During phone saying presently out of service).. Some one say that after blocking if 24 hours not exceed re-issued sim will not function. So again by submission of my aadhaar no. And live photograph another sim re-issued by returning that old one on 17 th. Or 18 th. July. Now sim is in my phone, showing network but no incoming or outgoing, sometime saying network busy /sometime presently out of service. Being a regular customer why such suffering, customer care if asked they are saying we are unable to do anything about activation of my old no. (Stated that this no is my old one and ported long days ago to your reputed airtel. So kindly activate my beloved sim.

                                    Sir sometimes airtel 4g network is very slow sir i recharge 199 rs per month but we only used the data 700-800 mb per day
                                    Half data is waste because it's network is slow and some times voice call is not clear sir install another tower in my location to give me high net speed thanks sir another we can change my sim in jio

                                      I got a bill its unwantedly changed.
                                      Airtel is looting money with people who don't know what is mean by other services which they have value added services this is very serious please request to do an deep study first they send an sms to mobile we press end button but there is advertising keeps on pooping in an basic handset which has been used by my mother she doesn't know how to cancel and she just presses and button but some or the other services get activated and these people charge without knowing it's an add on number in airtel [protected] it's a family no main no is [protected] looting india in a smartest way think guys 1rs from 300000 consumers they pay there employees salary by this kind of ways and there customer care never treat people in a proper way they are not educated they don't have proper process after checking the bill i came to i just wanted to inform i cannot lose my tym for such things i am informing through this i can tell this as professional looters

                                        I'm facing network issue for my airtel postpaid number at home. I've been raising complaints from the month if jan about this. Since my complaint was never resolved, i thought if porting the number. I sent a port message in the month of march. I got a call from airtel, they told someone will visit my house and figure out the connection issues. Nobody came here but i got a call stating they are going to make some changes in the tower at issue will be fixed.
                                        I waited for 3 months but nothing changed. I've sent another port message in the month of july and decided that i'll port this time.
                                        I've again got a call from an executive and she told that she's sending someone here to fix it. It's been more that 10 days now and nothing happened.
                                        Giving false commitments just to retain customer. They're not really fixing the issues.
