I have recharged a wrong number [protected] with 399 using airtel app. Please transfer the recharge to the correct number [protected]. Can this be processed as soon as possible please. The recharge was done on 21st feb. It was a genuine mistake and also i the number that i recharged incorrectly didn't require it as it still has services left for over 30 days.

    Dear sir or madam,
    Even after your directives and the obligation for airtel to provide lifetime free services and despite retaining balance in my account, it discontinued my services. First, are these companies telecom regulators? Second, how can they breach the contract? How can they use my funds when they discontinue my services? It's my hard earned money. Instead of improving their services this # company has chosen these techniques to improve arpu. Should it still continue be in business if it is not competitive? Because, same thing can be replicated in other industries. I don't see your influence on them as a regulator. I require you take strict and punitive action against them to seek reimbursements of amounts taken. Please refer screenshot attached. Blanking out my number to prevent telemarketing calls and inappropriate usage by others.

        I have enabled international roaming on 26th dec’18 and completed my trip to be back in india on 31st dec’18 (While i left international location on 30th dec’18 only). I have asked to enable pack of rs.1199-/- and taxes. The usage was within range.

        After coming to india, i saw an threatening message that account will be blocked. “usage alert: you have used 4271 mb approx rs3560 in international roaming on your airtel mobile as per the last update received. As a precaution, internet service will be temporarily blocked soon. To continue, sms yes to [protected]”.

        I saw that as a threat after being customer for years and using airtel for my family. I immediately wrote to them and they have corrected the bill generated on 3rd jan’2019 for the dec’18 month till 2nd jan’19.

        Once again when i was trying to pay feb’19 generated bill, faced the issue that they have added rs. 3, 623.48 and taxes of rs. 796.04. That made feb’19 bill of rs.5218.52-/-.

        That issue got settled in jan’19 bill generated till 2nd jan’19 and after that there was no international travel. So there must be no further charges related to international roaming.

        I communited the same to airtel customer care on 20th feb’19 and asked to remove these charges and generate fresh bill so that i can pay my normal bill. However i have paid normal bill of rs.942-/- with taxes. On call, customer care representative was showing arrogance that we can’t do anything and only can reduce rs. 1000-/- as goodwill gesture. I have made very clear that i am fighting for right things and it will be zero. I don’t need charity from airtel but stop harassing the customers.

        I need remedy for the same to square of these undue charges and maintain my services.

        Fyi i am sharing the interaction id with airtel as [protected] with their customer care. I asked for giving me complaint id but refused to share which is strange.

        Pls help to get this fixed.

          Hi. I am regular airtel customer. The number which i was using is registered under my husband name. I wanted to know can my husband track my voice calls without knowing me. My number is [protected]. He has tracked all my voice calls. Can you please let me know is it possible. He got my voice calls record. Without knowing to me how can he get. Wanted to clarify whether he has tracked the calls or somebody has sent.

            I have choosen hd channels while making my own pack and send the message by scanning the QR code and i have recharged my account by amount 358Rs
            But they suspended my account and when i contact to customer care they misbehave with me and after that conversation they said u have requested for normal channel not hd and when i asked to make hd channel they said it would be only for 30 days.
            I am highly frustated with airtel i would recomend every citizen of India not to become a part of airtel network.

              I have bought airtel six month advance rentel plan ([protected])with free device one month before... From the first day itself its not working properly, its very unstable ... Always the Network showing only 3G ...In my mobile also i am using airtel only and i am getting 4G network regularly so only i choose Airtel instead of Bsnl broadband... But this hotspot device is not working properly... I don't know what's the problem the device or simcard.. After purchasing the device i can't able to contact the local dealer also... The person from customer care service centre asking to contact the dealer to solve the problem... I don't know what to do... Help us to solve the problem... Thank in advance...

                I have done transaction on 11 of FEB on airtel.com with payment getaway as Phonepe for mobile number [protected].
                Above transaction is successful and recharge is failed and refund is not done even after 10 days.

                Acknowledgement from airtel to phonepe for this transaction is merchant[protected].

                as I spoke with you customer care people logged a complaint (CONRC[protected]) and assured a refund in 7 days. but as I spoke on same on 21 Feb 2019, same is declared as this is not refundable.

                will you be taking care on this matter?

                  Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

                  This mail is with the reference to my complaint for manipulation in billings and service charges. TRAI is the regulatory which show the way out of trouble all the time and I am hoping for the same again.

                  I am using Airtel network since more than two months and getting the worst network problem from this network operator. I have raised issue with operator but still there is no resolution (even not ready to confirm the timeline of resolution). As per my knowledge there is some TAT for every complaint raised by customer but they denied it.
                  We are living in the time of technology but when it comes to Airtel it seem like they are far away from technology. I can’t believe it takes so long to resolve network issue, it’s almost 3 months since I raised complaint but there is no call or Solution for problem. I am not asking to Airtel to give me 4G internet speed all the time but basic need of network.
                  I don’t know what kind of manipulation they have done with their towers, it shows full range but if someone calls me call doesn’t get connected and says my mobile is switched off. I am finding myself in the trap of this company, even they are charging me for missed call alert but not a single alert message is coming on my mobile. There is no network, No alert message, no internet. I am facing so much trouble in my daily job due to this issues.

                  This is directly or indirectly a fraud with customer and I really want to raise legal case against Airtel for doing fraud with common customers for doing this act. I hope at least I can get details to raise a case against Airtel along with process details from TRAI. Kindly help me in this and let me know the process of it.

                    I raised complain multiple times to airtel customer care. We are still monitoring you complaint.
                    Today i had very important business call. I had multiple time call failed. Even i didn’t speack to the person. Call failed more than 10 times. After all this i lost the business due to airtel bad network. I am using postpaid connection. Even i am paying more to the airtel. This is not worth it. If i am not getting the better network.
                    I just to sue them.
                    Where can i raise the complaint against the airtel?

                      During a call exactly after 30 seconds the call gets disconnected automatically... It is really irritating. I am unable to talk to anybody. I am unable to know the cause of the problem. I don't know why it is happening. I tried to find out a solution to this problem but i could not find it. Help me out with this... It is really urgent...                         I have raised request for shifting my broadband cum landline connection to new address. Request no is[protected]. It was notified to me that it will be completed within 3 days and new address also checked for feasibility of this connection.
                        After 3 days, suddenly without notifying they disconnected this connection. When i checked via customer care no - it says this landline no doesnt exist. Then i have checked in airtel customer centre - then i came to know that they deactivated this connection without notifying to me.
                        I dont understand why they cancelled this connection?
                        Airtel customer care sent mail to seniors - then i got call for re-activation. It was mentioned it will be activated and then raise a new shifting address request which can be done in the same day.
                        Until now, this number is not activated.
                        I had taken 6 months plan (Prepaid) from which 3 month left.
                        Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                        Its not yet resolved.
                        They reactivated and changed the landline number.
                        But after one week, they generated it as new bill to pay 5428.
                        I had paid for 6 months plan by Dec 2018. Then why Airtel generated new bill by Feb?
                        When I asked customer care, they mentioned that payment for Dec bill not paid. But when I told them to check with old landline no, then they accepted that I had paid by Dec 31, 2018.
                        They took this as complaint and given the request no as[protected].
                        Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

                          15-feb-2019 raised a request to shift airtel dish to new home.

                          One lady called from customer service, she booked appointment.

                          Service guy called at morning 10, he will be coming at 12 to shift the dish. But never showed till 3. We called him at 3, he spoke to us like he completely no idea what we called him for. He said he will come by before 5.
                          We called him after 5, his mobile no went switched off.

                          Till 21-feb-2019, never showed.

                          That customer service no also switched off.

                          We raised request means, it should be closed or we should get some update on our request status.

                          Not happy at all. We know airtel has millions customers, but still a proper text message on request status would have been nice.

                            This issue happened at 15 jan when my bill generated. It was much hire what i used to get in last few months. New bill was 588 and old bill was 411. When i tried to call customer care. I was not getting any option to get the representative on call. So i have decided to raise complain on twiter. I got response and call only for resolve the issue. I have told just let me if you are not able to resolve the complain then i will go nearest airtel shop pay and close the service. But these guys saying we are working upon and will get back to you. Now i have got new month bill without any usage. And getting call for force bill payment.

                              I am an existing customer of airtel digital tv (Id: [protected]), with the registered mob:[protected] i already had an existing connection for 1 year of hd+sd channels of rs.5999 valid till 7th oct, 2019.

                              Now for [protected]-001 as per government and trai regulation on new tariff packs, i was sent a link, where airtel suggested a pack for me at rs.699/month which was the closest to my existing pack and i approved it. I was told by the customer helpline that i will be able to see most of the current channels if i choose the pack suggested. So i did. (Ref id : 316864).

                              But even after so many days, i am not able to see many of the channels. Most news channels are also gone.
                              Many of the channels in my first connection for which i already paid till oct 2019 has been stopped. Although i had selected a new pack suggested by airtel digital themselves. Most news channels (Which is extremely important), along with many free channels, which were previously shown are not being shown anymore. The free channels like republic tv and all nowhere to be seen.
                              Also, i have been kept in the dark about the plans for the connecting set top box [protected]-002.

                              I have been previously assured that in time the problem will be solved but, but now they are saying i am not entitled to watch any more channels. They are even not providing me with most of the free channels. On top of that, they are calling me up to pay for extra channels. I feel terribly cheated and is cursing myself that i selected airtel and had been associated with it for so long.

                              Terribly disappointed by the service meted out to me. Please help.

                                I am not understanding, whom tria is helping with this new rules for dth services, whatever free channels provided with in basic plan are only hindi, please ask them to do region specific, for ex., south indians are not much aware of hindi language, instead of giving free hindi channels for them they should be provided by south languages.
                                Also keep in mind of village peoples they might not be much aware of these rules and regulations, and they are not much educated to know all these things, there are chances of fraud by dealers. Please understand this and bring changes in the rules.

                                I have been trying to select channels from channel 998 but due to some technical error I could not complete it.I also tried from airtel website to add new pack or channels to my base pack but again I could not succeed.There is no facility of direct talking to concern person .so How can a person do anything ? I am helpless now.

                                  I am a customer of airtel broadband since 2004 and have trusted airtel since then due to its customer support but the recent event has completely changed my views against this.

                                  My details:

                                  I placed an upgrade request to my current plan (Rs. 799 with 40 mbps vfiber along with 100gb data) to fiber line for which i was getting charged only 100 rupees extra @ rs. 899 per month but couldn't install the fiber line for some days as renovation was taking place on my home at that time but when i called back the customer support today they say that such discount is no longer available and no one is ready to help me out.

                                  Here are the issues:
                                  1. When the order was getting canceled there was no notification given to me which is a fault at your end!
                                  2. Customer support is pathetic and even your senior advisor are not ready to help me out.

                                  With this, i can only conclude that you take care of new customers but you disregard your old loyal customers as no one from your support team was ready to help me in this case. I was given a blunt response that "i can't do anything you have to pay 999 if you want fiber" in the worst tone which you can't expect from a professional company.

                                  In case this issue is not resolved, i am going to boycott airtel broadband and going to share the same experience with my friends who are using airtel in my area.

                                  I will make sure that i take appropriate steps to boycott airtel broadband from my area due to the lack of customer support that we are having nowadays for old customers.

                                    I have applied for a airtel broadband connection on 18th feb 2019. I was told by the customer executive that installation will be done on the same day (Airtel broadband connectivity is already available in my apartment complex). Since it was very urgent for me to get the internet access i agreed to apply for airtel broadband. I made the payment of rs 2400 on 18th feb 2019. Unfortunately broadband connectivity is not yet...

                                      Dear sir i have using airtel from past 16 years sometimes i have faced network problems but recently i have been facing a problem regarding data balance. I have recharged daily 1.4 gb plan so every day in the morning if i check in airtel app data balance has been deducting. How is it possible without using data.. Can go to consumer court. Please check it as soon as possible.. Or else i have to change my network to others..

                                      I port bsnl sim to airtel sim.. I lost network in my bsnl sim ..Airtel sim has network but not activating.. I m trying to activate sim by 59059..
