not getting digital tv service since 1 feb 2019

Sir,
My airtel digital serice is discontinuing since 1 feb 2019. I have selected pack of choice channels of rs. 282/- on 27th jan. 2019 with reference id: 131489 and i recharged my tv account for rs. 410/- on 29 jan 2019 but today i got message that due date for your airtel digital tv is in 2 day i. E. Till 9 feb 2019. I had a plan of rs. 315+ (75 top up) per month till 31 jan 2019.

dth annual pack forcefully discontinue

airtel dth services are down since last 7 days

Don't know if airtel has closed down the dth services business as these folks are just disappeared since last 7 days. Impossible to reach them... Screens are blank, charging double the money for nothing... Wrong channel packs... No resolution and still full of confusions.

Its really bad to see a brand like airtel falling down... Very disappointed....
