My airtel tv [protected], got it recharged on 15th feb 2019, since that day in total my tv services not worked for 4 day, called customer care they said technician will visit but visit charges will be applied. First of all you charged my for the days for which my services not working. Now i should pay you for your technician visit too? Why? My dth services not working on22nd & 23rd feb. Not worked on 15th, 16th. Who is going to pay for the money which got deducted because of not services was provided.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still problem is same, I don't understand why this is happening. In today's fast world, no service for 3 days and no resolution for it. I hope it's a same brand 'AIRTEL'. They claim that they are the number one service provider in INDIA. I have now doubt on their leadership. "AIRTEL" or "AIRTEL GO TO HELL"

    I chosen channels as per trai regulations & amount is rs.200.41. I recharged for rs 201, but they suspended my ac & stopped all channels. They wanted to recharge old rental 237.& deducted some amount from my recharged amount (No. [protected]). Now the ac is suspended when i contacted them, they least bothered to resolve issue. How can they deduct from my paid amount since old plans were "prepaid" pl instruct them to restore my connection asap as per my opted plan & to fix the next due date as and when it is restored. If by their mistake, any negative amount is reflected in my ac, pl instruct to waive off and restore the connection with my choice

      Dear sir, actually due to non recharge incoming calls are stopped for mobile no [protected] because of recharge not done.
      So, i had recharged it 1st time 10 rs. But incoming calls are not received
      Then again i recharged with another 10 rs. But is saying still incoming calls not available.
      So please activate incoming calls on the mobile no [protected].

        Hi team,

        I'm extremely unhappy with the services being provided by airtel dth. All through india, trai have been advertising that the new plan will come into effect since 01-feb-2019. Even then the services are not working properly and airtel iz deducting money from the account as well. I have never seen such an incompetent, incorrigible and too lazy organization to say.

        I changed my plan on 02-feb-2019, but due to airtel's inefficient system it didn't came into effect. When contacted their super busy customer care, i was told they are having india-wide technical issue and i had to wait.

        Then again i contacted airtel on 03-feb-2109 and had to tell them again all the channels i need to see, then only the plan was activated.
        When i browsed through the plan and the channels being shown, i found lot of missing channels which should have been activated but were not coming.

        So i again updated the plan (Reference id[protected] on 04-feb-2019. After that everything stopped on tv. Moreover, when i activated my plan, the charges were around rs 715/- pm, but now it is being shown as around rs 2500/- pm. I contacted their customer care on 05-feb-2109 and was told same old story that the airtel is having technical issue and all services will be restored by afternoon of 06-feb-2019. I also flagged the issue that during activation the plan was rs 715/- but now it is being shown as around rs 2500/- pm. I was reassured that the plan amount too will be restored.

        The channels started coming but the plan was never updated and airtel continued to deduct as per 2500 plan.

        Because of this faulty deduction the balance was exhausted and the services were suspended. I had to recharge thrice to activate the services and called to change the plan but nothing happened.

        I have been emailing them many times and upon their suggestion i selected another plan with reference number[protected] having monthly charges of approx 750. The channel started coming but the plan was never updated and airtel continued to deduct as per 2500 plan.

        If this email does find some competent authority, request you to please resolve following issue,
        1. Activate the plan i had selected with reference id[protected].
        2. Since 02-feb-2019 they have been deducting money from my account with no or faulty services being delivered. Kindly revert the charges, whatsoever you have deducted till now.

          Airtel received my and my wife id proofs when i ported my ph no to airtel. I retained mine and my wife's mobile nos. Though i submitted mine and my wife id proofs and told them clearly which one is my no and which one is hers they registered with the nos in my wife's name. Now they aren't ready to accept the mistake and change my mobile no to my name. This is rediculous. How can they make such a big mistake?. This isn't just mistake it's crime. How can they assign my no to other person even with all that fancy technologies of aadhar card authentication and finger print scanners?

              Two months ago, i called airtel's broadband branch in indira nagar, bangalore to inquire about their broadband service. Ever since that day, i receive one or more calls every day asking me to install airtel broadband service. It's extremely annoying and unethical.

              I want to stop receiving these annoying phone calls as soon as possible.

                recharge done but plan not activated

                I had done a recharge of rs 597 for airtel prepaid number using airtel app and made the payment using amazon pay, although the amount was deducted from my account but the plan is still not activated. I have received payment confirmation mail from amazon but when i contacted airtel customer care, they mentioned that no transaction was done from the app. Airtel customer care is just making me run from pillar to post without providing any resolution....

                My mobile no :[protected], it is got from telenor mobile service on 28/12/2015 on the basis of lifetime, meantime the airtel take over the telenor.
                But the airtel stop the incoming services on 09/02/2019. It con't change as their convenience.
                198, 121 and 12118, not working.

                I pray to resolve my network validity as lifetime validity.
                It is liable to my inconvenience and damages.

                      I am experiencing the worst signal problem with a network claiming they provide the best coverage through their adds.. I have complained about it several number of times, even talked with the customer care but no improvement... I am fed up with them now.. They react very well as if they are looking into it but everything seems to be a good 'act'... Now a days even i try to complaint they would come with the answer the system is down.. I wonder why their tower not capable to cover the area of my home. My home address is given below near kumbha circle, bhilwara, 311001. The problem of network is not only to my particular home but it covers near the whole area near my home.

                        I made a payment o[censored]ppcl electricity bill on niki app for rs 2457.06/- through virtual debit card of airtel payments bank but my transaction got failed due to some reasons and the app showed that my payment is refunded successfully (Vide the refund reference id is [protected]) but it is not reflecting in the my wallet yet...
                        So can you please check that why the amount is not credited back in my account and till when can i expect it to be credited? My wallet is linked with my no. 8171551xxx...
                        I contacted their customer care on the email [protected]@airtelbank.com & was requested to provide the refund reference no which i provided back but since last 7 working days, waiting for the team to respond back and no reply is received from their end which is very distressing... Send them mail again but still no response... The case no., customer care provided me was case:3070905... I want my money back in my airtel wallet... This is so unjust on part of airtel that their representatives are not replying back the status to the customer...

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          With deep regret i would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts :-

                          01 i, sujit bhadra, who is residing at 185a bb street, uttarpara, hooghly dist., west bengal have requested to take a new sd digital tv connection from your company vide id no. [protected].
                          02 as per the guidelines, we have made the payment of rs.1953/- on 13th feb 2019 vide transaction number[protected].
                          03 waited for days together and there were no communication, started calling the customer care no.12150 and they have given 12148 which was not picked by the representatives.
                          04 yesterday – 21 feb 19 called up the call centre number [protected] and they have taken an sr no. A6112550 with a commitment that the installation will be taken place by 10.40 am on 22 feb 19.
                          05 again yesterday evening received a call from call centre whether the tv programs are coming or not. We have reconfirmed that the sd box is not yet been installed and how you are expecting?
                          06 today morning when called the call centre number they have confirmed that the sr is cancelled and new sr is created and tat will be by 05:50 pm on 22 feb 2019. We were not happy with the answer and one of your sr. Executive (Mr. Pal) given commitment that the installation in question will be done at any cost by 07:00 pm on 22 feb 19.
                          07 now at 07.00 pm today when asked about the outcome, surprisingly, the call centre have confirmed that the installation has been done at my home.

                          My question is how you are closing the sr without talking / visiting customer place.

                          Repeated reminders and requests are made by me for early resolution, but, nothing is done by a so called reputed mnc.

                          You are requested to refund the money if you are not able to install the product at my home before 12:00 noon.

                          Today new sr no. Given by your representative is a6156248.

                            Hello sir,

                            I want to file complaint against my current dth service provider (Airtel). Complaint is regarding availability of certain hd (High definition) channels like mtv hd+, mtv beats hd, vh 1 hd.

                            Similarly, there are other hd channels from star network like nat geo wild hd.

                            When i asked their senior manager about unavailability of these channels they told they don't have these channels currently. When i told that these channels are available on broadcaster bouquet as well as trai bouquet list, they said music channel won't come in high definition (Hd).

                            As per new rules implemented by trai these channels should be available to me but airtel is not providing. Other dth providers like tata sky are providing mentioned channels.

                            I attached screenshot of one of the bouquet providing by airtel. This bouquet prices rs. 32/- and should contain 17 channels but airtel is providing only 13 because they excluded hd channels which i mentioned above from this pack.

                            Similarly, in other hd packs they are doing same.

                            I will be thankful for you help.

                              I m an airtel digital tv costumer for more than eight years. Several times i decided to stop the services of the said company becoz of thier poor and non-customer friendly services. I shifted to new a house and requested the company for reinstallation of my connection and upgradation of settop box. Company doesn't bother for customer requests n their time. Company is only interested in making calls for recharge requests which is very much a kind of harrassing. After soo many requests company assigned some mr manish airtel technician for the said job. Mr manish contacted me n the time was fixed for 11am. As thr was no other than me on the house, so i dropped all my appointments n engagements to remain at home. Since 11am he remained making exusus untill 7pm n when again contacted at 7pm, he told me that now i will not come today...
                              Now i request the company to close my connection. As i will move to another company fr new connection. N also request not to make unnecessary calls otherwise i will sue the said company to court for unnecessary harrassment of customers

                                I am having airtel secure insurance policy for my handset and on 18th jan'2019, accidentally my handset screen & back was broken. I raised a claim 3904825 and post discussion with customer care, i wrote an email also basis that i was not getting my handset invoice while searching it in my documents with undertaking as suggested by customer care executive.
                                After 2 days, i received communication that claim has been rejected because of invoice not available.. I was travelling so i request to please hold the claim rejection till i come back & search again and finally i submit the invoice also and after 2 days, i was again communicated that the claim was rejected because as per description written during claim registration at mobile app, it is the case of carelessness.
                                I am not a kid who will handle the expensive handset carelessly & even description also not showing that clearly. I am agree that some information i didn't wrote because o[censored]nawareness but the information provided shows that its accidental case.
                                This shows like airtel secure was in mood to reject the claim one sided without even discussing the circumstances of damage.

                                This is really frustrating and leading to high level dissatisfaction. Worst is when i am connecting to 121 to put my point that they are saying that you will receive a call back in 48 hrs, its 3 times and i didn't receive any call back in last one month.

                                I hope i can hear back and find satisfactorily solution.

                                  Airtel dth has unauthorisedly removed my registered mobile no with them on 3rd feb 2019 without assigning any reason. I tried to contact on coustomer care no but got no responce as every time i got a reply that all the executives are busy and calls got disconnected. Morever as per trai guidelines i selected the package option through its platform but the same is not provided to me.

                                    I have ported [protected] from idea to airtel; it was troublesome right from the beginning. The airtel executive (Took it from airtel store, opposite to boat club). After 48hrs completed that idea network lost and airtel sim is not at activated. I'm calling to airtel store people where i took the sim they are telling different reasons, and it will work after 2 hours. What is the issue i don't understand? When it will be solved. Kindly activate it as early as possible.

                                      I've done a recharge of amount 399 on 21- feb-2019 at 12.53 p. M. Here after 30 hours those benefits yet to be credited to my number.

                                      All follow-ups with airtel customer care were unsuccessful. I haven't received those benefits yet. Airtel customer care representatives denied to refund my money and acted like i've no other option apart from waiting as they already have my money with them.
