I requested to get my corporate connection being transferred to my personal name, submitted all my docs to nearest airtel store took rigorous follow up for 3 months but nothing was done. I mailed to airtel for getting help, received a call saying we will work on ur issue but again nothing happened.
Now my number isn't working and all the customer care agents are saying is as this is a corporate connection so they can't do any thing about it

    My dth no - [protected], total no including hd and ala-cart an dd mendetory no of channel choosen below 80. But from four day channel showing me 173 channels. I dont want to watch that much channel. Today i removed from my previous collection of channel one channel instead of getting lesser amount it has gone up by 50 rs. And there is no option is giving me option to remove other channel (Which is provided by own airtel people). It is clear cut case of cheating with customer. For channel no goes up above 100 they will take more money.

    1. If i have choosen that ala cart channel then it should be showing in my select to remove channels list

      I have called customer care of airtel to request to tell me the 30 days plan for uk as international roaming.

      I checked with her follwing:

      1. Recharge amount: she said 2500
      2. Validity: she said 30 days
      3. Whether 3g will work there or not? : she said yes
      4. Free incoming calls : she said, unlimited free incoming
      5. Outgoing: she said 1500 minutes.

      So i did the recharge while i was on call with her by confirming the recharge amount 4-5 times.

      She also told to keep balance more than 100 rupees.

      So another 400-500 i have added recharged.

      Now my family girl went to uk and she called, we called h thinking its free but after few minutes call disconnected.

      When i called airtel customer care they told " sir yor have put malaysia pac/wrong pack

      I told i was given this pack by your customer executive but they said that i never called.

      This is the limit.
      I am loosing the trust on airtel completely.
      This happened for mobile number: [protected].

      From 3-4 months i am trying to get refund / adjustment of the money but no use.

      How can airtel cheat a customer like this.
      I have loosed 3000 rupees almost.

        I am trying to disconnect my broadband connection of airtel vfiber due to it is not working most of the time.

        I am calling past one week to take disconnection request but they are giving some or other excuses and not accepting the disconnect request.

        Latest excuse is : "sir please remove the broadband account from the myairtel app, only then we can disconnect the connection"

        The fact is that airtel customer can only add the account, he cannot delete any account.

        These all excuse to retain the customer.

        Everywhere airtel cheats the customer.

          My selected plan not activated as par my selection total 86 channel. And monthly pack 231 reupes par day 7.7 but worng charge amount deducted by dth operator appox 15 rupees par day and any information not provide by dth operator so pls help. Six to seven time call to coustomer care but no response all time sarver problem or update you pack as soon but still problem not reslove.

            For some reasons unknown i am unable to send text messages from my airtel mobile number. I checked with my balance amount and tried to solve the issue from all the possible ways from my side but unable to. Last i remember sending a text message was couple weeks back, but not exactly sure what happened after that.

            I even tried to contact customer care through 121, but god knows what option to select to talk to a person with whom i can discuss the issue and get it solved.

              As per trai guidelines i have selected 121 channels as per my choice and recharged my account with rs 410 in two transactions of rs 150 and rs 260 and sent sms after scanning the qr code today morning at 9.30 am but my services have not been activated yet. When i talked to your customer service executive i didn't get satisfactory reply. Moreover the process of contacting your customer care executive is very irritating. When i asked your customer care executive to explain me the process of switch over to other service providers like tata sky they said me that they had no idea about it. I was a very satisfied customer of your company but now i will definitely switch over your dth as well as mobile network also. My dth consumer no is [protected] and mobile no [protected].

                My name is subhash ghosh and i have been a regular customer of yours from 7-8 long years. (Customer id - [protected]). Earlier there were some issues, but overall i was satisfied. But now from these past 20 days i am having a worst kind of support and services from your side, that made me think to change to other service provider.

                Actually the problem is-

                1. I choose my package (La carta) on 30th january, before the announced date. But still after that i have been charged according to the earlier plan, why? (Since it's your fault, then why should i pay for that?)

                2. I recharged my account with 180 rs on 2nd february, and on 13th february i found my balance -50 rs, (In just 12 days, how?) and under which rule had you charged me and suspend my account?

                3. I called several times to the customer care, but it seems that you don't even value for others time.

                4. I booked a complaint 85853144 on 11th february, and when i called on 18th february, miss shweta (Telecaller) told me that she has processed my total refund and i will get the sms regarding the same. But i got nothing. Why had she provided me wrong and misguiding information?

                5. When i called today on 19th february, i had a word with sunita. She told me that your complaint has been processed (On 15th) and closed. Why?
                And for refund issue, she told me that within 5 minutes the backend will call you back, but i haven't received any such call. Why? Why all of you are trying to make your customers fool?

                6. Then i called on 22nd, 23rd, 24th february in a row. Every time i got misled by executives and senior executives (Sima, rahul...). They made commitment, but of no use. Nothing happened till date.

                Even i wrote email too, but the whole system is not responding.

                It's really pathetic. I don't think airtel now wants to keep their customers. And in this information age, a company cannot do such things. So now i am going to file a complaint in consumer forum. It has torchered a lot. That's it. Now get ready to pay the compensation.

                  I selected pack for rs.348 & for 1 week they didn't migrate me. After 2 calls to customer care which have minimum of 20 minutes of waiting, they finally migrate me to the new pack but cleverly didn't give me 6 hd & some free channels selected by me. After following up again they finally activated hd channels but have charged me extra. Now my pack is showing rs.423 per month.
                  Cheat your are. Customer care is difficult and not at all consumer friendly.
                  I intend closing my postpaid mobile connections too with you.
                  Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Every time when I recharge my Airtel DTH after account suspension, they add some Rs.60 extra pack to my existing one. It is painful process but I can remove it from Airtel selfcare portal. Airtel has become the worst service provider, and you just cannot contact customer care because it takes at least 15-20 min if not forever.

                  I also had a Airtel postpaid number which I used for 9 years which I ported to JIO when they charged me Rs 200 per month for 6 months for some stupid service which they did not deactivate. Every time I called customer care (of course after 30 min of wait) they registered my complaint as network issue.

                    There is cash bank bonanza offer going on airtel mobile plan.
                    I used airtel payment bank, to avail that offer.

                    But cash back is not worked. And i am not able find terms and conditions.

                    I felt like i am cheated by airtel services.

                    And it is consuming time also to find details of that offer.

                      Yesterday i went to mvp colony airtel service center for getting my sim card belonging to 3g to 4 g.
                      I have taken with 2 ids i_ adhaar id proof as well s my driving licenese proof.
                      My cell phone is already linked to my aaadhar card, as once went to similar office (Service center) in vizag., probably the main brach at vizag.
                      I am surprised, that this was not a sufficient proof for changing the sim card.
                      I waited for almost 1/2 hour. You r employee tells me this is your company policy. His explanation is that instead of a superior officer cross checking, they want to waste the customer time stating the that this is needed for the back end office verification.
                      We do not have any customer agreement between airtel and me as a customer, what will do you with multiple electronic copies of this customer information and still insist for the same information.
                      Your company stays or grows because of growth with customer base. You can not waste customer time like this. This so called senior front end calims, that the poor lady does not know the rules.
                      I have rejected this policy stipulated by this offcier after spending my time (1 hour and 1/2 hr and money in the travel costs from kommadi to mvp in vizag, specially in peak weekedd end time.
                      I have explained that i am senior citizen. Under these conditions, i request you to change your rules. If not, i shall be a customer any more.

                        Dear trai,

                        I am writing to you with complaint that airtel digital is befooling people by changing the pack automatically and increased the monthly rental from 450 to 475. Not only prices are increased but channels also reduced to previously more than 300+ channels to now only 175 channels. My consumer id is [protected]

                        After the new regulations from trai airtel has reduced my channels from more than 300+ to only 175 channels. Also the rates are increased from previous 450 to now 475. I have called to their customer care several times but they only have one answer that it is as per the company and trai guidelines.

                        As i have heard regarding the trai decision it will not burden the pockets of the consumer but after that decision airtel has reduced my channels to almost half and increased rental by rs 25. I really shows how many loopholes companies are using to burden the pockets of the customers.

                        Since the rates of the channels are not increased but company has increased the prices i request you to please look into it and provide back all old channels in same prices if not less than the previous

                          Airtel dth not allowed us make our own plan... They continued our rental plan worth above 700 n not provide us proper information regarding changing my base plan...
                          Airtel costumer care mislead us by giving wrong informations...
                          According to new rules i can choose my own plan but company is not giving us any helpfull information regarding this rule so have can select our own pack...

                            I have airtel 4g sim card but it always switches to 3g network or no network. I have tried manual setting of network then to it shows same problem.in advertisement u show it as fastest growing network i think it is baddest growing network. One question how can i port my airtel number?. Calling quality is excellent but still now i need to port number just because i have seen other 4g network giving data and network speed better than your services at more cheaper rates

                              I have purchased airtel dth infinity plan for 1 year subscription with all hd channels, where all off suddenly zee kannada hd channels was removed. When i contacted airtel care they inform zee network has removed it.

                                  I've ported my no.[[protected]] from vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                                    We had taken airtel d2h connection as we need channel mh one for live vaishnodevi aarti.

                                    Wrt to account no : [protected], we have selected the package as per our choice in last week. Suddenly after that we had problem are were not able to view mh one and few other channels for which we complained and engineer has visited and resolved the issue. Again after 2 days we are facing same problem and not able to view subscribed channel mh one, we had almost called customer care 7-8 times on 20th feb to resolve the issue but there is no action taken and we are still not getting mh one.

                                    And worst is no response from airtel nodal and customer care team

                                      I am siva, i just connected with the customer care executive about my issues at 23:19,[protected]. He can't solve my problem and he connected the call with his supervisor to me. But the way of supervisor spoke to me is really hurts and he didn't reply me for a long time while i am in call, and she spoke with some colleague instead of speak with me. I am not satisfied with the way of her speech and she shout on me and she disconnected the call while i speaking. This is not the correct way of treating the customer. I have the call records also. I want make a complaint against her legally from your side. I hope you will take a action about this complaint. My number is [protected].

                                        As u guys claim airtel is the fastest data provider in india, but even if i switch on 4g the data speed is too poor, i cannot even browse or stream youtube videos, server is lost frequently while playing games such as pubg, if this continues i'm gonna switch to some another network, i had been using airtel since a long time, but it's service has become poor day by day,
