Its been more than 3 months i am not using the data card as i was facing too much network issues. Initially we went to airtel marathalli out let on suggestion of one of the customer care executive to change the sim card. We got new sim card by paying 50 rupees and submitting the id proof which should ideally resolve the network issue but it didnt. We were still facing same issue and then stopped using the data card it self and went for some other option. We informed couple of times that we cant continue with this connection if it not resolves the issue. Since it never fixed the network issue we stopped using the same. But airtel is keep on adding the charges each month even the discussion going on and i raised same concern as above. They are forcing me to continue the connection so that they can wave off the charges even though it is not working as expected..

3 month back I came to KSA, I activated international roaming pack so that I get incoming call, my international pack is my finish, but I cant find network, it shows that" sim card registration failed

I got a message from Airtel to get 4g SIM free of cost but people in "Airtel store, balapur branch " are demanding 50rs for upgrade my friend upgraded to 4g SIM free of cost but these people doing business with Sims which is a loss to your reputation kindly take action against them

      I had got my sim card changed from your outlet on judges bungalow road, ahmedabad on 22nd feb, 2019. The same was not activated till 25th - when i wanted clarification on the sim not getting activated, the outlet informed me that there is a mistake in the name recorded as against my id proof. While i have two connections in the same name, how can there be difference in the names? Kindly let me know how to ensure that my name recorded at your end is corrected and how to get my sim activated?

I contect on cc but they said we transferred your to our senior. But no body pick the call. Sir i have a recording of these call. Or my tv screen show payment dew on 5/3/2019.

          I bought a prepaid sim card from the goa int'l airport 4 days ago. I was told that activation would be possible within 3 hours, and that i should call 59059 to activate my sim. After 4 days i finally got a signal and tried calling 59059 (And many other numbers) however all i heard was a woman saying "the number you have dialled is invalid". I am visiting india for only 10 days - can anybody who has had the same problem help me? What do you think i should do?

            Airtel auto deducted rs 23 from my main balancer on yesterday while 15 days is still pending for incoming airtel should confirm from customer before deducting the rs 23. I have to plan more but airtel wasted my money if airtel wants auto deduction then rs 9 to be deducted because in minimum recharge of rs35 there is talk time of rs 26. Please refund me rs 23 so that i may able to recharge as per my decision. I think airtel da diwali nikal haha hai. Please stop such type of practice for cheating the customer otherwise i have to port in bsnl which charge rs 36 for six months. Please refund rs 23 otherwise i will approach trai and consumer court.

            I think airtel payment bank cheats the customer.I purchased an amazon gift card worth Rs 2000 on my airtel app on 26/02/2019.But i don't get on mail yet.I complaint on customer care many times but no response from their side.Please help me take proper action against them.
            Hi this is the worst case I encountered before my network was Vodafone which was far better than this ported to Airtel this is first day facing issue with full network not receiving call not getting call I don't want to stay in such third class network

                I was having airtel no.[protected] since long about 9 years as postpaid. On 16.02.19 i applied for conversion it from postpaid to prepaid by appearing in airtel office in fatehganj vadodara. The officers informed me to pay inr 620.00 as dues till date which was needed to pay for conversion to prepaid. This amount was paid immediately through debit card. The officers informed me that it the no. Will be converted to prepaid in few days which will be informed to me and after that i could do recharge of prepaid. On 18th feb, the no. Was converted and informed to me through mail and sms. Then on 19.02.19 i recharged it by inr 169.00. The payment was successful but plan was not activated and it was informed that recharge was unsuccessful. Then again i recharged by inr 169.00 and payment was successful but plan not activated. I wrote the mail to airtel customer care but no resolution provided. On 20.02.19 i again recharged to check whether the problem was resolved or not. Meanwhile i informed through mails many times to customer care including nodal officers and appellate authority but no resolution provided. As per customer care advice, my family also visited airtel store in the same office in fatehganj to recharge the no but they didn't resolved the problem.

                The response of airtel to resolve the problem was too poor. It was gross negligence on the part of airtel. I would like to inform that the said no. Lives in vadodara with my family and i am posted in rajasthan. My family is suffering from severe pain of fibroid and heavy bleeding. She could not contact her doctor to seek medical advice and she was also unable to contact me. These all the problems were informed to airtel authorities but they didn't do anything. This gross negligence on part of airtel made us mentally tortured. I am also under neurological cure. In this situation we are suffering a lot.

                Request you sir to provide us justice in this regard and put heavy penalty on airtel for their such negligence.

                The Airtel Company is not refunding the amount against failed transactions. I have recharged by Airtel no.[protected] four times as below. The payment were successful but the plan was not activated. Till date, Airtel has refunded me only INR 169.00 and other amount didn't refunded.

                  I have given 'n' number of complaints in twitter regarding the Airtel's service that I am getting since last few months. The customer care call me, ask what problem I am facing and then assure to provide better service, which is not happening at all. Even near the Airtel tower, the signal is weak at times. The 'ping' I get is very high at times. Whenever I need to send an urgent document, the 4G net is slow. Please take some action against the company.

                      Today, 26th feb, 2019 around 5pm i have received multiple calls from number: [protected], offering 15 lakhs amount for installation of airtel mobile tower in our property. The person also offered 30k monthly rent as well as a job to take care of the tower with 12k monthly salary.

                      The offer was really tempting. When i asked for further information and procedure, the person asked me to send multiple documents like, aadhar card, voter card, property paper, pan card via whatsapp. Also the person multiple times asked for if we have insurance of the property. As we do not have any insurance for the property, the person asked me to purchase insurance within next 24 hours, otherwise the offer will be canceled.

                      When i asked the person if i can prepare the insurance on my own, the person refused and told me it will not be valid. Then i asked the person to send me all the details from their official email address. But the person refused that it can not be done until my profile is created at their end.

                      I suspected probable phishing call and disconnected.

                      I would like to report this and want you to take appropriate action.

                      In Airtel app for 998 recharge it shows as data and SMS renews every 28days but after recharge the SMS says only SMS are renewed. This is misleading and please suggest what I can do to reverse and do another recharge that offers me more data.
                      Airtel still charging NCF of 94 rupees on my secondary connection which should be waive off as per TRAI so please look into this and take action ASAP.

                      I don't know why we have to post it and contact airtel many times, every time they told me that they don't have any update yet and we need to wait for same.

                        My Airtel DTH account ([protected]) got suspended and account balance showing negative balance due to wrong package selection done by customer care executive.

                        Even after multiple follow-ups they are not taken seriously and I have decided to stop the service immediately and requested update the Database accordingly, still getting promotion call and SMS.

                          I had taken a postpaid connection from airtel with number [[protected]] in the month of october.
                          After using the service for a month i went to airtel gallery and asked them to close the connection, but they denied saying that once you start any postpaid connection it cannot be closed for 3 months.
                          I continued to carry the connection for another two months and paid the bills even if i had not used the connection.
                          Now after the third month they called up and said that we had suspended your connection, clear the last month bill and close the connection.
                          When i went to gallery the staff at dombivli (E) gallery [near p p chambers] responded rudely saying they cannot process my payment and will not close the connection. When i went to another gallery they asked for 300inr more than that was communicated to me. Now because they have not closed the connection i will have to pay another month payment.
                          Please look into the issue urgently.

                            I am facing an issue with airtel payment bank, now my wallet balance is 709/-. Using airtel payment bank i am not able pay/recharge using my wallet balance.
                            While i am paying i am getting error message like "debit is not allowed in this account".
                            Please consider this complaint do necessary action. This is very impact your customer service.

                                I have paid 150 rs. Minimum balance required as per the airtel rules. To select new package on date 12th feb 2019.
                                I selected my package scanned qr code sent sms. But no reply of activation of my package was receiced. Within 5 days on 17 th feb i received sms that my balance will b over kindly recharge. Within 5 days how come it gets over.?.                                       I have made a airtel dth recharge on 24/02/19 of rs. 485/- through my debit card but transaction got failed at the same time of same transaction amount has been deducted from my a/c, sms screen shot is attach but after over of 24 hrs the said amount has not yet reverse. So please refund the amount to my a/c at the earliest possible.

                                        Mai kb se new broadband connection ke liye request dala hu abhi tk koi response ni aaya hai 3-6 months ho gya hai......
                                        Aata hai toh bolte hai waha connection port khrab hai // ni toh full hai har bar yehi bolte. Hai... Customer care me call krne se bolte hai 24-48 hour's me technician ka call aayega krke ni aata hai... Plz help me
