company has started plan without my permission.

airtel digital tv arbitrariness and not providing services properly

want disconnect but no action. more than 1500 rs are there.

I have been requesting to airtel dth to disconnect my dth connection as i am migrating from my current residence.
I have been trying for last 20 days to call on customer service 12150 but no action has been taken. I have registered twice for the same.
I have more than 1500 rs in the account and per day rs are being deducted.

erratic services

Recently i got my number ported from vodafone to airtel with 299 postpaid plan but after few months my plan by upgraded to 399 without my consent. Despite my repeated complaints about the network issue, no action has been taken to resolve this matter. my selected pack is not applied and channel blocked

overcharging of subscription

about delay to approve selected plan id no.3015574121

Sir, i have a dth connection of airtel bearing id no.[protected]. I selected my new plan on dated 4-2-19 but my selected plan is not approved so far. I am receiving messages from service provider to pay tariff as old basis. misleading and charging excess on airtel secure for insurance claim

not getting correct response from the customer care executive

I have been trying to contact customer care about the cashback coupons i have received earlier. But there is no response from them. I lost all my cashback coupons i have received for recharging my mobile number with rs.399 plan. When i asked them they are saying that we dont know about it and our plans have been changed and they cut the call saying thankyou. Now i have lost my rs.400 coupons which have validity till 31 march 2020....
