Dear sir/madam,

I enhanced my old airtel sim to 4g on 24/02/2019 at 13.00 pm. After that incoming and outgoing calls are working well but till now i could not get and send any sms. Is there any kind of restriction information for upgrading sim to 4g. Let me know the correct information regarding this. My number is [protected]. Kindly resolve it.

At the time 4G migration SMS services will be blocked for 48 hours for the reason of fraud prevention like smishing and otp frauds. Thank you airtel

    Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become bull [censored] hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers

      My airtel sim got deactivated and now someone else uses that number. Now i want it back. I need to get my account back as have other accounts related to that number. I have the sim but someone else uses that number. So i need help for reactivating and retrieving the number back. The other person might use my number and my other accounts without my knowledge

        I had done recharge for rs.399 on 24 Feb 2019 through google pay.Though the money got deducted from the bank account, but my phone no. Is not recharged.I didn't received any acknowledgement messages from airtel regarding this recharge.I airtel app too I can't see any recharge updates.I tried contacting customer care also but was not able to reach the customer care executive.

          My consumer no [protected]. Pl refer my earlier complain, i am in mental stress due to your desperation to making money attitude i am sorry to say you have added 80 channel more in my pack for making money and you are not providing select to remove in self care portal and you are charging dth charge for extra viewing more than 100 channels.

          1. Now i am requesting it is giving me mental stress for i am forced to think that i am cheated by someone. And no body is bothering for that.

          2. Pl give me detail about my bill with justification. And whatever you have charges more please return back and show me proof also.

          3. If you have not done anything unjustified then give my comprehensive reply. As soon as possible for taking me further action

          Sir, it is not materialized my problem. now my bill is showing for one day 331rs . again showing showing 396 rs. However my OP bill is showing 331 Rs. Air tel taking my money by cheating. already they have taken more than 100 Rs by own. without my knowledge. Sir pl guide me how to recover it is very disgusting to think also that such type of cheater in this market. if I am aware then I come to know that on daily basis my tv bill is going up. now I should suppose to go consumer foram

            Hi,

            I am using Airtel postpaid from more than 15 years, recently i have noted that airtel has changed my base plan without my consent.
            I was using base plan of Rs 199 from June 2018 but in the month of September 2018 it was changed to Rs 299 for myself and my wife number without my consent. When i called the customer care, he is telling that they have sent messages regarding it to my mobile, which i have not seen at all. and he mentioned that As per TRAI guideline the airtel company can change the base plan by sending SMS without taking my consent. Is it true, by sending the SMS the telecom company can change anyone's base plan.

            How can someone do like this without taking consent from me change my base plan.

            This is happening for second time with me.

            I want refund for my amount ([protected], [protected]) and i want to change my plan to original Rs 199.

              Airtel executive ported my bsnl no([protected]) to Airtel on 28.01.19 but he did a mistake in sending draft unsigned NOC so activation took 15 long days. Due to this delay I was promised by airtel Executive at Hyderabad that I would be given 2 FANCY numbers as add-on under 799 post-paid plan, in which I am entitled to get 2 free add-on numbers. But I was not given those 2 fancy numbers even after 13 days since activation. Since 12 Feb 2019 I have sent so many emails, messages, whatsapp messages to get those fancy numbers but nobody gave that, last 13 days they are only saying they are looking into it. On the more their executives do not bother to lift my call nor reply to my messages. Last 13 days I am very much disturbed by this behavior of Airtel executives and customer care team. I have written to their nodal officer in Hyderabad and twitted them about this issue but NO RESULT. They don't value customer's time and energy.

                I have selected the airtel tv channels through La Carte but both the times there is no honest resolution by Airtel to incorporate the same into my account and commence my billing cycle accordingly. I had even selected my choice of channels through Airtel Channel No. 998 this is also prove to be futile.

                Airtel is not trasparent and difficult to deal hence I am going to change my service provider from Airtel Digital TV to another.

                  My airtel digital tv id is [protected]. I had requested for 3 months of safe custody and the same was activated on jan 19, 2019 for 100 rupees. Following which my balance went to -3 rupees and i recharged again for 100 rupees. So my balance on jan 19, 2019 was 97 rupees. And my connection also was inactive. However from from feb 8 or 9, 2019 i was deducted 6 rupees everyday and my connection was showing as active. My balance today is 1 rupees. 96 rupees have been deducted thus far and account is suspended due to insufficient balance. How can you debit 6 rupees everyday when my safe custody is active until april 19, 2019

                  Kindly refund the 96 rupees (97-1) debited until today and reactivate my safe custody

                    This has been happening since morning today (Feb/25/2019) i have followed every instruction given by your customer care rep. One thing i must tell you that your customer care team is really knowledgeable and courteous.

                        Hi sir/madam, please help,
                        The cross connections from my sim has been increased. Whenever i call someone, i'd to have cross connection. Due to which i'd to hear other people talks. So this is my request to airtel, to please resolve this problem at the earliest, otherwise i'll take strict action, against it.

                          We tried recharging 1 number with 35rs to continue incoming calls. But they have deducted 3598rs and they are saying its our mistake itself. We entered 35 manually and we recharged through net banking. Its not a small amount. We shared our problem with collegues/friends and many of them faced the same problem. Airtel purposefully deducting our money and saying 'we cant do anything for this, you have selected your recharge amount'. Dont they have common sense to put 3598rs plan under 35rs plan. But the thing is we not even selected any plan just we entered the amount manually. Now, they are not even ready to provide the talktime or to refund the amount. Whenever we call them they say 'we cant help'.

                            In my tv account balance is showing 124 rs, but my tv account is suspended & when i call customer care they said different thing in each hour.

                            My tv screen showing balance is 124 rs, rather customer care saying that balance is 7 rs, they tariff plan rate different each hour of talk.

                                Morning 7:30 i turn on my data and send someone message in whatsapp and put my phone in charge
                                9 o'clock i take my phone and open facebook video not loading and a message came i used 💯% data
                                I shocked i don't allow any auto update
                                Not turn on hotspot
                                My balance is gone empty
                                I call the helpline she simply said my system showing you consume the data
                                I said to her the above details and i said connect with higher authority and she a
                                Said this is not that much think to connect higher authority

                                  I requested to get my corporate connection being transferred to my personal name, submitted all my docs to nearest airtel store took rigorous follow up for 3 months but nothing was done. I mailed to airtel for getting help, received a call saying we will work on ur issue but again nothing happened.
                                  Now my number isn't working and all the customer care agents are saying is as this is a corporate connection so they can't do any thing about it

                                    My dth no - [protected], total no including hd and ala-cart an dd mendetory no of channel choosen below 80. But from four day channel showing me 173 channels. I dont want to watch that much channel. Today i removed from my previous collection of channel one channel instead of getting lesser amount it has gone up by 50 rs. And there is no option is giving me option to remove other channel (Which is provided by own airtel people). It is clear cut case of cheating with customer. For channel no goes up above 100 they will take more money.

                                    1. If i have choosen that ala cart channel then it should be showing in my select to remove channels list

                                      I have called customer care of airtel to request to tell me the 30 days plan for uk as international roaming.

                                      I checked with her follwing:

                                      1. Recharge amount: she said 2500
                                      2. Validity: she said 30 days
                                      3. Whether 3g will work there or not? : she said yes
                                      4. Free incoming calls : she said, unlimited free incoming
                                      5. Outgoing: she said 1500 minutes.

                                      So i did the recharge while i was on call with her by confirming the recharge amount 4-5 times.

                                      She also told to keep balance more than 100 rupees.

                                      So another 400-500 i have added recharged.

                                      Now my family girl went to uk and she called, we called h thinking its free but after few minutes call disconnected.

                                      When i called airtel customer care they told " sir yor have put malaysia pac/wrong pack

                                      I told i was given this pack by your customer executive but they said that i never called.

                                      This is the limit.
                                      I am loosing the trust on airtel completely.
                                      This happened for mobile number: [protected].

                                      From 3-4 months i am trying to get refund / adjustment of the money but no use.

                                      How can airtel cheat a customer like this.
                                      I have loosed 3000 rupees almost.

                                        I am trying to disconnect my broadband connection of airtel vfiber due to it is not working most of the time.

                                        I am calling past one week to take disconnection request but they are giving some or other excuses and not accepting the disconnect request.

                                        Latest excuse is : "sir please remove the broadband account from the myairtel app, only then we can disconnect the connection"

                                        The fact is that airtel customer can only add the account, he cannot delete any account.

                                        These all excuse to retain the customer.

                                        Everywhere airtel cheats the customer.
