OUT going calls not working to any landline networks in India

Refund not processed more than 100days

I had made Airtel broad band bill payment of Rs 2179.44 on 18th April 2022 and letter When i got next month bill Airtel claims that they have refunded Rs 1422 on 28th April which i have not received till date.

i have followed up with all the escalation contacts from Airtel and also visited their outlets but of no you. They say the request is still in progress and it it escalated at their end. Every time they copy paste same...

Network problem incoming outgoing calls

Dear Team,

I have network problem from starting when I take airtel sim.
I logged a complaint to customer care so many times
But
There is no solution till now and they charged me full amount every month and not giving service at all

Request for Pending Refund

I have done an advance payment of 1500 Rs approximate for the UPS Product of Airtel on July 10, since then I have been following up with them for the refund for the same.
Neither they were responding over the mail nor giving any reponse on the refund part.
It’s now been a month for chasing them over calls n emails but no response has been received from them....

A person Mr Shaik Saddam came and made me to do payment through online on 16th August and told that their persons will come and install internet connection and DTH. I wanted to port it with jio prepaid service. As per the process, i sent port requesting message as 'port ' to 1900. Then, port code is generated.

Connection not working for three months

My airtel Wi-Fi connection is not working for the past three months and i have complaint about it many times but there is no response. Their executive has visited us two or three times but problem is not solved. I am paying my bills regularly on time. So why do i have to face this problem. Airtel Broadband worst service

I Already had the airtel copper internet connection which was fluctuating regularly so i raised a complaint on airtel but no one responded properly and the issue was not resolved for too many days on a highly frustrated mind I some how got the nodal officer number and informed him about it he told me that he would change the copper internet connection to fiber internet connection and i believed him but even after complaining to nodal officer...

Services not provided as per plan

Rs 1598 plan which includes 2 SIMs and 1 Broadband 200Mps connect bought from Airtel on 9th August 2022. However, 1 SIM has not been activated till date. Multiple calls and complaints has not resulted in any resolution.

Recharge not Reflecting; Customer Care Number is A Pile of Unhelpful Bogus.

I recharged ahead of my pack expiry, by about more than a week. It was my understanding that once the existing pack comes to its end, the new, already paid-for-and-CONFIRMED pack will be in place. But it's not.

If there is some ### rule that only the recharges done at the expiration is valid but not the ones done ahead of time, THEN THERE SHOULD BE SOME GUIDELINE STATED ON THAT.
