My number is [protected], I did port from Jio to Airtel on 7th of October 2022 in india, after port got new airtel sim and the representative told within 2 days airtel sim will be activated.
I came to saudi arabia and inserted new sim and trying to connect manually with all available neworks specialy with Zain KSA but network is not coming and not connecting with any network. it showing as Emergency calls only i tried customer care many times they are telling roaming activated and everything is ok but no network. I tried many ways such as changing mobile, restart, recharge 99 pack, manual search etc., but no use. i didn't get proper reason from customer care. it's been 45 days without network,
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
