    My mobile number with Airtel is [protected] i have been doing complaints from more than 4 months for data not working at my home & office. They have taken all the details of Longitude, Lattitude, Address and stating on their twitter handle & on their customer portal work in progress only. I have been paying for complete services for 5 family connections. If they are not able to resolve the problem they are not liable to charge me full amount.

      Somebody stole my mobile phone yesterday in train and when I called customer care executive to block the sim they said that sim is registered on someone else name and they cannot block it now what should I do my mobile is stolen I need to block the sim.
      Please block the sim as soon as possible.

        I recharged my father's Airtel no. of ₹455, money deducted but recharge failed. I didn't get the refund even after 7 days. Transaction ID=[protected].Now I want refund my amount as soon as possible as I already book 3_4 complaints but now working at all.

          Hi Team,

          I have done a recharge of Rs. 2999/ on dated[protected]:48:33 through Airtel Thanks App by using my Airtel UPI ID. The payment showed a successful transaction Id[protected] and also the amount of Rs. 2999/ deducted from my bank account but recharge was not successful. The transaction receipt of Airtel Payments bank is showing the amount is lying with the Bharti Airtel Limited ( Receiver's UP ld - [protected]@mairtel ) .

          Post my recharge on[protected], I received the below message from AO-AIRINF regarding my transaction status with ( Order Id:[protected]. The screenshot for the same has been attached also.

          Hi, Payment of Rs. 2999.0
          done via Upi has been
          processed. Order Id:
          [protected].
          You will receive the order
          confirmation within 4 hrs.
          Please keep the Order ID
          for future reference.

          However recharge is not done . So I connected with both Airtel Mobility team & Airtel Payments bank customer executives.

          I raised a Service Request with Airtel Payments bank regarding the transaction status & got the response that the above transaction is successful from their end. I have attached a screenshot for the same also.

          The Airtel Payments bank Team asked me to contact the Airtel Mobility Team regarding the recharge issues, but when I raised the queries with the Airtel Mobility team they have no clue about the transaction/payment details and no one is responding properly for the same . I have called nearly 8 - 10 times to Airtel Mobility team but they mentioned they can't do anything about it & asked repeatedly to connect with the Airtel Payments bank team only.

          This is very much frustrating for me doing the regular follow up with both the Airtel Mobility team & Airtel Payments bank team but still my money is stuck with the Airtel . As one of the largest service providers of India I expect these issues should be resolved from your end at the earliest convenience.

            .i am retailer of airtel payment bank i am send money 5000 on 18/11/2022 amount deduct and transaction show failed but amount not refunded and customer care not support.

              When i requested porting from airtel, i got a call from airtel customer service and informed me about a special offer for Rs. 239.

              I also recived an sms from them stating the same. And as per thier instructions i cancelled port request and recharged for Rs.239

              But i got cheated and the normal offer was activated for me instead of commited offer by them through sms and call.

              I raised a complaint on 23 november 2022 but no response from them when i called to check status of complaint on 28 november 2022 they informed me it is closed without my knowledge.

              This is to be considered under cheating case and i need a reasonable compensation due to my losted time, money and service.

              Also i need same offer to be activated .

                I've ported my no. from Vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it shows not registered on network automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                  My number is [protected], I did port from Jio to Airtel on 7th of October 2022 in india, after port got new airtel sim and the representative told within 2 days airtel sim will be activated.
                  I came to saudi arabia and inserted new sim and trying to connect manually with all available neworks specialy with Zain KSA but network is not coming and not connecting with any network. it showing as Emergency calls only i tried customer care many times they are telling roaming activated and everything is ok but no network. I tried many ways such as changing mobile, restart, recharge 99 pack, manual search etc., but no use. i didn't get proper reason from customer care. it's been 45 days without network,

                    I have applied for Airtel Black (Fibernet+DTH) and asked me to pay 1500 rupees for the DTH. I have paid it on November 9, 2022 and now they said feasibility for Fibernet is not available so cancelling your connection. They have cancelled it but still no refund has been provided.

                      Hi all,
                      After recharging 365 days plan. outgoing messages are not working. Please review. I am in USA.. it was working when i was recharging 84 days plan. however when i switched to 365 day plan ...outgoing SMS stopped working. Please advice.

                        My name is Srikrishnan. We purchased this no. almost 15yrs back and we have been the sole user of this no. I even registered this no with mother's aadhar. Recently I purchased a 4g mobile for my mother and we tried to get 4g sim. But the customer care said that this no is registered in someone else's name. We have been the sole user of this no and I don't know how this happened. We want this no and we request Airtel to assist in necessary actions to get 4g sim for this no.

                          Hello,
                          I am living in Madurai city. I am only receiving one or bar of network strength from my internet service provider(Airtel) and and I can't even make a call for a minute. If I made a call the call hangs up automatically after some seconds. Sometimes I don't even get any mobile reception. Due to this I have to buy a broadband to access internet for my education. I am really concerned about incoming call what if someone is making a call in emergency. Please take required action. Thank you for your time.

                            The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not showing up. I have tried raising complaints multiple times via the app on the phone with AIR TEL but they keep closing it without resolving it.

                                  I was trying to add money to my Airtel wallet connect to number [protected] on 22/11/2022 for the amount of Rs.460. I got a error message which said something like "error this transaction can't be made now" and it disappeared. There was no transaction ID, even there was nothing shown in the transaction history but the money was debited from my bank account. I tried to add money to the wallet through SBI net banking. I have a message recived through the bank for the transaction and the epass book picture. Kindly refund my money back.

                                    I am Gopal a resident of Chennai. I am seeking an E-sim for my newly bought Apple watch. being regular user of Airtel telecommunication, I applied for esim to Airtel. But my requestion was rejected mentioning invalid email id, however that’s my personal email id and even executive from airtel are also communicating with me through same email id. I requested to provide more details and called them several times, but all my requests fallen into deaf ears. It’s been a month and I lost my hope to get any details regarding this, hence requesting you to help me to know what’s exactly the issue is I am attaching all communication details for your reference.

                                    I am so much frustrated with their service, this is only the last hope where I can get my solution so, please do needful.

                                        I had booked a new Airtel DTH connection on 21st Nov, 2022. Even after 5 days there has been no move to get the connection installed.
