My mobile number is 9980*******. I have recently travelled to Maldives and was surprised to see the the international roaming charges of around Rs. 20, 000/-. When I was activating international roaming pack to Maldives, the Airtel website shown me, unlimited incoming calls free and 3gb data free. Suprisingly the data charges for this month is charged as are.9790/- inspite of me not using the internet. Hence, I request to kindly look into this issue and waive off the internet charges. Also I request to cap the voice calls to the best available monthly international pack to reduce the bill.
Failing which I would discontinue using the Airtel services due to non transparent tariffs.
Also I am surprised on how the billing has exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 3600/- without noticing me.
Please resolve this at the earliest possible time.

    Iam the customer of Airtel for the last 10 years.But now iam unhappy with the airtel.Recently i have a Rs.32 balance in my account but on[protected] an amount of Rs.23 is deducted without any information.So I Called to the customer care they didn't give any information and call can be connected to Supervisor(Mr.Rajesh) .He is also very rude and worst behavior with the customer and suddenly the cut down the phone call.And day after tomorrow again i call to customer care now this time another Supervisor(Mr.Naga raju), he is also not given any information.Immediately i want refund my amount or other wise company has to take action against the both supervisors.Thanking You Sir.

        Trai has provided 100 channels limit initially to choose, and beyond that we pay rs 20 extra for 25 channels. Airtel dth is counting each hd channel as 2 each and thus increasing the no of channels chosen, forcing us to choose extra channel limit.

        Similarly when i choose sony happy india hd pack, it contains 11 channels. But airtel adds 15 in selected channels number. Kindly resolve this before 31st january else we will be forced to opt whatever airtel is providing and the whole purpose of fairness will be dumped into garbage....

          I am using airtel number since 2012 and this i fed up with airtel services. My sim is not working from last 3 days so i have visited airtel gallery (Kamothe) 8 pm but they have support from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm but we are working in office we won't have time to reach there before 7:30 pm but gallery guys never helping for this.

          So i have visited airtel gallry today near ghansoli station but they saying they dont have sim cards now please come later. Same airtel number is listed in my bank account now i am not receiving the otp also.

          Very bad network connection.is it not 4G speed this is 2G.
          I'm not able to send any SMS to anyone plzz sort out it as soon as possible.

            First of all, thank you for your pathetic customer support and fraud customer care executives.

            I have 2 dth connections and i had done the annual recharge for both the connections. Last recharge i had done for my second device of rs 5801 rs from june 2018 to june 2019.

            In oct 2018, airtel dth had shopped the services of my second device then i came to know that airtel dth added this money in my primary account. I had registered a complaint against it and they had activated it and told me that now you will face any issue.

            Now on jan 2019, again i got a message that my primary account is suspended on 16th jan and the second account will be suspended on 27 jan 2019. Again i had registered the complaint to resolve this issue as i have

            But, i came to know that the airtel dth team had converter my annual pack to month pack (Which is the costly one) and the best part is that they had done on my request. For me its surprising that i had never made any such request and how airtel dth can change my plan without my permission. As a result, they had consumed my whole money in 7 months instead of 12 months.

            And the worst part is that no one customer care executive is ready to help me out. Daily i am doing 3 -4 call and they told me that our senior will call you and we will resolve it asap. But i had not revived any call yet. And on tuesday when i called up again the customer executive told me that they can't resolve this issue if you want to activate your tv kindly recharge it. Your balance is nill, we can do anything. Please find the recording of my conversation as well.

            Very disappointing and pathetic behaviour of the customer care team. Lost complete trust need to think twice before opting for airtel dth connection again. I would recommend also not to use the airtel dth services at all because it sucks and fraud.

              I am a airtel user two year ago company give lifetime validity and from nov 18 they asking for reacharge for both incoming and outgoing i done reacharge 35 rs which expired on 26 jan and they increase my validity upto 27 jan and deducted 23 rs from my account without my permission can any one help me that company deducted balance from customer without consent of customer. Please provide solutions

                Myself pradeep kumar gupta holding an airtel sim having number [protected].
                Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset samsung galalxy s8+ is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine. I have also switched on the volte option in my device.
                So now i had to place this mail in order to solve my problem. I hope that you look into this matter immediately and solve my volte issue as soon as possible.

                Airtel do not let yourself down in satisfying the customer problems on time with proper solutions. I hope that you take this issue seriously.

                that includes one time charges as 300 and services tax as 114 .. what does that mean .. I need pay 414 extra here .. I don't understand

                I recharged my Airtel wallet with Rs.9000/-, but now the Airtel Payment Bank is not working. I facing this issue from last 2 month. My Airtel App showing balance Rs.9000/- but I am not able to use it.

                I had rechrged through airtel app and paid through google pay the payment completed but recharge not done. I tried to contact them many times but no success.
                Mobile signals are not showing in cellphone from last night (24/01/2019), unable to make/receive call and messages.

                  I am 15 year old AIRTEL Postpaid Customer. My number is ********* [protected]. Here is my LOG what i went through in last few days. PLEASE HELP ME to solve it.

                  [protected]: I called customer care to convert to PREPAID, They refused and asked me to shift to Rs.199 POSTPAID Plan. I said OK and then thay again called that they ll give Rs.249 plan which I SAID NO and told that i ll shift to JIO by porting.

                  [protected]: I messaged 1900 for PORT and got UNP number.

                  [protected]: Got message from AIRTEL that they shifted my plan to Rs.199 without my concent.

                  [protected]: I went to AIRTEL CENTER at NEW CG Road, Chandkheda and executive MR DESAI / MANISH SENMA behaved rudely to me and told that now PREPAID plan cannot be converted till 90 days.

                  [protected]: I took new JIO SIM for porting. I paid EXTRA 150 Rs to AIRTEL so that my bill remains OVERPAID so that my porting request cannot be rejected.

                  [protected]: I got SMS from AIRTEL that my plan has been changed to AIRTEL PREPAID without my concent.

                  So again I recharged few Rs to use my SIM for few days.

                  [protected]: Got message from JIO that PORTING cannot be completed as my number [protected] is not active.

                  [protected]: Went to AIRTEL CENTER at NEW CG Road, Chandkheda and executive MR DESAI / MANISH SENMA told me that now you solve it by yourself by email to AIRTEL centers or whatever you can do.

                    I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but for nearly 2 months i have not been able to make a single call. Generally i heard "out of coverage area".
                    I am also facing network problem with the internet.
                    I dont know what is the problem and i don't want to know. I am paying money and i want my services.

                        I am using airtel network fast few years, they have charged me amazon prime membership without my confirmation, when i asked them to waive off the money from my bill as i am not interested in renewing the prime mebership, they are not ready to waive off the amount. And they are telling if i dont pay the amount then they will disconnect the connections,

                        Past one year i have also complained about network issues but thy have not sorted and that complaint is still open and i am not able to use the full facility as i am using post paid plan.

                        Please help me and ask airtel to waive off the amount bill and other details are given below.

                          I have done recharge of Rs 998/- from Airtel app as i had a previous coupon in the app of Rs 50/- hence after applied i had paid amount of Rs 948/- which was deducted from my wallet, even i got conformation SMS of the same (TransID #[protected] and[protected] but till now neither the validity is extended nor the outgoing is activated . After calling to Customer Care they only give me assurance but did not solve the problem, i received a mail stating that my problem would be solved by 28-Jan-19 by 10: 55 am but till now it not solved yet its 29-jan-19 .Complain # as per email i received is CRDNU[protected], its 5 days i cannot make any call, kindly look in the matter

                            I have ported my number [protected] from jio to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                            This is such a bad service for prepaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                            Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                            I have been trying to port my number from Airtel to BSNL but i am not receiving the unique port code. I have tried several times but have not yet received the code. Please assist.
                            Recharge was done on mobile number through Airtel app to [protected] TXN I'd[protected]. ₹399 recharge failed but the money was deducted from my j&k bank account but the transaction is failed...PLzz tell how will the money be refunded back to our account as soon as possible. .

                              Also they are not giving back number i talk to many airtel representatives but they are saying u cant get that number so pls help me so i can use my number

                                Hi there. I have registered 2 complaints and submitted port request as im unable to use my 4g mobile data. It worked for couple of days in the month and stopped working after that. I got a call from airtel regarding the port request and they saidy 20gb per month allowance is over thats why the network speed is reduced. But i have 150gb as roll over data in my account. I have béen charged full amount and your team is not really helpful to provide waiver for loss of credit. They waived off some 46 rupees for the service which is not activated from my end and i don't know what vas is that till now. None of your customer service agents were helpful. They all said i'll get a call from network team which i was just a blank call. They called me but they are not able to hear me. I think your network team themselves is searching for network here. I'm though happy with my airtel plan the retention team offered me extra 20gb which is no where related to my issue. My two concerns are :
                                1. They need to apply waiver for my loss of service and good will gesture for the troubles i have gone through without internet for more than a week.
                                2. My mobile data issue has to be fixed completely. I wanted to use the roll over data stored in my account. If a customer can use only allocated 20 gb data then what's the point in roll over data option you guys giving.

                                Hopefully i should get a resolution to continue my customer ship with you

                                  I have a corporate account, they have tendency of starting vas service without consent and sending over charge bills. Despite the complaint on enterprise mail id which is meant for corporate clients. They are unable or rather unwilling to settle the dispute and stretching to 3 rd month now. Now they have stopped out going of all the numbers since one week. Very strangely they are giving an excuse that my alternative number other than airtel is not connecting, where as the very number they are talking is my main mobile number and all my business is transacted on that number.

                                    Though i have experience with all ombudsmen like bank, insurance etc.. All do favoritism to bank or insurance company or any forum not to the consumer. Knowing that consumer cannot prove in black and white as all are not documented at the consumer end they just express only verbally and your people also give verbal answer and not any written communication of their weakness or inefficiency or service inferiority.

                                    I visited airtel annanagar, chennai 600040 blue star center thrice since 10th of january, till yesterday[protected] to make the payment. Their cash payment machine is down for one month. It seems the show room people say they have communicated and they do not accept cash payment in counter this is not the first time either due to net down or payment access machine down and even people like us who use your service for more than 15 years are really getting upset of your service added to this today you people blocked my cug numbers out going calls though you did not accept payment and earlier also i have end up paying penalty many times due to your in efficiency of system or airtel's poor net work connectivity in your show room itself. Apart form this. Since i took your connection in my billing address home the net work connectivity is poor and no response even after complaining many times. Every time you team visit the place and just confirm the signal is poor we will report and they nerve report back of any action nor any improvement in signal.

                                    If this attitude of disconnection shows you are not bothered about the consumers and only money and that also those who want to pay before time your poor band width in your own show room declare many time that air tel 's cheating of consumer through media hype.

                                    Only if at all god is there he has to come and experience these hassles and punish

                                      I have visited two times airtel store and submitted valid id "aadar card" for address proof with port id no. (First initiative - 9/01/2019 and second re - initiative - 19/01/2019).

                                      But, i have still doing wait for port my no.[protected] from idea to airtel after all clear outstanding with exist service provider.

                                      Airtel does not have any strong reason for mnp port cancellation.

                                      I have done more time inform and communicate in writing to airtel customer care, airtel nodel officer and airtel appellate authority up west but no satisfaction and solution have been still got.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hello,

                                        I just ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel last week and as per the tat, the netwok on my idea sim went off however airtel never came up! I am missing lot of important call and messages as there is no service. When i called the customer care team they reluctantly told me that i have to wait for 24 hours as some issue is going on!!! 24 hours without cellular service!!! The associate said it so casually but it's such a pain! I want to do some banking transaction but i am unable to do it as the otp is received on this number.

                                        Please look into it asap and start the services
