My airtel dth connection id is:[protected]. The service to this tv has been suddenly disconnected despite heavy credit balance in my account and also despite my having given clear list for opted alacarte channels on 30th january, 2019 itself - which also stood clearly acknowledged with their request id:199727 on 30th jan. Itself.

I am contacting them on their 121 customer care number but to no avail. Sent them email too. No relief yet.
Please help.

    Dear sir,

    I have recharged amount of rs. 399 to the number [protected] on jan 23 2019 through airtel payment money bank for my mother mobile number ([protected]). Till now amount not added in the recharged number of rs.399 in main account but only added validity. Its related when i call to customer care especially mr. Lal prasad not responded properly and he was afraid to giving line to his superior for asking about my request.

    My question is, clearly given in rs.399 category stating that unlimited local, std and roaming calls with 1 gb data and 100 sms/day +extra 10gb for 84 days. So as per above mentioned this 399 must add in main account. Why not added??? From the above you (I. E) airtel not mentioned its only validity and wont add in main account.
    Internet also cant use in that mobile which was not smartphone, so u people are kept recharge plan only with talktime and internet plans combinedly.

    So rs.399 must add in the main account of number [protected], else i will take severe action against this issue. Expecting rapid respone with justice on this issue.

      Regarding Airtel DTH service provider,
      I am facing problem in Airtel DTH service from starting. Also your customer care officers also speaks very rudely when we call them. Also most of the times your customer care officers cuts the call without solution of problem. In my area there is always problem with Airtel DTH service. Also in mansoon most of the times connection remains off. I am facing this problem since from 1 year.

      I want to return this set top box and wants my money back. Otherwise I will file a complaint in Consumer court.

        Dear sir/madam,
        Airtel customer id :[protected]-001
        I have chosen my plan as per trai order on 24.01.2019 on service providers website. Till date they have not activated my new plan moreover, they have stopped fta channels also. The reason put forth is your account balance is not there. I have recharge my account with rs. 200 each time on 15/01, 21/01 and 22/01/2019 i. E. Total rs.600/- for 15 days against my total monthly billing of rs.952 for infinity pack.

        Eventhough the balance in my account was available on 31st jan 2018, airtel dth have not implemented my new plan. Their customer care service numbers are also not responding timely. I had to wait for 12 minutes to talk to an executive and 20 minutes senior executive without any results. They insist on recharge the account first. My submissions are as follows;

        A) why dth operators reluctant to implement trai'plan evenif customer's choice of channel given to them well in advance.

        B) fta channels shouldn't be stopped for the duration plan is not fully activated.

        C) tv shouldn't be black out from 1st feb 2019.

        I had interacted today with "airtel platinum customer care service" for approximately 30 minutes. Only thing they insisted is to recharge the account keeping the services suspend even fta channels.

        This is kind of an autocracy of service providers insisted upon customers in presence of trai's guidelines.

        Hence i request trai's immediate intervention to resolve my issue at the earliest and resumption of dth services by airtel as per my selection. The recharge of account shall be done only after resumption of services.

        It is not resolved. They are still insisting on recharge first.I had done recharge of rs. 600 from 15.01.19 till date.

        Airtel must confirm my new activated plan as per my selection then further recharge to account shall be done. Moreover. TV is completely black out which is dire negligence of TRAI's guidelines..

        Immediate action are solicited to resume TV services.
        Hi Mr. Ajit,

        I am facing the same problem. I have recharged multiple times with minimum amount, i selected the pack from my TV and airtel is supposed to confirm my plan, which they have still not done. Even FTA channels are not being accessed on the TV. I called customer care, but no one is picking up the call.
        Not sure when will the TV start.

        Kindly keep us posted on developments made, if any.

          I’ve given port in request to airtel on 25th jan 2019 from vodafone postpaid in gwalior (M. P). On 30th jan 2019 vodafone has accepted the same and airtel has sent sms stating dear customer your porting request for mobile no.[protected] to airtel has been validated by vodafone (Gsm). The number will be ported-in to airtel by 31st jan 2019 00:14 am. The second sms states once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details (Received both the sms at 04:26pm on 30 jan 2019).

          By 06 am 31 jan my mobile displays no network and i’ve inserted airtel sim this sim catch the signal and at 07 :55 a. M i got message from airtel your service has been set please restart your device, after restart my phone my airtel mobile display no network till now

          If i dial my number from other number then no ring is going and automatically cut.

          Till now i’m not getting any network and not able to verify from 59059 because i am not getting any pin for verify.

          I tried calling airtel customer care (3 times) but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

          Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

          Why you have disconnected the vodafone network when you are not able give your network?

          I want full explanation on this.

          What is the time frame for port in process after your confirmation message

          Is this right process to approach the port in process?

          Due to ignorance of airtel i’ve missed important calls and message from my client and bank and i did n’t expected this from airtel. Because of poor service i am not able to do regular banking transaction it incur lot of personal as well as professional loss for me, if you not respond me then i have to consumer court and trai for poor porting service.
          I request airtel to activate with all the services on my number asap

            My channel has been deactivated on 2feb 19 even though i have balance and select ed my pack as per trai new norms. When i called on replied given it takes 48 hrs. Same reply was given on 01 feb 19 also. On 01 feb 19 when i have asked for change of plan customer care replied that as per rule your old plan will be continue up to 18 feb 19 but on 02 feb 19 my old plan also deactivated.

              I think i consumed my daily data qouta of 1.5 gb but as i recharged before pack expiry so i used some data from the add on i received.

              On checking balance it says

              -36 mb left from daily 1500 mb
              And
              1mb left from daily 5120 mb but then changed to 195 mb left from daily 5120 mb may be coz of some usage but still i am unable to figure out what does it means??

              If i won't be able to get the real time exact data balance figures then things won't be comfortable. Kindly look into this.

                Initially for 3 months of buying airtel 4g hotspot, internet speed was good but now for 1 week it's working very slow.. Max speed is 100 kb/s. Its a postpaid 4g sim which am using in hotspot device. I am very disappointed with the network and net speed. Payment of bills are paid on time. Although it's a 4g postpaid sim but still net speed is very very slow. Can you please help me on this.

                  Me 4 din se customer service center par phone kar rha hu par company walo ne apne executive se baat karne wala digit lock karke rakha hai me pareshan ho gya hu in logo se ye log fraud kar rahe hai mene advance 1859 ka 12 month ka pack liya hai freedom or ye log muje service nai de rahe mera dth ac number [protected] hai agar aap log help kar skte ho to sukriya warna hamto aese hi marte rahege

                    On 01/02/2019 i selected a plan for rs. 998 on the my airtel app which read:
                    “plan voucher 998- enjoy unlimited
                    National calls, 12 gb data, 300
                    National sms renewed every 28 day.
                    Validity: 336 days”
                    There were no further details provided nor were any terms and conditions provided when purchasing the plan. On plain reading this information would imply that the plan is valid for 336 days and that the benefits will be renewed in 28 days.

                    Once the payment had been made i received the activation message for erecharge which gave further clarification of the plan. It read:
                    “12 gb data, unlimited local, std and national roaming calls, 300 local+std sms/28days (Sms will be renewed after 28 days). Validity 336 days. T&c apply. Congratulations! You have unlocked free 10 gb data on download of my airtel app (New user only). Download my airtel app airtel.in/5/a109”

                    The reason that i took this plan was because of its attractive data benefits. I would not have taken the plan had the clarification about only the sms being renewed been provided before. Having said that, i believe that it would have been very easy for airtel to have provided this clarification at an earlier stage in the details of the plan or at least in a link attached to the details which clearly explained the terms.
                    The act of only providing this particular clarification only after the money has been paid shows airtel’s clear intention of cheating and duping customers by conceaaling the true conditions of the plan and misguiding it's customers. Concealing part of the details of the plan is a clear misrepresentation and falls within the definition of cheating under section 415 of the indian penal code, 1860.

                    Airtel’s indifferent attitude towards it’s dishonest service was further evidenced by me, when the customer care assistant the senior supervisor rudely pushed aside my complaints by claiming that no where in the initial message did it clearly say that the data would be renewed. Further they refused to do anything to help me in the scenario and rather rudely told me to do whatever i wished as they would not be able to help me.

                    This is not the first time that i have faced the issue of rude customer care persons in airtel. I have repeatedly had to deal with this when visiting an airtel store or calling on their helpline. However, this time i feel that the behavior has been the worst.

                    Kindly take account of this complaint. I would like the plan canceled and rs. 998 that has been charged fraudulently by airtel refunded to me.

                          I was trying to do a prepaid recharge to one of my friends number and mistakenly i put one number wrong. Tried reaching out airtel through all the medium possible to help me with the reversal but they are continuously rejecting providing the reason of third party recharge. I accept my mistake but the recharge value is 1700 rupees which is of a great value to me. Please take necessary steps to help me get he reversal.

                              While recharge of my prepaid for rs 399 pack on 30/01/2019.

                              Unfortunately the recharge has been done on wrong no. Due to typing mistake i. E.

                              Wrong no. [protected]

                              My number [protected].

                              The txn id sent to my mobile is[protected]. For rs 399 dt 30/01/2019.

                              Please reverse the above and refund my recharge amount to the source account as i had to again recharge my mobile on 31/01/2019.

                                I am very upset with the services provided to me by you. The internet works very slow and there are no incoming calls, just the messesges of people who tried calling me. I have suffered a lot of problems due to this in the last few days and now i am done with this. When i tried calling the complaint numbers provided on your website, none of them were helpful and i am feeling very dispirited with the carelessness shown by such a rewoned name. This is really very dissatisfying for me and i want actions to be taken as fast as possible.

                                  For my no.[protected], message came from airtel at 8.39 am on 20.1.2019 that rs.23 deducted for validity extension for 28 days further. Surprisingly, today at 10.55 am message came from them informing that outgoing services expired and asking me to recharge.
                                  Why does airtel wants to harass customers? First of all their new procedure of asking customers to recharge or deducting rs.23 for continuation of outgoing services is wrong form life time sim cards issued. Added to that, even after recovery of the amount, they are sending messages threatening to stop services.
                                  I have 3 prepaid connections with them. If they continue to harass me like this, i shall port all connections to other service providers. Meanwhile i want clarification from them on the issue.

                                    credit limit crossed

                                    Credit limit shows to be Rs.3600/- but my bill has reached Rs.6480. My outgoing has been barred without intimation.

                                    When called customer care they say they have given me chance. But, outgoing
                                    was barred after 24 hours stating "fraudulent usage".

                                    My usage has never exceeded Rs.400/-

                                    If they have set Rs.3600/- as credit limit, why did my usage crossed this limit and why have not informed...

                                    06.01.2019 / received a call from airtel dth service regarding recharge sine dth is not used for 3 months account got suspended so for regional pack (1month) + HD subscription (1 month) + suspended penalty (3month) - they said to pay - 360 INR But after recharge the account got suspended 28.01.19
                                    Service Request Number is 85575744. once asking with customer care the executive agrees that the fault is from their end and she said she will do investigation on it but no one turned up.poor service even using broadband, postpaid connection and DTH Service of airtel facing issue in all the sector

                                    also Poor network coverage in PIN Code : 560093 no actions taken from the past 8 months, once if we enquire they ask to tell that new tower installation is gonna get happen with in 2 months as they use to justify

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been following up with the Airtel Store and customer care executives too for Postpaid to Prepaid conversion for almost a month now.

                                      On top of that, the Amazon Unsubscribe option is broken in Airtel TV app because of which I was charged the renewal fee even after unsubscribing it from Airtel TV(as asked by customer care executive).

                                      I feel that I am done with the Airtel services now. Request you to close my postpaid number ASAP.
