From last few weeks my airtel network is not properly working.net was too slow, even it show 4g on screen but it doesn't work. Even it disturbed my calls.
Single download on 4-5mb will take more than 5-10min. It is very difficult for me to continue with this, i already restart my phone also manually register network on airtel but i still face same issue. Please help in this....

Validity of my airtel number was expiring on 16-dec and i forgot to recharge, so is it any compulsion to recharge with rs23. How can u activate any plan which customer don't need without any confirmation from the customer. When customer has the choice to choose any plan then how can u make a particular plan compulsory for the customer.

Your customer care executives are misbehaving all the way just to prove that they are right...

I have been using the airtel number for more than 10 years and it was deactivated without any intimation when the number was in use. It was on international roaming and was in use. I was getting incoming call, messages and also used to do one out going call in each quarter.

Have sent multiple complaint for the same and have asked for reactivation but airtel is asking for my present but i'm on international visit...

I had a family pack added to my no. ([protected]) when i went to uae from 6th to 10th nov. My son took the international roaming pack of 2999 before leaving. Airtel charged me for this pack in my nov bill.in spite of that they gave me this ridiculous bill in dec.in spite of about 10 calls to them, they do not resolve my complaint.

What a lousy company, taking such serious error so casually. I will port out and also considering...

I used to be a customer of bharti airtel for about 10 years, then with the poor quality of services provided by the company, i switched to jio.
Now bharti airtel is asking for an amount of rs 125.06 as outstanding, even though i have deposited extra money and the balance was negative with rs. 250.
Is airtel mad? Or what

I recently upgraded from prepaid to poatpaid to avail airtel secure. But airtel rejected my claim as my phone is littel older than 1 year, but in the policy they mentioned the phone should be less than 2 years old. When i contacted airtel they claimed they changed there policy today. You people are just fooling people. I hope you should stick to your policies....

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 65/- on 18th april 2018 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 65/-. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

My airtel number +91 [protected] has been disconnected yesterday but i have 15 days validity left from today 18th december 2018.
I could not find any reason of disconnecting the sim service without any prior information. I am residing in other state for few weeks and i am in too much trouble as this is my official number.

I was recharge 1660/- on my airtel dish tv set of box at 11 dec 2018. That time i was asked 2-3 times to airtel dish tv customer support team, they say on 6 months of recharge, we will offer provide to 4 months free. But after my recharge, they says will provide only 6 months. I think this is very big fraud for common peoples. So, some action need on this types of fraud.

I have had an airtel broadband connection for over 10 years and just recently was able to find a Rs.100 "top up" charge in my past few bills. Going through the Airtel App and online account management portal showed that I was not subscribed to any services. Hello, i am using airtel 4g sim, but for last few months speed of internet is drastically decreasing. I am paying for 1gb/day plan but i am getting speed like 2g network. I am unable to see youtube or browser. It takes either lot of time to open or don't open ever. This causes lot of time waste of mine and felt like cheated as getting 2g speed in pack of 4g.
