My outgoing calls has been expired with no reason.

They are saying to recharge it and see the other packs on *121*51# but there are no such deals.
So, my complaint is that on what basis my outgoing calls is stopped? I need proper justification for that on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and if i did not get the proper justification then i will change my network in no time.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I m using airtel no for 4 years.suddenly they hv deactivated outgoing calls.i had last recharged it a month ago, i hv still got balance in it.please suggest necessary steps asap.
I have 129 rs. Balance in my airtel. But the company alerts me outgoing calls from my No blocked immediately
I have been unable to call STD land line number from my prepaid mobile connection. when i call customer service they say it is because i have 3G sim and not a 4G..there is no where on airtel website they have said that 4G is compulsory. Giving silly reasons and not looking into the issue is just not acceptable

My mom's no -[protected] and mine has well-[protected] has been stopped the outgoing calls. Getting a message outgoing services has been expired. But it is lifetime outgoing calls free. How is this possible please let me know ASAP. Or else I have to port it.

    Airtel data speed is very very slow. I have always been a airtel fan since day 1. But now the speed is very very slow that i can't even browse. I never expected this from a highly recommend company. If you don't solve my problem i am opting for jio. I heard the services are better there and cheaper than airtel too. You people advertised that try everything and choose the better one. So i may opt jio now.

      I've been using the airtel connection for past 12 years & now there is some problem with my network. No network service is coming on my airtel sim for past 2 days. Could you please check & let me know the issues. You can contact me in below alternate number since my airtel network is down.

      Despite of numerous complaints no improvement in the airtel signal quality. I do always see 1 or 0 bars of signal. I can say slowest 4G network ever seen on the earth.
      Airtel adds in Entertainment channels really irritates when they introduce them as best network in india. It's just false promotion to lure customers.

        I have given a request for mnp from airtel to vodafone as airtel gives me pathetic network. However my 3 numbers were active in airtel and my primary number got activated in vodafone and two got rejected after so many follow ups with airtel customer care i came to know i have to separate my add on numbers from family plan first then i can port out so i have tried since 8 days they r saying address verification is on hold and sending people on address which i m not staying and have given address several times then too still my request is open and i'm paying bills for vodafone and for airtel too. No one from customer care airtel exec is helping just doing timepass on my query.

          According to new message that i received from the airtel india that i have to pay for all rounder recharge that cost 23 rupees for expanding my validity for using internet, message and calling as i didn't use internet and message service and still have to pay for it and not only that they don't have any other options also for only calling recharge. And further that i have recharged just before some days and still pending 70 rupees in my account i have to pay another 23 for just increasing my validity, and customer center says that it is according to new trai rules and all companies have to do so, while i didn't get any this type of information from other company as i am using bsnl and jio too. While as i explained all this points to customer call center employee, as he was not able to convince me so by saying that i am forwarding it to my manager, ended the call, by calling again same thing replied again and now he has put my call on hold by saying that i am checking on your number. This is my oldest number and i want to continue this and at the same i dont use it much but receive all the incoming calls on this and now my outgoing calls are bared from last 5 days. And incoming will bared from within few days if i do not recharge according to them. I was airtel customer since 2005. I do recharge on this number according to my needs but now i have to recharge every month for no reason. If i do not recharge i can use my current balance for this recharge so that they deduct at least 23 rs in every 28 days in case i dont do any outgoing call so simply they are doing buisness. Really great cheating.

          I am using Airtel 4G hotspot device for past 1 year and I am not receiving any receipts confirming my payment.

          Why Airtel forced to recharge with RC35?
          I received an sms from Airtel that my outgoing calls would be barred wef November 2018. On calling up the customer care, I was told that as per Trai rules, my outgoing calls will be barred even though i have sufficient balance. All my main balance amount would not be transferred if i do not activate any pack that they are offering
          Mobile phone lost at Delhi and a FIR has already been lodged. Please block this SIM card at the earliest to avoid misuses of this mobile number. If possible please provide a secondary SIM with the same number for further uses please.
          My mobile no is [protected]. I got a message from airtel customer care that my airtel validity will expire on 29/11/2018 and i shall not be able to make any outgoing calls. Kindly resolve the matter. Do i need to go for any recharge to enhance the validity.

            I have an airtel no.[protected] which i took a year before. I last used the no.in april as i'm abroad now. I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. Every social and bank detail is registered with this number and i m not able to log in as i forgot the passwords to the sites and the number is not working. Pls check and activate my sim card.

              I recharged my phone on 12th september 2018 for 84 days which was to expire on 4th january 2019. I again hot my phone recharged in advance before expiry date. Now after second recharge they are counting 84 day from 1st january 2019 instead of 5th january 2019.
              I tried to approach the customer care through phone but failed to do so.
              Pl correct the mistake and provide me full benefit of the pack.

                    I have been trying to explain how i am unable to pay the postpaid bills and even after replies from 10 different people, i haven't heard one solution that makes sense. I mention that i am out of the country and i have been suggested to walk to the nearest airtel store! If there was one, i would have gladly gone instead of expecting rubbish responses. I clearly asked them to enable otp on registered mail because i wouldn't get on sms as there is no airtel service in my city, the response says, "we have enabled international roaming". No! I still dont get network! All i need is otp on the registered mail so i can pay the bills. This has been so horrible experience as the bills just kept adding up for no reason.

                      I got a sales call from airtel executive yesterday and opted to purchase new airtel 4g hotspot device with postpaid sim for 6months plan of rs 2700.
                      They told that sim will be activated in 2 hrs.
                      Payment was done at around 7pm.
                      But its not activated till now. Sales exec is not responding and i am not able to use the internet.
                      I know its a holiday.
                      But when payment is required upfront, i would expect prompt service activation.

                      Hope this can be resolved soon.

                      On monday I got call for address verification and after the executive verified the original document proof, the address verification was completed. After several hours, tele-verification failed when I tried from my mobile phone. Finally I took the data card sim and inserted into my mobile for activating it which helped in completing the tele-verification. Will start using and see how much speed is coming.

                          Hi i purchased 6 months advance rental and got the postpaid connection with number: [protected].
                          I clearly paid your customer executive the amount of 3600 for the advance rental plan. I dont know what mishap happened between your executive and billing but i got the extra bill saying i have to pay 4248rs.
                          While i have to pay 648 only gst amount. Disgusting service and network we can keep a big 🙏 to this network.

                            My account has balance of about rs 16. But since it is not recharged for more than a months period, out going calls are blocked and also incoming will be blocked very soon. Portal shows validity for sim ([protected]) as unlimited.
                            I read in paper that telecom service provider cannot stop service if balance is available.
                            This number belongs to my mother for home used and normally its recharged has done asusal it's need.

                                This complaint is all about customer's from vishakapatnam area and akkayapalem so other areas in vishakapatnam although it is a city with so many hills surrounded me and my fellow customer's are facing poor network issues and poor voice quality and we the customer's need assistance from airtel india... As we pay but we are not getting the service as satisfactory so many places in vishakapatnam of andhrapradesh had this problem and support team just neglects this problem airtel will not let you use your data and airtel app will just report 💯 % no issues and it was completely fake i am not getting 3g too as i was using high end 4g smartphone

                                  I am not able to recharge my prepaid number which was recently changed from postpaid to prepaid. It gives me a message like transaction failed due to some kind of operator receipt number... I tried to recharge my number from different souces but still the same issue.

                                  Can u pls look into this issue and resolve asap.

                                    My mother using [protected] mobile under airtel 2g technology.
                                    Every month we are recharging with more than 100 rupees.
                                    But out going& incoming call had been disconected for not maintaing mimimum bal i have right to use my phone airtel not force us to use their service as they wher going in loss. Because when they where making profit they had not given share to consumer so i condem this decission..
                                    I hope trai will take action against airtel to safegurd consumer right.
                                    Day before yesterday recharged with 119 and yesterday they blocked connectivity.
                                    When we asked airtel customer care they are lying like this?

                                      The airtel internet services in rahmath nagar, rt nagar, bangalore are poor. This network is so bad that i am sharing hotspot to write this complaint! I got an airtel sim card on 26/10/18 and since that day i have never got privilege o[censored]sing 4g internet on any occasion. The internet works when i'm outside rt nagar, but inside my home it's so feeble that i have to beg my family members (Who are jio users) for sharing their hotspot! It is very irritating that i have hold my phone at different angles, just hoping that i might get some network. Everyday more than 80% of my data goes waste since i'm not able to get proper internet access! I can even share my airtel number for inspection if my complaint is processed. Please, help.

                                        regarding my refund amount from airtel

                                        Dear sir,

                                        My mobily number:[protected]

                                        I recharge through on line by net banking on 9/11/2018.

                                        Txn# :[protected],[protected]

                                        Above this two txn failed but you debit my account two times of rs 1000.

                                        Then next i received message from you it will refund with in 7 workings day.

                                        But still i did nor received any refund.

                                        So pls clarify above...
