Money transfered for prepaid plan mode is google pay (Screenshot attached)

The airtel executive came to my office for porting my number. Said he is converting my number idea postpaid to airtel prepaid, he gave a new sim saying it is airtel prepaid and will be activated in 5-6 day, and took 200 rupees for prepaid plan.
But now i got the postpaid bill 350 rupees this is horrible a cheat.
I called the same executive and he is saying he is not the airtel executive but a hdfc bank executive.
This is very serious issue, i want this has to be considered seriously as i lost the money and this is fraud from airtel.

    I am Writing a mail to Inform you, I have a Airtel Mobile user .My Number is id is _ My airtel Signal with internet service is very poor, I faced many problems for last 4 months. i complained many times to customer care, he logged the complaint & automatically he closed thicket Without any confirmation he can’t take any action on my complain, so I requested you can take action immediately.       I am using airtel from a long time
      i did not put any other sim except airtel
      i dont have any other sim
      more over i recharge frequently
      my balance is 1500 n above

      Every 28 days we must recharge for 35 for validity,

      that's not correct,
      it is my wish that i recharge,
      with plans intresting to me,
      if you can help in some way then please tell,
      i am using airtel since longtime,
      want to continue the same,

      every month paying 35 extra, then i would prefer the next best network

        I applied for mnp for my number [protected] from jio to airtel on 13/11/18. I was adviced that the port process happens in 7 days and the downtime will be maximum 2 hours during the port process. However on 5th day, jio disconnected me from their network. And airtel was not activated. I went back to the airtel relationship center in vizag, where i did the initial process. They reluctantly attended my case and adviced me to wait till 7th day night. That's usual to take 7 days time for port. I, despite being losing network on my banking registered number, decided to wait till 7th day.

        As i write this complaint, today is the 16th day of my request! I still do not have network on airtel sim. I have restarted and reinserted the sim more than 100 times in this period.
        I have written complaint to [protected]@airtel customer email, for which they did not provide any resolution. Then i emailed the nodal office andhra pradesh. This is the 3rd day since i emailed to airtel nodal office. I have received multiple standard emails saying that we will get back to you shortly. I even got a call saying that my issue is resolved. But still i can't access network. My phone is still showing sim not provisioned.

        I am totally disappointed and frustrated by the port decision. I have lost so many important calls, i had to make written requests to my banks to change mobile number to do any banking transactions. On a whole, i have suffered a lot of damage due to this irresponsible network.

        I need refund of my first recharge amount of rupees 230. And the port charge rs. 19. I paid 250rs at the time of application. I decided to abandon that number. I do not want to keep ranting at the airtel customer care people. They literally don't care.

        Please have a look into this matter since i believe its trai rule that a customer should experience only 2 hours downtime during mnp process.in my case the downtime is 384 hours and counting!

          I am unable to use my number‬ since nov 19th 2018.

          There is no network and i am seeing the "please enter a valid airtel prepaid number." message when i try to recharge it.

          I have recharged the number for a rs. 296 (International roaming pack) on november 3rd 2018.

          I have contacted the customer care and they are unable to help with regard to this. I also emailed airtel but still my problem is not resolved.

          Kindly resolve at the earliest.

            The air tel employ in vijayawada selling the sims by inserting his own number as alternative number for the sake of selling the sims... It is beyond the law his contact number is [protected] and team leader is issac his number is [protected]... Two days back i went to airtel promoter job training they forced me to activate the customer sims by inserting my contact number in alternative number... This type of fraud marketing can lead to many anti social activities...             Ever since I have swapped my line (SIM) I'm charged N4 upon switching on my phone. The more I switch off and on my phone the more I'm charged N4 each, it says "Sender: SIM change alert

              I am sorry to register my complaint that since last week, there is no proper signal in the area in which i reside at present. The signal is very weak and unstable. It fluctuates all the time.
              Please solve the problem at the earliest or return my recharge money, so that i can switch to some other better network available.

                Hi team,

                This email is regarding an issue with activating my airtel prepaid mobile number ([protected]), which i had with me for last 10 years.

                I am currently in australia and unfortunately, because of missed recharge, my number got deactivated. As per process, the number will be released in 10 days, but i have approached airtel, chrompet office within 4 days and raised a request to transfer the number in my brothers name (Ravishankar) and reactivate it. All the required documents for name transfer and number activation is been submitted to the chrompet office and the application is received by mr. Kiran and i strongly believe that he did not make any effort to work on the request. Because since we submitted the request within 4 days of deactivation, as per process it should have got reactivated. Absolutely no respect to the customers.

                1- i have been given a new sim[protected]u on 30/10/2018. Waited for several days and sim did not get activated.

                2- another sim[protected]u given on 21/11/2018, almost one month later and was told that the number getting activated cannot be confirmed.

                3- now they are saying that they cannot help me and number will not be reactivated as they dont have provision to do it on the system.

                Meanwhile, we have visited the airtel office 3 times and it is very tiring to wait to do such a small process even after coming to reactivate within 4 days.

                I have been using this number for many years no and all the important government ids are tagged to this.

                Request you to please consider this situation and help in reactivating the number.

                  While buying the sim, the network said that the number will be having lifetime validity. Now they have rolled out that you need to recharge every 28 days or so to extend the validity or else outgoing as well as incoming calls will be barred. Since i need my sim only for receiving calls, why should i recharge (Minimum of rs 35) every month. If they have an issue with validity, why not roll something like bsnl where you can extend validity for six months by recharging rs 41.
                  If airtel wants to continue with the same at least have some dedicated recharge for validity alone, for those who doesn't want/require the bundle offer.

                    I have balance in my airtel prepaid account still when i make a call it says your outgoing service has stopped, please recharge.in airtel application also my balance is showing 30 rs.                       I got two subsequent postpaid numbers of airtel for my business. Things were good but due to some reason one number was used very rare, so it missed on few months of payment. And then when the payment was fully made, it comes into the picture that the number which i had was no more in my name and to have that number back again i have to buy it for rs. 15000/-. For which i had no intimations nor the bills were emailed to me. So, how can a thing with no intimation to the rightful holder be taken back to company’s name, moreover why no bills were emailed to me. I admit that i have delayed the payment but when i have cleared my dues, i should have the right to enjoy the facility and that shouldn’t be charged with such a great sum.

                        I recharged my airtel prepaid with 399 unlimited pack, and where i got airtel thanks benefits, 1.4 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days.
                        But when i checked my data balance on *121*2# it shows 5120 mb left from add - on. I thought it will be used after i finish my daily data limit. But it is not being used, ever day when i consume my daily data. And when i check the data balance it shows 1 mb left from daily data limit.
                        And 5120 mb from add - on. Which is not being used, i complaint against it on 198 customer care, he just said it will be solved, just restart the phone, still the problem is unsolved.
                        I hope this time i will not be ignored.

                        Yeah, me too, I get the same problem... Is it solve or not yet??? AIRTEL should have send me this SMS instead - Ypu have consumed 100% of your daily limit with a remaining balance of 5120MB that cannot be used and display just to confuse and fool you. And while the news says Airtel is trying to compete with Jio add on pack with unusable bonus of 5120MB that start to display with any add on recharge 49, 96...10k whatever, doesn't make any difference, just for any recharging amount you get to display 5120mb, either Airtel is trying to fool the customer or for the customer to have fun in trying to fool his/her friends with 5120mb that cannot be depleted. CLEARLY THE WINNER IS JIO & WHILE AIRTEL IS BUSY SENDING A GIFT O[censored]NUSABLE 5120MB FOR ANY add-on RECHARGE AMOUNT. Which in turn time to make a switch of SIM car d/network provider to JIO that have a better and REAL offer recharged.

                          Your customer care representative named girish i had talked to him on 28 nov 2018 at 9.55 pm, his behaviour was very annoying he just had no manners and he was not listening to any of my complains and when i asked him to transfer the call to senior then his senior was also behaving like him. He just disconnected my call i was shocked because this is having first time with me i am using airtel since 2004 in bihar circle. Now i have ported my no. To airtel in delhi ncr cirle last month. Now i will not continue with airtel until 90 days completed. I am very disappointed. I will port out my no. This was a very harsh behaviour i cannot tolerate it.

                            I have recently moved to UK 5 months ago and I have recently found that my number is deactivated on 24th Nov 2018

                            One of Airtel Nodal officer Karthiga adviced me to connect with nearest ARC and recharge for 20 rs to get it activitated with in grace period. I asked my friend to do so but the Airtel service centre says it is not possible and hence I called the customer care again and they are not responding now replying the same story to connect with nearest ARC.

                            Such a stupid response from Airtel. I have been with Airtel since many years but it is of no help now. Customers are not well treated. I'm ready to recharge even for 1000 rupees if they activate it but they really showing don't care attitude towards this issue.

                              Hello sir airtel had called me mr rahul sharma was rude and did not help in me call drop compliant i am losing my business and they want me to download there payment app which i don't want to use they are just trying to cheat
                              I am losing my business and they are not serious to solve my problem please help me as soon as possible as i was happy with my vodafone they put me on airtel and it is not helping me about the call drop issue i would not like to refer anyone to go for airtel number they put so much advertising that airtel is good and u should come back to airtel but it's very bad experience for me from. Airtel
                              If you can not solved a small issue of call drop then how can put a advertisement of number one network services on the tv i would like to file a compliment and ask for refund and of amount or just give me portable think could not wait for 6 month to get port again to vodaphone

                                Since today my outgoing calls are barred for reasons unknown although i have sufficient balance. I tried calling up airtel support (121) from my mobile but it got disconnected stating outgoings are barred. Then i called up airtel support through my airtel landline, got to speak to an executive where the executive says i have to pay rs. 35 to allow outgoing. This payment is not for once but i need to pay every 28 days. Other option is to go for unlimited pack.

                                How can a service provider bars outgoing calls from any number having balance and asks for more money to even use my existing money. Its blackmail. Now they can come up demanding money for incoming calls, incoming sms when we will stop receiving sms's and our online banking transactions will not be possible because otp's will not be received.

                                Not sure how can a renowned organization openly go so illegal.

                                  Money stuck in airtel wallet. Kyc already done, but "service is temporarily unavailable" popup showed by the app whenever we try "send money" feature. I can't transfer my money to my account. This is so depressing. I'm already dis-satisfied with the network of airtel, i never get network when i'm inside the house and hence no one can contact me there, i'm at no service mode for almost 12 hours. This is mental harassment.

                                    Dear service team,

                                    Hi, this is prakash r from bangalore having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today morning, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                                    Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                                      My airtel outgoing services has been expired inspite of my remaining balance is 60rs. I could not able to make calls but i can receive as of now.

                                      This is the below message which i got for expiry.
                                      "important: outgoing services on your airtel mobile [protected] has expired on 23-nov-18. To restart the services recharge now. Dial *121*51#"

                                      I tried dialing *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity. I tried to call customer care numbers but that's also not working.

                                      I need immediate resolution or soon my incoming will also be blocked.

                                        Despite of several verbal & mail communication, no action is taken from airtel towards improvement of the services. However, i was assured every time that service will be improved and requested not to close the number. I was informed that airtel will set up a new tower at my area but till date no progress is observed. I maild so many times to register my complaint and also informed that i will not pay for the services.
