    Airtel has the mentality to dusturb its customes. Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Instead you people become greesy hungry fellows to eat the benefits of rhe customers. If this is the way you people treat the customers then that day is not so far when you will lose the business. Now you people become greedy by eating the money every month. If you have little bit shame and little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give the benefits from your side as your services becoming worse day by day. Show some respect to the customers by giving them bemefits from your side atleast to me instead of looting me cheating with me and doing fraud with me.

    If you can't do this thing then do one thing take one big katora and sit on the road. People will give you lot of money to you. You hungry greedy beggars only have the mentality to loot he customers instead of giving them benefits you people become blood suckers of them. Really shame on you.

      My mobile no: [protected]

      Today i recharged my prepaid card through my hdfc netbanking for 3 times.
      After each recharge i got "recharge done successfully" message. Amount got deducted from my account too.

      1) at 4:38pm i recharged my prepaid card for 175 rs. (Data) which is successfully reflected so no issues.
      2) at 4:45pm i recharged for 196 rs. (Talk time)
      As i was getting "less talk-time balance", i got confussed and again tried recharging.
      3) at 7.06pm i recharged again for 296 rs. (Talk time)

      Still i am getting the same message saying "talk time is too less".

        Multiple issues:

        Dtv customer id: [protected]-001

        1). Dtv complaint # 83603314 is unfulfilled. Your folks have taken away the stb but have not retuned back a replacement.

        2) this apartment, r&s riveraaparment, has about 60 subscribers. The existing infrastructure looks poor. The technician who visit us look for mere workaround to plug & play a defective pin into another. According to building supervisor airtel infrastructure setup for this building is not proper. Last week some one visited and attempted fixing one user issue but this impacted others. Request you to have proper interaction with building association and have permanent solution. I have myself reported recurrent failure (July, sep)

        3) airtel ivr[protected] is defective. We only are able to listen to ads, but when we select options (2) followed by (1) to talk to support, it does not work.

        4). Also see attached photo. Your technician had come home to review the issue but left the electrical board open.

        Request you to get it fixed asap. Every time the service fails tickets are never resolved in timely manner.

        Emailed the same details to [protected]@airtel.com, and also posted at twitter but no responsible action from your team.

        Suggest you move the case to your nearby manager who might fix it quickly. The vendor/manager allocated to pin code 560077 has never been prompt.

        Even after one week in regard to B001 DTV error, the issue is open. Talked to airtel local service provider manager Sharif [protected], and requested to fix the issue by bringing back the STB which they have taken away one week back. Still no resolution from Airtel staff. Followed up recurrently Airtel Twitter presence.

              I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I had in your establishment last week.

              I was not using this SIM due to my phone breakage since from last 2-3 months. But when i inserted that sim on my new phone it shown invalid. Then I went to near-by Airtel customer care to fix this problem but they to said me that another SIM Kit is being made from same number. My whole data and accounts are link with this number including whatsapp. I was your old customer and using that SIM from last 6 years. If I change the SIM card my whole important data will be get lost.
              OR If another person will purchase that SIM my whole data and personal information will be visible to him (as many accounts were linked with that number).

              Can you please activate my SIM? or give me another SIM with same number?

              The Airtel number which I'm having problem is [protected]. Due to this problem I can't open the apps which are linked with that and having 2 factor authentication issue. So I can't get OTPs.

                Hello Consumer Forum,

                I had opted for connection in April-2018 for the broadband connection. As per verbal communication shared by sales representatives from Airtel that this connection is prepaid and can be discontinued after 6 months o[censored]sage, and if you would like to continue please pay the amount and it will renew.

                Following the same my parents opted for this connection. After 6 months of duration at end of Sept-2018. The connection went off, and we assumed its disconnection due to non renewal requests from my end.

                In Nov-2018 we received a phone call from Airtel claiming an amount of nearly 3500+, which was declined initially by my parents and then again next phone call, I have received on 03rd December. Soon after the incident I dropped an email to Airtel regarding the whole situation and asked them for improvisation in communication being made and correction of such bill amount.

                The communication made to me over the call was that I have used 103 GB of data for month of Oct-2018, and hence i have to pay the full amount, which is honestly not fair, because the connection was dead and router was disconnected after observing it is dead for multiple days in October itself. Also my avg. monthly usage at home is 20-25 GB. So claiming of 103 GB data is also an unfair.

                I had opted for another Airtel broadband provided by my society, so there is no sense of renewing this connection by making full payment.

                India is a place where a lot of people are not familiar with technologies and information, I strongly believe that there are many people facing such kind of issues of auto-renewal without any confirmation from subscriber side and claiming for any amount for dead connections /nonusage.

                They might have not paid the bills, but are into the blacklist for non payment of bills, while sitaution is other way round where sales team is making false promises to consumers and then also companies are claiming false charges for usage which customers never used at all.

                I would request you to take any actions accordingly.

                    Last recharged for 448 rs valid till Dec 19/2018 but now it prepone till dec 2 /2018 ! Outgoing call is barred, sms also blocked . Saying me to reacharge 25 rs for continues service . From me 25 rs like me so many people will do reachge for 25 ( 25 rs * people approximately 10, 00, 000=2, 50, 00, 000) u r making huge profit without knowledge o[censored]s “” great fraud “”

                      I had been offered free data by bharti airtel for my mobile no. However for the last one year they have been charging for data charges and then waiving them after i raise a complaint this has been going on, i fail to understand why airtel is upto such unfair practices. It is very frustrating. Please take up this issue with their higher ups and resolve.

I have transferred my no from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid on 21 nov 2018 and my connection got stop from 1 december 2018 till now. I have submitted my id prrof and photo 2 times in same gallery from where i have buyed the sim. But till now my no is not activate in prepaid. There is no service on my no. I have also mailed to nodal and appelaate officer regarding this matter. But my problem is not solved till now. I am not able to use my no [protected]

                            Very poor network at Shimoga. I have already raised 2 complaints regarding network issue here also in Facebook, but still its not resolved. Always you have given poor customer service.
                            Signal strength is very poor in case of postpaid especially!!!
                            Please take necessary steps, or i ensure that all airtel users nearby me are shifted to other network.

                              I have been using my airtel number for the past 9 years. Recently i changed it to prepaid as i moved out of india. Now the number is deactivated and i can not reach out to any customer care person. I need the number to be activated as it is urgent. Please help.
                              I can not reach out to customer care people.

                              I sent mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com. There was a reply asking my parents to visit the airtel centre in 15 days to pay rs.20. My friend paid rs.65 today to my prepaid number online through banking service.

                              Reply from the airtel customer care is below:


                              At the outset, i regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                              We regret to inform you that services for your airtel mobile were discontinued on 24/11/2018 due to no usage found on your number in last 90 days. Usage could be with respect to an voice or video (Incoming/outgoing) call, sms or data usage. Beyond 90 days period, in case of no usage, charges of rs. 20/- per month are deducted from main account towards service extension for 30 days. Due to insufficient balance, the amount could not be deducted and services were disconnected permanently.

                              Further, you may get the same number reactivated within grace period of 15 days from the date of disconnection by paying reactivation charge of rs.20/- at airtel relationship centre in home circle.

                              (Please note: we request you to send your blood relatives (Only father and mother) to any of the nearest airtel relationship centre in home circle in order to reactivate your number).

                                I received message from the airtel india that i have to pay for all rounder recharge that cost 23 rupees for expanding my validity for using internet, message and calling as i didn't use internet and message service and still have to pay for it and not only that they don't have any other options also for only calling recharge. Why i have to pay another 23 for just increasing my validity??? I do recharge on this number according to my needs but now i have to recharge every month for no reason. Before some time airtel sent us a messages while checking balance "validity of your number is till 2032" simply they are doing buisness and looting peoples. Really great cheating.

                                  With respect to the above cited subject, i would like to draw your kind attention to the inconvenience related to the data offer. Myself mr. Santosh patil. Have recharged my airtel number with rs. 92. I recharged this offer by following airtel offers at *121# and also airtel assistance number 121 (Messaged airtel). But yet i have not received the 6 gb data. Even i have communicated and complained at 198. But i didn't get the satisfactory explanation. Plz look into the matter and either credit that so claimed 6gb data as per the offer or refund the deducted amount to the main account balance of my mobile number

                                      Sir/ madam,
                                      I have recharged with airtel last month with a 28 days validity pack on 17th of november which was going to end on 15th of december which included benefits as following particulars :
                                      Free voice call
                                      1 gb data per day
                                      100 free sms

                                      Despite the validity was going to end on 15th of december i have not been able to use the internet functionality right from 27th of october even after trying to reboot and refresh pertaining it to be a network coverage or network traffic issue. The calls and messages were working but there was no information on charges getting deducted even before the ending validity despite of having the delivery reports turned on. There was no alert sent to me that charges are being deduced and i continued the usage having this in mind that it was going to end on 15th of december. There was around 70 rupees in my account balance and now this morning when i checked i got to know that this has gone down to 36.14 rupees without information. No messages or alerts have been sent that the charges are getting deducted and no information on why is it getting deducted. For the sake of information and complaint when i called the customer care they talked to me abruptly making me wait for a long duration just for transferring the call from one individual to another. They both talked abruptly without sense of they were having a conversation with a customer. When i asked for the alerts to be sent they said we don't have the information of that. And because of not having the information when i asked them for refund they shouted and hung the call.

                                      By any means a network service provider is not supposed to behave in this manner to their customers. This has even happened before and have got the refund but they are not transferring it this time and escalating the issues without even providing satisfactory service to the customer. If this persists i am going to discontinue the service with airtel and port out to another service provider.

                                      Hoping to get a soon reply and a help.

                                        I have been converted my airtel post paid number to airtel prepaid number since last 7 to 8 month ago. Till then i could not able to recharge my prepaid number through online. I have called multiple times during last two months to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end. Even i mailed to [protected]@airtel.in several time, but no reply from their end.
                                        But today my frustration level exceed as i tried 20 to 25 times to call customer care but line was not connected to customer care executive. It looks like airtel has no value for prepaid customer.

                                        I tried to reach your service outlet, but they dont have resolution. I am really frustrated.
                                        So looking for a quick resolution else i will port my no to other operator.
