I recharged my airtel digital tv worth rs 510 through payzapp app on line recharge on 24/11/18 with transaction id no.34839943. Till now balance is not credited to my account. On contacting to payzapp they want written mail from airtel, but airtel is saying that transaction id is fraud and refusing to provide the same in written, i want appropriate action against both the companies

    I have applied for a broadband connection and paid the advance rental for 6 months on the condition that i would get the connection within 24 hours. The sales team of airtel contacted me at least 10 times before maybe the payment
    Once the payment was made there is no one is picking the phone and even after 48 hours no one from airtel contacted me.
    I sent a mail to airtel customer support for which i received no reply.
    The sales people are not picking the phone no matter how many times i am making the call
    Moral of the story never ever pay advance to airtel they are

      I was using air tel sim but was not happy with it so shifted to vodaphone but airtel people called me so many time and told me to again shift to airtel but after shifting to airtel my all call get drop for this i am lossing my business and i have also put so many compilat but nothing has happen if my problem is not solved soon will have to go to consumer court for lossing of my business

        Dear sir,

        My airtel number (Verified by aadhaar) is as follows: [protected].
        As i am presently staying in germany, i had recharged it last in october 2018 with an ir pack. Since friday 23rd nov., my sim card is showing "no service". When i tried to recharge online, it says that this is not a valid number. Also, when i call the airtel customer care for karnataka ([protected]), it doesn't recognize my number as an airtel number - so i am not being able to speak to an airtel agent. As i am abroad, i cannot visit the airtel store also. It is important to note that airtel has not given me any intimation about possible disconnection - so i have also not been able to change my registered mobile number; and hence not able to make several online transactions for which i depend on my airtel number.

        Please help.

          I had received sms from airtel to my mobile number 99*41 “pack validity for my airtel no will expire on 28-nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge for continued services. Dial*121*51#”.

          Is the lifetime validity discontinued. & how to recharge rc35.. There is no option to recharge online. Unable to connect through customer care

          This is cheating the existing customers

            I received this text message from airtel “pack validity for my airtel no will expire on 30-nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge for continued services. Dial*121*51#”. Why i need to recharge minimum 35 for validity only and if i do not recharge then my incoming service will also stop after 15 days. I came to know that i have to recharge after 28 days for validity everytime. I will have to recharge time to time only for the validity, but when i purchased the airtel sim card that time airtel gave me life time validity. Now airtel is cheating to customers.

              Airtel is saying they removed life time validity because trai asked to do so.

              I searched the links they provided but could not find any inf where trai asked to remove life time validity, i have asked them to provide at least screen shot where trai mentioned to remove lifetime. But they are not doing.

              They are cheating the customers, they charged 100 rs saying they will life time validity, but now the they turned back

                As per above subject internet & call drop problem from 4 day on my sim +91-[protected] from 24 nov 2018.in this area 411046 my shop so i m here full day & my all working on data & calling. My daily loss 1000/- per day.
                But when im go in my home then internet good speed but call drop. I m daily complaint to customer care. Still problem facing. I[censored] have not give service then give recharge payment & my loss to me.

                    Sir this is my humble request to you that a mobile tower has been put in residential area.
                    The radiation is tooo high
                    The area is house no 575 maliwara ghaziabad sir i request you to take strict action against the tower as law has been passed that no mobile tower cn be installed in residential area
                    Sir as the law the mobile tower should be 75 meter far from the residencial area please sir do something for it when this tower was install than no permission was taken from neighbours than how it should installed

                      My number +91-[protected] was working until november 23 2018. Now it's saying number does not exists. The number was ported from vodafone to airtel 7 years back. I recently moved from karnataka to california, i was regularly charging the phone to maintain the number. I am actually stuck with the otp for financial transactions. I did tried to reach airtel customer care but couldn't.

                        Hi,

                        I am writing this mail after a long series of calls and emails with the airtel team which proved futile.

                        Unfortunately, my handset got damaged while i was on my way to home on oct 13th. I was in a shuttle using my phone, when suddenly a water bottle fell on my arm from the storage situated above the seat. The impact was so forceful that the handset fell from my hand on the floor of the shuttle and got damaged.

                        Hence, i called the airtel on 121 the very next day and informed them of the mishap. The handset claim was registered the same day (Sr no.3635939) by the team and i received a message regarding the same. They had asked me to upload a few pictures on the mentioned link which i did upload the same day.

                        The next day, oct 14, i again received a message informing me that the documents were found incomplete. So, i uploaded the documents again, but was't able to upload and en error message was displayed every time i tried uploading them. Consequently, i called the 121 team again and informed them of the issue. They told me that the documents have been received and are in verification process.

                        However, on 15th october, i received a call from airtel team that there is some document mismatch (Uploaded government id name didn't match with the name on the purchase invoice) and hence there is an issue processing the claim further. I told them the reason for the same. Reason - my brother had ordered the phone and hence the name on the purchase invoice.

                        I asked them what needs to be done to solve this. The airtel team informed that i need to send an email to arshiya. [protected]@oneassist.in attaching the government proof of my brother and mentioning the make and model of the phone imei number and the reason for the mismatch. The very same day, oct 15, the mail was sent to the above mentioned email id. But, i again received a message on 16th october stating that the documents were incomplete.

                        I called them and they told me that verification will take a couple of days and i will be informed. Then, on 20th i received a message saying that airtel secure couldn't be processed due to insured name mismatch. I was completely taken aback as i did everything that was told to me on time. As a result, i called 121 and spoke with the floor supervisor. He told me that my claim was rejected because they can only provide the claim if the purchase invoice proved the blood relation. I told them i had already uploaded the government id proof asked by them. Wasn't it enough to prove blood relation?

                        They apologized and told me to send the mail one more time on the email id arshiya. [protected]@oneassist.in and assured me that my claim would be processed once the blood relation is proved. Hence, i sent the mail with all the details yet again.

                        And, to my surprise, i received a call from airtel secure a day or two later and they informed me that they are sorry but they cannot process my claim and it is closed. The reason/justification being - we could have only provided the claim if the purchase invoice was in your name/ your parent's/ spouse/ child. Because of the name mismatch, they cannot process the claim

                        Now, i have a couple of queries and it would really help if your team can address them:
                        Why were the documents verified in the initial phase (Subscription) when i had subscribed for the airtel secure plan? I had uploaded 5 document that time, they being the front of the phone, back of the phone, photo of handset with the imei number, my government id proof & the purchase invoice number (Same as the one i did to claim the airtel secure plan). I had received a mail from airtel comprising the certificate and welcoming me to the airtel secure plan.

                        Is brother not a blood relation? My father's son is logically as well as on paper will be my brother. Always. And i had shared all the relevant government id proof to verify that.

                        Every customer care representative i spoke to told me something new every time i called them, which was confusing and at the same ended up wasting a plenty of my time. Why was their so much of information chaos?

                        Shouldn't the airtel team have rejected the subscription in the first place if their policies are such?

                        On what grounds is my claim rejected?

                        Since airtel team did the mistake of processing the documents and gave me false assurance for my phone protection under airtel secure. Does it not put the onus on airtel to now process the claim now as it was miss from your end?

                        I did not opt for any other insurance as i had active airtel secure subscription and i am paying for it every month till date.

                        I am tired of following up with your team for such a petty issue since more than a month and would really want the airtel secure team to look into this at priority and close at the earliest without any more delays. I have been a loyal customer to airtel for more than 2 years now and this kind of grievance/ issue addressing is highly disappointing/unacceptable from a brand like airtel.

                        I have attached all the applicable photos.

                        Look forward to resolution of this issue and getting my handset repaired at the earliest.

                          Dear concern,

                          I have been to sri lanka & nepal in multiple travels as part of my official work. Before going had enquired with airtel executive about international roaming activation process & charges. Executive confirmed that i have to activate by recharging with rs.145 otherwise it will not be active. Felt that activating postpaid no bit expensive and instead, recharged my prepaid no. There were no issue in the billing on postpaid during when i was in sri lanka. However, the problem started when i visited to nepal during the august'2018 to october'2018 bills. Airtel had activated international roaming without my knowledge, and there is no communication on the same in any of the mode of communication (Call, sms, mail, etc.,). Had complained to airtel customer service, nodal officer karnataka, visited to airtel branch also. All are conversing as international roaming is activated automatically and have to pay the amount. But, i never used any services provided by airtel in nepal as i have full-fledged internet services provided by my company & hotel where i worked and stayed. Had paid the regular monthly rentals and the international calls made over and above. However, they barred my no continuously for 15 days and currently now. It is something unethical business practice that without customer knowledge activated the services and sent mail to make the payment and not even looking the case and telling that i have to pay it to restore all the services.
                          Kindly take appropriate action to restore the services on my no. And need waiver of those charges.

                            Respected sir/madam

                            I would like to draw your attention toward current airtel plan of recharge of rs 35, which is mandatory to subscriber to recharge with minimum of rs. 35 every month failing which our sim will be deactivated. But its our freedom of choice to recharge out prepaid sim when necessary. Airtel is forcing us to recharge every month. I am against current decision taken by airtel as they are thinking of only their profit. They are treating prepaid customers as postpaid customers please look into this matter and take necessary steps.

                              Hi, I bought Airtel sim card 4 5 year ago when I bought sim card that time it was showing lifetime incoming and outgoing without any extra charges. Now they are suspended my sim card. I talked to customer care about this then they are suggesting me to do minimum recharge with 35 rupees after every 28 days to continue service. Due to this inconvenience I lost a project from my hand. They are breaching the contract.

                                Hi,

                                I am aware of the fact that my prepaid sim has been suspended by the service provider as no recharge was done in the last 90 days. But how do i get it activated back or should i purchase a new sim.

                                And please be informed that i am currently in canada and was advised by your support team to visit the nearest airtel office which is not possible here.

                                Kindly guide me on this at the earliest.

                                  I changed my daughter's prepaid Airtel plan to my Airtel family plan. From last four days they have disabled my daughter's sim. I have contacted the customer service but I have gotten no response. My daughter went to the gallery and they weren't any help either. Such a big business is exploiting their consumers.

                                    I have constantly been trying to contact customer care to restart my call waiting on my Airtel Sim, and I've gotten no response so far. How am I supposed to know if someone is calling me while I'm on a call if my career operator won't put my call waiting on?
                                    Except that today I did a recharge of RS. 49 - 3 GB data pack online on the Airtel app and the pack hasn't activated yet. Why is there so much problem?
                                    I've also had issues when without even using internet, all my internet balance disappears. This is very disappointing. I hope Airtel takes action and does something.

                                      My mobile is having airtel damage secure plan. On 13th nov mobile backpanel got damaged, for which same day i started the process of submitting the claim. But initially when i gave my details and incidence occurance through airtel secure it was not processed comletely.and when i tried to call customer care to resolve the issue, they didnt connect through my calls.after 3-4 days i lodged complaint through mail and aftr a day they replied saying to again lodge complaint through laptop.for doing all this it took my 4 days, so stating that it took more than 48 hrs they rejected my claim.
                                      So my problems are (1) inspite of me starting the claim submission i didnt get the claim.
                                      (2) There software is not working for which i suffered
                                      (3) Customer care calls not connected through when i needed most.
                                      Im a Postpaid airtel customer for last 2 years, but now i lost the trust in airtel. Now im thinking of porting my number and get some trustful service.

                                        On 22nd November, 50 Rs from my account is deducted and I got sms for activating some MHEALTH service for 1 week. I don't know what is this for and I was not even using my phone at that time. I connected with customer care and they said its an service activated from web, they don't have any information on this. But I havent activated this service. I dont need any such waste service. I need my money back. attaching screenshot of sms of deduction and service activation. Also my browser history says nothing browsed at that moment.
