On 27.09.2018, someone from mobile nos [protected], [protected] and [protected] withdrawn rs.4999 +8999+8888+1000+500=24386 from my sb a/c [protected] in pnb chandigarh (7988) and credited the same in airtelmoney a/c.
Pl look into the matter and refund the amount.

Sir,
On 27.09.2018, while i was searching the site of dena bank to lodge a
Complaint in a matter, i find a mob number [protected] on the site and
Rang up it. The person who responded introduced him as deepak malhotra,
Bank id-dbik0012534 a senior officer of the dena bank and assured me
Take up my gievance to the concerened officer on conference call. The
Other person shambu pandey, rakesk kumar who appeared on the conferece
Call also stated to be the senior officer of the bank. He listened me
And then desired to know number of my any atm card to chech up my
Identity. I did not sense out any hanky-panky and gave him number of
My atm card of above a/c and then the call was returned to former who
Again listened the matter and stated that my complaint has been
Recorded and will be resolved soon. After this i received messages on
My mobile number of certain debits to my account. Still i did not
Realised the fraud happened to me. I checked with my family members of
Any purchase etc made on this card and when they confirmed nothig such
Withdrwal/payment and on further deliberation we realised that the
Alleged caller has commited the fraud by withdrawing the funds from my
Account. Total amount withdrwan is 8999+4999+8888+1000+500=rs.24386.
Kindly investigate into the matter and refund me money withdrawan of
My account. All relevant information as i could knew from them and
About them in the matter is as under.

Please help us and improve your network signal so that our money should go to waste. Please note that nearest tower is in chandavar and kekkar village. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

      I am fedup with Airtel service and customer rep. people. Even escalation person is not picking up customer calls !! This is worst.

      I've logged multiple complaints since 16th july 18 and till date there is no resolution... My complaint numbers are[protected] for Replacement),[protected]for Sr. Supervisor Intervention for faster resolution).My customer ID is [protected].

      16th july – no response form customer care

      17TH july – Executive given commitment for free replacement before 18th July but no one came & see wht is the issue, also no complaint no provided by your executive.

      18th July – Executive asked charges for remote replacement without knowing fact & given complaint no 77801176, but no one came.

      18th july – Again called up in night for the same issue & asked Sr supervisor intervention ( complaint no[protected], as per executive someone senior person call me till 19th afternoon but no one has called me.

      19th july – As expected none of Supervisor called hence i raised another complaint but executive said having technical issue we can’t check your previous complaints hence i demanded to transfer my call to Sr supervisor & that supervisor promise to call me in next 15 min just to know when my current complaint get resolved ? / When that Sr. Supervisor going to call me ? to have detail discussion on the issue i am facing from last November 17.

      stop mentally harassing me.

      I was raised n number of complaints but it has not been fixed. Every time I call your customer care, they raise another complaint. I even had a word with your supervisors in past, they said someone from your backend team will call and get the issue resolved but again all in vain.I am sharing the service requests your good for nothing team raised: 67625241, 67923630, 67625241, 68140400, 69914852, 70425575, 71043027, and the many of the complaints not register by your executive. Every complaint is been closed without discussing with me !! This is absolutely pathetic service you are providing. My customer ID is [protected].

      Pathetic services are offered by Airtel DTH and customer support systems are just hopeless...

      I am an existing customer for past 5 years and this I paid in advance for one year but this time for last 9 month facing problem & none of you are having time provide better service. For your information I already closed my other HD connection Customer ID [protected] but still every Sunday your Ppl calling me for recharge & every time convey them same massage having lot of issue with services kindly get it check calling for recharge. from this i can defiantly say you have time for MONEY business but not for Service/problem/pain/satisfaction BUSINESS. i feel you Ppl should work for customer satisfaction instead money business.

      I don't see a reason why I should continue with Airtel DTH Services. No follow-up from anyone Support Engineer. Don't want to be a customer of Airtel DTH on the following reasons:

      1. Last 9 months n no of Complaints & still no resolution.
      2. Pre-mature ticket / complaints closure With out even visiting Customer premises.
      3. In-competent Customer Support Er. who doesn't know how to fix the issue / interact with Customers.
      4. Escalation matrix are not working.

      Urge all my friends to stop using Airtel DTH & also suggest your friends to do the same if your facing same problem, Hereafter i will not buy nor even think of going for airtel. You ppl are such a shame.

      Ppl be careful these ppl follow you until u buy their product after they wont even care about your issues.

      Now at least i can assume to get a fast response/ resolution to the any of complaint raised by any of customers to your call center.

        I have recently converted my prepaid mobile number to postpaid due to non cooperation of airtel people, during conversion they provided me bill details which will be applicable to me after using one month they have raised the bill amount to double and that too without usage now customer care is also not picking up the call and help centre at patel nagar is also not responding. This is what Airtel is serving to its customers? I want airtel to send a revise bill for the number [protected] as son as possible

          Hi my credit card last two month auto paid for www.airtel.pgsi www.airtel.inin this transaction title but have not use for this category app and any other why are u my knowledge not informed this amount your site taken so kindly refund this amount suddenly stop this service I have attached my last 2month your amt my credit card debit statement pls review and refund or otherwise will give complaint.

            Received a sms on 28th sept 2018 that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c.
            Balance deducted without my permission,

            Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

              I am not able to recharge my airtel number ever since i switched from postpaid to prepaid service.
              Upon customer care suggestion i have visited airtel stores, got sim swapped, yet the issue is not resolved.
              I have tried recharging through mobile shops and myself via internet, airtel app, paytm. I have raised the issue to customer care over a dozen times but yet my issue is not resolved.

              Do you ppl have any fix to this issue. I wonder why nobody from store or customer care is not able to figure out the cause of this!

                They say that we airtel operator has succesfully placed your order and they have also shared the operator reference number so pleace check into the matter it was a 100 rs payment on my mobile number [protected]

                    My mobile number [protected] has been recycled and this is impacting my day to day life. There are major impacts which will ruin my business. Kindly request you to allot me the number [protected] with a new sim card.

                    I have been told by customer support that this number has been recycled. I need this number back.

                    Incident took place on 25 sep 2018

                    I had it working fine all these years.

                    I had ported from docomo to bsnl and then to airtel.

                    There are severe impacts of losing this number. Kindly fix this earliest. This is of prime importance.

                        recharge amount debited but not recharged

                        I had initiated an airtel recharge of rs. 448 and payment method was airtel wallet/money via airtel app. At the last movement the mone got deducted from my bank but no recharge was done.                         I am using airtel payment bank, i have a transaction of rs. 2000/- from airtel payment bank to paytm on 8th sep 2018 at 01:22 am, but amount was not transfer also amount was deducted from my airtel payment bank account, after this i have shared my paytm statement on airtel payment bank complain mail id and more times made the call. Now airtel payment bank representative ask me wait for 45 days.

                          Sir my sms service is barred. I tried at 198 as customer care many times last 3days but problem continue. Customer care service operator said to wait when i called at 198. I waited since last 3days. My works are pending due to this problem. Company says no.1 network of india. But after facing this problem and their response i can say many other companies do much better. Please do something

                              In virar, near viva college there 1 gallery of airtel they don't have any manners to speak with customer... They all 3 are literally scold the customer and torcher the consumer... And always lies...in our area many a people complaint on them because of the behaviour.. And they always said it's airtel's rule not us airtel gives us rule criteria and we act according and all.. There are such a worst people that's why we think switch from airtel from my device and many my friends... Plz do something for that

                                Whatsmob service activated without i asking for or activating from my airtel number. Amount of rs. 75/- is also deducted from my prepaid balance. I deactivated as per sms from airtel. But money is not credited back in my prepaid balance. I got message that this service is activated n my airtel mobile number. I even do not know what is this service. I never activated it. This is really a theft by this company airtel. I request you to look into this & get my hard earned money back from this thief.

                                  With regards, I want to tell u that I have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 without any reason. Please take some necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance.This thing was also happened with me in the past. Thos company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.

                                      I am complaining about that I'm my area network is not so much fast and other person are suffering from the same problem in my area. We choose airtel because of its fast network you are but we are eligible for fast internet you are telling in some advertisements tha okala tells airtel is the best and fast network we don't think so please my request is to make the network further better specially in my area
