It has been 7 days since i have recharged my number but the recharge didn't happen also i didn't get my money back .when i would get my money back i have done it from airtel site and using sbi debit card . The money is five hundred rupees.The money has been cut from my account . How would i get my money back. No refund message is coming from airtel.

    Network of mobile data is very bad
    I have been complained lot of time but there were no progress in network kindely do someting
    About the network of data.
    I complained with coustmer about this but they work nothing on this. This problem was from many day. I cant use my data completely. Dailey my data is being left from 3 gb dailey pack. So i request u do something.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have have done wrong number prepaid card in Airtel via my Paytm ac [protected] so please refund my money back right now in Paytm wallet

      I have converted my airtel postpaid connection to prepaid on mid of May. Since then I am not able to recharge. Followed up multiple times with customer care and airtel stores. I always get responce, as I need to wait for another 48 hours as backend team has to look into this. I might have called almost 25 times customer care and 5 times went to airtel store. And sometimes customer care are rude in talking.

      I tried online recharge, offline recharge, recharge at airtel store as well. Now as I have zero balance, I am not able to send message also. Because of that I couldn't port my number to other network. Only good thing is I get incoming calls. Not sure when they will stop it.

      Very poor support from such a big reputed company. Shame on Airtel technical team as they couldn't resolve the issue from past four months.

        I had purchased a One plus 6 which I registered under my Airtel secure plan. I've been very careful with my phone (not just this phone but all my pervious phones as well) however I did update my phone details as this facility was already active for my subscription. A few days back, Monday morning to be precise I was helping someone with placing a lamp in their balcony during this incident my phone was in my jacket pocket, while doing this the chair wobbled and to save myself I tried to sterdy myself however I didn't realize that the phone fell from my pocket and fell down 3 floors and broke. Now that this had happened unfortunately I thought o[censored]sing the repair facility provided and claimed for the same. The claim was obviously rejected as I'm posting this here as a complaint. Their reason is negligence. I fail to understand how was this so? As I didn't throw the phone as it was super expensive (256gb variant which is for 43k) now to find out I called customer service and they explained that the only time we cover accidental damage is during a real accident which involves a vehicle, I was like what? Because this isn't mentioned anywhere I have never claimed for any repairs earlier and my first instance is being handled in such a way(btw I have the call recording) now this is not how insurance works, I know the insurance company finds loop holes to deny the claim however this is really below the belt, it was an accident which is to be covered as per the coverage that was given. It's really disappointing that after all this business I give the one time I needed to use it was the time you threw me under a bus. This is not acceptable just because your insurance company denies a claim you don't give your customers a hard time. To top it all your customer service representatives talk as if my bills are paid by them. I will take matters further if required.

        Just because I had this insurance I didn't buy a separate one. Just because you want your customers to stay you are now falsely advertising things which you cannot deliver which is illegal btw.

[protected]@yahoo.in) airtel postpaid bill is provided. But your honour it is protected with a password, and that the password is not provided by your company. So, it is not possible for to open the details and can view the bill details. So, your honour with humbly and earnestly requested please provide me password by which i can operate my account smoothly as early as possible.

            Was travelling abroad for 10 days, called airtel on 20/9/2018 at 12:30 near indo nepal border, requesting for the activation of international roaming, customer care people told charges as rs.2999/- for 10 days and i received message about activation. However from that moment i couldn't use my mobile for making calls or net till 28/9/2018 until i entered india. When contacted customer care and explained the problem, they told we have activated but you have not used, however when i explained that i always got outgoing calls barred message, they have sent me a message that the service will be now deactivated. I am requesting airtel to look into this and not charge any amount for not providing service

              Dear sir,

              I would once again like to put forward my grievance in hope of some positive action in this regard.

              Sir since my last complaint, all that is happening is that i keep getting calls from various people in airtel inquiring about my problem saying that they have received my mail but most of them refuse to give their name /contact/designation and fail to give me any specific answer as to when they can change the faulty handset provided by them.

              Sir, i am getting very anxious that a big corporate multinational company like bharti airtel should behave in such an unprofessional manner and not be able to adhere to a small commitment like changing the faulty handset they have provided.

              I am shocked that the only response i get is calls saying that they are looking into the matter. May i ask how long does it take to look into such a small matter like changing a faulty handset.

              I even get some people refusing point blank that the handset cannot be changed. May i ask when the handset was given with a one year warranty and from the time of installation and i have been making numerous complaints and now its been more than 4-5 months then why do i have to face such a problem

              All i am getting is calls. About 10-12 days ago one mr nadeem called me (Mb # [protected]) and assured me that this time i will not have to complaint the matter will be resolved but again a failure of commitment and now mr. Nadeem does not pick up his calls.

              Today i got a call from someone who failed to disclose his identity (Mb: [protected]) and said he will make me talk with his senior person, he then put me on conference with one mr biswajit baitha - sales co-ordinator who at first was reluctant to disclose his identity but on assisting he gave his name as mentioned. Now this mr biswajit also tells me that he will look into the matter.

              May i know how many people from how many departments need to look into this matter and for how long before this matter can be resolved.

              I am still awaiting the change of the faulty handset supplied to me and may i have an answer as to when some positive action is going to happen instead of just calls from different people but no positive result.

              I am really very shocked at the callous behavior of a company like bharti airtel - absolutely shameful!

                My mobile number is [protected] and i have recharge my number by 448 rupees on 1 september 2018. Amount was deducted by my account but recharge not done in my number. After complaining bank has said transaction is succesful but airtel are not refunding my amount. I have mailed them from ([protected]@gmail.com) so many times but no response. I want my deducted amount back.

                  I raised a complaint on sep 20th, 2018 i raised a complaint with airtel via email [protected]@in. Airtel.com complaint number[protected] for my broadband service.
                  In my complaint i addressed the following concerns; monthly charge on my connection was upgraded to rs.1999 and despite repeated requests this has not been lowered to rs.1399. For the poor network service airtel suggested me to install additional router, which was an additional cost to me; the engineer installed the same and charged me rs.1600; still no respite, airtel went ahead and charged rs.900 in addition to the same.
                  Airtel made multiple false promises of reverting charges that they haven’t done; the only discount i received was of rs.100.
                  I am holding the payment for two months, in response to my above mentioned complaint; today i received an email to my complaint which stated they have taken the cancellation request (Which i’ve never made) and will not charge to my account effective sep 28th, 2018.

                  I look forward for resolution to the above concerns, my proposed resolutions are:

                  1. Airtel to update my monthly bill plan to 1399
                  2. I will pay airtel the due amount in accordance to the 1399 monthly plan
                  3. Airtel to refund me for the overcharge on router installation.

                    We purchased two prepaid sim cards at the airtel shop at mumbai airport. We are not able to do any phone calls.

                    - the provider is set to airtel only
                    - the phone is connected to airtel
                    - ussd codes are working
                    - all numbers dialed result in a speech message saying "you are not dialing a valid number"
                    - the same when dialing 59059

                    We haven't been informed at the shop (Despite asking) about any special procedure required to get the cards working.
                    There is none mentioned in the package of the card.
                    I am wondering if a verification step (E. G. Via 59059) is needed after all (A copy of my passport and a photo have already been taken at the airtel shop).

                    The airtel support is a nightmare. Via email and via the website they ask for an authentification before answering any questions. The authentification involves sending a password by sms - this, of course, does not work without the mobile connection...

                    Another airtel shop in pune gave us the hint to call 59059 which is not working also.

                    In my opinion the only thing to do by airtel is to enable the cards on their side. It's a piece of impudence to block every bit of support.

                    Still no reaction / no reply from Airtel. Several eMails to different adresses ignored by Airtel. This complained has been ignored.
                    Search in the net reveals a lot of problems with Airtel but no reactions / solutions provided.
                    Airtel has a such terrible customer support. Last two days I am not getting any tower on my phone it showing no service. Same sim working on my sisters phone. Other airtel sim is also working on my mobile except my regular sim. And I am unable contact customer support for last 3 days.

                      Regarding above mentioned damage sim, i contact to airtel office model town
                      Jalandhar. The staff refused to give me a new sim. They said my father name and my dob is not mentioned in their record while it is their official mistake not my own. I complained to airtel office through email and answer is given to me that my email address is not registered in their record and suggested to me for authenticate my account while it is a otp process to the related mobile no.
                      Here i want to say how a damaged sim will authenticate. So in this way airtel is harassing to me.
                      I have also enclosed airtel email reply and a copy of my aadhar card as a proof of my dob and my father name. So please registered my complaint and give me justice

                        As i am customer air tel since 15 years.
                        I visited 4 g center mujawar arcade neharu nagar belgaum karnataka to upgrade my sim 3g to 4g

                        Surprised that my name recorded in air tel account as"mohammed r salimath" instead of "mahanand r salimani"

                        Requested to change the name but told me that to convert into post paid.

                        Regarding i wrote letter to [protected]@airtel.com by enclosing my aadhar card
                        Response received that it will be updated within 72hours.

                        My details are not updated and my sim is not converted from 3g to 4g.

                        Till date update is not done and not responding to my mail id

                          I am deepan chakravarthi m... I had taken airtell dth connection past four month south new mega hd rentel of 477. Rs. Customer id is [protected]. I had call to local airtel services provider. She simple said this is not our problem... And very rood behavior through tele communication. Later i had to call customer care and register complaint about this. Customer complaint number is[protected].

                          Services technician came and check and replied your cable was connection with more joist... So only this problem created... I replied initially this local services provider from air tell and installation done.

                          Service technician told change the total connection with out joints. Its chargeable.
                          This is not far... I am totally disappointment for this attitude... Now i am willing to withdraw air tell dth connection... What is the producer...

                          Few hours later local services provider asking pin number and close this complaint. I am asking my problem not solved... Then how to close my complaint. She replied today we closed the complaint and tomorrow we solve your complaint..

                            Wt kind of network ur giving... I have 4g mobile also activated 4g airtel pack after that also i'm getting 2 g network. U company is looting our money by giving offer but network rate is 0.. I'm using airtel sim from last 10 year's but now a days i'm really upsets with this network company and in tv ua giving india's fastest network? Ha this is wt u people r giving right..

                              I have requested and paid for the new broadband connection through the online portal. I was told by the service guy that i will get connection in a day. But its been four days.

                              I have paid rs. 4800 on september 28th 2019.

                              After the payment, no one has approached me. I have also submitted the documents.

                              No one is picking the call or not even responding to my mails.

                              The name & number registered for a new connection is gowthaman & [protected].

                                Sir, my airtel mobile no. Is [protected], some 15 days back i recharged with rs.39/- and the plan is call rate rs.1 paise per one second. But unfortunately i was charged rs.1 per one second. Then again some 8 days back i again recharged with rs.39/- and they are charging as rs.1 per one second. I contacted first customer care and then they told the problem will be rectified within 4 days and registered complaint but did not send message complaint id. Again after 4 days i contacted airtel customer care again they told 2 days will be taken to rectify the problem. I asked to refund my money. But they told money will not be refunded. Again i called customer care for rectification, this time they told it will be solved within 48 hours and gave complaint id no.[protected]. But till to date not solved my problem. I told that customer care is not taking proper care of customers and i will lodge compliant in forum, for this they told to lodge the complaint. All customer care calls are recorded please verify. This shows the negligence. Hence i request you to solve my problem with my money returned and penalty may be imposed for wasting my time calling to customer care.

                                    Applied for number porting 20 days back. Current service provider matched my requiremnts and had termintated request for porting on 17th of septrmebr.

                                    Since then airtel calls me atleast 8 times a day. All of its executive saying its the first time they are calling and promising that there shall be no future calls. They start calling sharp at 9 in the morning.

                                    Seriously tired of this unnecessary harasment.

                                      I am a postpaid customer of airtel odisha circle since 4 years. This complaint is being raised by me after being harassed by airtel odisha team for a long period now.
                                      • it all started when i called their customer care in may'2018 to request them to enable international roaming services for my postpaid # [protected], as i was heading to malaysia for a work assignment for a 6+ months period. To my utter surprise, the customer care executive expressed his helplessness and suggested me that the ir services cannot be enabled on the present sim due to some limitation from their end, and hence a new sim needs to be collected for the same number by visiting their airtel relationship centre in odisha. Since the time was short, i could not visit their shop and headed to malaysia. Since then i have been here and haven't got any opportunity to travel back to india yet due to my work commitments.
                                      • in aug'2018 i dropped an email to airtel odisha team to inform that i am sending my authorized representative (Who was going to make a short visit to odisha), to them for doing the needful for the collection of the new sim from an airtel relationship centre at puri in odisha.
                                      • my representative made a visit to this store (1st floor, shop no.4, sharadamani complex, market squre, infront of janata cinema hall, puri, odisha, grand road, balagandi, puri - 752001) on 11th sep 2018 with my signed authority letter, my original aadhaar card + copy to serve as my identity proof, my passport copy and my current sim which was still active (Only in india), my one photograph along with his own identity proof.
                                      • the letter along with all the documents were handed over to the executive named dhirendra on duty, who after validating the documents, kept the copy of the documents and handed over the sim card (# [protected] 405u) to my representative. He informed that the new sim card would get activated within 4 hours from then. After this my representative left the store.
                                      • next day he made a call to the airtel store executive to enquire on the status of activation and was assured that it will be done shortly. After this, waiting for 6 days and making multiple calls to the airtel store executive, when sim card was not activated, a complaint was registered with the airtel customer care call center vide # 87646631 on 16th september 2018. My representative flew back to malaysia and handed over the new sim to me.
                                      • i dropped an email to airtel odisha team asking for the status of sim activation on 18th sep 2018, and i too got an assurance that it has been taken up on priority and resolution would be provided soon. Since then multiple follow ups were done by me to get all the fake assurances and no resolution. On 27th sep 2018, i received an email from airtel odisha team in which they mentioned that my representative did not carry original document for validation when he visited the airtel store, hence airtel odisha team will not activate the new sim. They also suggested me to visit them again.
                                      • point to note here is "the new sim was provided only after validation of copy of documents with respect to my original identity document, but in their recent email, they have contradicted it."
                                      • it is clearly understood by them that being abroad, i cannot visit them so soon and so instead of being customer issue resolution centric, they are creating all sorts of nuisance to harass me and exploit me. I have been paying the bill without any usage for the last 4 months and they want this to continue such that they keep making money from me without giving the services.

                                      Desirable resolution:
                                       i want the sim to be activated immediately.
                                       i demand an apology for the unprofessional, unethical, careless act and behavior by the entire airtel odisha team and their false claim on the improper documentation provided by me.
                                       at the same time, i demand strict measures be enforced on this team such that these kind of incidents do not occur in future.
                                      Attached are the documentary evidence of email communication for your reference.
                                      Hope to get my plea heard at some platform, will continue to fight for my right till i get justice.

                                        I'm not applying for this services. VAS is active automatically plz resolve my problems.
