The following balance is deducted automatically from my airtel account. My no. Is [protected]. There were no any type of request or initiation regarding these balance deductoons from my end. The deducted balance ate following:
Starstuck activated @ rs. 35 on dated 28-sept-2018
Starstuck renewed @ rs. 5 on 4-oct-2018,
Starstuck renewed rs. 35 on 5-oct-2018
Fun music activated @ rs. 75 on 6-oct-2018
So, total rs. 150 deducted. Kindly refund the balance in my account.

    Team,

    I am writing this with regards to the broadband connection.

    There has been a miscommunication in the new connection where the connection has been bought under my number [protected].

    Kindly take a note that I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANY CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL.

    I am using this number just for internet purpose and it is a prepaid connection.

    This is really disappointing to know that the new connection has been assigned without doing a background check.

    Highlighting the fact that I had called airtel customer care and explained the concern and no luck.

    Request your IMMEDIATE action in cancellation of the unordered broadband connection from my number.

      Last week on thursday i given request to port my prepaid airtel to karnataka postpaid connection, and hence all online biometric aadhaar authentication form submission and residence verification done on the same day,

      Yesterday night i got one sms regarding postpaid connection activation around 9:00 pm about post connection to be activation on around 10:52 pm, and so around 11:00 pm when i check my prepaid connection signal, it was gone,

      So i waited for one hour and then injected the given last week new postpaid sim by that airtel guy, but till time it not activated.

      Even the 198, 121, [protected] all numbers are useless and vague too and no support services, nothing just the automated voice, that's it and now feeling very remorse and regret on why should i requested for postpaid connection.

      Is it something there which called customer support services! To activate my postpaid sim, all sim related details are already given above.

        I don't know whether it's happening with me or with all, i am facing huge network issues whenever i recharge to any unlimited prepaid plan of airtel.

        *apparently, there is no issue when there is no unlimited plan recharged in my mobile.

        Below are the issues that i am facing during the usage of airtel 399 & 448 unlimited packs.

        * network fluctuation. Frequent fluctuations (2g-3g-4g & vice verca) happen every time.
        * no signal during the call (Even i am at center of city (Hyderabad).
        * call gets disconnected during the voice call automatically.
        * poor internet connection even the signal strength is full with 4g.
        * call doesn't get connected.

        So, it seems that the airtel is not providing the quality service for unlimited packs.

          I have 4G internet connection but there are very slow internet in my phone. I have already complain Airtel compny but till now no solution.There are no best service provide by this company. The company say that it provides daily 1.4 GB data but I don't got this because of slow internet access.Abaut this I complained to company but they don't hear my complaints. Please help me. Thanks

              Re installation of dth
              From last 7 days i tried to reach with every one.. Call at customer care around 3-4 time. Call received from care 1 time.. Contact to recessional costumer care by 4 times but no one resolve my issue..
              The area engineering is very third class person i complain for him around 4 to5 times earlier. He don't want to reinstall as per socity rull like connect give from outside point.. He want to drill the wall.

                Since last 2 days we are trying to activate the network but nothing is happening. The pack was activated on 28/09/2018 for rs.2999 and the mobile worked for 3/4 days. From 3/10/2018 the network has stopped completely. Already mailed to [protected]@airtel.com and nodal officer but it is still not functional. There is network issue and i[censored] give free pack doesn't serve purpose. We have reset the network couple of times, removed sim etc whatever nearby store agent had advised done but the network is still not available on 3rd day. Kindly do something. I am trying to complain on 121 but the ivr goes on and not able to speak to any customer care executive. Tried [protected] but that also not able to reach.

                  I have been charged by airtel for using value packs and services that i haven't asked for. Initially i ignored but now it's like every week they keep for deducting rs 20 and rs 35, and when i sms stop to the concerned number they deactivate the service and start the same next week. There has been neither any solution nor any refund from the side of company. I wholeheartedly advice the airtel company to stop using these ugly ways to get money for advertising themselves, instead use this to improve your services. I you can't, let us know, we will consider this as a donation to you for improving your services.

                    Dear sir / madam,

                    I am facing 4g speed network issue at my residence from past 1 year. I called to customer care and complained regarding this issue for more than 3 times but still the issue is not resolved. Whenever i ask they will tell we are working on it. And i am getting a bill of 700rs per month. I can pay the bill for call charges. But till the network issue resolves i won't pay my internet bill. Or else give me the waiver in every month bill till this issue resolves.
                    This is my concern.

                    Please look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest. It's taking 5 minutes to load the status in whatsapp. This is the problem i am facing from past 8 to 9 months.

                    Appreciate your quick response and resolution for this issue.

                      I reached to airtel store alambagh lucknow. I want port my sim in airtel prepaid. An employee (Honey singh) i met there. I told him to port my sim in airtel prepaid then he was suggested me take a postpaid sim instead of prepaid but i refused and again told him that i want prepaid after that he was continuing to tell me about the plans of postpaid, i refused then he port my sim just by taking a thumb impression and take a charge 250 ₹. I thought that he port my sim to prepaid as i said but when my sim is activated i came to know that it was postpaid then i call him to told why u port my sim to postpaid. He said sir i take ₹250 from u which was postpaid charge how i know it was postpaid charge then he told me i was telling u the plans of postpaid. So if he tells me the plans then what is my fault. Now he was telling me to pay bill till 4 months then it was changed to prepaid otherwise close the sim. How i close the sim it was my important number and why i pay the bill it was not my fault as u see.

                          Day by day, airtel is providing the worst network services, both in data network and calling network.
                          When I call customer care, they say that the work is in progress of network.
                          I think their network problem is lifetime work. Airtel should close the network. At present *JIO* is the best network provider retailer.
                          So bye bye Airtel
                          I am going to port all my sim cards with my friends and family into JIO.

                            wrong deduction of rs 20

                            Today's received a sms at 12:44 pm that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c.

                            Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service...

                            A few days back i filed a complain agaist airtel because there is no network in my sim card whereas everyone else have full network. It shows emergency calls only and i am unable to use my sim for more than a week now. Airtel did send me an email but nothing worth helping was there and my sim is not working still. I leave far away from home i need to call people. I have mailed airtel many times but they are not solving the issue. Kindly look into this matter.

                              I had recharged an amount of rs 448 on 2nd october 2018 by debit card from the airtel site for the number [protected]. The transaction id is [protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was unsuccessful.
                              It would be of much help if airtel solves my issue at the earliest.
                              And that is my full complaint. Now when i try to submit this it says my complaint is too short.
                              Anyways, please resolve my problem, however small it be.

                                Rude behavior of staff in the Airtel Outlet. The behavior of female staffs in the Koramangala, Airtel outlet is pathetic. The outlet is situated near NGV Signal, 6th Block, Koramangala. Their behavior is too rude & it seems as if they are doing a favor by answering your queries

                                    I have deposited ₹5500 against my dth account no :[protected] of my digital tv. I have subscribed for two connections against this number
                                    I have been availing primary pack from the very beginning. But now you have changed my connection to prime infinity pack and adjusted the entire amount against one connection with the result that i am not now been getting connection against the second tv.
                                    I requested your consumer service centre day before yesterday but to my dismay no compliance has been made so far.
                                    Now i am forced to lodge a complaint against this for redressal of my grievances and finally request you to adjust the amount deposited by me against the two connections as per past packs failing which i shall be compelled to scrap my ties with airtel besides taking this issue to consumer court being law graduate myself.
                                    This is fourth reminder.
                                    This company is sucking my blood
                                    I have today deposited ₹235 for the second connection having same number, but that also went waste and my second tv is still not operative
                                    What should i do
                                    I m being harassed for no fault of mine
                                    None hears here in india
                                    All complaint centre n consumer care centre should be closed
                                    Consumer be left to die

                                    Mere number par pichle 8 dino se Network ni aa raha h mene complaint b ki pr hmeha bolte work chl raha h wait kro. Mai kisi ko call ni Kar pa rahi hu or internet b nahi.plese solve the problem otherwise add pe chilana bnd kro India's fast Network.
                                    I found it very difficult to make calls and receive calls with my airtel line [protected], call forwarding shows on my phone anytime I am making call. Couldn't make call with this phone contact your service provider. This is what I'm experiences every time with this network, please resolve it.

                                      Airtel has charged for gps services saying as internet is used. This has happen when i went an international trip by activate international roaming [protected]@ 149 booster package.

                                      As per the airtel amount due is rs.35638.11/- when i asked them to send issue to their local technical team they have sent got the confirmation saying all internet charges are incorrect and then rs. 26, 118 (Rs. 22, 133.8/- towards international roaming charges rs. 3, 984.1/- service tax) has been cleared.

                                      The issue is verified by airtel and confirmed that the internet charges are billed incorrectly. They have cleared some amount but not cleared completely not sure why, no one is explaining about this.

                                      Now asking me pay the outstanding amount is rs. 8, 753.31/-. Not sure why still outstanding amount is showing.

                                      I was trying to pay my Vodafone postpaid bill. The amount got deducted from the Airtel wallet, but it had shown an error saying technical issue and payment failed.
                                      Calling quality in 4g volte was very poor.
                                      Internet speed is too slow and network are to bad any time swith to 4g or 3g all customers facing this issue.
                                      Please Airtel improve your network.
