I'm facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently.

Complaint was logged on Sep 14th, but no proper response from the customer care (Apart from auto emails). Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (pin code :577004).

After repeated follow up and escalation customer care told they assigned a engineer for site visit but no engineer visited my site till now .

Due to this issue i'm planning to deactivate my postpaid connection.
I have three prepaid active connection right now.

Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.

    My name is Muhammed Mubaris T and my airtel mobile number is [protected].

    Today[protected] i came to know my account balance is reduced to Rs 3.58 from around 12( last time when i checked my balance. Since I'm a unlimited plan user, there is no reason for my balanced to be deducted. So I contacted Airtel customer care agents and enquired about the issue, they replied that a "Daily Voice Pack " of Rs. 3 was activated in my number on[protected]. I'am a type o[censored]ser who don't use daily pack and use montly packs. I did not get any sms related to this service too. So i concluded that i was not activated from my side. I would have known that because i'm a budget user and always conscious about usage and charges. The customer care agents transferred the call to senior agents and they said they have no options for the refund. I don't know how my amount i have loss from this. So I'am registering complaint against Airtel for deceiving me and tricking my account balance. I need full refund or i'll go to file compliant to court.

      Main mobile number [protected] ko pichle 11 saalon se use kar raha tha. ye number mere pita ji ke naam par tha jo ki ab is duniya main nahi hai. magar kuch mahine pahle mere mobile se achanak network chale gaye. jab mane customer care par baat ki to unhone kaha aap ko new sim leni padegi par mujeh new sim nahi di gai ye kah kar ki ye number kisi or ke naam par hai.
      or aap ki id se sim nahi milegi. ab ye number kisi or ko allotte kar diya gaya hai.
      meri privacy khatre main hai kynki ye number mere aadhar or kai jagah par updated hai. ab main kya karun mujhe mera number dilane main sahayta karen

        Calls are neither going nor coming. Only text message and internet is working. When someone is calling it's always showing unreachable. And when i'm trying to call it's going after many attempts of call. And when call is going on it drops suddenly without any reason. Can you please fix it otherwise i have to change my sim card. Due to this problem i cant totally depend on this airtel number i have to use other number for urgent calls. Please solve that problem as soon as possible... Either i have to switch to other service provider

          This is to bring into your notice that, there is a high radiation mobile tower next to my house at:
          64 Ingle Compound, near SBI, behind Avantika Honda Showroom, Ujjain Dewas Road, Ujjain (MP)

          As per the laws, such a high power mobile tower in residential are within 100 mtrs is illegal .Also there are various harmful effects of waves emitted by the tower .(Proven by WHO, Cellular Phone Towers - American Cancer Society refer https://www.cancer.org/cancer/cancer-causes/radiation.../cellular-phone-towers.h... and many more )
          Experts say that continuous exposure to a cell tower located within 50 m of your home or office is like being in a microwave oven for the entire day. It carries the same cancer risk as in the cases of living in localities surrounded by DDT, chloroform, lead, and petrol exhaust. Many international studies have shown that people living within 1, 300 feet of mobile towers had three times the normal cancer risk.

          Another study revealed that while cancer is the extreme case, people living near the mobile towers face other disorders like extreme fatigue, headaches, sleep disorders, memory loss, depression, hearing loss, joint pains, skin problems, cardiovascular problems, among others. The World Health Organisation’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) also reported that cellphone handsets’ and towers’ radiations are possibly carcinogenic to humans and may cause a type of brain cancer or glioma. Cell towers are more dangerous than the mobile handsets because they generate greater-intensity radiation 24 hours.

          There have been real life evidences of its harmful effects in and around my locality.
          1.My Mother is disgnosed with cancer, and is undergoing treatment since past few months .
          2.Our neighbour, died of brain tumor .
          3.One o[censored]nborn CHILD also had suffered its harmful effects & is no more . many people in our locality are experiencing its harmful effects .
          There are families with kids staying in the area also there are educational institutions like Ujjain public school, Pushpa Mission Hospital, St. Mary's Convent School, SBI, Career Point academey for students etc .

          I also wrote to the municipal office, Collector Office and CM but no response received yet .
          Its a Humble Request to please investigate onto this matter and prevent the life threat of the huge population residing at Ingle Compound Ujjain, due to this Airtel tower.

              Airtel customer since 2013.
              Regular use and balance as per regulations.
              Sim cancelled without reason.
              Reasons given keeps changing.
              First they said no use for 90 days.
              Then they say not enough balance.
              Third excuse is VISA expired.
              All reasons are false.
              They asked me to send someone with authorisation to nearest dealer.
              They refused to do anything.

                Hi sir,

                I had requested for airtel broadband connection on 26th september, the customer executive checked the feasibility of the connection in my area and said that it is feasible and that i should submit advance amount of rs 6018 and documents to the technician on the same day. I did the same, however after enquiring from the customer care again i came to know that the connection isn't feasible.in that case i should get my advance amount (Rs 6018) refunded. I mailed to airtel customer care but didn't get any response.
                It is highly unethical and unprofessional service from airtel to fool the customer by saying the connection is feasible and collect the amount, while the connection isn't feasible.
                If my complaint isn't resolved soon then i will have to send inmail to airtel b2c ceo rohit malhotra to bring in such pathetic service to his attention.

                  I have deposited ₹5500 against my dth account no :[protected] of my digital tv. I have subscribed for two connections against this number
                  I have been availing primary pack from the very beginning. But now you have changed my connection to prime infinity pack and adjusted the entire amount against one connection with the result that i am not now been getting connection against the second tv.
                  I requested your consumer service centre day before yesterday but to my dismay no compliance has been made so far.
                  Now i am forced to lodge a complaint against this for redressal of my grievances and finally request you to adjust the amount deposited by me against the two connections as per past packs failing which i shall be compelled to scrap my ties with airtel besides taking this issue to consumer court being law graduate myself.

                    I am using airtel for long time. I don't have issue in their signal.
                    But always i see issue when i recharge data pack. Recently i did on sep 6th for rs. 98. From that date i don't why signal is weak... And no internet also.
                    With service provider like airtel this is not expected.

                    Why i should waste my money for which i don't have actual service promised.
                    I am recharging data pack only at emergency purpose.

                    This is not expected from service provider like airtel.

                      I was recently issued a 4g sim card as part of an upgrade by airtel, when i inserted that sim into my phone (Oppo a57), it did not recognize the sim. After speaking with their customer care without any proper support or technical understanding of the problem (Their approach was to "change my phone", i have an oppo! I at the very atleast asked them to revert to my 3g earlier sim since that was working alright, but it seems that is also a problem for them to do. Their customer support is not responding and i am left with no connectivity for quite awhile now.

                        Good day, am using airtel ([protected]) on an unlimited plan of 199. Yesterday (28th sept) i have done additional net pack of 49 which should provide 3gb data where i received only 1gb. I have done this pack where my daily allowance pack 1.4gb was 90percnt used. When i check after recharge it was only 1.1 gb left out of 2.4gb. Ie, 1.4 gb daily and 1 gb added. So total 2.4gb. Instead receiving 3gb i got only 1 gb. I reported to customer care at 10pm. But didnt find useful and today morning 6am again i called customer care. Then guy was hitting on me some thing it was a favour and i[censored] need u admit. Do psycho workers are allowed to employ on customer care? Today my data balance is 1.6gb..1.4gb per day and balance 200mb from 49 pack. But it should show 3.6gb left where i dont see this. Please find this mail in priority and try to provide a good customer relation

                          With reference to the indian express newspaper dated sep 23, 2018 stating that, airtel 4g tower installation in tamil nadu requires vacant land for the installation purpose. Also, the advertisement mentioned that, if the land has been shortlisted, the land owner will receive a sum of 30 lacs (Inr) as an advance and the rent will be fixed as 23k (Inr) every month as the rent with the lease duration of ten years.

                          Contact numbers mentioned in the advertisement : [protected] and [protected]

                          Based on the advertisement, the above mobile number [protected] has been contacted, the person received the call mentioned his name as surya and requested to send the copy of land document with aadhar card to the e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. As discussed over phone, the documents has been submitted to the above mentioned e-mail id, on the same day.

                          Following up to the details provided through the email, on the consequent day, an email has been received stating that, the land has been shortlisted for the airtel 4g tower installation on airtel company's letter head (Attachment has been enclosed). Added to that, they have requested to pay a sum of 2750 inr as the processing fee for documentation. Consecutively, an amount of 25k has been requested for the tax purpose, as there is an huge amount will be deposited in the bank as advance. Added to that, on sep 27, 2018 sum of 43, 500 inr has been requested for the noc which has to be submitted to the rbi. At last, there was an additional 1 lac inr is requested as the commission to deposit the cheque to the bank account, for which 50k has been paid to the agent. All the above mentioned transactions are placed through online banking and direct deposit from the bank for which, documents has been attached.

                          Details of the bank account provided to make deposit:
                          Mr. Aakash singhal,
                          Axis bank account: [protected], tri nagar branch, new delhi.

                          The total payment made towers the fraudulent tower installation is: rs.2750 + rs.22, 500 + rs.22, 500 + rs.43, 500 + rs.50, 000 = approx rs.1, 40, 000 to the same account mentioned above.

                          Finally, after depositing nearly 1.4 lacs to the above mentioned account, the lease advance amount was not deposited to my bank account. On approaching the airtel office customer service (Santhome branch legal department), i was notified that, it was a fake advertisement and investigations are being taken seriously about this.

                          Details of the victim:
                          Name : rajagopalan ramaiah (Land document is in the name of)
                          Online bank transactions made through: bhagyalakshmi mahadevan - axis bank account - selaiyur branch, chennai

                          Hence, i request you to kindly investigate the aforesaid case, and help me getting the money back as soon as possible. Also, take severe action, before, the number of victims falling prey to the money launderers.

Still that lady calling us to pay that money for release order and 30 lakhs cheque. What can I do to reclaim my total amount of 23500+5000 from them. Before they cut contact with me.

                            It has been 7 days since i have recharged my number but the recharge didn't happen also i didn't get my money back .when i would get my money back i have done it from airtel site and using sbi debit card . The money is five hundred rupees.The money has been cut from my account . How would i get my money back. No refund message is coming from airtel.

                              Network of mobile data is very bad
                              I have been complained lot of time but there were no progress in network kindely do someting
                              About the network of data.
                              I complained with coustmer about this but they work nothing on this. This problem was from many day. I cant use my data completely. Dailey my data is being left from 3 gb dailey pack. So i request u do something.

                                I have converted my airtel postpaid connection to prepaid on mid of May. Since then I am not able to recharge. Followed up multiple times with customer care and airtel stores. I always get responce, as I need to wait for another 48 hours as backend team has to look into this. I might have called almost 25 times customer care and 5 times went to airtel store. And sometimes customer care are rude in talking.

                                I tried online recharge, offline recharge, recharge at airtel store as well. Now as I have zero balance, I am not able to send message also. Because of that I couldn't port my number to other network. Only good thing is I get incoming calls. Not sure when they will stop it.

                                Very poor support from such a big reputed company. Shame on Airtel technical team as they couldn't resolve the issue from past four months.

                                  I had purchased a One plus 6 which I registered under my Airtel secure plan. I've been very careful with my phone (not just this phone but all my pervious phones as well) however I did update my phone details as this facility was already active for my subscription. A few days back, Monday morning to be precise I was helping someone with placing a lamp in their balcony during this incident my phone was in my jacket pocket, while doing this the chair wobbled and to save myself I tried to sterdy myself however I didn't realize that the phone fell from my pocket and fell down 3 floors and broke. Now that this had happened unfortunately I thought o[censored]sing the repair facility provided and claimed for the same. The claim was obviously rejected as I'm posting this here as a complaint. Their reason is negligence. I fail to understand how was this so? As I didn't throw the phone as it was super expensive (256gb variant which is for 43k) now to find out I called customer service and they explained that the only time we cover accidental damage is during a real accident which involves a vehicle, I was like what? Because this isn't mentioned anywhere I have never claimed for any repairs earlier and my first instance is being handled in such a way(btw I have the call recording) now this is not how insurance works, I know the insurance company finds loop holes to deny the claim however this is really below the belt, it was an accident which is to be covered as per the coverage that was given. It's really disappointing that after all this business I give the one time I needed to use it was the time you threw me under a bus. This is not acceptable just because your insurance company denies a claim you don't give your customers a hard time. To top it all your customer service representatives talk as if my bills are paid by them. I will take matters further if required.

                                  Just because I had this insurance I didn't buy a separate one. Just because you want your customers to stay you are now falsely advertising things which you cannot deliver which is illegal btw.

                                      Was travelling abroad for 10 days, called airtel on 20/9/2018 at 12:30 near indo nepal border, requesting for the activation of international roaming, customer care people told charges as rs.2999/- for 10 days and i received message about activation. However from that moment i couldn't use my mobile for making calls or net till 28/9/2018 until i entered india. When contacted customer care and explained the problem, they told we have activated but you have not used, however when i explained that i always got outgoing calls barred message, they have sent me a message that the service will be now deactivated. I am requesting airtel to look into this and not charge any amount for not providing service
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I would once again like to put forward my grievance in hope of some positive action in this regard.

                                        Sir since my last complaint, all that is happening is that i keep getting calls from various people in airtel inquiring about my problem saying that they have received my mail but most of them refuse to give their name /contact/designation and fail to give me any specific answer as to when they can change the faulty handset provided by them.

                                        Sir, i am getting very anxious that a big corporate multinational company like bharti airtel should behave in such an unprofessional manner and not be able to adhere to a small commitment like changing the faulty handset they have provided.

                                        I am shocked that the only response i get is calls saying that they are looking into the matter. May i ask how long does it take to look into such a small matter like changing a faulty handset.

                                        I even get some people refusing point blank that the handset cannot be changed. May i ask when the handset was given with a one year warranty and from the time of installation and i have been making numerous complaints and now its been more than 4-5 months then why do i have to face such a problem

                                        All i am getting is calls. About 10-12 days ago one mr nadeem called me (Mb # [protected]) and assured me that this time i will not have to complaint the matter will be resolved but again a failure of commitment and now mr. Nadeem does not pick up his calls.

                                        Today i got a call from someone who failed to disclose his identity (Mb: [protected]) and said he will make me talk with his senior person, he then put me on conference with one mr biswajit baitha - sales co-ordinator who at first was reluctant to disclose his identity but on assisting he gave his name as mentioned. Now this mr biswajit also tells me that he will look into the matter.

                                        May i know how many people from how many departments need to look into this matter and for how long before this matter can be resolved.

                                        I am still awaiting the change of the faulty handset supplied to me and may i have an answer as to when some positive action is going to happen instead of just calls from different people but no positive result.

                                        I am really very shocked at the callous behavior of a company like bharti airtel - absolutely shameful!
