wrong deduction of my balance

I am on international roaming. I recharge my mobile [protected] on 9 sept rs 300.
10th of sept they deducted 99 rupees for international roaming next day again i checked my balance and they deducted 30 rupees. Again i checked my balance on 15 sept and what i am seeing that they deduct 26 rupees again.
I am on international roaming i am not receiving any call i am not making any call nor sending any message. This is pure harassment...

this is the most worst network I experience

using my email for other customers numbers

I have a registered airtel data card number with my email registered for bills. Since this is my only number i have registered with airtel. But i have been receiving emails from airtel for billing registration and billing updates of customers registered on my mail id. Several unknown numbers are registered on mail id and still counting. I am a very old customer of airtel and have been using airtel gsm postpaid as well as broadband connection at my home. I subscribed to airtel secure service after seeing much hyped advertisements on tv. refund of rental collected in bill due to no network coverage

This is subject to above i - yogesh shahpatel found that in my airtel[protected] billing since last 12 months no consumption was made by me due to non-availibility of network. So i had to use new network [ i. E. Jio] for communication.

extra charge and received bill even after converting from postpaid to prepaid

Hi.
When i ported me aircel account to airtell account, i had been told that i would have to opt for post paid compulsorily for 4 months. I had taken plan of 199rs. But i had been given bill of 199 in first month and then 240, 280 and 240 rs for the remaining months. amount debited from my balance and the internet is not activated.

Airtel gives me free 10 gb for 10 days and the pack is activated. I browsed internet and the amount is deducted from my main balance when my net pack is activated. I call complaint care of airtel but they provide me a silly reason for amount deduction "there is a tower problem in your area" that why your amount is debited but i asked to refund my amount, they refused to do. sim not working after prepaid to postpaid transfer
