    My Airtel number got deactivated on 25th September 2018. I know why it got deactivated because it wasn't used for a certain amount of time. I mailed airtel guys to reactivate it. They said you have grace period of 15 days and you can send your blood relative to the airtel store with your original documents. My sister went to the Karthik Nagar Airtel store Marathahalli Bangalore only to find out that airtel representatives in the store are denying to reactivate. On asking why, they simply said - "Mam we want an email from airtel customer care saying that they have allowed us to re-activate and that you are the authorized person". I then mailed the airtel customer care and the nodal officer telling them that my sister went to a store and such things happened. I requested them to send the authorization email to the store in which they have also authorized the person(my sister). To this they are responded every singe time with this email :

    Greetings from Airtel!

    This is in reference to your email regarding services not working for your airtel mobile number xxxxxxxxx.
    At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
    We would like to inform you that services for your airtel mobile were discontinued on[protected] due to no usage found on your number in last 90 days. Usage could be with respect to
    an outgoing call, SMS or data usage. Beyond 90 days period, in case of no usage, charges of Rs.20/- per month are deducted from main account towards service extension for 30 days.

    Due to insufficient balance, the amount could not be deducted and services were disconnected permanently.
    Further, you may get the same number reactivated within grace period of 15 days from the date of disconnection by paying reactivation charge of Rs.20/- at airtel relationship Centre in home circle.

    How is this assistance and not harassment. Every-time I tell the airtel guys that my sister(a blood relative) went for re-activation and every time the store manager denies reactivation. Still the airtel customer care instead of helping me is sending this unnecessary answer. Why are they not sending the email to the store for authorizing the store and the person(my sister). This is ridiculous.

      Airtel is world's worsest mobile company.me and my friend purchased 2 airtel prepaid connections one from delhi and one from Bareilly.
      currently we are living in shahjahanpur (UP).
      We are facing this problem in moh. Nisarzai Dhaka talab near choti line malgodam shahjahanpur). distt shahjahanpur, uttar pradesh..but we are very much unsatisfied with the netwotk of airtel because network is too much fluctuating. we are unable to talk to our family and friends from last one and half month.we have complaint so many times in local airtel office and airtel customer care.they take our compaint. they promise to resolve but no improvement in network.our cells are mostly not reachable .some time i have to make some urgent calls. but there is no network in my cell. till date i have launched so many compaints in airtel c.care. but no improvement in signal and in call and network Quality .there is cell site of jio parallel in airtel.i used jio for 1 year. but i never faced this kind of problem in Jio.

      one more issue is whenever we talk to your cutomer care executive they cut my call without listening to them.
      one of your executive told me that you can not use your airtel sim in 2G mobile phone. Is this true???
      that means airtel is only for 4G mobile users.
      they are making us fool thay are giving advice for buying 4G phones
      many of your executives name is jyoti gangwar and Poonam, mani rao. they are vary bad executive to talk .also for airtel.thay don't understand a simple thing intead of giving solution thay are saying to buy new 4g phone.

      please help me tell me procedure to fire case against airtel for giving me mentally harassment.I have all call recordings of

Today[protected] still i am not get the any call or message from company.in the company website it's showing delivery process. I don't have shipment number or company address. It's worst and poor service from airtel online store.

          I pre booked my apple iphone xs 256 gb on 26th of september 2018 as a banner was there on my airtel app that i could pre book iphone being a premier member and it would be delivered to me on 28th september which was the date of release of the phone. But i was fooled today is 2nd october and still they have not delivered. I feel cheated as i could have bought it on 28 but since i paid the full amount to airtel i cannot do that too. So it was a false promise from airtel and being a consumer they have fooled me. Action should be taken against such company so they do not fool customers like this.

            I have raised problem with set top box on 28-sep, engineer visited and confirmed fault with set top box and it needs to be replaced. After that no one have called us and no updates about the ticket. These are ticket numbers raised so far for fixing 1 simple issue (Replacing my set top box). Everytime i got different answers when calling customer care number, sometime it is said "server is down can't fetch the details we will give call back soon". Still not received call back. Sometimes it is said "no stock of set top box sine 28-sep". If stock is not there even if you have shipped other states by now it should have reached chennai. Still i have not got any solution.

              I am raviaknt nikale. Customer of airtel network. Facing problem of no network at my resident area in kalyan west near bhanusagar talkies, kalyan station area. And airtel network is always collapsed where ever the most places i visited. The range of network is so poor and it's too inconvenient, since i busy with blood arrangements types of social work it's become to irritating. Could not make any call at emergency basis. Please provide me a good solution.

                  I am having a postpaid airtel mobile number [protected]. Around a month back i had telephonically requested airtel to remove data booster activated on my above said mobile number for which i am being charged rs100/- per bill cycle. It was done so by airtel at that time. However, the same booster pack has again been activated on my above said number without my consent as is reflecting in my current bill dated 27/09/2018. The same should be deactivated immediately under intimation to me and not to activate any services without my consent.

                    I have recharged my airtel number [protected] on online using MY AIRTEL APP.
                    The same amount has been debited from my bank account.after that i received a message from your side like below

                    (((''Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of
                    Rs 499.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.))) .''

                    after some mins i received one message saying

                    ''Rs.499.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile [protected]; txn ID[protected] has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.''

                    After this issue i called the airtel customer care and said my issue the call center officer named ''PRAVEEN FROM CHENNAI SANTHOME was talking with me, he did not answer my question properly and he was talking with me very rude and rough his talk was not fair he said me to change your network to other network. and he disconnected my call without any proper answer.

                    So kindly take the necessary action on the above person immediately and Please teach him how to talk polite with the customers of airtel.

                    MY CALL WAS AT 21.29 ON 01.10.2018.

                      They have deducted my rupess 35 for unnecessary service called short film. I had never activated the service, this is not the first they they always does this whenever i recharge above rupess 50. It is a bit sad because iam their users from long time still they are doing this. Their customer service also has a worst experience from past one year. Please look into this matter kindly.

                      This is second time they deducting balance for services whoch i had never activated. Yesterday i registered a complain by 9 pm now at morning by 4.00 am another message for deduction of balance. Deduction process continuous in 24 hrs. I have recharge yetetday for rupess 90 and due to rupees 35 deduction twice my balance has gone too low. What are they doing? Trying to make balance low so we will do another recharge. No customer service available for us..
                      I've done online recharge but no messages was received but the recharge amount was deducted from my account...pls notice this complaint nd make necessary actions

                        I get a call from airtel on 14th for technology upgrade with a ask for additional rs 1000 for installation and i agree to the same.

                        A couple of days later some people come to my house, remove the copper connection and put the fibre wire. On checking the voltage (Which was high from backend) they assure me to come back in two hours and leave me without internet.

                        On multiple calls and a week later, they come and activate my old connection with the router at the entrance of the house to save wire and assure me to fix the fibre connection in 1 day.

                        Its more than 15 days now and still no one is able to fix my half done connection. All i hear is false promises. Please tell me what should i do? If you cannot fix the issue, please come and take your router. Also dont expect me to pay a single penny for the "worst" service ever.

                          Past Eight months i am facing network issue. N number of times complaint but still no response from Airtel. Very very poor response. If i dowload or upload the image it will take too much time. Buffering time take too too too much time. I have to wait 5to10minutes for dowload or upload. Very poor response from Airtel customer care. Every month rent i have paid 499+ taxes but not worthable. They are cheating me. Airtel organization agreed network problem but rental amount charged its nearly 600rupees. Kindly solve my problem.

                            Hi,
                            This is sunil. From last 3 days i could not able to access the internet because of 3g or 4g icon disappeared on top. I have data pack in my number then why it's not connecting. I am facing many problems due to network disconnecting. I went to airtel showroom and got duplicate sim in the same number, after activated also i m facing same issue. I got frustrated from last 3 days. Kindly give response immediately. Otherwise i will port to other network.

                              I have made payment to recharge my mobile no on 19.09.2018 3.20 pm through netbanking (SBI)on my airtel app. Payment was successful but my mobile number is not recharged.Today i, e 1.10.2018 still I didnt get any refund after all these days.I am really frustrated with this kind of service.

                              I have not received any message or transaction id from your airtel network and I cannot find any transaction details on my airtel app.Please refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.

                                Hi, i have been a long time airtel customer and a privileged one on account of my post paid connection and have always cleared all my bills regularly. Airtel has always been communicative of all their offers, plans and charges and hence my bill has never been a shocker as such. But on my international trip this time i got a shocking bill amount of approximately 6800 rs. Whereas my regular bill is usually about 800 rs. I understand some of the charges which were on account of 1 incoming and 2 outgoing calls in international roaming, and the usage of data for a brief while in dubai. So considering that i understand if the bill amount is somewhere in the range of[protected]. But then i see some charges added like data plan 649 activated everyday which i'm not aware of nor i received any intimation ever. I have decided to terminate my airtel connection and end with paying only the charges which i have used for. Also this issue is a serious concern as many people have face something similar and a stringent action in this regard has to be taken.

                                  I am also facing this issue from past 20 days. When i call a landline no within a karnataka circle (In karnataka only from one district to another district) a voice telling like 'this call cannot be connected'..., i called customer care and those people are telling like, from our side there is no issue..! I changed the sim card between 3 different mobile handset, but issue remained same, airtel peoples also unable to find any issues with my no..?

                                      I contacted airtel, for a new broadband connection a year back. Their executive called me and asked me to pay for 2000rs as installation charges and received a receipt. But i didn't get the connection. When contacted airtel, i wasn't given a proper answer instead i was said that i've been cheated by someone. How the details of me got leaked to someone who is outside airtel

                                        airtel service after porting

                                        I've ported my number from vodafone to airtel assuming that airtel has better service and network. But now i'm frustrated. On the 22nd of september, i requested for porting from vodafone to airtel. On 26th of september, i received the message from both carriers regarding approval and acceptance of porting the number. The porting was successful i restarted the phone, it shows full network on my phone. But i'm able to make a call or receive...
