Rude behavior of staff in the Airtel Outlet. The behavior of female staffs in the Koramangala, Airtel outlet is pathetic. The outlet is situated near NGV Signal, 6th Block, Koramangala. Their behavior is too rude & it seems as if they are doing a favor by answering your queries

    Today second time i received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c [protected]
    Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

      I have deposited ₹5500 against my dth account no :[protected] of my digital tv. I have subscribed for two connections against this number
      I have been availing primary pack from the very beginning. But now you have changed my connection to prime infinity pack and adjusted the entire amount against one connection with the result that i am not now been getting connection against the second tv.
      I requested your consumer service centre day before yesterday but to my dismay no compliance has been made so far.
      Now i am forced to lodge a complaint against this for redressal of my grievances and finally request you to adjust the amount deposited by me against the two connections as per past packs failing which i shall be compelled to scrap my ties with airtel besides taking this issue to consumer court being law graduate myself.
      This is fourth reminder.
      This company is sucking my blood
      I have today deposited ₹235 for the second connection having same number, but that also went waste and my second tv is still not operative
      What should i do
      I m being harassed for no fault of mine
      None hears here in india
      All complaint centre n consumer care centre should be closed
      Consumer be left to die
      Will anyone hear?

      Shame on you Airtel company
      Mere number par pichle 8 dino se Network ni aa raha h mene complaint b ki pr hmeha bolte work chl raha h wait kro. Mai kisi ko call ni Kar pa rahi hu or internet b nahi.plese solve the problem otherwise add pe chilana bnd kro India's fast Network.
      I found it very difficult to make calls and receive calls with my airtel line [protected], call forwarding shows on my phone anytime I am making call. Couldn't make call with this phone contact your service provider. This is what I'm experiences every time with this network, please resolve it.

        Airtel has charged for gps services saying as internet is used. This has happen when i went an international trip by activate international roaming [protected]@ 149 booster package.

        As per the airtel amount due is rs.35638.11/- when i asked them to send issue to their local technical team they have sent got the confirmation saying all internet charges are incorrect and then rs. 26, 118 (Rs. 22, 133.8/- towards international roaming charges rs. 3, 984.1/- service tax) has been cleared.

        The issue is verified by airtel and confirmed that the internet charges are billed incorrectly. They have cleared some amount but not cleared completely not sure why, no one is explaining about this.

        Now asking me pay the outstanding amount is rs. 8, 753.31/-. Not sure why still outstanding amount is showing.

        Airtel deducted rs 20 charged for prime zone service without my knowledge.I don’t even know what the hell is this .Please help me
        I was trying to pay my Vodafone postpaid bill. The amount got deducted from the Airtel wallet, but it had shown an error saying technical issue and payment failed.
        Calling quality in 4g volte was very poor.
        Internet speed is too slow and network are to bad any time swith to 4g or 3g all customers facing this issue.
        Please Airtel improve your network.

          airtel network is becoming in worst network in voice and data signal thanother network. for past one year the signal is very worst in MDR855, Ariyagoundampatti, Tamil Nadu 637406, India.

              As i'm using airtel postpaid simcard [protected] from last many years i'm not getting the signal inside my home for calling as well as for internet. So please do clear my issue as i have already did the 3 complain to airtel customer care but nothing happened even survey guy confirmed it that there is no signal in your location to talk and for internet so please try resolve this issue.

                  I am a previlaged customer to airtel since 15 years. They have disconnected my number without any notice or reminder because of non payment of bill.
                  My credit limit is 3000. My bill amount due is 836/-. Its not the amount that matters to me. They have not given any reminder / any call / atleast caution of non payment of bill while making calls. I never expected such type of irresponsible behaviour from airtel. Now since yesterday my mobile number is not working. Even though i paid the due amount, they have not activated immediately. Still i am suffering from their irresponsible behaviour. I am an academician and a financial advisor. I have given my airtel no.in all my campaigns. Today i lost many leads because of this issue.

                    I prabin kumar dash ([protected]) took internet connection from airtel in bangalore by paying amount 2829.00 for 3 month plan. I did online payment. They told me within 2 days they will give me connection. But they gave me connection after one week. Only for 23 days internet worked properly then it disconnected. Then i called to customer care after 4 days one technician came and solved my problem. Next day again it disconnected, so i requested to airtel for disconnect my service permanently and refund my remaining balance amount. They disconnected my service but did not refund my balance which was amount 1887.00. So i am requesting take proper action against so that customer won't be get cheat by such type of fraud organisation.

                        Sir,

                        I am heavily harassed by your customer care executives and airtel store executives regarding issuing duplicate sim. I am an airtel customer having mobile number [protected] which is of west bengal's number. I have recently shifted to jalandhar, punjab. I found the sim was not working since 1st october morning as it is showing emergency call only. When tried with network selection, it shows different network available but while selecting them the message appears as "can't connect to this network right now. Try again later.". Removing sim, switching off phone didn't work even after trying several times. I have called several airtel customer care several times, and reported this issue (Service request number rsewk[protected]). I have informed them that my sim is of west bengal and i stayed at jalandhar, punjab, they asked me to visit nearest airtel store and collect a duplicate sim card to load my existing number. As per the suggestion, i had traveled to about 10 km to reach the nearest airtel store at hargobind nagar, phagwara, punjab. After checking my phone number they asked me to provide aadhar number and took biometric fingerprints and issued me a duplicate sim. They asked me to wait for 4 hours to activate the sim. So i had to return from there without activating the sim. After 4 hours, when i found the sim was not working and was showing similar results like earlier i had to make another call to the airtel customer care executives (Service request number c4gsp[protected]) and described the whole situation. He informed me that due to network congestion issue, it may take another 4 hours. So he asked me to wait for another 4 hours to activate the sim.
                        Even after the 4 hours, the sim didn't work, i called again the executives and told them about the problem. She informed me to visit the airtel store once again to check whether the sim was ok or not because my number was showing active at your service point, but i didn't get the signal. Even after asking it repeatedly, they inform me that the only possible solution is to visit that airtel store. Due to holiday on 2nd october, i didn't visit the airtel store expecting that to be closed on that day. However, i again visited them on 3rd october and described them the whole thing. They again issued me another duplicate sim. Again they asked me to wait for another 4 hours. Even after asking that to activate as early as possible, they couldn't help so i called your customer care executives and enquired about the status (Service request number qsime[protected]), they asked me to wait 4 hours before it gets active. Even after not getting activated, i had to call back again to airtel customer care executives and they inform me that my sim change request had been generated at 8:04 pm, about 2 hours later than the time i have received the new duplicate sim, so that would take another 4 hours to activate. I specifically asked all your executives as well as the airtel store executives whether the problem is arriving due to my number from west bengal and the duplicate sim is from punjab, they didn't say anything about it and asked me to keep patience for 4 hours more. But alas, my phone didn't receive the signal yet. I called back your customer care executives describing the whole issue. One of your executive mr. Ravi kumar informed me that duplicate sim can't be activated from other states as my airtel number was from west bengal. So i have to collect duplicate sim from west bengal only then it will work.
                        I was just disgusted with the behavior from all these executives. For the wrong and fabricated piece of information, they provided to me, i had to suffer a lot. As this number is linked to all my connections and other official works, i am in deep trouble, and in that case, all such executives mislead me and harassed me so much that i had to visit the airtel store twice, had to make several phone calls to your executives and for the last three days i had to live without the phone calls, sms from family, friends and official personnel. I am just disgusted with this experience. I wish as a professional body, you could take the strictest action against such criminals and resolve my issue. It is not possible for me to visit west bengal soon to get the duplicate sim. I had just recharge my account for 84 days plan with 399 rupees but i am sure it is now going to be a waste. Please tell me how can i port my number to any other service provider without changing the number under such circumstances that my existing number is out of airtel network.

                          I have airtel prepaid sim ([protected]). The sim got corrupted and was not working. I went to airtel store in punjabi bagh (West) on 23rd september, 2018 for replacement.

                          They asked me for rs. 25 for new sim. My concern here is that it is airtel sim which is not working and i am the one not able to make calls using that sim, then why i should be paying anything at all to airtel for purchasing new sim. Mr. Avinash (Airtel executive) said that amount has to be paid for the material cost of new sim. A sim costing rs. 25 is not something i can understand. Moreover i also asked mr. Avinash if i will get payment receipt for this purchase. On this he replied that they will note down my email id and mail the receipt. At that point receipt was not available.

                          How can airtel sell sim if they cannot produce receipt of the same? More importantly why should i pay for the product of airtel which is not working?

                            Myself is ajay, i am existing airtel dongel customer.
                            My dongle number is : [protected]
                            Internet issue happening since 10-sep-2018
                            I am existing customer since last 4 years. But still airtel does not care for its customer. I am getting so poor service since last one month. But airtel is not able to resolve these issues.in my area the internet used to work fine. But now a days its not working entire day. Even in night as well the speed is very slow and nothing works at all. So pathetic service.
                            Airtel mobile app is also worst, it does not have any option to support. No support links work at all. All fake sections are there. Pathetic mobile app which has no use of installting it.
                            Is there anyone who could help to improve the services from airtel and resolve the internet issue.
                            Desirable resolution: as i am not able to use internet properly since last one month, i wan't reimbursement of one month of bill and get the internet connectivity resolved asap.

                              With my all request i haven't used any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with no reason. Please take some stern and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. This thing was also happened with me in the past. This company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.

                                Games world service activated @25/- for 5 days on 28th sept.2018 vide txn id s[protected] without my permission. Please refund rs.25.00 immediately. Mobile no.[protected]. I do not understand why such services are activated and charges without intimattion? It is really a harrassment for the users and would request the company to issue strict guidelines for the marketing staff. Itt is riduculous.

                                  Pl look into the matter and refund the amount.

                                  On 27.09.2018, while i was searching the site of dena bank to lodge a
                                  Complaint in a matter, i find a mob number [protected] on the site and
                                  Rang up it. The person who responded introduced him as deepak malhotra,
                                  Bank id-dbik0012534 a senior officer of the dena bank and assured me
                                  Take up my gievance to the concerened officer on conference call. The
                                  Other person shambu pandey, rakesk kumar who appeared on the conferece
                                  Call also stated to be the senior officer of the bank. He listened me
                                  And then desired to know number of my any atm card to chech up my
                                  Identity. I did not sense out any hanky-panky and gave him number of
                                  My atm card of above a/c and then the call was returned to former who
                                  Again listened the matter and stated that my complaint has been
                                  Recorded and will be resolved soon. After this i received messages on
                                  My mobile number of certain debits to my account. Still i did not
                                  Realised the fraud happened to me. I checked with my family members of
                                  Any purchase etc made on this card and when they confirmed nothig such
                                  Withdrwal/payment and on further deliberation we realised that the
                                  Alleged caller has commited the fraud by withdrawing the funds from my
                                  Account. Total amount withdrwan is 8999+4999+8888+1000+500=rs.24386.
                                  Kindly investigate into the matter and refund me money withdrawan of
                                  My account. All relevant information as i could knew from them and
                                  About them in the matter is as under.

                                      I am fedup with Airtel service and customer rep. people. Even escalation person is not picking up customer calls !! This is worst.

                                      I've logged multiple complaints since 16th july 18 and till date there is no resolution... My complaint numbers are[protected] for Replacement),[protected]for Sr. Supervisor Intervention for faster resolution).My customer ID is [protected].

                                      16th july – no response form customer care

                                      17TH july – Executive given commitment for free replacement before 18th July but no one came & see wht is the issue, also no complaint no provided by your executive.

                                      18th July – Executive asked charges for remote replacement without knowing fact & given complaint no 77801176, but no one came.

                                      18th july – Again called up in night for the same issue & asked Sr supervisor intervention ( complaint no[protected], as per executive someone senior person call me till 19th afternoon but no one has called me.

                                      19th july – As expected none of Supervisor called hence i raised another complaint but executive said having technical issue we can’t check your previous complaints hence i demanded to transfer my call to Sr supervisor & that supervisor promise to call me in next 15 min just to know when my current complaint get resolved ? / When that Sr. Supervisor going to call me ? to have detail discussion on the issue i am facing from last November 17.

                                      stop mentally harassing me.

                                      I was raised n number of complaints but it has not been fixed. Every time I call your customer care, they raise another complaint. I even had a word with your supervisors in past, they said someone from your backend team will call and get the issue resolved but again all in vain.I am sharing the service requests your good for nothing team raised: 67625241, 67923630, 67625241, 68140400, 69914852, 70425575, 71043027, and the many of the complaints not register by your executive. Every complaint is been closed without discussing with me !! This is absolutely pathetic service you are providing. My customer ID is [protected].

                                      Pathetic services are offered by Airtel DTH and customer support systems are just hopeless...

                                      I am an existing customer for past 5 years and this I paid in advance for one year but this time for last 9 month facing problem & none of you are having time provide better service. For your information I already closed my other HD connection Customer ID [protected] but still every Sunday your Ppl calling me for recharge & every time convey them same massage having lot of issue with services kindly get it check calling for recharge. from this i can defiantly say you have time for MONEY business but not for Service/problem/pain/satisfaction BUSINESS. i feel you Ppl should work for customer satisfaction instead money business.

                                      I don't see a reason why I should continue with Airtel DTH Services. No follow-up from anyone Support Engineer. Don't want to be a customer of Airtel DTH on the following reasons:

                                      1. Last 9 months n no of Complaints & still no resolution.
                                      2. Pre-mature ticket / complaints closure With out even visiting Customer premises.
                                      3. In-competent Customer Support Er. who doesn't know how to fix the issue / interact with Customers.
                                      4. Escalation matrix are not working.

                                      Urge all my friends to stop using Airtel DTH & also suggest your friends to do the same if your facing same problem, Hereafter i will not buy nor even think of going for airtel. You ppl are such a shame.

                                      Ppl be careful these ppl follow you until u buy their product after they wont even care about your issues.

                                      Now at least i can assume to get a fast response/ resolution to the any of complaint raised by any of customers to your call center.

                                        I have recently converted my prepaid mobile number to postpaid due to non cooperation of airtel people, during conversion they provided me bill details which will be applicable to me after using one month they have raised the bill amount to double and that too without usage now customer care is also not picking up the call and help centre at patel nagar is also not responding. This is what Airtel is serving to its customers? I want airtel to send a revise bill for the number [protected] as son as possible
