I;m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently.

Complaint was logged on apr 5th, but no proper response from the customer care (Apart from auto emails). Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (Snap attached).

I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now.

Due to this issue i deactivated my postpaid connection ([protected]).
I have three prepaid active connection right now.

Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.

1 to 2 (Inside the house)

3. Error message:
No message, call with disconnect if picked inside the house. (Data also slows down)

4. Duration of problem: everytime

I have been struggling with the same for over 3 years, these guys wont do anything. YOu wont be able to use any of the 4g Services and just to ensure that you have network for emergencies, switch to 2g band once you enter indoors.

    sim card reissue

    My sim card isn't woking. I went to three airtel stores, they asked for aadhar number but my biometrics are locked. For unlocking biometrics i need otp but i cannot receive otp because my sim is damaged. And also i cannot get sim replacement because i am unable to use my aadhar number (Biometrics are locked).
    Therefore, i am stuck in a loop.
    Customer care executives in airtel store sector 10a gurugram were so rude and unprofessional...

    Hi,

    I have installed multi connection with Airtel DTH. Before installation I received commitment from airtel that I will get same primary HD package on secondary for free for month, later on need to pay 175/- to get same package for subsequent months. But after installation I was given SD package on secondary. On inquiring for same package now customer care is demanding extra amount for activation.

      Hi team

      I’m not getting past 4 hours network in airtel check and confirm this is too worst situation. I have emergency calls and I need to provide files please this is I’m facing 2 Nd time problem it’s showing no service - no service what’s happening in this surroundings kindly check in getting more trouble here and also every time I’m getting voice break up this is tooo bad.

        The reference no. related to airtel 4g compliant is given below.

        1) C4GSP[protected] (Dt:[protected]

        The 4g signal for internet is very weak and downloads are very slow. the signal changes as E, H, H+ and can be compared with 2g. signal strength is -122 dbm 25 asu. airtel tower is positioned 1 km from my house.
        same problem was witnessed 1 month ago and was rectified.

        data settings in my phone are correctly set to lte. mine is 4g phone and 4g sim is in slot 1. same details were given to airtel customer care on the above dates.

        though airtel boasts as best unfortunately adequate 4g signal strength is not provided leaving the customers just wait n watch. the open network of airtel is given more preference rather than the customer complaint.

          From 2day morning there is no network till now 6.25pm... Very hectic... Since 2months 4g is zero in our area... Bbmp, kr puram town, bangalore... Very much fed up with airtel service... Worst... Very much worst...

          I have recharged 199 pack of 1.4GB and Unlimited Call offer for 28 days, But my pack expired today(23/08/2018)
          In the messages received, it still shows my pack only expires after 27 aug 2018.
          I can even do calls itself.

          I have recharged my airtel prepaid no. with unlimited call pack of 149 thrice by mistake.
          The pack has a validity of only 28 days .
          So my other two recharge are not even going to be used. Kindly try to help me out, otherwise my 298 rupees will get wasted.
          Can you refund the amount or extend the validity?
          I beg to say that i m not able to send mgs from my airtel sim [protected], please help me about that problem i face many difficulties due to this problem i hope you take action on it immediately

            Respected Sir,

            From My Airtel Payment App I Wanted To Recharge Other Number [protected] Plan Of Rs 498 On 25 august 2018 But Wrongly Recharge Made For the number [protected]. The said number [protected] is a number I don't know. He ce I request for Reversal of the Money Back In My Airtel App Account from where the transaction was processed.

            No revert from the company yet. The airtel people do not even recognize and consider human errors.

              sms are receiving late

              We are not receiving SMS on our Mobile phone. The SMS sent by banks and other companies like OTP etc are either not received or get very late say about an hour. Requested so many times on 121 of Airtel but problem is not resolved. Due to this we are not able to make transactions and other work because of Late SMS. Despite repeated request Airtel is not resolving our complain....

              Airtel has deducted rs.[protected]@35 on 18.8.2018 t 12.40pm and on 25.8.2018 at 3.40am for two consecutive bioscpoe service which i have not subscribed to. When i came to know about these unauthorised deduction, i was completely shocked, on such type cheap activity conducted by airtel. How is it possible? It is completely unauthoarised deduction. Without my consent airtel has deducted my account balance. This is not first time that airtel has made anauthorised deduction from my account. They have made very hard for customers to complain as you can't find customer care no. Airtel is cheating with their customers.

              I have been charged for International calls that I did not make on my airtel mobile number, on the number[protected] for a few months now.
              These charges have been made on 3 of my airtel connections.
              I have paid the bills but I would like them to be adjusted in my further payments.
              No net work available in our area.If network is not working why you are going to provide your services in non available network area.Be honest at least otherwise you may lose your customers.

                I am not able make call neither i am receiving any incoming call. I made a call to*#*#4636#*#* there i clicked phone information and then radioband then united states after that all this happened please tell me how to solve it. I did all this because my network was weak. Now internet speed is very good but i am not able to makke any call now u tell how do i contact customer care of airtel

                  Dear airtel i m an retired person and due to old age committed mistake plz help me correct it. I wanted to get recharge of 199 of 1.4 gb unlimited calling pack but accidently got 149 plan activated. This 149 plan is for airtel to airtel unlimited calling & 300 mb only for 28 days but when i tried calling customer care there was a message that due to low balance call cannot be connected.                     I am an nri working in dubai and visit my native in india once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a airtel prepaid sim card since the last 7 years, and it had been working fine till a few days back.

                    Now, it shows "emergency calls only", and does not get registered on etisalat network. I have tried cleaning sim, switching phones, topping up recharge etc. But the same result.

                    Can you please provide a solution to this?

                      I was doing a recharge of rs. 448 using my airtel app. I used the upi option for the payment method. I had done such transactions before and they were successful. But this time my money was debited and no recharge was done. I called the airtel customer care and tried to understand what went wrong. I believe that they have changed some things in their app and now instead of transferring to the bhim upi app they wanted me to integrate my upi in the app only. I didn't know this and chose the bhim app for the payment anyway. And like always the bhim app asked me to pay rs 448 to "[protected]@hdfcbank". It was all automatic and i didn't get any idea of something wrong happening.in the end my my money was transferred to airtel and airtel app didn't even notice it.

                      I request airtel to just send me my money back or better just do my recharge.

                      I can understand that it was not airtel's 100% fault. But it was not my fault either.

                          I got a message from airtel (Airsep) on 23rd aug 2018 mentioning that namkeen pack services has been activated on my phone for 1 week and they would be adding rs 35 in my bill for a week and this would be automatically renewed every week.
                          When i have not requested for the service how the service provider can take their own decision and activate the services which i am not interested in

                              Hi,

                              I want to bring to your attention an online fraud that has been done by airtel and its representative. I applied for airtel broadband connection online and received a call from airtel representative name "anandan j" and he asked me send documents aadhar, pan and rental agreement as proof of address and photo id proof via watsapp.

                              I send him the document and he gave me a caf number to make online payment of 2829 rs toward new connection. Which he said this plan is for 3 months with free router and installation charges.
                              When i try to login to airtel portal online

                              It was giving some error and so i called him back saying it is not working.
                              He provided me with bank of india a/c number and asked me transfer money.

                              When i called him for setting up connection he said it will take 2-3 working days and due to some doubt called airtel customer care and now they were telling service is not available in my area.

                              Now that representative is not picking up the phone and i have not got the broadband connection.

                              When i try to call the representative he is not ready to refund my money back and not answering my calls.

                              Note: for airtel this is a bad remarks which makes people not to trust in future. People like this will survive for few days but soon going perish.

                                Today at 3:30 am (26th august) i received a message on my number that namkeen pack has been activated on my number. This happened without my permission & balance of rs-35 /- has been deducted from my account.

                                I have never subscribed for this service, why airtel has activated this??

                                Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel.

                                I want the amount refunded asap.

                                  There is a dirty play going on by airtel. When i do my unltd recharge, they reduce the signal strength after 4-5 days. When i call cc, they keep saying that work is going on. Wtf, are you kidding us. You are running a service pan india or a general shop? They takes 5 - 10 days for network restoring. This happens every month. So, we get unltd plan for 20 days only in 199. So, my suggestion to all is to leave airtel.
                                  I am also giving assurance that there will not be a single user of airtel in my area within a month.

                                    I have recharged rs 325 to my dish tv from my airtel. Money has been deducted but recharge has not done. I need my money back to my wallet. My no. Is [protected]. Money has been loaded successfully from my bank account to my airtel wallet. But when i recharged my dish tv money got deducded but their appeared no message from airtel for successful recharge. Plzz solve my problem where does the money gone. I need the money back to my wallet as soon as possible.
