Hi sir,

Its been more than 6 months that i am complaining about my internet not functioning properly. Every time the representative assures me that complaint will be resolved but no action is taken from airtel's end. I am following up on regular basis and even paid my bills on time so that my services doesn't get disrupted but since last one month when i denied to pay my bills as i was unable to use services offered by them, they discontinued my services.

Waving of 30%-40% of my entire bill once or twice doesn't make any sense as i have paid for such pathetic service for last 6 months without even getting any benifits out of it.

Request you to please help me in getting my entire due amount waved off for my both numbers i. E [protected] (Primary contact number) and [protected]. So that i can port out and go into some other service provider.

Thanks and quick help appreciated as my numbers are already down coz of non payment which is absolutely justified from my point of view.

    I am using airtel sim for long ago but nowadays i am suffering from any issue regarding the airtel for 4 g network as they show their advertisement regarding the best 4 g network but i am not getting this service as t h e y show in there commitment i have already put a n mail regarding their dissatisfaction of their service but after that also i am not getting a bit of good 4 g network on mobile

      On of 14-aug-18 in morning i got the message of balance deduction of 50 rs., for kids zania service. Balance from my account balance deducted on 01.11 am, at that time i was sleeping. How can service be activated by me?
      I had not started any of the services by any means,
      I want to ask airtel this is not the proper way to deduct money

          Dear sir/madam,

          I want to highlight this issue regarding misleading and fraud sale of set top box by the airtel dth dealer. I have called airtel digital customer care at least 15 times in last couple of months but i haven't got any resolution. This email is my last hope. If issue is not resolved i will consider that i lost 5000 rupees and change my connection to tatasky.

          The issue:

          I had taken new dth connection last year.
          My customer id was: [protected]-001
          My name: arjun
          My plan: infinity hd

          When 1 year got completed, i received a call from airtel dealer from this number[protected]

          The girl operator said that because one year of my set top box is complete, i will have to change it. I asked why. She said, because it is airtel policy that after one year you have to change the set top box.

          I said: but i am about to recharge for infinity plan online.
          She said, please don't make any recharge online, because we will give you a discount if you pay in cash.
          She said in 5000 you will get a new set top box and same infinity plan.

          The next day the engineer (Sonu, contact number: [protected]) came and replaced the box and took 5000 from me.

          After a couple of days, i realised the activated plan is not infinity, but some cheaper plan. So many channels were missing.

          I also noticed, set top box is not on my name. And my registered number is also not there.

          Set top box card number:[protected]

          So they sold me someone else's used set top box and old plan of someone else.

          I called the dealer at least 20 times to resolve the issue, and activate infinity plan, but they kept lying about one thing or another.

          I realized they have cheated me.

          I contacted the customer care and mentioned this issue at least 10 times, but the issue has not been resolved. They close the request without any resolution. I can mention at least three request numbers i had raised.

            I was ordered samsung note 9 from airtel online store on aug 16 and paid @7900. Order no[protected].
            After 2 week the product got dispatch through vulcan courier
            Tracking no - jvlat[protected] and its reached to my city chennai last 3 days back but still its not delivered to me.
            Regrading the same i was contact to airtel customer service and they have no idea when my product going to delivered and each time told me to wait for tomorrow.
            Now 5 days has been completed but the product not yet delivered even i am trying to contact the vulcan courier but they doesn't have any contact number or mail id.
            Even airtel has no idea where is my mobile. So kindly take necessary action regrading this.

            Well they least let you book the phone. For me one day they approve everything and the second when i got ready to pay, they declined me. AIRTEL IS NOT RELIABLE AND IS GREEDY WITH NO REMORSE WHAT SO EVER. BE CAUTIOUS OF THEIR DEALINGS.

              Sir I'm the user of [protected] and my outgoing sms are barred .. I called customer care millions of time but it of no use . They all say it will work after 4 hours but it doesn't even work for 1 time ...

                I have replaced my airtel sim on 27/08/2018 and the sim haven't yet been activated, I have enquired about the issue to both local store and customer care.. Both parties are asking me to enquire to the other.
                I have called customer care yesterday they are telling me the sim is active and it might me the issue of sim card and to contact the store.

                When i went to the store what they are telling is that it haven't been activated it will be activated today evening and even now it haven't been activated at 21:16 29/08/2018

                  It is observed that an amount of rs.25/- & rs.5/- have been deducted from the main balance of mobile no [protected] due to activation of gamepind & spuulmovies without the consent of the consumer. The mobile is used by a layman who is not accustomed with the smart phone. Messages have been sent confirming the debits. The process is going on regularly. After rechargeing the consumer saw that the balance is vanishing. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount so deducted twice / thrice or much as it is very difficult to look after by a layman. Also please see that such instances do not recur in future for the benefit of the company by cutting the pocket of layman. At last you are once again requested to refund the the total amount of rs.60/- or 90/- or something above which may be verified at your end as it is not possible for a layman to verify and credit to his prepaid balance of mobile no [protected]. Thanking you.

                    I have a portable hotspot of airtel with 4G data plan. At the time of buying they convince me for that I will get very good speed but now I haven't get proper speed I am getting speed of just 100 to 500 kbps and I try several time to complain but they respond very badly. And no action have been taken yet from the company side.

                      I am premium costumer of your company and having 4 airtel postpaid number. One of my number [protected] has been deactivated without any notice and when contacted your office at chakrata road, dehradun in june 2018 was told that the same will restored within 10 days. However after nearly visiting the office more than 8 to 9 times no remedial action has been taken. Mr rohit raj kiran, store manager and others staff members have not been able to resolve the issue. During one of the visit the lady at the counter demanded rs 20000 from my staff. This attitude of staff and the company has caused great anguish and mental harassment as also loss of business.

                        Its been 11 days almost and nothing has been done. When there is no connection available at my location why and why airtel is holding my 1589 rupee for activation. I have even applied 13 days back for refund on airtelrefund online with cancel check but airtel literally not doing anything.

                        I dont know what is happening, neither the connection is provided and nor the refund is given back. Is this the airtel services to the customer?

                          I was using airtel services on mob. no. [protected] with customer relationship no. [protected] which i ported out this no. in December 2017, my bill was in -1905.64 till last date, i have requested many times but Airtel representatives are least bothered to resolve my complaint, the customer service is ordering to visit the Airtel store and the store people are saying to talk to customer care it is almost 8 months but i have not received a penny in spite many requests.

                          I'm continuously sending mails from 28th August regarding my refund but all my request have been falling to the deaf ears of Airtel, if a penny is left pending of customer they people bar the customer number and than send legal notice but if customer's refund is pending they are not least even bothered shame on Airtel.

                            Just before 1.5 or 2 Months My SIM was belongs to UNINOR/TELENOR 3G (UP West) and Mobile/Dongle Internet was really best and most satisfied then subsequently it was converted into AirTel (UP West) but it's Internet is really going worst than 2G. I already set My Mobile's Network as 4G VOLTE, 3G & 2G which one is available but airtel's network is not serving even 3G in best Way even after recharged for Rupees ₹ 448. Rearly it provides 3G as H+ which is quiet good but for 3.5 Hours among 24 Hours. Airtel is providing 2G as E. And When I tried to call Airtel's Customer Care Helpline or Complaint Registration Number on 197 then Airtel Cut off or Ended My Call itself. What to do?

                            Even after yesterday I made a call to 198 then representative was helpless. She told me that your SIM is belong to 2G Only. I explained her each and every thing but she told me that I am not eligible to help you.

                              Hi,

                              From past month, I am receiving quite a high bill.When I checked the detailed bill, it's says "International roaming rental" activated for Rs149.This is insane ok! I have not activated any roaming plan.Then how come am I activated and why the hell should I pay for it!!
                              First of all, I have taken 399 plan! Initially it was said the bill would never cross 399. Lol!! I never received bill below 399 till now !
                              Last month I had to pay around 750 ! It's terrible ! And this month also bill has come around 550.
                              When I try to call Airtel customer care, it never connects apart from that automated voice setup!!
                              Please remove the nonsense roaming thing and also I want refund of my amount .

                                I have enrolled for airtel secure when I bought new iphone 6s a year back for [protected] and have been paying premium everymonth as part of airtel postpaid plan, hoping that it will help me in case of any physical damage
                                and 14 - AUG -18 phone got dropped accidently damaging phone display and when I raised claim request they took a week to verify documents ( its funny that you need to re-upload all documents that you submitted
                                while opting airtel secure ) and they came back after multiple follow ups, calls to customer care begging them to give update on the claim and they came back saying they need additional documentation
                                they took further 3-4 days to give option to upload the documents and when I finally uploded documents they rejected the claim saying that the damage was caused due to negligance.
                                Now what I dont understand is that what is this airtel secure is about, when phone is dropped that means its a accident and thats what I opted this plan to secure in such cases.
                                If you consider any accident then they all happen due to someone/something as negligency . I re-claimed multile times and they rejected the claim again and again saying this was caused due to negligence.

                                I feel that airtel is just cheating customers by collecting premium every month towards airtel secure and not giving claims, neither airtel services are up to the mark like they promise in advertaisements or they do have any ethics
                                by eating customer money and cheating them and by breaking trust ( I guess they never belived in any of this and just worried about money making business)

                                now i had to spend for the damage on phone loosing money at both ends.
                                such a cheap tricks by airtel secure team
                                shame on you

                                You airtel secure and confusing executives and professionals have harassed me enough and subsequently my social image has been tarnished. You company and its whims and fancies have destroyed my mental peace and solace

                                I request you to sort out my problem expediently

                                  I recharged on 4-aug-18 for rs 199 reacharge for unlimited calling and 1.4 gb data per day. From 24-aug-2018 i am not getting internet service on mobile. Also while calling some times it does not allow to call saying that your balance is low. This must be corrected, since i have already lost data for last 10 days and dont want to waste my money in fraudulent plans.

                                  In wynk music app the song is not downloading, i have a airtel 4g sim and net is proper working
                                  But in app of wynk and airtel tv, , they give the in airtel sim switch and wynk music app show subcription but i have already airtel sim and they properly work in my phone ... And i have already purchased th 399 plan
                                  My sim with no [protected] is deactivated by not using it for a couple of months pls reactivate it
                                  Please i am not receiving messages on my airtel line it. I havent receive my semester results. Also date of re opening has been sent . I havent receive all. Please help me because i need it

                                    I don't understand why there is extra charges in my postpaid mobile no with airtel [protected].

                                    Till 25th june month bill was 469, i paid 470 by 13th july.in mean time i started mnp process and i moved to jio on 14th july. So till 14th july how much amount i am supposed to pay, airtel has sent bill of 899 out of blue. Their customer care is calling and arguing with me without explaining the bill.

                                      My services have been blocked even after making the payment! They have cheated me and forced me to make a payment for the services which the company has not provided. Even after making the payment, they are playing as they have not received the payment. (For the record, payment was made at airtel store). There is a frequent network issue and they do not even bother to resolve it! And yet they want payments. Without providing services they are looting money!

                                      I went to the My Airtel store located Delhi gate Udaipur Rajasthan. For replacement of my old sim they charged me for 75 rupees. When I asked for a receipt or massage.they ignored me and said there is neither you will receive massage about 75 rupees nor will given receipt.
                                      I am Anil Sharan Sinha. I did my postpaid payment of Rs. 215. I paid bill twice of rs. 215 by mistake. Please return my 215 Rs. Mobile no. [protected].

                                        I am living in proper aligarh near world famous aligarh muslim university area. I port my number from tata docomo to to airtel since docomo do not have 4g service. Many times i recharged their 4g data plans. But waste of money. They provide worse than 2g service here. All are requested dont port your number into airtel specially in this region. Dont grt attrcted by their ad.
