Hi,
Just to give you a quick background:
- Taken MNP from Voda on 28th Jul'2018 for 2 Mobile postpaid connections
- Currently 2 other Airtel numbers going on at my location
- Experienced ~ zero signals/ network at my location since 28th Jul'2018
- Raised SR for Network issue on 29th Jul'2018 ((SR # 86781674, SR#[protected]
- After 1 week, Airtel Engineer visited my location, checked Network signals, found no signals, even he is not able to run his test report in his device.
- He assured it will be solved by either Network optimization or by installing Internal Booster within 4-5 days.
- Airtel network team may be keep on trying to connect me on Phone, but how can they connect...Due to no signals/ connectivity...
Even after 1 week of Engineer visit, no result, zero network, not able to receive/ do any calls, Business is suffering.
Contacted 121 call center, they said network optimization done, still ticket/ SR is open, and will be worked upon in 120 days.
I visited Airtel store on 06th Aug'2018, Priyanka (store executive) mailed to Network team for the issue/ concern.
I followed up with Priyanka on 07th Aug'2018 (on phone), she replied ticket/ SR is on hold and still open, Network people can't do anything, and she also said even if i mail to Nodal officer, that will not help me.
I have taken MNP from voda with high hopes that i would be getting good quality of network at my location, Even though the rentals are high (as compared to corporate voda plans), However, now can't trust.
Moreover i have shifted to Airtel just because i can take all my 4 numbers in a postpaid plan, but now i really donot want to do.
I am quite frustrated and seems i can't even change from Airtel for next 3 months (120 days) (even if i wish to do it now). Well since i am using corporate connections, would definitively provide feedback to my concerned Corporate logistics team about Airtel, and to other colleagues.
After that, despite my repeated e-mails for the concern to Airtel Nodal and Appellate on 07th Aug'2018. However, they are not giving any clear answer/ resolution since that. They have called me 3-4 times, and every time they said that they will feedback their internal team and confirm. No resolution/ hope yet.
Now also, Bill has been generated, but how can i pay if i have not used the services?
Still things are in dark and no confirmation of resolution and timelines.
I definitely can't recommend Airtel mobile connection to my friends, colleagues, and other people.
Pathetic vision to service an honest customer at "Customer care", Nodal, as well as Airtel appellate. No body cares and hear you and don't strive towards satisfying customer. Just in case Airtel wish to make money for 90 days (after 90 days, i definitely have to take MNP again), Pls let me know, i will pay in advance.
Not at all Happy with the kind of treatment and poor service!
Folks ! i must say i am loosing hope and trust.
Requesting again the Airtel authorities to resolve Network issue and confirm.
