I;m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently.
Complaint was logged on apr 5th, but no proper response from the customer care (Apart from auto emails). Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.
Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (Snap attached).
I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now.
Due to this issue i deactivated my postpaid connection ([protected]).
I have three prepaid active connection right now.
Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.
Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.
