I have switched to airtel from reliance in march, until now the sim card was working fine. But from the past few days my phone has stopped detecting the sim card. I thought it was a hardware issue and got it checked but it came out fine. After that i tried to place sim in another phone in that phone also the sim card wasn't detected. The sim was working fine till i have got unlimited 399 pack with some prior balance of 60 rs. And the sim validity is until year 2038. Please help me.

    Hi,
    My father recently ported his idea sim to airtel. And it's been 2 days there is no connection available. He's trying a lot since so long to get his problem resolved but still found no solution yet. He went to several operators shops, he called to costumer care but still nothing happened yet. This is really irritating as he's an old person moving here n there to resolve his matter, he is even restrained from getting important calls. What to do! Where to go. We ported to airtel for better service and see where are we stucked. Please help soon.

      This is regarding, "airtel secure insurance". Airtel secure insurance, gave a false claim of providing me insurance and not provided me this insurance as they promised plan.

      Because i had airtel insurance, i had applied any other insurance, due to which i am alreay in rs.90, 000 loss. And now since they are not providing me this insurance, i will have to spend more of rs.80, 000 to purchase a new phone.

      Last month june 2018, my handset got damaged. For which i contacted airtel. I tried claiming airtel insurance through, airtel app, airtel website, airtel one assit link, and also airtel email to particular team who handles this.

      I tried claiming this insurance, since the day of damage. I uploaded all the documents for the claim on their airtel app. I was supposed to get a call back from them within 48hr. Which i did not receive, and i called them back.
      They replied to me saying documents not uploaded. Second time, i uploaded the document, and waited 48hr and not received any call back from airtel. I called them back, they replied document not upload. Third time i uploaded, and waited from then not calls from them. I called back, and they replied documents are not clearly visible. Like this they continued for a month. And finally i mailed them about this issue, they said upload once again. I had uploaded documents more than 7 times. No response from them. So i understood they are not going to provide me this insurance.

      Finally, i mailed them and said i will be taking this forgery complaint into action for not providing me this insurance. Later, i got immediate call from the airtel secure team, stating one more time you upload document, we will process the insurance.

      After that i uploaded the documents, once again and i received email from them on 14th july stating my insurance request claim accepted and within 21 days they will do the needful.
      Immediately, next day 15th july i received email stating, claim rejected. Again, they started to blame stating i have not contacted them within 48hr.

      According to their terms and condition, i have contacted airtel within 48hr of handset damage. Due to technical issue from their side i was not able to update from my end. And when i contacted airtel regarding this, and they asked me to try from airtel website.

      And i tried to claim from airtel website, after which again i received and technical issue from their airtel website. For which i contacted airtel and they gave me one link "oneassit" on which i had uploaded document which did not let me edit anything apart from uploading only part of documents.

      And i also contacted team regarding this, then they gave me a email id of the airtel team, to which i have sent all the documents due to their technical issue.

      Now at last they have ignored to provide me this insurance. Since one month every day i get call from airtel stating i have not uploaded the required document, even when i had uploaded all necessary.

      Now after wasting one month of my time, they have rejected my claim, stating delay in intimation. This airtel secure is a fraudlent scheme, fooling customers around and money looting scheme.

        Device claim – service request # 3407648

        "airtel secure insurance", is giving a false claim of providing insurance and not provided insurance. My airtel plan rs 399, plus tax rs.508 on a monthly basis. This plan includes "airtel secure", which is a insurance scheme against handset damage.

        On 31 july 2018, my handset got damaged. I had claimed airtel insurance immediately after my handset got damaged.

        I raised claim within 48hr of damage. I uploaded all the documents for the claim. I was supposed to get a call back from them within 48hr. Which i did not receive, and i called them back.
        1) first, replied to me saying documents not uploaded please upload once again.
        2) second time, i uploaded the document and they called me and said i am supposed to send email on which i must mention handset imie number and some more details and i sent those details as well.
        3) third time they called they called and said this is not enough and send a cancelled cheque, so i sent a cancelled cheque.
        This way they continued for 13days.
        4) finally i got a call from them stating, they are not going to provide me this insurance because my hanset is a second-hand hanset.

        No, where in their airtel secure terms and conditions it is mentioned that they don't provide service for second-hand handset. My phone is not even one year old.

        If my insurance claim is not valid because this is second-hand handset, then they are wrong at the first place to accept my insurance application for the same handset and claim to provideme insurance for this second-hand handset.

        According to their terms and condition, i have contacted airtel within 48hr of handset damage.

        Since last two weeks they have wasted my time and now they have rejected my claim, stating its second-hand handset which is not mentioned in their terms and conditions. This airtel secure is a fraudulent money looting scheme, fooling customers in name of scheme.

          I contacted airtel for providing me with full details of my current bill plan which includes emi (For an airtel store purchase)+airtel postpaid plan+taxes. As a customer it is my right to know how much i've to pay per month to airtel postpaid assuming i don't change plans, or add boosters, or go over-predefined limits of data/calls/sms and i don't have to wait till bill generation to be given these details to me.
          I've contacted airtel customer care and appellate and have given them adequate time to respond to this query.

            Dear sir / madam,
            I used airtel post paid mobile service connection of [protected] contains number for more than four years. I faced problem for receiving incoming calls from january2018 onwards and i raise the complaints to airtel customer care via telecommunication and email.in spite of several complaints also not rectified the issues by airtel. I ported the connection from airtel to vodafone on may 2018. I paid bill for january 2018 and february 2018 in spite of non full fill utilisation, after that i stopped payment with written communication to airtel. During this 5 months my reputation eroded due to mobile network issue. Currently airtel raise the complaint to trai and stop the service from vodafone. Kindly take necessary support to me.

              Sir,

              I am writing from aquatechnics water treatment technologies pvt ltd and my letter is regarding the porting of our 16 cell numbers from idea cellular. I have been in touch with mr. Rijo mathew[protected] for the said porting, he collected our docs and informed us the porting request has done from airtel. But we haven't received any information from idea regarding the submission or rejection of porting request. The poring code was expired in 04.08.2018. We strongly believe that the porting requested was not submitted to idea and in past 5 day nobody has contacted from airtel.

              We would like to know the status by a mail. Also consider this as an instruction to return the document collected if you are not interested in providing us service.

                Hi 10th August 54.14 rs is deducted from www.airtel.in PGSI without my knowledge I reached Airtel they telling check with bank, bank is telling it is deducted from Airtel i don't know why Airtel deducted this money from my credit card need serious action against it.

                  I am not able to use data in my area from such a long time, i have complain about it many times but no action have been taken against it each and every time they says we help you shortly, but no one cares about it and forget, in many areas i have to face such issue.

                    On 10 may 2018 my airtel no, [protected] was recharged twice. One from the retailer and one online due to miscommunication. The amount was rs, 509/- for 90 days. Thus the amount paid was rs. 1018/-. However, the validity was expired on 10 august 2018. The customer care executive was contacted on 10 august 2018 who assured that the validity will be extended for another 03 months as the amount was already paid twice. However, when the validity was extended and expired, i contacted customer care again today on 12 august 2018. I am sanguine the recording of the conversation shoud be available with airtel. I was told very rudely that my validity can not be extended. I was shocked that earlier i was told that the validity will be exended but now a senior executive tells me that neither my money will be refunded nor the validity will be extended. Bravo airtel!! No wonder people are switching to other cellular service provider. I shall also be switching to jio or vodaphone as i have no desire to interact with unprofessional and rude customer care executives. My hard earned rs, 509/- will be donation to airtel.

                      Hello sir, airtel offer volte service in assam. As per offer who activat this service they will get 10gb at first. They activated this service in my mobile no but they not provided me 10 gb. As well as not inform me through sms. Now i have problem in calling and received calls. When i call 121 they tell me that i have to received sms from airtel. But i have not. Please look this matter and provied me my 10gb data. Mobile no-[protected]. I have also mail them but noreply from them. If i port to other network i have lost 630 inr. Witch is in my account. Thank you...

                        We've recently subscribed airtel dth services, for the last 2 months we were not in station hence we haven't recharged. Your dealer [protected] called from this number asking/forcing me to recharge and using all unparliamentary words for not recharging thru him. I was also using tata sky for one of my another flat, never ever faced such issues. Unparliamentary words are not possitive sign to retain your customers. I am deeply disheartened and seeking for right compensation and reply from you to address this issue as well as plan of action for how you are going to deal these kind of situations for your customers and what you are going to do with your dealer who dealt now with me?

                          This is against airtel who had allegedly dug a patch of hole to repair their wire connection and fix a new box. They first dug during december last year where we had a cement patch laid outside the shop. When they first dug, they had left out for next day without doing cement even after the street locality repeatedly telling them to close properly but the rain came that night. The same place was dug 3 to 4 times but not doing the proper patch work and leaving it irresponsibly.

                          I don't know how companies like airtel are deploying these kind of irresponsible workmen for these works. Airtel is completely responsible of accidents or injury caused to the children and commuters

                            I am facing the problem of network issue for 7-8 days of no service indicator in my phone. I have also contacted to the customer care and airtel store also they advised me to sim card replacement. I have done the same but the issue has not been resolved yet. As customer care told the sim card have been deactivated as per prior information. Kindly look into the matter and activate my sim card.

                                My location is deokalia biswan sitapur up, now a days there are 2 networks are avilable one is bsnl and 2nd is airtel but both network working from single tower now a days network only avilable during electricity. Rest time network not avilable. When we asked to respective person he told that he is not getting desial for generator, he told that his officer’s says that please do not active tower with generator its work during electricity. So pls resolve this issue, public many issues.

                                    I am a subscriber of airtel, 2015 i have added a child sim with my main sim which is rarely used. From the last one and a half year, it is not all used. I am trying to remove this from my main bill plan, every time the concern customer care team assure me to do that but when i do call back again i use to listen to only one sentence that "your request not processed but do not worry i will do it sir and you can sit back without any tension"

                                    Every month i am paying my bill for my main sim almost without using it then also they are not separating my child sim from it.

                                    I am fed up dealing with all these people. Please kindly help.

                                      I am unable to use internet since more than 1 week.
                                      I have tried registering complaint with customer care (On call) multiple times... I have ben given false assurances from them.
                                      I also tried visiting airtel store multiple times but they could also not solve my problem. They even tried replacing my sim!
                                      They all have also tried resetting internet settings, restarting mobile multiple times, changing mobile handset. But all these tries have been futile.

                                      They are now not even registering my complaint!

                                        Earlier i was having 3g mobile, few days before i purchase a 4g mobile but using 3g sim which was working in good condition. Started getting msg from airtel that convert your sim, i denied. Today they shutdown my internet services. When i called to customer care they inform me that there are some network issues and will be resolved shortly. Then after 5 minutes they blocked my sim. When i contacted customer care they started persuading me to purchase 4g sim. I denied and ask them to unblock my sim.
                                        Very surprised that airtel people are adopting such unethical ways to promote their 4g market.
