So requesting you to please look into it and send a warning message to him or block the services of [protected] and if you can not do anything then revert. I will go with some other way.

      We requested our nearer airtel retailer to port my docomo number to airtel prepaid. But he ported to airtel postpaid.

      And my unused ported airtel postpaid number has billed with 900 for one month and we did'nt got any statement in post for what i have charged 900 and i called to customer care and asked to mail the statement, they confirmed me that they have already mailed to the email what they have and is not mine. And in second month got call for alternate number to make me know my postpaid airtel number is inactive and to pay the bill of 1200, i asked them to provide the statement of 1200, they said me it is not possible to know the statement of inactive account.
      After few days i got call to my alternate number to "pay bill of 1528 or else we will file case and you need to go to court and your alternate number will be disconnected for this silly reason better pay the bill".

      Is this the way airtel earning?

      I need statement of my inactive airtel postpaid number. If i got the statement sure i will pay the bill for waht i used with late fee

          I have been using airtel network for last 10years. My number, my misses number, my mother number is of airtel, even dish tv too. From last two years the network is very bad in our area, either no service or the signal will come but voices will not be audible to other person. I have complained all most 10 times in last 18 months, have put port requests around 4 to 5 times. 8 months back after putting port request due to no service they have sent technician to my home and he checked and said that it will get resolved as soon as possible, after 15days i called technician, they asked me to call to customer care as only sending report is their responsibility. I have keep on fallow up with customer care, finally resolved the issue after 6months. Any how it doesn’t last longer, signal used to show but unable to hear voices. Somehow again it got rectified, now same problem started again and i have put port request, got a call from them and said that they are going to resolve within 3days as technician will come and check. Till now i haven’t received call, i don’t know whether someone called or not, else when he called the signal is there or not i don’t know even. Every time i used to keep port request by having hope on them that they will resolve the issue as it’s been 10long years from my intermediate i am using airtel service and adjusted with them they the service is poor for last two years. Know i really got fed up and this time i will definitely port my network and even file a case in consumer court as all my family is of advocates. Where this people are providing unsatisfactory service for last two years but collecting the payments as usual. I have some of the call recordings with their customer care too.

              I have been complaining from 2 months that we are not getting internet speed. I am from veerapoor, bejjanki district, siddipet mondal, telangana. We are getting 3g and 4g
              Singals but we unable to use internet. It is like 2g. 10kb per second...
              You are showing just fake network to us. We are unable to utilize our data balance. It is very irritating. We just wanna change our carrier to jio. You people are very irresponsible to customers.

                Pl make note of the extremely poor services offered by airtel.
                I had recharged my mobile with rs 399/- on 09 aug 18 at 1909h.
                Amount and benefit is not yet credited to my mobile no even after 6 days.
                I had booked complain to airtel through retailer and myself.
                Various complain no received are cbnrv[protected], cbnrv[protected], cbnra[protected] and cbnrd[protected].
                I had also raised level by complaining on twitter to airtel but of no avail.
                Today is 14 aug, but so far the matter has not been resolved.
                I have not been able to use my no and is unnecessarily harassed.

                Dear concern, i ported my no from vodafone to airtel, but after that i am facing network issues on airtel and also i am not able to contact customer care.

                always my no is coming diverted to other number and not reachable.

                but my mobile showing full network with 4g signal.

                  I am rajesh one of the airtel customer in madurai my no. [protected] for the past 10 years. Now few days i received many massages from "a$-tfarot" related to information of calls and massages deduction wuth duration (As same as when any call or massage occured). But in those moment i was not handling my phone. So i am little worried about that who called or sent massages. Please help me come out this problem and block those kind of things.

                    Cant connect internet in my phones, laptop and also even my hotpot router is not catching network, customer care is not even responding after charging me a lot for all their sim card plans and hotspot services and now not taking an action. i called customer care, they are not even taking an action plus they are giving me excuses, that they cant do anything. Plus they are very unprofessional regarding their guest complains. m facing serious issue. need to take an action immediately.

                      There was a call from Airtel Customer care no. [protected] for changing my existing mobile network to Airtel, I declined the offer and disconnected the call. After few minutes I got a WhatsApp message from the same number using abusive and rude language which was not at all acceptable .This is a very serious issue and I request urgent and strict action against the person who has harassed me using abusive language. I Have proof as Whatsapp screenshot which I can share further.

                        Hi. I am Ankur kumar. Using Airtel postpaid. Mobile number. And airtel landline number and airtel internet (Wifi[protected] i am writting this email becuse i am facing too many problem with. Airtel network specifically. For above mentioned land line number. That's y. I mark cc to jio centre also. As they get to know that very soon they will be at Top. In terms of services.

                        I used airtel for more than 2 years now

                        My plan was of 899 and 300 rs discount.

                        My problem is. I have called your customer executive that i want to disconnect my number as i get shifted to Chandigarh. ( Previously i was in Faridabad ). But your customer executive told me that your number is on hold or you will not get any bill unless my number get activated. Again in Chandigarh

                        But. Your customer care executive provided me wrong information always they told me that there senior team will call m within 4 hour. Sometimes. Within 1 hour. And to make our fool they made call for 5 second afterwards. When i tried to call them back i have got. Notification for switch off

                        Technician called me regarding my connection and giving me attitude that he will come by 72 hours. I am not fool. Every conpany is providing. Immidate service but airtel is asking for 7 days. Pathetic service. U just simpe listen. All recordi gs from july onwards. Now i just want to disconnect my num. Or i will never ever use airtel agai. Coz u people are too unprofessional and can't meet customer expectations. Which. Jio can. Jio is taking lead in all terms.

                        Now I don't want to continue with airtel at all thats y i marked cc to ceo and all other higher authorities. Because your customer executive. Is denied to disconnect my num. When i have raised my req on 7th july to disconnect my number they told me that they will not charge me anything. Unless and untill i get my. Connection shift. But so sad because i have received a bill from Airtel. When my num is not in use. I haven't use internet then why should i pay for it ..

                        Worst service provider airtel. Kindly disconnect my number. Now. Or stop my billing cycle. From foday only. Because you peope just giving me silly excuses and telling me about. Worst procedure. I am raising req for disconnection now. I have contacted. Jio service provider they are going to activate my plan. By single day only.

                        Must check all my recording. With your customer executive. Coz i am goona raise complaint in consumer court that how you people make my fool.

                          I m an airtel prepaid customer for the mobile no [protected] for the last 6-7 years. Since the last 4 months i have been having extremely poor network coverage and data speeds despite aduquate talktime balance and data balance. I hv been facing this problem in central delhi and gurgaon. Being a doctor in delhi myself i have an urgent requirement to access the internet many times. Despite multiple complaints in the months of july and august nothing has been done. I need a full compensation of the recharges for balance and data done in the last 4 months. And its pathetic that a brand like airtel which is already the most expensive dan d other brands is giving such poor service. Dey claim the fastest data and network speeds in mountains and hill stations in their advertisement campaign. They need a reality check that they have pathetic network services in delhi and gurgaon.

                            Dear concern,

                            I have recharged on 27 and 28 jul 18 from airtel.in on both day amount (199rs) was deducted from my account but recharged benefit not received, no refund yet received. After calling customer for 35 to 45 times writing mails still there is no solution.

                            Bank has already confirmed with complaint number transaction details for both the truncation were successful towards merchant (Airtel) and provided reference for the same, but airtel people still providing any reference numbers they calling and irrigating asking same problem again and again.

                            Airtel do not have knowledge bale person they even not take responsibility of there online gateway service providers, for there glitch work.

                            Sometimes in my room, its getting 1Kb and below. But After sometime it will get 500kb on same spot. Someone said its signal flestuation or something like that. Help me to solve my issue.

                              I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue about internet access on my handsets and hotspot. Since day before yesterday my internet has stopped working. I stay in gurgaon, dlf phase 3 after reaching home it shows no internet access. Its pathetic that i cannot use any device. I have my office work, i wont able to book cabs because of your pathetic network. Till now it hasn't resolve. I port my number from vodafone to airtel. Its been 2 days but no action is taken against my query. If you guys cannot give best service so kindly don't tell to customers also that you are the best service provider.

                                I got a call from a lady from airtel ([protected]) asking me to port my number to airtel. When my number is already on airtel from past 2 months. I usually get 3 to 6 calls a day for mnp from airtel. I asked the lady why are you calling so many times when my number is already on airtel. Then she started shouting and told shut your mouth and keep the phone. What a great reputation of airtel.

                                  Hi, i had disconnected airtel dongle number [protected] on may 4th 2018 and got a written communication (Email attached) saying services will be disconnected. After that manager from airtel called and they told they will resolve the issue and provide 15 days free service and would not be charging any bill. They have not disconnected the dongle and have charged a monthly rental for june and they are asking me to pay a bill of 950+. First of all i have not used any data (Why should i pay the bill for what i have not used).
                                  I got to know that the dongle is not disconnected when i got a call from executive saying i need to make a final bill payment and airtel dongle is still active. Again once i called the customer care then they have raised a request for cancellation again on 28-june-2018 and sent an email.

                                  Now they are saying i have to pay the bill as waive of is not possible as it is already disconnected. Is it my problem or airtel to resolve this issue.

                                  Kindly resolve this issue.

                                    I have been using airtel since5 years. Yesterday morning by 10am my sim started showing no service. The sim was working at 8am and later it just started showing no service and i didn’t even take out the sim before that. I tried everything and then contacted the customer care. The person told me that my sim is active from their side and that i might have to get a duplicate sim from the airtel store. One of my friends had a similar problem and he later ported the sim. I am a doctor and i lost my one working day due this issue. I did nothing wrong from my side.

                                    Initial call rates was 0.30 paisa per second
                                    My balance was 21.00/- RS
                                    Now Its 2.00 RS/-
                                    Even after register complaints against company call rates they didnt change call rates from 2rs per sec to 0.30 paisa/sec
                                    Also not refunded extra charged money.

                                      I have been using multiple airtel post paid mobile, land line, broadband dth for years together.
                                      Since last 1 year from july 2017, my land line no [protected] bill plan keep on changing from 499 to 699 and now 899 without any consent from my end and bill keep on pilling up without any resolution despite my several request and call to airtel. Every time i am being harassed with bill payment and now it's completely disconnected due to nonpayment of bill.
                                      Also to note, all the commitment made call never translate in to reality rather applied at their own will. The quality of service have been detoriated like never before. Most of the time broadband doesnt work. Dealing from call centre is absolutely unacceptable.
                                      I need this to be resolved and i want my bill plan to reverse to original and settle by adjusting the additional amount taken from me which i dont use and i don't want but i have paid till may 2018 from july 2017. I will clear balance amount and disconnect the broadband and landline. It's a hopeless company now.
                                      The same case with post paid mobile bill plan. They commit something but the bill comes different and bill plan is different. The customer care guys never admit nor resolve anything. They simply confuse and exploit the customer..
                                      The 4g from airtel is a fraud.. Just fool the customer. Never found working as commited and when complained, try to fool the customer by their hippocratic deal. I also want to surrender all post paid connections and move to other service provider.

                                      This now too much with airtel and it's time to exit.
                                      Pls resolve my concerns within a week and close all bills.

                                      I seems a great fool to still continue with airtel for different connection who doesnt even bother to respond to any complaint .
                                      There is no action visible yet from Airtel. This shows the dam care attitude towards consumer exploitation.
