Airtel Postpaid,

I have purchased Airtel Plan for 6 moths data connection with airtel hotpots in December 2017.
Airtel executive told me you are eligible for 6 months Data plan with 35 GB per month by paying cost of RS 3000 including 6 months rental and hotpots device.

Aitel called me in middle of rental period and told me to pay of RS. 450 which is the tax you have to pay, this was not told by Airtel executive while taking plan and device, this way Airtel cheated me. I told to Airtel customer care this is invalid payment and not told me before purchasing.

After 6 months I called to airtel to stop my connection because this is not affording me, still Airtel was sending me monthly rental bill of overdue payment which I have not used, this is invalid bill airtel sent me.

Last month I got call from [protected] to force me to pay overdue amount, I told him all history from starting to end. Airtel person told me that your bill is generated incorrectly, to solve your query I need 2 more days. I told him to sent me an email that we have discussed and about the invalid payment by Aitel postpaid. But till now I have not received any official response, so I ma giving in writing now.

    Date of incident : 18/08/2018 please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with rs 99 for unlimited talktme. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I used paytm). But i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of rs 99. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time. So i am writing you this mail.       Airtel online store is a fraud. Airtel has stoooed so low now to fraudulent activities and is cheating hundreds of innocent custimers in the name of online sales of mobile phones from different brands. Government should take note of it and the mobile phone companies whose handsets are displayed for sale by airtel online should also take legal actions against this fraud.

        I am using airtel cellular phone service for last four years, but now a days when try to make a call i am hearing a sweet voice telling that "all the lines in this route are currently busy". I already given so many complaints about this issue in airtel but no response. According to the trai regulation (If am wrong kindly correct me) i don't think it is acceptable and i am ending up in wasting just trying.

          I had made a recharge of rs 349 through airtel mobile application using upi. The amount has been debited from my account and has been credited to airtel account.               I am a resident of bangalore. I stay in kumaraswamy layout but still there’s no connectivity inside my house. To work with internet, i need to step outside my house. I tried complaining five to six times. The solution i got was to wait and hope they will work on it and they also provided a network link to keep checking the network connectivity in my house which i can’t even open due to the poor network.                 Website by debit card. The amount rs 99 was debited from my account but airtel no. [protected] was not recharged and the amount was not refunded till today. Your services are very very poor. Kindly refund rs.. 99 in to my account soon.

                  I've been getting multiple calls from airtel agents offering me many plans.
                  Even after ignoring them multiple times still im getting calls from the same. Please look into the concern. Almost getting 10 calls a day. I will be raising a petition if this is not stopped. On two of the below numbers getting the calls.

                    I have been getting multiple calls from airtel customer agents regarding airtel offers and all. I've given them feedback stating not interested to take there offers or not interested in there packages. Please look into this. I don't want them calling me every day 10 times atleast. Please black the caller. I will put a petition if calls wont stop.

                        I have recharged my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] on 14th june 2018 448 pack. The amount have been deducted from my credit card account but the recharge was not done. So many times i talked to airtel customer care but till now i did not get my recharged amount back.
                        Recharge amount is : 448/-
                        Till date there is no information about the status of the recharge.
                        So please check and return my recharged amount back as soon as possible. Please look into the matter.

My original number [protected], but wrongly recharge made to [protected]. I have already called Customer Care but they not responding. My request to get my money back or get my mobile recharge

                                    This is regarding my broadband bill in my Airtel connection... I have been using broadband since around a few months now... but later 2 months back I decided to disconnect my connection.. but the people at Airtel don't even care about it!!!, I had asked them during August to disconnect my connection, they took a notice and replied that they will disconnect it soon.. and I had also paid the bill for that month but now even after 2 months I found out that they haven't disconnected my connection and they are asking me to pay 2 months of bill without even upholding their mistake for disconnecting my connection and later today they gave me a call saying that I have to pay that bill at any cost!! even though I used none of it!!!, This is not acceptable...I mean it is my wish if I want to get the connection disconnected right??!!!, but they forcibly want me to continue their services adn pay bills for no reason!!!, I mean it is their fault for not doing so!!!, That is why I want the connection disconnected!!! Or else you guys are asking as a fraud!!!

                                      Airtel are cheaters you are deducting money on ICOn service which was not activated by me and 95 has been deducted. i was using airtel dish and airtel broadband but now will have to stop all your services. was not expecting this from airtel but i guess its all about how to cheat your customers and of they dont notice keep doing this again and again.

                                        Complaint no: 87054491 against the data network raised on 13-Aug-2018.

                                        Mobile no: [protected] I am facing data network issue from past over 2-3 months however from last week I am not able use 1GB data where in my wallet I have 120GB pending data. There is alot of issue in call like disturbance, sudden call drop, sudden network drop. The slowest network of world.

                                        After complaint raised the executive has called to reslove the issue when I was in meeting I have to been told him to call after an hour but I don't see any resolution from your end yet. Could you please take any action. Really fed up with Airtel Network I would rate not even 1 star out of 5 star.
