There is no proper communication of your toll free number of auto recorder sound.. Any amount is speaking either in words or in digit but not in proper way..
It is lyk you are doing this intentionally so that customer misguided.. Disgusting system..
Without taking proper feedback, you have auto recorder voice uploaded... So kindly clarify dth yearly pack.. I am not getting it properly through your toll free number..

    No one is responding calls for long time, in last month dth connection got disconnected 3 trice which i was not able to use. My all money got wasted.
    Now this is the 4th time that i m trying to complain and they are asking money for no reason product is under warranty. Customer care girl name is harshali. Without taking my complaint she has disconnected my call. Very pathetic and frustative service by airtel.

      All services barred on my mobile number. Airtel NDNC Team saying you made a promotional call on[protected], 10:06 hrs but no call is made from my side on given date and time.

      Kindly note i am using my number last 5 years and its been completely and strictly for personal use only. Please help me to resolve the issue and unblocking the number.

      In any case my number hacked for any kind of commercial misuse. Airtel should help me and other to get prevent such kind of fraud instead of just blocking the number without providing solution.

        I have recharged my 10:15am 03/08/2018 rs399 on my airtel number [protected] through idbi debit card it showed transcation failed but my money deducted and then i try once again at 10:21 once again and its done so total money deductected 798 but recharege amount 399 not refunded to me kindly refund me airtel with thanks !!

          There is no internet on my number [protected] & it is a billing number.
          Airtel team is not in the position to provide why internet was enabled on this number, as there is no written nor any voice call to activate the internet on this number.
          This number is running for 5 years without internet & now airtel has charged the internet abruptly on this number, it indicates that the aritel like to reduce the customer base for billing, but why charge customer abruptly for the service not used by the customer?

              I have 02 postpaid mobile nos. Of airtel,
              Both the handsets are used by me. On fateful day of 08th july 2018 around 12.15 pm, i lost my mobile having one of the sim. Request to block the sim was given around 12.40 pm. Subsequently i applied for new sim and new sim was operational by 10th july 2018 and sms service on it was started on 11th july 2018. It seems that i had mobile had tracking function on and alternate no was stored so that once new sim is inserted in lost hand sent, sms will be sent to it with new users no.
              It seems that this functionality not worked well and it has assumed my blocking of no as trigger point to send sms across. As per record, 3673 sms were sent (From 01.42 pm to 10.32 pm) to other nos. @ 01 sms every 08 sec. Similar way 3672 message (From 2.48 pm to 10.23 pm) were sent to cug @ 01 sms every 08 sec. It continued till 11th july till no was dead and stopped once it was made operational. It seems software glitch and lead to undue charges to me.

                When i got a new braodband connection from airtel in october 2017, i opted for 6+1 month plan according to which i had made payment for 6 month service in advance and the service was to be provided for 6+1 months (Total 7 months). But airtel authority updated my profile as monthly rental plan instead of the plan i opted for and has charged me rs. 2010 additionally as a due amount even though i have made my payments in advance. Because of this mistake, my outgoing services are now barred.
                After 5 months long discussions and yelling i finally got to talk to the airtel finance team (Nishcitha, imraan khan, rajesh khanna) and they assured that the waiver off for rs.2010 will be processed and acknowledged the same in an email 10 days ago. The waiver off has not been processed yet and my outgoing services are still barred.

                ICON service has been automatically activated in my phone without any prior notification . Refund the money wrongfully deducted from my account . The services deducted rs 35 instantly. This type of service is not expected from airtel correct your mistake
                My airtel no was lost so I got a new no from airtel store in Chandigarh. But the outgoing and incoming service on it is temporary suspended. I tried to contact customer service but no one listens.
                Really awfull experience. Looking to change to jio.

                  I buy a new airtel number and activated 4g net pack, but from the first day till now i didn't get the 4g speed in my area. Infact 3g speed is also very bad. I checked on airtel speed that shows in this area ten 4g&3g towers are active, then why i can't get the speed properly. And if there is no service in my area then why the hell airtel store vender recharge 4g plan, they simply fool us. And worst part is when i keep on trying to connect with customer service that also not connected.

                    My airtel number is [protected]. I activated international pack for kenya for rs. 3999/- which included 3 gb. I was having bad experience, unable to utilize data and also unable to use calls due to bad signals.

                    Can somebody clarify, what this charges of rs. 3999/ for, if consumer unable to use the services. At the same time, during transition to dubai, some packs have been activated without asking customer and also additional charges on calls.

                    This is totally ridiculous, unable to understand. Your customer executives are unable to provide answer to this. I have made two calls and two executives have different opinion. One says, extra charges have been put during transition over and above the packs and will be waived. Another says no! Bill is right. This is simply not understandable.

                      Dear team,

                      Airtel dth is making false charges on my dth account since last three months.

                      1. I upgraded my base pack from 199 to 300 last month. But they charges 315 as base pack value was changed without any notification.

                      2. After my recharge of base pack, airtel dth charges me 15 inr. Customer care representative said, my account was suspended as i have used my balance and have not recharged my account in advance. They charging me this way since last three months.

                      Request you to escalate this issue to proper authority to fix this issue. So many customers like me are cheated this way.

                            I have switched to airtel from reliance in march, until now the sim card was working fine. But from the past few days my phone has stopped detecting the sim card. I thought it was a hardware issue and got it checked but it came out fine. After that i tried to place sim in another phone in that phone also the sim card wasn't detected. The sim was working fine till i have got unlimited 399 pack with some prior balance of 60 rs. And the sim validity is until year 2038. Please help me.

                              My father recently ported his idea sim to airtel. And it's been 2 days there is no connection available. He's trying a lot since so long to get his problem resolved but still found no solution yet. He went to several operators shops, he called to costumer care but still nothing happened yet. This is really irritating as he's an old person moving here n there to resolve his matter, he is even restrained from getting important calls. What to do! Where to go. We ported to airtel for better service and see where are we stucked. Please help soon.

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding, "airtel secure insurance". Airtel secure insurance, gave a false claim of providing me insurance and not provided me this insurance as they promised plan.

                                Because i had airtel insurance, i had applied any other insurance, due to which i am alreay in rs.90, 000 loss. And now since they are not providing me this insurance, i will have to spend more of rs.80, 000 to purchase a new phone.

                                Last month june 2018, my handset got damaged. For which i contacted airtel. I tried claiming airtel insurance through, airtel app, airtel website, airtel one assit link, and also airtel email to particular team who handles this.

                                I tried claiming this insurance, since the day of damage. I uploaded all the documents for the claim on their airtel app. I was supposed to get a call back from them within 48hr. Which i did not receive, and i called them back.
                                They replied to me saying documents not uploaded. Second time, i uploaded the document, and waited 48hr and not received any call back from airtel. I called them back, they replied document not upload. Third time i uploaded, and waited from then not calls from them. I called back, and they replied documents are not clearly visible. Like this they continued for a month. And finally i mailed them about this issue, they said upload once again. I had uploaded documents more than 7 times. No response from them. So i understood they are not going to provide me this insurance.

                                Finally, i mailed them and said i will be taking this forgery complaint into action for not providing me this insurance. Later, i got immediate call from the airtel secure team, stating one more time you upload document, we will process the insurance.

                                After that i uploaded the documents, once again and i received email from them on 14th july stating my insurance request claim accepted and within 21 days they will do the needful.
                                Immediately, next day 15th july i received email stating, claim rejected. Again, they started to blame stating i have not contacted them within 48hr.

                                According to their terms and condition, i have contacted airtel within 48hr of handset damage. Due to technical issue from their side i was not able to update from my end. And when i contacted airtel regarding this, and they asked me to try from airtel website.

                                And i tried to claim from airtel website, after which again i received and technical issue from their airtel website. For which i contacted airtel and they gave me one link "oneassit" on which i had uploaded document which did not let me edit anything apart from uploading only part of documents.

                                And i also contacted team regarding this, then they gave me a email id of the airtel team, to which i have sent all the documents due to their technical issue.

                                Now at last they have ignored to provide me this insurance. Since one month every day i get call from airtel stating i have not uploaded the required document, even when i had uploaded all necessary.

                                Now after wasting one month of my time, they have rejected my claim, stating delay in intimation. This airtel secure is a fraudlent scheme, fooling customers around and money looting scheme.

                                  Device claim – service request # 3407648

                                  "airtel secure insurance", is giving a false claim of providing insurance and not provided insurance. My airtel plan rs 399, plus tax rs.508 on a monthly basis. This plan includes "airtel secure", which is a insurance scheme against handset damage.

                                  On 31 july 2018, my handset got damaged. I had claimed airtel insurance immediately after my handset got damaged.

                                  I raised claim within 48hr of damage. I uploaded all the documents for the claim. I was supposed to get a call back from them within 48hr. Which i did not receive, and i called them back.
                                  1) first, replied to me saying documents not uploaded please upload once again.
                                  2) second time, i uploaded the document and they called me and said i am supposed to send email on which i must mention handset imie number and some more details and i sent those details as well.
                                  3) third time they called they called and said this is not enough and send a cancelled cheque, so i sent a cancelled cheque.
                                  This way they continued for 13days.
                                  4) finally i got a call from them stating, they are not going to provide me this insurance because my hanset is a second-hand hanset.

                                  No, where in their airtel secure terms and conditions it is mentioned that they don't provide service for second-hand handset. My phone is not even one year old.

                                  If my insurance claim is not valid because this is second-hand handset, then they are wrong at the first place to accept my insurance application for the same handset and claim to provideme insurance for this second-hand handset.

                                  According to their terms and condition, i have contacted airtel within 48hr of handset damage.

                                  Since last two weeks they have wasted my time and now they have rejected my claim, stating its second-hand handset which is not mentioned in their terms and conditions. This airtel secure is a fraudulent money looting scheme, fooling customers in name of scheme.

                                    I contacted airtel for providing me with full details of my current bill plan which includes emi (For an airtel store purchase)+airtel postpaid plan+taxes. As a customer it is my right to know how much i've to pay per month to airtel postpaid assuming i don't change plans, or add boosters, or go over-predefined limits of data/calls/sms and i don't have to wait till bill generation to be given these details to me.
                                    I've contacted airtel customer care and appellate and have given them adequate time to respond to this query.

I faced problem for receiving incoming calls from january2018 onwards and i raise the complaints to airtel customer care via telecommunication and email.in spite of several complaints also not rectified the issues by airtel. I ported the connection from airtel to vodafone on may 2018. I paid bill for january 2018 and february 2018 in spite of non full fill utilisation, after that i stopped payment with written communication to airtel. During this 5 months my reputation eroded due to mobile network issue. Currently airtel raise the complaint to trai and stop the service from vodafone. Kindly take necessary support to me.

                                        Sir,

                                        I am writing from aquatechnics water treatment technologies pvt ltd and my letter is regarding the porting of our 16 cell numbers from idea cellular. I have been in touch with mr. Rijo mathew[protected] for the said porting, he collected our docs and informed us the porting request has done from airtel. But we haven't received any information from idea regarding the submission or rejection of porting request. The poring code was expired in 04.08.2018. We strongly believe that the porting requested was not submitted to idea and in past 5 day nobody has contacted from airtel.

                                        We would like to know the status by a mail. Also consider this as an instruction to return the document collected if you are not interested in providing us service.
