I recently changed my old 3g sim to a new 4G nano sim with the same no. My aadhar verification was done and sim was provided from a local airtel store. After 24 hours the sim got activated and I was able to make and take calls. However the SMS services are not working. I am unable to send or receive any SMS on the number. I have added money of 200 Rupees to my airtel payments bank wallet on 9th July 2018 through my SBI debit card. I've even received a message that the money was debited in regard of POS AIRTELMONEY at AIRTELMONEY txn#[protected]. But when I saw the wallet it is not credited with any amount. The money was not even reflected in my bank account after 8days. Please help and solve this issue as early as possible....

I have raised complaint to Airtel through customer care on friday 13th July that DTH is not working, they gave me multiple slots that service engineer will visit and till today after 5 days none of the engineers visited and issue is still open. I have called more than 10 times to them but no response .Airtel always commited that they will send someone but its all false promises.Very pathetic service from airtel....

I am completely pressure going to depressed feeling like commit suicide due because of this cheap tactics/micro conditions of AIRTEL and idea which they put me unreached/unable to send or receive messages .
I couldn't explain in short...pls help me asap else I will undergo depressed and feeling suicide.

I spoke many times they r not allowed to relieve from this -ve mood.

My number was in safe- custody. I tried to extend my safe custody by paying its charge at myairtel website. At that time I came to know that my number is deactivated. I contacted customer care, they told my number has been deactivated and I need to reissue my number.

As per rule if I had not paid safe custody charge, they should have started my services and charged on the basis of my plan. But they deactivated it on the day...

I am trying to port to other company so that I send the message from my Ariel SIM card but no further UPC is coming in return. I contacted with the customer care and Ariel store too but they also sais the Same procedure. Thats why I want to complain here and want a UPC for further porting to another network. In my Airtel prepaid sim, there is neither incoming and outgoing of calls possible, nor messages are recieved and send. But Net is working. Internet is slow but still working.
There is a seriously great problem of network for incoming and outgoing calls.
So, please solve the problem as soon as possible because it's causing a great issue. Sometimes calls are working and sometime it's been cut by showing Call Ended....

Sir i have given disconnection of my telephone on 6-7-2018 itself, and the chennai management side has talked about, and i told that i have shifted my business to another place so disconnect my telephone. but still now it is in active condition.

I am in Almaty, Kazakhstan right now. I recharged my airtel number with international roaming pack but I am unable to make calls to India. whenever I am trying to make call, I am getting a message as 'outgoing calls barred'. I checked my phone settings also but I don't have nay such option called 'call barring' in my phone. Request you to help and resolve this issue at the earliest...

Your services have become Worst for the last one week. We have to dial at least 3 to 4 times to get the talk clear. It has been becoming one way on majority of time & it irritates the consumers. If you can not provide the services for which you were famous before the Jio Telecommunication entered the communication Network, then you should tell your unhappy consumers for porting their numbers....

Airtel activates some unasked for service periodically and deducts substantial amounts each time. They provide a number 1552230 for stopping the unasked for service but never refund the money deducted. Recently they deducted 35 rupees out of my balance for activating an ICON service but did not refund the 35 rupees later after I requested the service to be stopped. Isn't this plain stealing. This is not the first time. No wonder some people...
