Same with me. I tried to stop all auto renewal packs, sending an sms stop to 155223. But did not worked.in airtel app also in manage services activate/deactivate dnd option is there, but no option to deactivate auto renewal packs. This happened in landline phone also earlier with me, without my consent they upgraded to higher pack, when i made complaint, they said current plan is not available now. When i said then stop plans i do not want airtel, then suddenly they corrected to old plan.
These guys are money suckers.
God should see them, no not god, trai should see, as in our case trai is the god.

    My airtel prepaid mobile [protected] service stopped working from past 1days due to the error simcard registration failed. Tried using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting airtel customer care many times and none bothered to look in to this matter.

    I had already sent many emails to the airtel appellate authorities and a lady named rukhshar ali replied saying that my alternate number is not reachable. When i replied to her email saying "stop lying" and start resolving the problem. She then sent an email requesting for all non relevant questions like, hows the voice clarity, how many towers are displayes, what does the cell info display status shows and so on. Finally she asked me for the sim number which i sent through an email. I have never got an update and my phone is dead for more than 1 days now. This is not acceptable since this is the main number my family and relatives use to contact. I have also raised a complaint through airtel www.airtel.in/airtelpresence and no response till date.

    Since it is too late i want some higher authorities from airtel to look in to this and do the needful asap. I want airtel to compensate for the loss that they have made to me and should pay for the difficulties i had to gone through because of their poor service.

      Below is the mail which i had to finally write to the highest escalation authority in airtel but still these guys didn’t respond:

      First of all, it is very disappointing that i need to reach out highest escalation authority. But this situatuoon has occurred because of very unprofessional behaviour out of airtel perssonnels of different stature.

      I believe, by this you may have already been informed by your internal teams, but if not, then here is the brief what has happened as part of pathetic service is have received from airtel.

      Because of very high urgency, i discussed and booked airtel high speed broadband service yesterday. It was committed by sales representative-‘venkatesh puvvada’ that i will get my active connection yesterday itself by evening 5:00 pm. I cross-confirmed multiple times with him and he mentioned that as it is closing of july month, so definitely i will get connection lately by 9:30 or 10:00 pm. He was very eager to collect in collecting documents and advance money from me. I did whatever he asked me to do. Even though i had doctors appointment at 5, if met doctor earlier only and made myself available by 5:30 pm and informed venkatesh regarding my availability, half an hour early, at 5:00 pm himself, exactly what he asked me to do. No one contacted me around 5:30 pm. I messaged him between 5:30 and 6:00 pm regarding status update but didn’t respond anything else that saying his is in meeting and confirematon to get the connection done. I have record of this conversation. Then i talked to venkatesh again at 6:15 pm and he said he will get this done in few hours and update me by 7:15 pm. I kept on waiting for him till 9:00 pm but no response. Because of no internet i missed my super urgent meeting which has caused me loss of rs. 5000/-. I messaged venkatesh at around 9:00 pm itself to stop processing my request because i already have missed the meeting. And asked him to refund my money by 11:00 am next day. As usual, there was no response from him. Then i called him around 9:15 pm last night to inform the same. Initially he didn’t respond but later he said he can get the connection done in few mins. I was waiting for his response till 10:30 pm but nothing happend and when finally he answered my call, he mentioned to call at airtel customer care for money refund.

      With this fraud, i tried calling last night but couldn’t succeed. Today, at around 9:30 am, i was finally able to connect with airtel support. After going through round of multiple long hold, i was connected with ms. Hinduja, floor supervisor. I asked her for immediate refund so that i get internet connection with other providers. I don’t have other budget for internet connection and i have to use this money, stuck at airtel, for internet connection. She mentioned about long list of policies and it appeared that airtel is not going to return my money. After long discussion with her, it was finally committed by her that she will share an update regarding my connection by 12:00 pm. For this update and get connection, i had to postpone my office login because i am in super urgent need of internet connection because tonight again i have meeting and failing to attend it will cause me loss of another rs. 5000/-. Again, because of airtel personnel failing to keep their commitment, i only had to call them back. This time i was connected with mr. Gautam gopinath, floor manager and escalation manager. After great rounds of holds, mr. Gautam presents a completely new story. So far there were some technical issues because of which the committed internet connection was not provided to me. This time mr. Gautam mentions that some regional manager had informed him that the security at my apartment complex are not allowing airtel technicians to get the connection done. This theory emerged after such long periods and i was not even informed that some from my apartment security is preventing them from anything. Also, during the call it appeared that someone is calling me. They could be airtel technicians, i am not sure, but they didn’t call me in the agreed time frame of 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. I was waiting asking to mr. Gautam while i was on my way to office. At times he was saying to give him 20-30 mins to get regional manager in call and get the problem solved and other times he was saying it is not possible to get it done today. Finally, i informed him that if i can be compensated of loss which o had yesterday and which i will have today, i can wait for tomorrow but he couldn’t validate it.

      Why there is no value of time and money at airtel. Didn’t we learn that in professional world, if we give words and commit something, we have responsibility of that. These all are missing at airtel and i don’t want go with such unprofessional service provider.

      I expect at least the personnel at this highest escalation level will have some decency and value towards their work, word and commitment. You will revert back to me at the earliest.

      You may do needful,
      1. Compensate for my loss and return my money immediately so that i go with other vendor
      2. Compensate for my loss and get the connection done at the earliest
      3. Let me know about other options like online forums, consumer court, etc. To get a proper and timely resolution

      You should listen to conversation i had with airtel representatives and take necessary actions to rectify these issues.

        I m getting huge network problem complaint a lot time no solution till now. Full day i use to change my network 2g then 3g then 4g then again 3g some how it works for few minute further it again comes to emergency call only, no service. Its too irritating at all. Even outcoming calls are stopped almost it comes in inbox by miss call alert. It can be adjusted for few days or week also but not month after that i m facing it from 4-5 months. Complaint approx 10-15 time on care, online both medium but there is no solution. There last words are wait for 72 hrs it will b working but there 72 hrs doesn't over just get fed up of this network after the over of this recharge going to port my number very soon.
        This is the only solution.
        Very slowest network i have ever faced.
        Ads are totally faked.

          Hey this is jugal here and i am using samsung j7 prime. I want ask you the management of airtel what are you guys doing just taking the salary. No customer satisfactions. What kind of service airtel providing to customer. Tell me one thing when data is on can it show you are offline??? * bharati airtel. I had complained many times but still not resolved.

            Iam getting an error 536 when try to dial *121# or [protected] or any other numbers. I am not able to register for an account in airtel for online services and change plan. I am not able find my credit of rs.10/- talk time and any other details.

            Also got the message on screen airtel enter 23 and provide 1 gb free for 28 days dial 51111 or press ok to confirm. We trt to both the way to get the benefit of the same. But that also effective on service.

            Suggestions: all major telephone company provide chat options on there applications but in airtel there is no options at all.

            Anyway please reply asap

              Dear sir,
              Airtel is the worst service provider in roorkee uttarakhand. I am a student of iit roorkee. Since last month i have registered more than 10 complains regarding my number. Still, i didn't get any help from airtel. Even the customer care executives don't have a manner to talk to their customers.

              Airtel is selling cheaper sim to iit students but in terms of service, the airtel is simply the worst company.

Its shows UMTS 3G is this the way network Connectivity. Where as jio has super 4g network n speed is in creditable. Planning to port the no to jio

                  I have been using Airtel post-paid since 2 year and my number is [protected] but last few month I am facing the issue of call drop/low data speed/network fluctuation issue.

                  Some time when I am trying to call someone getting No Signal message this is happing last 1 month. I am totally frustrated why I am paying rental every month?
                  I have raised the network related compliant to Airtel so many times the network team came to my place and took the survey.

                  They also faced the network issue. Sent the report to concern team. After that there is no proper resolution for my issue till date every time they replied my network team is working on that.

                  My current Location: Ace Aspire, Noida Extension -201306

                    I had recharged my airtel no., [protected], today, i.e. 1 August, 2018, through the sbi online app of rs199. The messege also came through stating that the amount has been deducted but the recharge has not come through. I would be great if this is resolved soon.

                      I need this service to stop and my money refunded back.

                      ADOFGAMES value added service enabled automatically and charged Rs.80 for 20 days subscription. It is without my consent.

                      When I complained, AIRTEL support person, he says that refund is not possible.

                        For the last 2 days, I havent been able to call anybody without the cross connection problem. I call someone and someone else picks up. Also the number I have called gets a call from my number later but with someone else speaking.
                        I tried calling 121 for this, but it says that my number is invalid and wont let me connect.
                        It feels like my number has somehow been given to someone else. It is very troubling as I cannot even call Airtel customer care as it wont let me.

                          I don't know why airtel is called as india's fastest network when it should called as india's slowest network. No network can't use internet damn slow, call drops voice break. I hv also complained by till now nothing happened and top of that it became more laggy can't play games very slow. I ll wait for one more month if still the same i ll port my number to vodafone. Very disappointing.

Automatically activating "Airtel superstore service" and its by fraud activating without informing the customer. Better they can Beg a penny from every bus stops.
                          Call drop, call divert, call silent response, data can't use in my home network, four time customer complain without response and net can't use please good network connection totally very very poor please solve my issues

                            Mob.no.[protected] was registered in my wife's (Mrs. Neelam Kumari) as postpaid one. My plan 299/- with special discount worth Rs.50/- . Suddenly internet stopped on 25.12.18 although I had almost 40 GB balance data in my account. The internet couldn't be restored in after so many complaints. Finally my wife decided to migrate from postpaid to prepaid service. I made a request to my nearest store BOKARO MALL, Sector 3, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand in Jan. after paying an outstanding bill worth Rs.687/- as pre the system. Mr. Hassan the concerned executive at BOKARO MALL procecced all necessary things. The old SIM got deactivated as per the system but new SIM for prepaid service has not yet been activated . Moreover, the system shows an outstanding bill worth Rs.269/- again.
                            Dear Sir, it has harassed us very deeply. So, It is my earnest request to make necessary arrangement so that My wife may get this no. against either as a prepaid/ or postpaid at an earliest.

                              I was suprised to see i got deduction message again today 01-Aug-2018 and some else have lifted my calls and i got debited. Airtel message attached screenshot.

                              HOW CAN YOU OR YOUR TEAM DONOT KNOW IF OTHER PERSON IS GETTING MY CALLS AND AM I GETTING CALL LIFT ROAMING CHARGES ?
                              REFUND THE BALANCE DEBIT.
                              THIS IS VERY BAD FROM AIRTEL customer service called and they are not even able to trace how is lifting and responding my calls, ...

                                The Airtel-Online wallet app had an offer to Recharge and when I clicked on the link to see an offer.. The no got recharged and the money was deducted by itself from my wallet... How to retrieve this money back.

                                  I do not have airtel broadband connection, some one have mentioned my no has owner of it who is supposed to be "mr. Muniswamay" and he has not paid the respectives bills.
                                  I get more than 5 times follow up calls, i have informed more than 100 times your calling person. They do not note that information and keep distrubing me.
                                  Along with customer care calls and machine automated calls are directed to my phones.

                                  The amount in the airtel payment cannot be transacted or used for recharge.when there is no problem for crediting the money, debit is not allowed by airtel.I want my money back from airtel payment bank.

                                  Sir, we do not have any company signals of Airtel and others in our area due to which we are facing a lot of difficulties and want to set up a tower of Airtel in their land, so please let me know what can be possible.

                                      Sir airtel mobile service provider dwara mere mobile no [protected] par morning 03:53am date 31 july ko unlimited gamez service ke according charge rupees 35 deduct kar liya gaya hai jis time par charge katauti ki gayi us time par me so raha tha jab subah jag kar mobile dekha to 35 rupees balance deduct hone ka massage dekhkar surprise ho gaya customer care par call karne ka pray as kiya parantu nahin laga aaj customer care par complain ke liye call lagaya to customer care representative ne katauti ko legal bata kar complain resistered karne se mana kar diya aap hi bataiye kya koi sote samay service activate kar sakta hai ath aap se nivedan hai deduct kiya gaya balance return karwane ki kripa karen dhanyawad

                                      Bill amount each month is high but the network is always down. the internet speed is very low
                                      Internet connection is very poor in 4g airtel.net not working. I complaint customer care but not solve my problem. Ghaziabad sanjay nagar circle in Delhi NCR India

                                        Sir I have paid RS 324 on 1August 2018 through my airtel App to get unlimited calls/SMS and internet for 84 days but I have not yet received RS 50 cashback, my no is [protected] kindly help me
                                        25-07-18 was my date of incident

                                        i am recharged with RS99 from airtel bank acc but recharge was done and money also deducted in my account.

                                        and in my bank account also did not showing the deduction and also not showing balance with that rs99

                                        iam requesting a return money
