My plan - airtel 4g prepaid 82 days 2gb / day mobile no. [protected] city-kanpur, u. P.

On so many complaints (In apx 20 days) to airtel customer care through 198, c care person informed that there is some issue in airte mobile network and will be solve in few days, but nothing is changed in network yet, internet is not running or some time connected / not connected very slow running.
Very bad / third class internet service by airtel, unable to solve issue.

    Hi airtel,

    As i have heard airtel is claiming to be the fastest network in india, whereas i myself who live in one of the fastest growing metro city in the world that is bangalore is facing issues with the network. Claiming to be the fastest network seems to be a joke played on the customers.
    I recently got ported from idea postpaid to airtel, i have no other way to move out of this network before 3 months. So i'm left with no other option here.

      I am having 4 airtel numbers. All numbers have same network issue.

      I called several time to customer care. But they are just giving promises to resolve the complain within 2 days. Around 20 days happens but no resolution.

      This issue is in t c palya bangaluru. I need solution not their false promises.

      Recently i have ported my number so till 3 month i can't port it to other vendor as well.

        Or else guide me to set any settings for accessing net on my mobile.. I am facing a lot of trouble daily.

          'congratulations. Voice rc22 local a2a 20p/m 27 day now has been activated on your mobile number' : this was the message i received on 3 aug 2018 11:46 am. But i had not confirmed that service. I was watching my offers on my mobile and did not reacted to any offer and suddenly i got a message written above. They not even confirmed the service, then how could provide the service without my confirmation. I want to complain about them and want my money back.

              case for the fraud sms job by the airtel computer operator

              Acutally my brother seen in the newspaper about the airtel sms job so he contact with the number given on that then then they about the rules and they told to pay 2100/- as a regustration fees and in which 2000 will be refunded but after payment they tell everytime new rules and regulation about that and they tell my brother to pay some amount and they will refund all amount and when my brother didn’t want to do that job they ask for...

              I initiated a recharge of rs.509 from net banking bill pay on 2nd of august, 2018. Money has been deducted from my account and i got a message that recharge will be initiated but recharge not received and no further messages received nor my money is refunded.

              Please check and refund my money.

                मैं विपन कुमार पुत्र श्री प्रेम चन्द, वार्ड नम्बर -३, घर नम्बर -५५७, थाना रोड, भिखि ( मानसा ) का निवासी हूँ । मैं पंजाब स्टेट में रहता हूँ । मैं पिछले १०/१२ सालों से एयरटेल कम्पनी का सिम कार्ड यूज़ कर रहा था, अचानक कम्पनी वालों ने मेरा नम्बर ये बताकर पर्मनेंट्ली बंद कर दिया कि अापने अपना सीम नम्बर पिछले 90 दिन से बंद किया हुआ था, जबकि मैंने अपना नम्बर एक दिन वी नहीं बंद किया था । मेरा मोबाइल नम्बर - [protected] है । मैं एक बिज़्निस्मैन आदमी हूँ, मेरा यह नम्बर मेरे नज़दीकी सभी के पास मोजूद था । जिस दिन से यह नम्बर बंद हुआ है - मुझे बोहत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है । मेरी आपसे यह बेनती है कि मेरी यह प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व की जाए । मेरे से कॉंटैक्ट करने के लिए मेरे दूसरे नम्बर पे कॉल वी कर सकते हो, मेरा दूसरा मोबाइल नम्बर - [protected] है | मुझे आपसे मेरा नम्बर दुबारा से चालू करने की पूरी - पूरी उमीद है ।

                  I was unable to receive international sms and i logged the complaint, the contact center was not able to resolve and the technical guys reach out without any solution asking the same questions again and again.

                  The problem has been escalated and was told the min sla is 4 days which in todays technology era is not acceptable and airtel service in this regard is very disappointing.

                  I was told to change the sim and i changed the sim and was told the sms facility would activated after 24 hours which is rediculous as the sim change was asked by the technical support team.

                  Today i spoke to salim in the contact center and he again asked me to explain the issue to him which every airtel person asks without checking the records. He nullifies the issue escalation date to yesterday 02aug18 and states that i had changed the sim and the sms would get activated in 24 hours which he repeats like a parrot without understanding the date on which the escalation started. I asked him to connect to his manager and he informs me that they are not available. Is this not rediculous that managers are not available to talk to customers on issues. Is this the way airtel supports their customers. Absolutely unsatisfied on the support of airtel.

                  This kind of support to the customer i would recommend to my friends and my contacts not to go for airtel.

                    Ok! I'm facing the networking issues. I don't know y u peoples r so failure to solving on this matter. Most of time my network is out of reachable n specially, when i'm using internet. It's can't reach the 4g network n wl about 3g is useless just an # hole no serving capability to load on. I know u guys r working on upgrading. But, in our region ur services is not good enough to get our flux.
                    An as a airtel user i hope u the people or entrepreneur ll take the responsible by initiate work for the betterment of the people. Even, for at ur self growth n fame. Not like the other pvt company lmt.

                      The coverage of 4g in my home is soo weak. I hv complained many times but there is no any responses comes out from airtel.

                      Also the data speed is very low.

                        I have recently ported from Vodafone to Airtel and I feel it was a big mistake. The 4g speed of Airtel is very slow. In the same place and same phone model, Vodafone gives 30 mbs speed while Airtel gives 2 mbs speed. It’s horrible. I will port back to Vodafone as soon as possible.
                        I hope Airtel rectifies this or they will lose many customers.

                          I hv been using and recommending people airtel from last 10 years. But these guys dont miss a single chance to disappoint me.
                          Their network and internet sucks every time.
                          These guys are claiming to be the fastest network, lying on national television. Someone should take sm legal steps against these fraudsters.
                          If i need to go some higher authrities. I will as we are paying them and expect in return

                            Why are you cheating the customers on 3g and 2g internet speed. On 3g network you are providing 2g speed probably 10 to 20 kb per second and on 2g network there is no speed. So i suggest you to provide the real speed in 2g and 3g network. If you are unable to provide the real speed, why are you saying a slogan airtel india's fastest network. You should provide the service as your slogan otherwise you should giv up the slogan.

                              4G service stops working during the night time. It literally took me 15 minutes to load a page on my airtel application just to file a complaint. You people claim to provide the best 4G network and the download speed is even below 30 kbps during night time. I have been using Airtel Network from a long time and i am very disappointed that i cant work on my important work at night due to the poor services provided

                                wrong postpaid bill plan activation and wrong bill amount

                                Around 50 days back i ported my mobile number from vodafone to airtel. I opted for airtel postpaid plan of rs.499/month. At the end of first month, when the bill was generated, it was of amount 3023.47. On calling the customer care, they informed that it was an advance rental plan (Rs. 2499) that was by mistake activated by airtel and asked be to pay rs.588 for my opted plan (Which i paid) and the excessive amount will be waived off.                                 Hi... I am using airtel prepaid connection from over one year now... I am quite satisfied with the services provided... However from past 4 days there is no 3g data working... Mobile is showing full 3 g signals however there is no internet connection.. If im at a place where 4 g signals are available its working totatly fine... Can u please solve this issue...

                                  Scammers Beware!

                                  I am getting repeated calls from the following numbers for last couple of months. Same scammers call me ( approx 3 people ) 20 times every day and try to sell me credit cards, offer loans and a lot of other things.

                                    I have been an airtel customer for many years now and i have just migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid for an important reason.But for nearly 3 weeks i have not been able to make any outgoing calls or sms to any number even to 121.i have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation.
                                    I changed my sim again but still same problem exist. I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTGOING CALLS OR SMS..however my incoming sms and calls are working fine..

                                    The customer care just does not know what the problem is and what could be the solution ..they hang up many times with rude replies(which i make a call from my freind's number ) ..i have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one knows the solution to my problem.I want an action to be taken immediately.I am fed up of this horrible service. No calls to customer care and no mails to airtel is working.
