With reference to above mentioned subject i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service of airtel. I have recharged my mobile with rs 99 where i get 100 gb as special offer which is shown on my airtel app.

I have recharged the same and after some time that said data benefit is credited in my account but i am sorry to say after some time when i checked it is showing only 1 gb which is next to impossible.

I haven’t use any data so far then how can it is possible my all data will be consumed and only 1 gb is remaining.

I am sharing the screenshot for your reference and request you to please credit 99 gb in my account.

Moreover i have escalated this to many time to ceo but no one bother to revert moreover resolution is not yet given by them..

    I've subscribed for night cashback offer two days ago. I was supposed to receive 50% of the data used between 12 am-6 am but i didn't. I've the sms confirmations that my night cash back is activated. I want to know why you send confirmation sms to a service when you're not able to give the service in first place. I want 50% of my used data back as well as per the plan. A quick response will be appreciated.

      Dear sir/mam, i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile by ₹ 399/- through my airtel app on 26th july 2018. Which is an unlimited plan, but i cannot neither call anyone nor able to use data. I complained about this problem to customer service but they're said to wait for 24 hours since 27th july 2018 till today 5th august 2018.
      I want my problem to be solved. Thank you. Sanjay, okhla phase 1, new delhi

        I am using AIRTEL service with my mobile. I want to recharge with the amount offer of Rs. 399/- and my main balance is Rs. 407/- but they are not allow to deduct this new recharge from main balance. My previous service provider was telenor and now it has become AIRTEL. Telenor company was allow to do a recharge from main balance. This is unfair.

          I have a postpaid connection @ monthly rental rs.200/- and call charges. I received a call and my plan was changed to plan infinity family plan 799. I used it for a month but i dont like this plan. I am a retired sbi official and can not afford this scheme. I want to revert to my earlier plan as monthly rental rs.200/-. I request yo to please revert to my earlier scheme. Confirm me in 1 days otherwise i shall be free to leave your services and take services of some other mobile operator. I wold expect a mail to this effect on my email [protected]@gmail.com yo should send the details plan on email and take consent to change the plan yo are doing this over mobile only which is not fair.

            Your service is really worst i haven't seen such a poor service before... Your network is not at all available if i want to call some emergency number i'm unable to contact.. And even if no on can call me because of poor connection... Please improve it or otherwise i will change it... Please improve your service... The network is really poor and sometimes it doesn't shows the network i am really fed up of your service please improve it or i have to change it to another service it is really poor and weak...

              Hello.. I was interested about broadband connection. So i submitted a request in airtel app.. And i got the call from them on august 2nd and i submitted the i'd and few docs and paid the amount of 999. They told me it will done with in saturday aug 4th morning and so i planned according to that.. But on aug 4 th i was kept on calling them. Not even a answer or not even a response from them. Simply spoiled my whole day and even after multiple texts i whatsapp.. Not even a response from them. I can see they have received and seen my texts. Are they fooling the customers and people's time and value. I will suggesy my friends and circle to avoid airtel hereafter. And i need proper refund immediately. My transaction i'd. Dear customer your airtel product payment txn id :[protected] of rs : 999.0 is processed successfully. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

                Replaced my sim with new sim on 3rd july 18 and was said that sms will start after 24 hrs but yet not started. I have restarted my mobile d checked all the settings of phone.. Also tried to contact via calls on 121 but not reached to any customer care executive. Plz resolve this issue or gjve me a right solution to this or otherwise i have to switch to other company..

                  This is regarding the activation of my new SIM card which is a replacement sim as I got my number blocked a week ago.
                  On Monday, 30th July, I purchased a new sim from a local retailer. Airtel's support staff kept on saying that the SIM card will be activated in another 24hrs, 4hrs, 1 hour and so on; which never happened. Several calls were made by us during the period but to no avail. They kept on convincing the same till Friday, 3rd August; after which I was told to purchase another new replacement SIM from their Airtel store, specifically.
                  There were no Airtel stores in close proximity, however, I took the pain to travel some distance to visit the Airtel store for the same. I got a new sim and completed the formalities there, after which I was assured that the sim will activate in another 4 hours, which of course never happened.
                  I have called their support staffs innumerable times since then but still they failed to get my sim activated.
                  Even now, I've been convinced that in an hour they'll get it done.
                  They have no idea about the troubles we are facing. Contacting the customer care service for infinite number of times and still not getting the issue resolved.
                  Because of their careless attitude, all my important calls and messages I've been missing since a week, which is causing a lot of inconvenience.
                  Apart from all of it, I am unable to understand what is so difficult in activating a mere SIM card rather why are they making it sound so impossible?
                  They better get this issue resolved and get my number activated right now, and if not, then I'm done with Airtel.

                    I had lost my cell phone on 31st july 2018 and informed your call centre to block the sim card.
                    On 2nd august, i visited for the first time, the airtel gallery at naupada, thane to get a new sim card. I was issued the same on payment of rs 25 and was informed that it will get activated in 4 to 24 hours.
                    Since it had not got activated till today i. E. Even in 48 hours, i again visited the same office second time at 11.30 am today. The office issued me a new sim card stating that, due to some technical issue, the previous sim could not be activated.
                    I got a message on my cell phone within about 2 hours that ` your services have been set. Please restart your hand set.`.
                    However even second time, my new sim card has not been activated yet. I am unable to understand the failure of 2 sim cards to get activated.

                      My airtel broadband connection number is 41134084. It is in the name of my son k. B. Ajit kumar who lves in the uk. On 1-3-2018 i requested airtel to put my broadband connection n safe custody as i left for the uk the same day. On[protected] returned back to bengaluru and asked to them to deactivate the safe custory. Now airtel has raised bill for safe custody (Rs. 500 per quarter) as well as another bill in april as per my regular plan and insisting on payment every day despite my explaining the facts.

                      Instead of punishing the concerned for raising two bills for same period, asking me to pay it is ridiculous, foolish and beyond anyone's imaginaton.

                        Hello, i was interested in the installation of airtel broadband connection at home and i had called their representative raju ([protected]) and he came home immediately. He had asked me to fill the form and provide a form of id along with a payment link that was sent to my cell phone for the credit card payment and i was charged inr 4201 and transaction id was 80291231. He had assured me that he will make sure the connection will be done the same day thursday august 2nd but unfortunately that did not happen. I waited until the next day and i called him up and he was not answering the phone and i ended called another airtel person by the name raghava ([protected]) and he had informed me to call his manager/supervisor on ([protected]) and complain.in fact he had put me on conference call with his supervisor and asked me to express my experience. I did inform him that i will need to get my connection today as i was to leave overseas on saturday (August 4th). Unfortunately no one has come to my house to do the installation. I would not want to avail the service anymore and i would appreciate if i could have the full amount refunded to my credit card account immediately. I would appreciate if this is resolved immediately. Thank you in anticipation.

                          I am here today to raise my concerns over the airtel mobile services.

                          When i fed up with vodafone (Was with 8+ years) an year back due different reasons. I thought airtel was good choice for long term and opted airtel mobile service but in recent time (Past 3 months) - have been experiencing very bad services.

                          1) first and foremost is "all channels are busy" - what the hell is this? Are you living in the world where you can call at any time and use your super computers or going back to 90s? It was happened n no. Of times to me - in a day at least 4 times that too when i really need to talk with someone.

                          2) second, the customer services that airtel is providing - it's getting worst day by day in my experience for past 1 year (Not so long period :)). Best example - last night i had been activated 1 day data plan (Rs:- 49/-) around 11:30 pm and it got expired after few min not even used much data - i connected to so called voice support but i was told that the day plan validity is 1 day as calendar changed it got expired - just rechared few minutes to calerdar change so. What a ridiculous this is? Not a great support i got as i tried to reach manager to raise my concern but no one was available (Mgr was busy) and was told that i need to call them again in next day morning for more details on plan. What a joke that is? I needed data for emergency but to get it back i have to wait for 7 hours - i was not convinced with their explanation and again reached support, finally had a chance to talk manager - explained my view of 1 day plan. Luckily i recharged using the airtel official webpage, provided my transaction id to him, information is not clear for 1 day plan so i stick with my point that offer should work for 1 day not based on calendar. Finally got 3g data after 1 hour discussion. Thanks to him and his efforts. It took almost an hour time to solve the issue - that too i dialed twice and put my efforts.

                          3) when you mention 1 day in your official page - what does that mean? 24 hours or same day in calendar? If it is validated for 1 day why can't you mention that offer will be expired on same day at 11:59 pm?

                          Hope my concerns are valid and will be addressed.

                            I've already lodged this complaint with Airtel customer care several times in the last one year. But no resolution has been provided till date.
                            Once again I'm briefly telling you the issue, Since the day the have started using this number ([protected]) which i earlier bought in Jammu then after moving to Delhi this number was transfered in Delhi (NCR) circle, whenever I'm roaming with this number my outgoing message service is barred and now since yesterday morning my outgoing message service is completely barred after making some complaints again, since today morning I'm able to send message to some numbers but can't receive the message from the same number.

                              Actually yesterday i add balance to airtel wallet to recharge my mobile no. But i didn't remember my mpin. So i fallow the procedure to reset my mpin but in that they tell that your birth year is miss matching and they can't help any more.. I don't understand what should i do. I m ready to give my full detail but the representative of airtel toll free no 400 can't help me so plzz help me

                                For last 4 months, i am experiencing frequent disconnect on my 4g lte usb datacard. I have to work on my company vpn and any signal packet drop will cause my vpn to break. Thus leaving me in difficult situation.

                                I have verified by pinging many servers to check connection stability & observed 'time out request' error confirming issue source at airtel.

                                I raised multiple complaints[protected], 86680466 etc) but no...

                                I have reachage with 30 rs dated 04/8/2018 but airtel compnay automatic deducted 25 rs for the service of ganakhajana.but i did not activated this type of sevice.actually last one month i did not do any type of recharge so how can i activate this type of service.please follow up these complaint as soosn as and return back my deducted amount.othervise i will go court for only 30 rs.its not just 30 rs but it is that your coustomer care person says this service activated by me whenever i am using JIO number.

                                  This is to notify you that I'm using Airtel from 1year and I'm facing lot of problems in network connection.
                                  Whenever I play online game the internet speed is 980ms which is very poor and the game lags.
                                  The sim also gets suspended while playing the online games.
                                  And my smsc number is also not registered and whenever I try to submit the number it fails.
                                  So kindly solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise I'm SWITCHING MY NETWORK.
                                  The ookla test you guarantee for the best internet speed, . I'll consider it is as fake.

                                      What is this fitonza service... I never activated any service on my phone... But on the name of any stupid fitonza service 35 rs was deduced from my balance... I dont want this service... I need my balance... So solve this problem immediately and give me my 35 rs back on my account... When i will get my 35 rs back... Please be faster...
