We are receiving deliberate dirty pornographic messages from the mobile number [protected]. The owner of this airtel karnataka gsm number is an absolute pervert and inspite of our regular warning wrong whatsapp messages and calls keep pouring in my wife's mobile number all day long and in the wee hours of night. We are absolutely fed up with this number [protected] who is a complete mental and psychopathic trouble...

This is regarding account [protected] airtel broadband took advance rental plan till now they didn't give connection and after 15 days they are coming and saying due to technical reasons we are not able to provide the connection we will refund in 9 days. Any transfer in india will be done in 24 hours but for airtel they are taking 9 days. When i said that why you didn't tell me before telling nonsense answers and when i ask i want my amount immediately then they turned into we will give you connection so means they have possibility and they don't give. Just think like this how many customers amount they take and earning interest on that amount and if we pay late they do late payment charges and now they can do any late but they don't give money on time what type of drama it is.. Don't take any connection from airtel they cheat people please help me to resolve the issue.

I want my plan to be active by now or otherwise I will change my number to jio or Vodafone .

    I’ve recieved a call from an unknown number asking for my details and saying that I’m a mobile hacker. The person told that he’s an inspector his name is Sanjeev yadav and he knew my name and address. He sent my address on Whatsapp then he deleted the message after few minutes. His mobile number is +91 [protected].
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I transacted at airtel for the offer as per screenshots attached at 1:30am today (6-8-18) but after around 20 hours found the cashback was not credited to my airtel wallet account. I had written an e mail to the wecare e mail address but some naman verma replied absurd without even seeing the screenshots attached with the e mail. I am attaching the same screenshots for offer details and transaction details herewith for your perusal and am sure they are self explanatory. I called up airtel we care helpline on 400 and the executive rehim and later the supervisor ganesh modiraj said that i was not eligible for the cashback of rs.100 on minimum payment of rs.200 as per offer since the earlier offer which was running at the time of my transaction was discontinued now. This is called cheating since the transaction was done when the earlier offer was still running. Airtel has cheated me on two earlier occasions also once when they had offered a cashback of rs.50/- for kyc verification whereby even after follow up through e mails and long duration phone calls for 4 months they credited only rs.35. Why do they provide cashback offers if they are beggars and can't pay the cashbacks as promised-they are big cheats and lots of worthless follow up is required. Even the higher authorities like nodal and appellate are good for nothing.
      Please ensure the credit of my rightful cashback of rs.100. The airtel offers are badly worded and when customer transacts on that basis they discontinue the offer and insert a new offer on their app with a new wording and sy that they would not credit and thatt i am not eligible. I fulfilled all the t&c of the offer prevailing at the time of my transaction then how can they deny giving the cashback-is it not cheating customers?

      No the offer showing on the app when I transacted was as per screenshots which I had already sent -after I did the transaction you had modified the offer to suit your convenience and are arguing unnecessarily with me -see it again -you have a big cheating policies everytime and I would never bother anymore to transact through your wallet after my wallet money is exhausted-I always have huge wallet money which fetched you interest benefit which you would never acknowledge -nobody can afford to waste time with cheats-I have even written to the consumer forum -I hope you got the e mail complaint posted by me -you people are frauds and give offers but never give the benefits -no need to give any offers in future -and stop wasting our time for no results -cheats will always remain cheats -I had suffered earlier too at the time of offer for KYC updation but there too inspire of 4 months follow up you cheats never credited the balance amount

      What’s the use of complaining here when even after submitting all proofs no action is taken against the cheat company-consumer forum is meant to protect the interests of citizens but I find no action of effort is made by such a forum -the cheat companies are flourishing without any fear of action for their wrong deeds

      Still nothing done although customer service head team was informed -lots of follow up required for each matter.
      The complaints for network etc is raised around a month earlier than the helpline calls back the customer-very inefficient team
      Airtel did nothing inspite of lots of follow up through e mails and phone calls -instead they changed the wording of the offer the next day when i complained through e mail -Airtel wecare people are useless and help company to cheat customers-their answers are vague-they waste lots of time on phone and send hopeless irrelevant replies-height of inefficiency

          Until now Rs. 65 has been deducted from my account without my permission for ADOFGAMES services. The first time (deducted Rs.25) and second time (deducted Rs.15), I didn't notice these deductions. Only when they charged me Rs. 25 for the third time did I realize these deductions.

          I have been quite satisfied with airtel services, but such actions force me to change my good opinion of airtel.

          Just a cursory web search shows that several customers have had the same issue. Airtel should desist from such practices which will damage their reputation, brand name and goodwill. Airtel should seek the permission of the user before charging for these services.

          Please make available long range of only internet packs as students donot require calling packs along with net.

            I have been making several complaints over a period of almost 10days for my connection to be restored.
            Service was suspended because of insufficient balance. But at the time of recharge the plan was for one full year. No customer care or whatever team they say is working on it seems to be responding positively. Wait 48hours is the usual feedback. So it looks like this 48hour business will carry on till next April.

              I visited the nearest airtel center near me, which by the way is approximately 20 kms away and requested for a postpaid to prepaid conversion. I was asked to submit a copy of my aadhar card which i did. The photocopy of the aadhar card was as clear as it could be and still the company executives refused to accept it! I felt that they were doing that on purpose, like they did not want to do that. This is very shameful on the part of the company for providing such a lousy service to its customers.

              No mobile internet on my phone from past 7 days, Wi-Fi is working fine, calls and SMS is also working.No help from sorrel customer care and airtel store.
              Our Tv cable box stopped working suddenly from Saturday night, we complained on Sunday morning. Technician came Sunday evening around 4:00pm and said it needed to replace. He said he will get another box in half an hour or bring next day morning, today Tuesday afternoon i haven't heard from anybody yet. Very unhappy with service.

                I have been facing issues with my postpaid Airtel SIM for the past three days. I called the customer care for many times complaining about the same. After many calls Customer care confirmed that there is a problem with the SIM and suggested me to go to an Airtel Store to get a duplicate SIM. As suggested i went to the airtel store and got my duplicate SIM by 12:45 pm today(06/08/2018). The store executives told me that the SIM will be activated in another 4 hours. But it's been 5 hours now and still not activated.

                I am suffering a lot with no service for the past three days, that too for a postpaid service. Please resolve it as soon as possible or i have no other choice than to go for another Telecom service.

                I went to the airtel store again and they said like they have a server problem and will resolved in another 2 hrs. But it wasn't. Finally it was activated after 18 hrs.

                  I bought 4g hotspot from a nearby airtel showroom. And paid rs.4200 for 6 months plan. From january to june, by june 28 i stopped using it. Now after a month they have sent a due bill for rs.825 saying that i must pay it, no matter whether i'm using it or not. And i wasn't informed about this while buying the device or plan. Now they started calling me daily for several times to pay it.

                  I have not made any transection but getting OTP for completing transection from airtel.
                  It appear like this

                      I recharged july 31, 2018 with 199/- unliitted voice vaalla, 1.4 gb per day, 100 sms daily with 28 days offer, but from today onwards calls, data are stopped and says your balance is low please recharge. From my mobile calls are not going. Mobile data also stopped. But wifi is working please resolve my problem as early as possible. I complained through mail.

                      My sim card is not working from more than one week no signal is coming and if I put it in some other phone like it came sim rejected. It's Airtel sim I have been using from 5 years. There is cross sign at right corner of picture attached it's just coming like that.

                        Dear friends please don't use airtel secure its completely waste of money . i did for my handset... After my handset got damaged the insurance was not claim to my handset and the answer was given by them was so stupid from airtel customer care. airtel customer care executive was asking me why don"t u take care of your handset because of that only your phone got damaged, for this reason we don"t provide insurance. i am asking only one question if i they want me to take care of my handset with that so care, then y the hell i should invest my money on insurance called airtel secure.

                            My aitel mobile no. Is [protected].
                            I am not getting any calls from any landline no.
                            Since we are the senior citizen with vision problem for my wife.
                            When i am outside, my wife is not able to contact me.
                            This has put us in very serious condition. Every 5 minutes, i have to contact my wife, asking, is there any difficulty?
                            Airtel gallery people are not able to help.
                            They say we have forwarded the complaint to our company. You have to wait for 3-4 days.
                            Check after 3-4 days.
                            Even after that, if the problem persists, whom should we complain.

                              I am getting no network in past 2 days. While talking to the customer care, they told me that my number is deactivated due to no recharge. But i did recharge on 23rd june 2018 but even though it got deactivated without any msg.

                              Can you please help me to reactivate my airtel sim card "[protected]"?

                              Please try to understand, i am using this number for everything where the phone number is mandatory.

                                charging money for toll free numbers

                                Althought toll free numbers should not be charged, airtel charges for all toll freee numbers begining with 1860. Since most of the people who are working in this country are professionals we have to join conference calls from the us. Most of these numbers begin with 1860.

                                I would like to file a grievance against airtel for charging their customers on toll free numbers...

                                Airtel auto activated his mobile entertainment services like funzone, gamepind, fungames in my airtel mobile number-[protected]. It's happen third times when my number become international roaming in bangladesh. First it's started 23rd june 2018 when i am receive a message from airtel is"thanks for choosing funzone on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs35.0 for 7 days". Again another started on 29th june 2018 when i am receive a message from airtel "thanks for choosing fungames on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs75.0 for 15 days.
                                Rewnewed services again rs35.0 funzone 30th june2018 & 7th july 2018.
                                30th july 2018 again i am receive another message from airtel"gamepind service has been activated @rs30.0 for 7days. Txn idn[protected].

                                no email send me by the company and no call. also today 16-8-2018 i am received another masageby the airtel "SpuulMovies service will renewed tonight on your Airtel mobile @Rs150.00 for 30 days". I am not subscibed the service. Airtel looted innocent people. if they didn't anything in this matter. I am take legel action against airtel.

                                  Today from 2.00AM I am not able to use internet and call services. While trying to do a call it says balance is low. I have an unlimited plan upto 11 august 2018. and today is 06 august please help. It is completely a blood sucking process. I had some important tasks to do and I am not able to and that too after paying a hefty amount to them
