I was using Airtel connection for past many years in Delhi and Pune in India.Last year I had to temporarily shift to Charlotte USA. I started receiving messages from AIrtel with their roaming offers and decided to go with recharge of INR 2498 with unlimited local calling, 500 min call to India and 5 GB data for 30 days. I have lodged a complaint with customer care on 9th July 2018 Req No. 86348983. Today is 12th July 18 and still I am not able to use internet services of your compnay. Your company claim to be the fastest network. Very often I face this problem and every time it takes more than 15-20 days to resolve the issue. I am your customer since 2006 but I think this is the time to port to some other service provider. My family has 3 airtel numbers...

they are not sending me upc number

I am airtel user since almost 8 years but since last one year they were not providing good network as well as Internet speed so i decided to port out but when i sent Port Message they send me that due to system issue we are unable to generate UPC code please try after some time. after this i emailed them and they told me that my payment is due so they were not sending. and payment due is for last 1 days only and current months....

I am complaining about my network signal

I am facing too much problem in network not able to communicate properly and my work is going pending on and on and voice call is too poor and data is not stable properly in 4G...

extra charges of previous plan in bill

My previous plan was advance rental plan which ended in July 2018. and i have updated the plan to 399 plan this month.
I have changed my bill plan, but still my bill has included advance rental amount of Rs. 999 in the bill.
I have called many times to customer care but they are not responding positively.
I need a revised bill with deduction of advance rental charges....

As claimed and mentioned Airtel is not providing 4G service properly.

Network is very bad
Connectivity will be good on the day of recharge but from next day it wont even connect. Its been more than 9 months being in continuously in touch with Airtel Customer care but no use. No one gives solution.

Your network is to tooooo slow and it will automatically change the speed of internet like from 4G to E or H+...ugh...Such a poor and worse service you are providing...
Do something otherwise I'll port my number to another Broadband...

4g network not available since one week.

My airtel number ([protected]) recently stopped receiving 4g signal in spite of 20 days remaining of the activated 4g plan. I don't want this BOLLYWOOD GUPSHUP service without my permission plesae don't activate such useless services. really it's very disappointing such stupid things happening from this much reputed telecommunications company. stop this service immediately. really its disappointing the reason to accept my complaint your complaint is too short ha ha ha.

I am complaint about main balance debited

I have a main balance cut 7+7 Rs.Two times in a one week. I have already stopped all services earlier but how can activated sceam i don't know so please refund my main balance.If activate sceam i will stop the sceam within 5 min .But not refund the payment. Also I have to call customer care but can't connect to the customer care services after activating the sceam after 24 hrs then will be connect. Then how can we call customer care for services...

can't activate sim cause of no network

A few days ago My SIM was not working it shows emergency call only and there is no network on my SIM so I bought a new SIM of that same number but now I can't activate it as there is no network in both SIMs I even tried jio sim to check my phone and it was working. it is only problem with airtel.

follow up on bill payment while there is nothing due

I have been harassed with atleast 5 to 6 calls in a day from the subcontracted agency which is following up on bill payment on behalf of Airtel. I have paid my bills already and there are no outstanding bills. I have asked the agency to stop several times over the phone and have raised a request on Airtel website aswell. There has been no resolution and this is really creating panic and amounts to mental harassment....

giving 1g service at 4g cost

Hello,
I recharged for 448 plan everything was fine but after 10-15 days they show their real face giving me only 20kbps-100kbps speed. I contact Airtel 2 times regarding this issue. but no help they just say that "We are investigating this issue and our technicians are repairing the TOWER". (Telling me this **** reason for 1 month).

how careless they are, feels like I did a big mistake selecting Airtel. Should go for...
