Hi,
I have requested my number [protected] for conversion from airtel postpaid to prepaid. I got a new postpaid sim also from airtel express store after submitting all my documents. However there are no updates from airtel that when my new sim will activate.
It has more than two weeks now. They said it will activate within 72 hours.

    Case # 86313149 was submitted on July 6th about poor 4G network / bandwidth breakage issues & I have gone through nightmares dealing with Airtel care.
    I work for a reputed IT company where I require a decent bandwidth for my office applications to enable Work-From-Home.
    My monthly package is approx. Rs.942 for which my 4G hotspot does not even provide a stable connection for more than 10 min.
    It keeps breaking 2-3 times within 15 min even on a simple Skype call and attached are off peak sample test reports which show how unreliable the network is.
    As per screenshot attached, I have 10 Airtel towers in Alwal area and i stay less than half KM from the nearest Airtel tower & all other providers offer fantastic speeds.
    Nearest existing 4G/3G Tower - Father Balaiah Nagar Road, Cityzen Colony, Bhavani Nagar, Alwal, Secunderabad, Telangana 500010, India

    I was asked to change my previous device though it was working but I still go through the same connection breakage even after purchasing the latest device.
    Repeated complaints / cases filed from November 2017 till date, unfortunately no action taken and a single technical engineer has not visited my place till date.

    Airtel customer care representatives call me approximately twice a week, only to ‘update’ information & ask ‘48 hours’ time but no info on any actions taken.
    Best part is that every Airtel rep makes me repeat the problem again & again, as if they don’t have previous call logs and each one tells a different story.

    My case logs & call recordings would prove the standard of service I receive from your end.
    I have been a long loyal customer with Airtel for my TV / Internet / Phone services and such an after-sale service is totally unacceptable.
    I was with a different internet service provider earlier and I was happy until I switched to Airtel.
    Main reasons were the confident Airtel 4G speed challenge Ads on TV and also to ensure all my devices connect to one provider for easy payments.
    I am very disappointed, disheartened, irritated & upset with the level o[censored]nreliable Airtel service, with no accountability or sense of responsibility.
    My money is not being invested in the right place & with this example I feel that Airtel no longer seems to value customers time / trust / efforts or business.

    Hope this mail reaches the right person who can actually stand up for customers & take ownership of concerns.

    Hello Team,

    Following my previous mail, Airtel Customer care reached out to me on July 17th offering a resolution within 48 hours.
    48 hours ending July 19th and today is July 24th with no resolution from them.
    This is not just about 48 hours or 7 days, I have been through this circle for the last 10 months.
    Earlier believing Airtel Ads on TV about connectivity & customer service, I now realize that Airtel is NOT good at either.
    And now I am stuck with my horrible Airtel Hotspot connectivity, above all, customer service is the worst.
    Airtel neither values customer’s time nor business and above all they give false promises to customers.
    It is evident in the way they treat customers and I am one such example.

    Keeping this in mind, with no resolution provided, I am taking this to the next level.

      Myself Amarnath K, from so many years I am using Airtel and also in our village around more than 3000 peoples are using Airtel

      We have a basic issue of 2G network itself, call drops so many time and you cant hear opponent voice.

      Even we have complained so many times in Udumalpet Airtel office and customer care but there is no single response from anyone

      So all our village peoples are trying to move to other network who is providing some good service and respecting the customer voice.

      otherwise we are planning to give a petition to collector against the Airtel service

      Hope Airtel will not extent to that level, expecting the quick response at the earliest

        We at jk bank corporate headquarters are using airtel post paid connections under jk bank plan. But we are badly suffering due to network issue.It is very hard to make calls and listen to the voice of the caller. We are now forced and constrained to make calls from other network. It is requested to kindly resolve our matter, otherwise we may have to switch to other network.

            I just re charged my mobile with 120 talk time to my shock after some time i have a balance of only 21 rupees they have charged me for services i have not asked for this is cheating and i am trying to stop this service abd losing money on messages they have not even told us how to stop these services so they can make more money. This shows that airtel is having poor service compared to other operators. I would ask you to reverse this amount as I am not using this service and I cannot stop this service coz lack of information.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have recharged my Airtel Digital TV last week on 10th July after getting call from Airtel call centre. He asked me to get recharge your tv with Rs. 388/- for 3 months, which I did accordingly. On 13th July I complained for not receiving channels reference number 77581572, they called me on 14th afternoon at 3:30, specifically Mr Jagdeep mobile number [protected] that I am coming to your address in 10 minutes but he never came and kept me waiting for the long time.

              Is this the service which Bharti Airtel Limited an Indian global telecommunications services provides to her consumers.

              Very poor system of our country as I have posted my complaint on 16th and till date nothing has happened. Surprisingly NO one interested in an individual's complaint to be resolved.

                Dear sir,
                I am Khalid Jalal one of the airtel customer in malegaon . Now few days i received many massages from "a$-tfarot" related to information of calls and massages deduction wuth duration (As same as when any call or massage occured). But in those moment i was sleeping or not handling my phone. So i am little worried about that who called or sent massages. Please help me come out this problem and block those kind of things from my airtel mobile no. [protected].

                Please slice my problem. I also inform you for this matter before in airtel site i. E [protected]@in. Airtel.com on 8th february 2018 but still i get those kind of massages.

                  It is more than 2 months I have launched my complaint (no.[protected]. And since last 3 months I have been calling up the customer care, first 3 times I was asked to do the mobile internet settings, later I was told there is new tower getting set up in my area and the network issue is there. I was promised by the customer care that by 1st May my problem will be resolved. Today is July 16 and still my problem is unsolved.
                  I waiting for a communication from the network team who are working on this issue.

                  I have 50-60GB data on my phone and I can't use, I have family plan activated on my phone but can't even add my mom's no. To it as I do not have the network at home.

                  Even this feedback I am writing while taking Wi-Fi from neighbour.

                  Airtel has failed to show even a little curtsey towards its customers.

                  There seems no use of being a loyal customer for so many years.

                  Feels like the company is just looting people.

                  I wish to receive immediate response and sms update of the progress of complains.

                  If the problem not solved within one week, I will switch to other network and leave Airtel.

                    Respected sir/Madam

                    I don't how Airtel claims to say Best network provider.We are facing no network at our home since last 2 years. Airtel is charging us for their service but in return no service is provided.

                    I am in conversation with Airtel over mail chain since last year but no solution have been given yet.Every time they say we are working on your problem but till date no resolution have been given not even a temporary solution.The network issue is irrespective of postpaid or prepaid connection.

                    We can't receive/dail calls while we are at home, we need to go out of the house to get the network.We are 7 users of Airtel and all o[censored]s are facing this issue.If someone enters are home and that person is also an Airtel user then their network also goes away.

                    Kindly look into this.

                      I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 12 years plus. I recently was out of station for 8 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 10 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks & regards, Sandeep

                          I'm unable to send the Porting request from my Airtel number. I have been trying to port out of this network from the last month but all messages I'm trying to send to 1900 are not sent, whereas other SMS are going fine. I have talked to the customer service from friend's number (there is no option provided by IVR when trying 121 and 198 from my number) they suggested me to update the messaging center number and restarting will solve my issue. I have tried but no luck.
                          I have tried to change the SIM to other phone but still getting an error while sending a message to 1900.
                          Please help.

                            I am using airtel postpaid connection, there is a lot of network issues now a days, the Internet shows 4g but the speed is less than 2g.This is very frustrating to tell that YouTube homepage is taking nearly 2 min to load completely.                               I have used a airtel number -- [protected] in chennai.

                              Now i lost mobile and it was misusing by others.

                              I tried blocking several times but some one fraud with the help of my address proof keep unlocking and making use of it.

                              I requested several times to block my number to avoid further misuse.

                              But still the number is using by others and airtel customer care not validating address verification at the time o[censored]nblocking.

                                  My phone number as well as my sister's number were debited for unwanted value added services. Every week they were debiting Rs 35/- from my account and as it is an additional number which I do not use daily I was not aware of it.When I wanted to make a call I got a message saying there was a was in negative balance because of this weekly deduction.The same thing happened to my sister's number but her deduction was just once.
                                  .Since my sister and myself have been put through unnecessary stress we should be compensated for the same.

                                    I am using a Mi note 5 device & the data is very low & dead slow, lets forget about the Images & videos, cannot even load a simple page in the browser.
                                    the speed is always below 1Kbps. and when I come out to the highway it is around 200-300Kbps.

                                    I called the customer service many times & also visited the local airtel showroom (Kailash Nagar, Trichy), all the do is reset the APN config & reply everything will be ok. But am not even load a single page once I go back to my residence area.

                                      I have faced multiple network issues with Airtel, but the resolution and the customer service response is very poor and shameless.
                                      They claim to be the best network while in just 3 months I am fed up with them and want to move out of Airtel and back to Vodafone. But the problem is the outgoing messages are not working for me so I can’t send PORT request to 1900.

                                        Sir, you r not expected to bestow us worst network connection instead of paying a lot of money as well as in form of extortion, we all are fed up with this critical situation, it is hard to say that we possess a phone without coverage among thesaurus of problem, we are being exploited by this service in the guise of a devil, do ur best and prove yourself really a user listener and resolve this issue asap.
