My wife Airtel sim is not working, some time i can use internet but outgoing and incoming i can't get.sim said to have been switched off or out of coverage area. since yesterday.Since yesterday, She have missed so many Urgent calls.I hope this will get you will find solution soon.

    My airtel set up box doesn't get any current supply. Even after i switch on the power supply, the set up box doesn't get turned on. So, the box doesn't start. And hence, there is no connection to the tv. This issues persists since 15 days and the the customer care people are not helping. They haven't come for repairing even after repeatedly asking them.

      My name is srinivas and i am airtel customer since more than 10 yrs (Too bad). I had a problem sending sms (Outgoing only) and not a single network engineer at airtel customer care is able to solve it since 4 months. I think airtel doesn't care about their customers anymore except takes their money month over month promptly. Stop showing ads about no 1 data/network provider and start addressing customer care issues. Hope some one bothers to respond

        I had taken international roaming of rs 149 as per which 1gb 3g/4g data was included for 28 days. However i have been charged rs 649 for every single day. Please clarify as 12, 940.79 bill even when i am on international roaming is not making any sense to me.

        If the package was for 149 why i am charged 649 every day?

          I took data plan "29 inr for 150mb 30days" a month ago.
          Yesterday i got message that my plan renew automatic and 29 inr deducted from my account.
          This happen without my consent. This morning same thing happen again.
          So finally i got 300mb for 58 inr 30 days.
          When i took that plan it's nowhere mention that it is auto renew every month.
          I call customer care they give me a no. *129*000# to deactivate this auto-renewal but refuse to give me refund.
          The thing is airtel deducted my balance without my concern at all.
          All i got a message that my balance deducted.
          I want airtel deactivate data plan 29 inr two time (Total 58 inr) and refund me the same immediately into my main account.

          i receive call from airtel customer care and got refund. (i also mail the same thing to them) PS- they said that all airtel data pack auto renew at last date(though it's nowhere mention & that's the whole point) so if anyone reading this when you activate airtel data pack use *129*000# to deactivate data pack auto renewal. this auto renewal can't be found on *121# (start/stop a service) -(mail address i found on their official website.) thanks guy you are the best :)

            My mobile number [protected]
            My number is not working since yesterday. It is my primary number to all banking transactions.Kindly do the needful to reactivate ASAP and i am ready to pay if charges applicable.It will be very helpful for me. As i am in aboard i can't visit any airtel outlet. Kindly reactivate number.
            . i can't register my mail ID because i am not able to get OTP.
            I am not able to contact any costumer cate with airtel number.

              Sir mere area me airte ka network nahi rahata hai jise ki sabhi ko paresani hoti hai aapse mera request hai ki aap mera area me tower lagwaye approximetly 5 years se networking problem hai jo ki calling aur net dono me paresani hoti hai hamne aapke nearest retailer se bahut bar milla to usne hame sahi jankari nahi di and last i am requested to you please check our locality and help me for good networking

                I had lodged a complaint with Airtel on 11th July 2018 on the issue of nil / poor signal at my residence . My complaint was acknowledged vide reference number 86394562 and assured that the issue would be resolved within 3 days . Regret that till date no one has bothered to contact me . The signal strength remains very poor and I have to go out of my house to make or receive calls .

                  i'm P R VENKATESH. when i was living in Raichur, I had purchased an Airtel sim with a number [protected] and was actively using it till 2010 or so. But in 2010 Airtel relationship center office frustrated me for over 6 months over address proof id proof inspite of submitting same physically to the office. when they didnt heed my request to activate my pre-paid connection, i was so fed up and just purchased a new sim.

                  But surprisingly airtel has allotted a number purchased in my name to someone from karnataka. I feel being cheated by this organisation .

                  I have purchased a new sim reliance sim [protected]. I want an explanation from Airtel for allotting my mobile sim number to someone else. if the same number is cancelled and allotted to me, even now im willing to accept it. otherwise I wish to drag Airtel company to court seeking compensation for making me suffer all these days by cancelling allotted phone number to me.

                    I complained but got no solution from customer care.

                    Please look into this and solve the issue.

                    I tried restarting my mobile device. But didn't help.

                    I updated the messaging app on my mobile. It didn't help as well.

                    I tried messaging to different numbers. But the problem persists.

                      Airtel is a ### ### fraud network. its a fraudulent company providing 2G service on the name of 4G. its a traitor lier company with ### intentions to lure us to pay for what they are not providing. they are telling big big lies on tv advertisements about there garbage fraud company. they are useless all over indian useless garbage network. it must get suspended and atleast get ban in jharkhand region for providing garbage fraud ### service. i request TRAI and jharkhand government to please ban airtel in jharkhand because it is useless garbage and fraud company. they are not providing 4G service rather taking money of 4G. all garbage services must get trashed out by ban. Airtel deserves to be flushed out for providing garbage poor service and taking the price of high speed. i really request every indian to never ever switch to airtel ### fraudulent service. they are ### money suckers vampires they never care about there ### poor service rather only money. they are taking money from every indian as a fraud organization by providing us useless garbage ### service. we must switch to other high speed telecom network rather then this ### fraud traitor of this country.

                        I have ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and I am going to consumer forum against it.
                        This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                        Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                          I am Dr. Subhro Sekhar Sircar, Phone numbers are 89021844 and [protected]. I have prepaid connection and using the unlimited package of Rs. 448/-
                          Both the numbers have similar problems. Call drops, voice breaking, suddenly disconnects. I have 4G phones and 4G prepaid package. Internet connectivity is extremely poor. It is less than even 2G, most of the time no connection, download takes hours and roaming connection is also poor. 4G connection should have blazing speed. I have complained about your service couple of times to the Airtel Customer Care but no action was taken. Today I have to take separate Internet connection from a different service provider although I have 4G unlimited package. This has caused me heavy loss of time, money.

                          I considering two options:
                          1. Change the service
                          2. Before that go to Consumer Court and claim compensation.

                            The worst network till now. I have recharged for 4G data services and in return i am getting none. There are no 4G network towers in this area as proposed by your open network team. Either i need my money back or the company needs to install 4G tower as soon as possible. I make sure that this issue reaches to your competitor "jio" and other network operators as well.

                            It's not just 4G, there are issues even on 3G with Airtel in my area in Pune. When I push my phone to 3G network, many a times I just get 1 Bar and poor network. Sometimes the network completely disappears and I am off the network.

                            For me despite having high end phone, I can only use 2G relatively properly in Pune. Airtel network is indeed bad.

                              I have 2 Airtel nos out of which one number had been ported from Vodafone few months back. Now both the nos are in roaming.
                              Its very strange that both numbers can't make call to each other. I called Airtel customer care after all basic checks i.e. blacklist, block calls, reboot etc. Customer care mentioned "one of the number has call divert when it is unreachable and hence its not working". I disagreed though on this point but I had removed the divert while on the call, but still its not working.

                              Rather than giving/providing appropriate solution, customer care associate left by saying it will work after 30 mins.

                              Now my problem remain same, while roaming I am unable to make call from one nuber to other number and vice-versa.

                              I tried changing handset as well, if there is any issue with handset, but found no issue. And I can make calls to all other nos except my 2 numbers.

                                Here we are facing voice and internet service problem. The signal quality is too low. When we are in call we can't here opposite voice clearly and poor data service. The data work is 2g in bangalore basavanagudi. If its 2g in bangalore only what about the other city.. the network signal is three point for 2g and most off one or less for 3g. Its to difficult for browsing any thing with this airtel network. This areas worst network airtel
                                I have issued complaints to airtel 2 weeks back but no response for that side. If its like this its difficult and plz resolve this

                                  I have visited Airtel office on 16 july 2018 for conversion of my postpaid connection to prepaid connection, initially they started with technical issue but ultimately they had to take the request and confirmed the TAT of three days, it's been one week now still it did not happened I reached CC every time that said 48 hours and 78 hours unexpected from Airtel
                                  Please help me.

                                    The special offers in recharge plans airtel offers. “Rs.8=Local and STD mobile calls at 30p/min for 84 days”. Under this plan I recharged my mobile on 13/11/17, 26/01/18, 5/7/18 and14/7/18. Each time airtel confirmed the recharge and its validity for 84 days in their return messages. But the calls at 30p/min were stopped after just 7 days. In respect of recharge on 14/7/18, a message is received that “Apke mobile per Sabhi local mobile call @30p/min able 2 din me Samapta ho jayega”.

                                    This is just cheating the customers by such a renowned company. The matter was reported to the Company and its nodal Officer by email on[protected] but there in no response from air tel.

                                      I'm a platinum customer of Airtel and have been using services since very very long, about 20 years. I had registered a complaint yesterday on 121 Airtel Customer care with my Broadband not working. the complaint was registered and someone did come to my residence after one hour to check the broadband connectivity. My wifi wasnt working. He did troubleshooting and siad it will work from now on.

                                      After few minutes I called up home again to speak with him and requested him to check the settings again so that the problem do not happen frequently. He called me again after checking all the settings and said that the Modem is faulty and will have to change the Modem.

                                      He changed my Brand new Modem and replaced with old pale dirty Modem which is more than a year or two old and did not inform me that he's replacing my new Modem with old Modem. As there was no one available at home except my domestic help he changed the Modem and left. When I got home in the night at 10:00 PM, i was furious as I saw the Modem replaced was an old dirty one for which I was not at all informed.

                                      I immediately called up customer care and lodged my complaint and narrated my conversation I had with the technician who came to check at my residence. His name is Chandan. I spoke with Amit at customer care then with Manish and finally narrated my incident to supervisor Shukla where I requested them that as my Modem used for wifi connection was Brand new hence the faulty Modem needs to be replaced with a new one. I was given assurance that my complaint would be actioned and would get completed by afternoon on 21st July'2018. I've been interacting with various persons from Airtel since last evening and today morning onwards but till now that is 6:00 PM in the evening nothing has been done to resolve my complaint.

                                      I called up Airtel in the early afternoon and spoke to supervisor Animesh whereas he did promise that my complaint would be addressed on priority but nothing has been done so far. I have wasted my full day today interacting with Airtel personnels but in vain.

                                      I would request you to kindly take my complaint as a genuine complaint and my request is to kindly offer me a replacement of a Brand new modem as my Modem was new and within the warranty period. At no cost I would be ready
                                      to use old Modem.

                                      I've also asked Artel to charge me for the Modem if need me. Still my complaint is not being addressed and taken on priority. Request you to kindly look into the same at the earliest.

                                        I have called more than 5 times to Airtel DTH consumer care.they always told me that they will send engineer for my problem...but they haven't sent any engineer...they they also blocked me from calling to them...even their senior also told me that we will send engineer soon...I want solution right now because I have already subscribed for 12 month and I am not able to watch TV since last 1 month
