I have a main balance cut 7+7 Rs.Two times in a one week. I have already stopped all services earlier but how can activated sceam i don't know so please refund my main balance.If activate sceam i will stop the sceam within 5 min .But not refund the payment. Also I have to call customer care but can't connect to the customer care services after activating the sceam after 24 hrs then will be connect. Then how can we call customer care for services stopped b problem. If you can't give my payment refund then I will stop your card permanently.

    A few days ago My SIM was not working it shows emergency call only and there is no network on my SIM so I bought a new SIM of that same number but now I can't activate it as there is no network in both SIMs I even tried jio sim to check my phone and it was working. it is only problem with airtel.

      Hi,

      This is regarding my dongle #[protected]. I would like to report that I am being mentally harassed by AIRTEL team.

      NEED HELP ON MY ISSUE FOR WHICH I AM BEING HARASSED FOR THE PAST 45 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THREATENING CALLS FROM AIRTEL RECOVERY TEAM.

      I have been charged 10309 as some advanced rental plan which I have not even opted for.

      I raised a complain calling the toll free number on 5th June since then I have not received any response, I have been following up every 2 days, my services have been barred I have spoken to the supervisors Mandeep Gupee. Neha, Amit etc everyone just read out a script they have. They say that the issue has been escalated and will take time. Now from past 4 days your collections/billing team has been HARRASSING me. They call me atleast 3 to 4 times (in addition to the automated calls) a day and when I said I want to speak to a supervisor they asked me to call[protected] stating that this is Varun Saini’s number and he will help me. When I called that number again I had to go through a customer service rep, narrated the entire thing and asked her get me connecte to Varun to which she stated that she cannot get me connected to him as he is the circle head THEN WHY WAS I ASKED TO CALL HIM. Then I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, got connected to Vinod Gandhi most pathetic supervisor I have ever come across. Instead o[censored]nderstanding my concern and helping me out he was adamant that the bill was valid, when I insisted on speaking to his supervisor he stated that it is not possible and cannot provide you with any resolution on call and hung up on me. I have never come across such pathetic customer service.

      I think I have been patient enough, now I am sick and tired of this. I work in night shifts and everyday I am woken up by these calls and my entire day is disturbed .Every day I am just wasting my time on call.

        while I'm going to use internet range become very low and it is automatically convert from 4G to 3G. Why this is happened.
        This problem is in Dadar Mumbai area and in Airoli Navi mumbai. And you are saying that fastest network. How it is.

            I have been harassed with atleast 5 to 6 calls in a day from the subcontracted agency which is following up on bill payment on behalf of Airtel. I have paid my bills already and there are no outstanding bills. I have asked the agency to stop several times over the phone and have raised a request on Airtel website aswell. There has been no resolution and this is really creating panic and amounts to mental harassment.

            I had taken broadband connection from Airtel.

            I asked the service executive that we need broadband connection in emergency for few days only. So, we applied for advance rental of 3 months for Rs.1770, but the service provider activated the connection under normal activation which we were not not aware of.

            I was not informed that will have to pay further bills while taking connection.
            I haven't used broadband connection after 3 months but still the bills are getting generated every month.
            I even asked your company executive to disconnect the connection when I got calls from Airtel company. But still there was no action taken regarding the issue.

            They send the bill of Rs. 1000 (approx). They said they have temporary disconnect the no. and i cant use further, and i said them to disconnect permanently but next month again they generate bills & still generating bills and now they are saying its 1850 and they called on daily basis for payment without using any. And still I'm getting calls of 5-6 times on daily basis. Feels so mental harassment. I complained & ask them to disconnect the no.

            Still they called on daily basis an they are generating add-on bills. I'm now fed up of Airtel company.
            I'm 15 year old customer of Airtel but this time airtel companies behavior is so bad. Now i want to switch all the mobile numbers also from airtel to other company. Seems like airtel is meant to earn only. The customer relationship & old record matters.
            In mobile also i going through many problems like out of coverage and automatic disconnect while taking.
            Airtel are now becoming worse in all manner.

              Hello,
              I recharged for 448 plan everything was fine but after 10-15 days they show their real face giving me only 20kbps-100kbps speed. I contact Airtel 2 times regarding this issue. but no help they just say that "We are investigating this issue and our technicians are repairing the TOWER". (Telling me this **** reason for 1 month).

              how careless they are, feels like I did a big mistake selecting Airtel. Should go for JIO.

                I am using prepaid number [protected].
                I hve active 4g net pack of 1.4 gb per day.
                In my house I am not able to get even
                10 kbps. I am trying to contact customer care from last one and half year they saying either server is down or network is upgrading. How much time it takes to up the server or upgrade ? I am sick of this. I have tried open network it show position of your towers but not showing where to launch qwery or complaint what the mess is this. I have paid for the 4g internet service and you are fooling us that wait wait it be better soon.
                Please please sort this out as soon as possible.

                  On 15th of june 2018 i recharged my airtel mobile number for rs 399 through my airtel application and it was unsuccessful, but my cash was released from my account. Later i called to the airtel customer care and they said it will be credited within 10 working days. later on 28 th of june 2018 i again called the customer care the lady who attended the call submitted to the higher official and the officer said that seeking their account it seems there is been no transaction done like wise and was irresponsible answer, till now i have not yet received my cash back. so kindly take necessary steps to refund my cash.

                      Earlier it was 2G than 3G now 4G, and i am still confused what is the diffrence and sometimes gets confused on coverage. Do we really get the speed it supposed to be, no, ok that we have taken that at it, but what about the coverage, if Airtel is claiming india biggest network and best where is the coverege, i believe Airtel starts a poll for this, u probably will get the feedback that its not for one person only it happening with all.

                          I have registered a complaint for relocation of my Airtel DTH connection at Airtel DTH customer care service on 07/07/2018. I have received a message that it will be relocated on 08/07/2018 by his engineer. It has not happened. Again when connected to customer care they stated that my complaint is rescheduled to 11/07/2018 and it will be resolved till 11.07.18 any how. When on 11.07.2018 contacted it was stated that my complaint was registered only for disconnection and not for relocation, therefore new complaint was registered and it will be resolved on 12.07.18. I am waiting for next excuse.

                            Hi, I had done recharge of 149...I had 25 rupees in my wallet and I have been added 124 in my Airtel account after going to recharge page it has been showing payment failed vid Txn I'd:[protected]...so, d amt deducted from my account 124 till now I didn't receive d deducted amt of 124 vil u chk & refund d deducted amt of my 124 rupees pls...this is so many times I had face d problem from Airtel I think ur cheating vid public amt...                               This is with reference to the recharge for International roaming which was done for Hong Kong and USA for the above number from your Airtel store in 9, India Exchange Place Kolkata on 7/7/2018. Rs 3999/- was recharged for 30 days validity.

                              The person had left for Hong Kong on 8/7/2018 and since then she has not been able to make or receive calls. All the settings have been tried as per your consultation.

                              Today, the toll free helpline suggests the recharge should have been for Rs 3997 and that is why it is not working. Please let me know where am I at fault. I had recharged whatever your store official had told as I had mentioned my countries. Now, if he has done a wrong recharge why am I being penalized for this.

                              Now, I am writing this mail to tell you to either activate the phone within 24 hours or refund the money which was given as I am suffering for no fault of mine. I will get a new number from USA. Already 3 days have been wasted with no result.

                                This is regarding the pre-paid mobile connection in which the service provider is deducting Rs. 24 /- on a monthly basis. We had called the customer care but in vein. One instance they reversed the transaction but the auto debit is still continuing on a monthly basis. While contacting the customer care, they are blaming the customer stating that it was chosen by the customer and hence the deduction. It is extremely difficult to contact the customer care and when we get through after navigating through multiple IVR options, the executive blames the customer for the auto debit. How ridiculous can this be.

                                Stopping the auto debit and refunding the amount deducted till date will resolve the issue.

                                  Still not received my refund amount and one airtel person name i think sunil called in online refund complaint team mobile number [protected], mail id . [protected]@gmail.com and get my debit card number and cvv number after he will transfer my hdfc account to mobowik and pazapp money tranfer application total amount Rs.14.000, rupees fourteen thousand i wii chek with that person mobile.[protected] he will sail EOD all amont again tranfer in your account this is formality basic, but still not received the amount, please help and recaverd my amount of rs 14.448.00 rupees.

                                    I had applied for landline and wifi connection in the end of June from Airtel. Your executive (Neeraj [protected]) had taken money from me for 6 months and committed that Landline instrument will be given to me along with connection next day . It has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting for my instrument and my landline to be activated. I have been following up with Neeraj regularly and he has given all false commitments to me but nothing has happened. I spoke to his boss Sandeep also but he also did the same thing (false commitment) and nothing changed. I spoke to your customer care and they committed that instrument will come in 48 hours and after that some one from Airtel called me that they will not be able to provide instrument to me. I again called up to your call centre and requested your executive to let me speak to someone senior and when she spoke to her senior no one agreed to speak to me. Later on some senior executive spoke to me but no solution provided to me. He forwarded my complaint to follow up team and then one female called me and started yelling at me as if I had done something wrong.

                                    A very unprofessional behavior is been experienced with all Airtel executives till now, may be that is what you train them to be rude with all customers. I feel that I have paid my hard earned money to you to get harassed.

                                    I have never seen such unprofessional organization till now. If you cannot provide services so at least you can refund the money back to your customers.

                                      Respected sir, as we are facing problems with airtel dth connection. as i am very old customer of airtel dth. evertymonth before cycle they do stop services regualary when i dial customer care so they sometimes does misbehave or some time do activate my services. but it is in practice uptill . so want to know why they doing this behave with customer. as per their tarriff and plan i gave payment. but they do irritate every month. pls. take action immediately upon this matter.

                                        I took new Airtel DTH connections. I was promised MakemyTrip voucher worth Rs 1500 which was not given to me. After my comments on Facebook, they gave me a MakemyTrip Voucher which was not accepted by MakemyTrip for hotel bookings. Now there is no response from Airtel.
                                        I have been using Airtel mobile for more than 4 years now.
                                        Looks like Airtel is loosing customer base and is engaging in malpractices to attract new customers.

                                        Airtel did nothing to solve the issue. Cheaters.
                                        I'm using airtel since 7 years upto now the network is good .From last two months network is completely worst.
                                        WASTE NETWORK SEEN FOR TWO MONTHS.
                                        I'm not able to continue in this network.
                                        Plans are high and they are Not responding to the customer issues 😢
                                        I bought a card of 500 naira and miss takenly scratch out two number please hw can i get the two pin back from my airtel card

                                        Out of these [protected] has been closed but [protected] has not been closed and monthly rent regularly generating. Despiste our regular reminders.
                                        Please close said no. Immdiately and delete all rent due.
