Hi- My number is[protected] and i use this for last 5 years. Recently (6 months back) i have moved to a different location in Bangalore. From then on, i am not able to use my phone (both calls and data) due to poor network. have raised a compliant with Airtel and following up for 3-4 months now and nobody is giving me a solution for this. Infact, no one bothered to call me in earlier stages. This is little annoying and frustrating as i am not able to even call someone. I have also paid my bills as per the dates even though i was not using the services. But now, i have decided not pay for something that i havent used it. Hope you can understand my pain/concern. I am proud to be an AIRTEL user and thats the reason i havent disconnected/ moved to other network (which really work in my location. I am not sure who is reading this..but please be kind enough to help me in this regards.
