Hi i am useing airtel last one year i bought airtel sim because i thought airtel always be best but when i started to ise airtel so after that i realized how pathetic service they have network issue, death data speed, as well as vulgar customer service now i converted in jio really jio is best thanks jio and bye bye airtel.keep it up dude look your competitors and learn something and grow your self .

    I booked a complain no 86196537 and written email several times at [protected]@in.airtel.com beside following up with customer care no 121 for deactivation of my postpaid mobile no [protected] due to damage of SIM card and also moved to other location. But till now there is no confirmation, answer to my mail on the current status. Please let me know the status to my alternate mobile [protected] or email [protected]@LNTECC.COM

      Hi- My number is[protected] and i use this for last 5 years. Recently (6 months back) i have moved to a different location in Bangalore. From then on, i am not able to use my phone (both calls and data) due to poor network. have raised a compliant with Airtel and following up for 3-4 months now and nobody is giving me a solution for this. Infact, no one bothered to call me in earlier stages. This is little annoying and frustrating as i am not able to even call someone. I have also paid my bills as per the dates even though i was not using the services. But now, i have decided not pay for something that i havent used it. Hope you can understand my pain/concern. I am proud to be an AIRTEL user and thats the reason i havent disconnected/ moved to other network (which really work in my location. I am not sure who is reading this..but please be kind enough to help me in this regards.

        Some services like, astro service and sports video pack are activated on my airtel number i.e [protected], i messaged the company to stop the services since last 2-3 months, they are not stopping my services and deduction my balance unnecessarily.today i.e on 13th july 2018 at 2:15 pm amount of rs 15 was deducted from my account for renewal of sports video pack.
        kindly refund my balance or else i'll take some legal action.

          Good day,
          My postpaid no. [protected] has been stopped by service provider inspite of giving 6 months rental. I don't know how they r claiming outstanding bill then. Yet I have not rcvd any clarification regarding same. I had a very bitter experience last time also when I came to know that in my name there is outstanding balance of 800 Rs & which I paid as I didn't had much time to proceed further as I had to join the ship.
          When I enquired I came to know that in Ranchi I took one postpaid connection for office use but due to some error the no. alloweted to me was in use for last 5 years by some other person, when complianed I was given another no. after 15 days but they put 800 Rs outstanding in my name which I came to know when I went to get new postpaid connection.
          And again same issue, wrong bill & connection disconnected.

            I have open complaint of Airtel mobile network for 9 months. It is in OPen condition. They are not resolving the issue. But promptly taking monthly charges. The customer care line is mostly not reachable... if it is reached they say sorry and complaint is open and there is network issue in the area and they are working on it.

            I think Airtel Network should be banned from India for doing this network fraud. Both my numbers are airtel and I am suffering due to them

              I recharged for an amount of 250₹ and my account was deducted by 150/- for Whatsmob services that I did not even ask for ! The same had happened once before, an amount of 75/- was deducted earlier. I deactivated the service but I want a refund of the amount that was deducted from we for a service that I did not even use ! Why can't u ask the customer before deducting amount from their accounts?? What kind of theft is this ? Really upset with the service !

                HI,
                on 12th July I have recharged an amount Rs 99/- to my mobile number - [protected] by mistake, even though I have valid unlimited pack which is expiring on 13th July.

                When I called Airtel customer care number 121 on 13th July and requested to reverse the recharged amount Rs 99/-, they are not ready to do the same and abusing me by saying the mistake cant be taken and reverse cant be done

                Request to kindly check and take necessary action on Airtel company.

                  Your customer care executives are of no use neither do we get to speak to them easily and when we do get to speak instead of helping a layman they confuse the already confused customers by asking about the subject they are not aware of, kindly address my problem on mobile no [protected]. There's an issue with data all the time.

                  Please rectify the complaint of data lagging of my phone all the time I am hardly being able to use my 1 GB data free everyday once in a blue moon when I want to matches on net or anything important it is inoperative all the time and specifically after a complaint is brought to Airtels notice. This is high time you fix this or else legally I shall do my best

                    These are the services started on my air tel mobile and amount getting debited automatically .
                    1.videoparlor.
                    2. air tel now flash .

                    Problem is Right Now iam in Vietnam country i cant even call the customer care and trying to send the messages to customer care but not helpful can you please stop theses services and re credit my amount in to my account .
                    Because My Phone is Roaming . Now iam getting Meassages in 3 days another 49 Rs will be debited for Renewal. when iam not activated these services why you are debiting my money when iam in roaming.

                      This is to inform that i purchased a airtel hotspot in april trusting airtel hotspot company as a good service provider.But i founded it With the worst service provider.The hotspot we provided to us dint worked with network even a single day. The biggest mistake i did was the money paid by me.I complained a lot many times but i dint got any response. Hotspot provider dont even receive any call.He dint even returned the hotspot . They are not even refunding my money back.

                        Airtel deducted 45 rs on 24th May of 2018 for 15 days from my balance at the time when my mobile was kept idle on desk . "What is this Red Chilli ?" and why my balance got deducted fraudulently. I never requested to activate such service. I will file a strong case against such malpractice and teach them a lesson.

                          Recharge transaction was done for mobile number [protected] on 30th May, 2018 of 448 Rs. 1st transaction number[protected] payment got failed. but the money got deducted from the account. so again i did another transaction of rs 448 with transaction no.[protected] which got successful. also money got deducted from my account for the same.
                          for the both transaction, complaint done to SBI bank with ticket number [protected], [protected] says that both the transactions were successful and the money of 1st fail transaction is with the merchant i.e. airtel.
                          so please revert the money of rs 448 back to my account or to my mobile account.

                            Recieved a message early morning at 2 47 am saying WHATSMOB service has been renewed at 150rs for 30 days. It's rare that I have such account balance, but when I do have Airtel never fails to impress with it's fraud and scams.
                            I deactivated it, but I need a complete refund. They can't play with customers everytime. And this is not unintentional at all. Everytime somebody has balance 8/10 times they play these tricks and then lamely answer we don't know or you yourself activated it and such stupid stuff.

                            GROW UP CHEATERS !! FOR NOW GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!

                              Yesterday after recharging my airtel prepaid no. With 150 rs i got another message within 5 minutes that 35 rs have been deducted for the namkeen pack, since i was not using airtel since 5-6 mths i never activated that service. Sms provided me one no. To deactivate the service, when i called that no. The service was deactivated but 35 rs were not returned. I want my 35 rs back.

                                My wife has travelled to Thailand... and she tried to activate 1199 plan which is international roaming plan and the amount is deducted and the plan has not been activated even after a day. I tried to raise a complaint here in India but they wanted min 2 authentication which even the subscriber have forgotten other than mail id. As it is 9 years old connection. And they dint not find a solution for it.

                                    I am using Airtel post paid mobile number [protected]. More than 10 times I approached to the store with my request to change plan from post paid to prepaid. A month back I got a new sim but till now plan not changed. Airtel is charging amount of 500/- every month. I am facing problems with Airtel. As my usage is nil so why should I pay for. I also called to customer care but no body is ready to solve the issue. Now only option is left to approach to Consumer Forum.

                                      I am naini and i am using [protected] since 3-4 years as a postpaid number.

                                      4 July - I registered a complaint to convert my postpaid number into prepaid number
                                      6 July- I received confirmation via SMS
                                      8-july- I recharged my phone with RS 499, 10, 20 but outgoings were still not working I called up customer care on 121 and 198 but they didn't help me. Since it was a Sunday Airtel store was closed.
                                      9 july- I send someone on my behalf since I was traveling.
                                      11 july- I went to Airtel store they registered my complaint when I ask for solution that lady started shouting on me.
                                      12 july- today also my complaint it not resolved yet.

                                      When everything work is dependent on phone on those days my outgoings are not working.

                                      Airtel customer care is not supporting. Airtel store not supporting.

                                      Who compensate the loss of rs 15000
                                      I have beared just because of my phone was not activated.

                                      Kindly resolve

                                        I have been using airtel number for past 13 years. Initially I was subscribed under prepaid plan but after mandatory linking of aadhar there was some verification issue so I decided to switch to postpaid plan for a while before reverting to prepaid. Here comes the best part. As per airtel official the plan was active from Jan 11, 2018. But I wasn't able to use the network. I stay away from home town and during my next visit I enquired them what was the issue. They recommended to change the sim card and surprise surprise bill amount was generated without network being on for single second for whole month. I contacted the customer care but no avail. (usual flippant answers) Now airtel official promised that I will be able to switch to prepaid after using postpaid for 100 days. Every time I visit these ppl (remember I stay away from hometown) they have been anything but cooperative. I already paid close to 1200 without using this network. And a late fees of 100 is charged now(as there was delay for 2 months for Bill amount of 470). My credit limit is 1400, it makes no sense I should be paying 100 for 470 rs bill. I am still facing tough luck changing this number to prepaid. I swear this is the last time i will use airtel.
