I recharged airtel no.[protected] for rs. 99 on[protected] through airtel
Website by debit card. The amount rs 99 was debited from my account but airtel no. [protected] was not recharged and the amount was not refunded till today. Your services are very very poor. Kindly refund rs.. 99 in to my account soon.

Hi team,

I've been getting multiple calls from airtel agents offering me many plans.
Even after ignoring them multiple times still im getting calls from the same. Please look into the concern. Almost getting 10 calls a day. I will be raising a petition if this is not stopped. On two of the below numbers getting the calls.

Hi team,
I have been getting multiple calls from airtel customer agents regarding airtel offers and all. I've given them feedback stating not interested to take there offers or not interested in there packages. Please look into this. I don't want them calling me every day 10 times atleast. Please black the caller. I will put a petition if calls wont stop.

I have recharged online Rs.99 on 17-Aug-2018 at 9.32 AM IST but it is failed. Amount deducted from my bank account (HDFC).

My another recharge on the same day for Rs.99 is successful but the failed transaction amount is not refunded to my bank account.

I have recharged my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] on 14th june 2018 448 pack. The amount have been deducted from my credit card account but the recharge was not done. So many times i talked to airtel customer care but till now i did not get my recharged amount back.
Recharge amount is : 448/-
Till date there is no information about the status of the recharge.
So please check and return my recharged amount back as soon as possible. Please look into the matter.

I have done the prepaid recharge of rs. 498 for twice and the money is being deducted from my account but the message i am receiving is that due to some technical reason it is not getting recharged.

My sim no.[protected] is not yet given permission to port to other network, i on 30/07/2018 made a massage to change the port of my above sim no. and you issue the massage about the port code is AZ-585881 and validity for 11 august 2018. please permission of port the number may kindly be granted.

I was using Airtel Prepaid number [protected] until i left to Europe for a year however as soon as i got back i am seeing someone else is using my number without any information how can you guys do this.

I have all my bank information linked to that number i would need that number back

Today morning 17.08.2018 we have made recharge for mobile number but with single digit wrong number. My original number [protected], but wrongly recharge made to [protected]. I have already called Customer Care but they not responding. My request to get my money back or get my mobile recharge

Unable to recharge from internet, Airtel website and also a all kind of recharge websites. Message that I get transaction failed. Its happening with Airtel websites also... This is happening only with my mobile Number, It is working fine with other airtel number.

This is regarding my broadband bill in my Airtel connection... I have been using broadband since around a few months now... but later 2 months back I decided to disconnect my connection.. but the people at Airtel don't even care about it!!!, I had asked them during August to disconnect my connection, they took a notice and replied that they will disconnect it soon.. and I had also paid the bill for that month but now even after 2 months I found out that they haven't disconnected my connection and they are asking me to pay 2 months of bill without even upholding their mistake for disconnecting my connection and later today they gave me a call saying that I have to pay that bill at any cost!! even though I used none of it!!!, This is not acceptable...I mean it is my wish if I want to get the connection disconnected right??!!!, but they forcibly want me to continue their services adn pay bills for no reason!!!, I mean it is their fault for not doing so!!!, That is why I want the connection disconnected!!! Or else you guys are asking as a fraud!!!

Airtel are cheaters you are deducting money on ICOn service which was not activated by me and 95 has been deducted. i was using airtel dish and airtel broadband but now will have to stop all your services. was not expecting this from airtel but i guess its all about how to cheat your customers and of they dont notice keep doing this again and again.

Mobile no: [protected] I am facing data network issue from past over 2-3 months however from last week I am not able use 1GB data where in my wallet I have 120GB pending data. There is alot of issue in call like disturbance, sudden call drop, sudden network drop. The slowest network of world.

After complaint raised the executive has called to reslove the issue when I was in meeting I have to been told him to call after an hour but I don't see any resolution from your end yet. Could you please take any action. Really fed up with Airtel Network I would rate not even 1 star out of 5 star.

My Airtel prepaid number [protected] has been discontinued without due notice to me, and airtel is not able to help me recover my number. I had to switch off my phone because I was admitted in hospital for emergency. The last SMS was received on Jun 26th. I had sufficient balance. Can you please help recover my number, as you know how painful can it be update phone number everywhere.

In my area there is lot of trouble during access of net, i can say 2g network speed is also very poor and the distance between my area and the tower is approx. 3 km. So the speed is very hazardous.
So kindly visit my area

The txn id for my recharge for rs 448 is[protected]. The recharge got failed as soon as the payment went through. How do i get the refund?

Please make sure that i get my refund back into my credit card as soon as possible.
I am not able to view this failed transaction in the my airtel app as well. Please use the txn id to follow up on the same

Mobile no [protected] MVN Games service activated for 7 days without any request. The no. is being used on normal phone which donor support anroaid. Then how MVN Service got activated. This is only a option to loot money from costomer by Airtel. Just nonsencese.
