Someone lured my father with fraud transaction from unsolicited phone calls.
Airtel customer care is not hepful to connect me to right channel, unable to do complain for airtel money and stop the transaction immediately.

121, 400 no customer care person is supporting us.

Can you help asap and let me know the right contact to check.

    I had shifted my second number [protected] to family plan in the month of April .and paid the outstanding of both the numbers . Extra amount of charges were levied to me saying its a one time charges, which also i paid with this month charges the amount of 123 is levied again saying the outstanding of [protected] . From last two month i am paying the bills in family plan how i can get a separate bill for [protected] . Spoken to many of your Representative on phone but all in vain . so decided to port my number upto you now

      Requested to release from company corporate plan on 6th June.
      As promised by your employee Laxmi Kamojia interaction ID [protected] and Amit Sena [protected] the request was not processed. Awaiting your response so as know where has the request has disappeared. We had a word with Raghav Kaushik interaction ID [protected] who said that he can't track what has happened post request.
      The request was placed as per your company procedures at Mumbai 4 bunglow outlet.

        Hi,

        I can’t recharge my number using online and my Airtel app. [protected]. Please solve the issue asap.

        I am facing this issue from last two days. I tried recharging using website, third party website, Airtel mobile app but no luck.

        I have tried calling customer care and still, they are not able to solve the issue. I have visited Airtel store and they said only the customer care can solve the issue, they can’t do anything.

        Please provide a solution for that.

          As i am using the Airtel broadband connection, which cost monthly Rs 999. and they are giving the ads and broshures saying that the network speed will be 40 mbps .and i am not getting the proper speed which they are telling ... the speed which i am getting is below 1 mb some times 2 mb.the techinician who comes from the airtel to resolve our problem is not satisfied .. they are making as fool by saying... the download speed will only 2 mb. the speed which the airtel shows in their brousher and ads, ie, 40mbps was only for browsing . they told us they cant resolve our problem

            I made online prepaid recharge for Airtel Mobile from Airtel website. I made payment through net banking. The payment was deducted from my bank account and transaction was failure. I made a call to customer care they are saying our applications are down we can't check your status. There is always technical issues from Airtel from both network issues and technical issues. The customer care people did not gave proper response. When can i receive the refund.

              Please note that we have been facing number of issues with the services of Bharti Airtel for more than 15 months.
              Many times we have communicated to different representatives of BHARTI AIRTEL but we are unable to get solution for the issues
              On the other side Bharti Airtel has disconnected our services without attending and solving the issues
              This is the second time in last 1 week time that Bharti Airtel has disconnected our services.
              This is purely illegal and amounts to deficiency in services

              Our Payments made towards CUG Connection Bills have been misappropriated by Bharti Airtel.
              Please note that when the customer is making payment towards any particular Invoice, the recipient cannot adjust the said payment against any other outstanding.
              There are number of judgements from various courts in this regards.

              It is very evident from the trailing points that Bharti Airtel has failed to provide PROPER CUSTOMER CARE AND there is a deficiency in the service.
              This is therefore high time to end this long lasting relationship which requires ONLY Payments without attending to genuine issues.
              Please depute some VERY SENIOR PERSON from your side with whom we can workout final amount payable after deducting legitimate wrongly billed figures and provide us NOC to PORT all our connections immediately

              For the ready reference of the pending issues I am narrating some of the issues once again hereunder. Please note that I can provide number of further communications but I have mentioned only few of them.

              POOR CONNECTIVITY

              We have intimated many of your representatives about having very poor connectivity, call drop etc across Ahmedabad City as well as our other offices at Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

              Refer our mail dated 11.04.2017 which states as under :-
              In spite of my many verbal and written communication, it is surprising to observe that so far as network connectivity is concerned, no improvement is made by now.

              This leads to understand that at Bharti Airtel, either the old Corporate clients are of no value

              I came to know that Yasar Pathan has left but till date I am not aware of any other name
              Under the current scenario when all other service providers are making number of changes plus offering mouth-watering rates, Airtel is just avoiding those clients who are with them for last more than 7 years.
              We are currently using CUG Connections + Data Cards + WiFi Dongles + PRI Lines + Broad band from Airtel
              Simultaneously we have connections from other service providers and there we are attended in hourly basis

              I hope there exists some CUSTOMER CARE at Airtel

              Refer our mail dated 19.07.2017 which states as under :-
              It has been observed that since last many days we are facing very poor connectivity on our mobile as well as dongles
              Instead of 4G signals we get only 2G connectivity for data and for voice calls number of times we have to face Call Drop and number of times we get “No Mobile Network”
              This problem is not only at one particular place. Across Ahmedabad we have faced this issue many times and this need to be improved on priority basis

              Refer our mail dated 19.08.2017 which states as under :-

              We have been customers of Bharti Airtel since 2007-08 and It has been observed that since last more than six months we are facing very poor connectivity on our mobile as well as dongles
              Instead of 4G signals we get only 2G connectivity for data and for voice calls number of times we have to face Call Drop and number of times we get “No Mobile Network”
              This problem is not only at our office premises.

              Across Ahmedabad we have faced this issue many times and this need to be improved on priority basis

              It is also reported that all our senior managers are facing the connectivity problem at their residence also.
              For particular checking, my residence address is given hereunder :-

              Apart from this, at my residence, a repeater was installed in the year 2008 for which the then officer Miss Jaya Oberoi had agreed to pay some rent and I was told that it will be credited to my personal number. This rent was never got credited nor I got any payment and the repeater was in function till 2013. Since there was no solution to payment of rent, I had switched off the repeater. However some officer of Bharti Airtel named Ashish Tawakley hired my property where the repeater was installed. When they vacated the premises the instrument/Antena sort of thing which was installed at the tarrace was removed however, the cable and repeater’s, ground level instrument is still lying there.

              I would like to bring to your notice that though we are not getting 4G connectivity, we are billed for the same and in view of the GST coming up, we had to pay all bills which were kept on hold for payment on account of connectivity issues. Now the problem of connectivity has been seriously considered by my top management and I am directed to get improvements from Bharti Airtel within 10-15 days or switch to Reliance JIO for all possible services.

              I hope in the interest of the long business association, you will take necessary steps on emergency basis

              Refer our mail dated 20.09.2017 stating as under :-
              Please update the current status in respect of :-
              1. Bills with our Correct GST No 24AAACP2503N1ZM
              2. Connectivity issues at our Vatva Office, Vashi Navi Mumbai Office
              3. Connectivity issues and call drops at number of locations across Ahmedabad City as well as on the Ring Road
              Credit / Adjustment in respect of 4g Data Cards which are not working as should be

              Again upon raising the complain to Mr Surendra Baghel upon mentioning that you have not received any complain in respect of poor connectivity, we had drawn your attention to the mail dated 19.07.2017 staing as under :-

              As per talk you are saying you have not received complain for connectivity
              I think you are not looking customer complain . our GM is already send mail..

              Major problem at Maningar Gordhanwadi tekra & P.T.collage Paldi & Bopal as per details given in mail

              Refer our Mail dated 29.03.2018 which states as under :-
              We discussed on following issues and not only the one you have mentioned
              1. Connectivity issue at our offices at Vashi Navi Mumbai as well as Nariman Point Mumbai
              a. 207, Thacker Towers, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai [Contact Hemant Bhardwaj]
              b. 26, Maker Chambers-VI, Nariman Point, Mumbai [Contact : Ajay Borwankar]
              2. Connectivity issue at Vatva
              3. Non availability of Conference Call facility on our CUG Mobiles
              4. Non availability of Invoice dated 9th July 2017 for the CUG Mobiles with our proper GST Number i.e. 24AAACP2503N1ZM
              5. Non availability of ITC Credit on GST charged to us for the months of Jul-17, Aug-17 & Sep-17
              6. Reversal of Charges wrongly billed to us for last many months on our 5 Nos Data Cards
              7. Confirmation of No Billing on all Data Cards as the services are

              NON-AVAILABILITY OF GST CREDIT

              Refer our e-mail dated 19.03.2018 wherein we have mentioned as under :-

              I refer to various communication in respect of mentioning our GST Number on all the Invoices from Bharti Airtel Limited.
              Since there was no mention of GST Number in the Invoices for the month of July to Sept 17, we had to hold the payment of your bills
              Later we were provided with the bills having our Company’s GST Numbers but CUG Bill for the month of July 17 is not yet received

              Since last few months, I have been getting the Invoices with GST Numbers and we have been paying the Bills in good faith.

              It was surprising to notice that Bharti Airtel has not submitted their GST Returns for July to Sept with our company’s GST Number. We have verified GST Portal and have noticed that we are not getting our legitimate Input Tax Credit just because of the fault of Bharti Airtel.

              This is not at all acceptable.

              Please treat this mail seriously and ensure that the necessary rectifications are made on the GST Portal to enable us the Tax Credit
              We shall hold all payment to the extent of loss of tax credit till you implement the corrections

              NO CONNECTIVITY FOR DATA CARDS

              Refer our number of mails and personal / telephonic discussion with your representatives Amit Khavadiya as well as Kalpesh Revar, whereby we had conveyed that some of our datacards connections are not having connectivity and even though Bharti Airtel has raised Bills for number of months without solving the issue of connectivity.

              Since last few weeks it is observed that any dongle or hot spot is not providing proper connectivity at any location
              This has not to do with location but the speed what we are getting is not even equal to 3G speed

              It may also be noted that since last more than one month we are also facing connectivity issue on our Airtel Broadband Connection No 40371713
              Number of repeated complains as well as number of telephonic calls and visits by your various representatives has NOT RESOLVED the issue till today

              This is a very serious matter and especially during March if this issue continues, I am instructed by Top Management to switch to other Service Provider – For all CUG Mobiles + Data Cards + PRI + Broadband

              Kindly therefor organise to rectify the situation at the earliest

              We had provided Data Card Numbers vide our mail dated 30.01.2018 as under :-

              DATA CARD NUMBERS WHERE CONNECTIVITY IS NOT THERE. WE HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES. AND WE ARE UNNECESSORILY BILLED FOR 650/- PER MONTH PLUS TAX FOR LAST MORE THEN 6 MONTHS

              Without providing genuine due credit to the bills raised wrongly, the payments made against other services were adjusted against this data cards bills wrongly and lastly the services were disconnected upon our insistence.

              EXORBITANTLY HIGH INVOICE

              It is surprising to notice that you have generated a Bill for one of our CUG number which is exorbitantly very high and apparently not genuine. For our Mobile Number [protected] we had requested to activate super saver Smart Pack, International Roaming @ 3999 - 30 days pack - Zone C w.e.f. 03.04.2018 according to the confirmation mail received from Bharti Airtel the said pack will be auto renewed if International Roaming services are utilised in any of the covered countries.

              It is observed that instead of renewing the aid pack you have charged us Rs.999/- daily on 17.04.2018, 18.04.2018, 19.04.2018, 21.04.2018, 22.04.2018 & 25.04.2018 under the pack named “international roaming daily limit pack [protected]@999 nrc” which is wrong. When our request for 30 days pack was in existence, why an additional charge of 999/- has been billed to us.
              On the other side even after charging Rs. 9643/- for variety of packs wrongly, Bharti Airtel has billed us additional 21369.27 towards the usage

              There is absolutely no justification for the billing.

                On TV screen, at "menu" to "my account" shows balance of Rs. 2124.79 as on 08th July-2018; but I am getting on TV start-up "Your Account Expires soon" with payment due date as 10th July-2018.

                Also on logging to https://www.airtel.in/s/selfcare/; my account shows Rs. 42.71, as balance and valid till tomorrow i.e. till 10th July-2018.

                I have written email to "[protected]@airtel.com" on 06th July (three mails), then on 08th July-2018 (one mail) with screenshot of my TV Screen. But so far I have not received any response.

                My 06th July-18, while sending email to "[protected]@airtel.com"; I had forwarded email that I had received from Airtel, Mr. Rohit, Customer Services, Bharti Airtel Limited, on the similar issue last year. This mail was in the response to my then e-mail and the telephonic conversation with him.
                As per this (earlier) email received from your (Airtel) Customer Services, dated Tue, May 2, 2017 at 4:59 PM:

                As per our telephonic conversation on mobile number [protected] on 02-May-2017, we have changed your package from Infinity all SD 12 Month ARP to Value Prime Kids Standard 11M 1M, effective 02-May-2017.
                For your reference, applicable details are as follows:
                ¿ Package- Value Prime Kids Standard 11M 1M, Valid till 27-Apr-2018.
                ¿ Top ups- BBC WORLD NEWS (Rs.24/month including taxes).
                ¿ Daily Burn Rate ¿ Rs..0.80 (This is your daily deduction amount).
                ¿ Current Balance ¿ Rs. 2471.39.
                ¿ Top-up Validity- 15-Oct-2025 (As per current balance and DBR).

                Here I reiterate that I have made no changes from my side to my Value Prime Kids Standard 11M 1M package. Normally I make bulk payments in single go, to avoid necessity of adding money again and again.

                Kindly look into this matter and also ask IT section of M/s Bharti Airtel Limited, to take corrective action to remove discrepancies amongst different set of data stored and also ensure that such issues should not crop-up again and again as some yearly event.

                    i was using from 2011 voda fone first time i thought to use airtel service but i got this ridiculous kind of service i use to call mostly in my home landline no and when i am not able to use it then it is useless for me and my 399 rs recharge will go waste.

                      Sorry to say but worst call center i have encountered as on date.

                      i had bought a DTH service on 09th July and the installation was done on the same day and i appreciate for the same.

                      For 1 week the DTH service was working ok but suddenly it is showing B001 error on most of the channel but i can excess selective channel.

                      So i thought of calling and registering my complain with the customer service and looking at their approach i have decided to call my services from air-tel.

                      Request to know the process for cancelling the product with full refund.

                          I am unable to receive calls and messages From past two days, there is no signal for my number. I have called 198 and asked about the same no information from their end. I am not even having compliant number because of no signal on my number.

                          Please kindly help for the same, what happened to number and what i should do to access my number. Expecting call to my alternate number [protected] from you side.

                          Note: There is no prior information(message) before locking the signal on my number.

                            Hi, I am staying at ECIL Hyderabad and today i have received a message from airtel that Rs.99 have been deducted from my balance amount for using "APPS CLUB" and will be renewed after its expiry. Earlier also i have been charged Rs.99 for using "Super Store" which i never activated.

                            I want to know without activating these kind of products why unnecessarily Airtel is stealing money from customers in this manner. If these kind of cheap tricks are been repeated then Airtel will definitely loose its users and trust on them.

                            Please return the deducted amount to my main balance at the earliest and improve your system so that it should not happen in future to any customer.

                              I ordered s9 on 30.06.18 till now i didn't got the set when delivery boy came on 04.07.18 for the delivery at home he told me that your sim is not getting activated bcz which number i selected it was already booked by some one else. After that he called his senior to put a mail to your head office after that day i didn't get any kind of reapond from your company and status is showing on hold i request you to plz sought out my problem otherwise cancel my order or give my payment back in my bank account .

                                Greetings!!!

                                I have to write this complaints not because your service has downgraded but there are no steps being taken to improve the services.
                                I am not in India now but my entire family, relatives, villagers as well as my people suffering from your bad network connection. They might have complained to you but from last eight months no one is bother to resolve the issue.
                                I am from a village name Jogaulia Tola Gulab Khan, PO- Rupni, PS- Gulwara Madhuban, Dist- E Champaran, Bihar. We have almost 10, 000 Airtel devoted users who are using it from past many years but due to bad signals and no signal everyone is suffering and have planned to switch to another company.
                                Why I m writing this to you because when i try to talk to my parents i can talk to them even for four to five days because there is no signal in my area.
                                There is a Airtel tower in barely 1000 meters away from my home but is standing for no reasons.

                                Please take my words very seriously and do the needful otherwise wait for the subsequent.

                                  We had applied for disconnection of airtel broadband services in May as we were shifting our premise. We find that the same is not yet deactivated and airtel has been charging the monthly rent for May and June when we have not used at all. there has been numerous automated calls coming from various number harassing us to make payment for the outstanding amount when we have not utilized the service at all.

                                  We gave also got calls from numerous customer care executive and everytime we have informed them about the disconnection not happened and each time they say they will look into it but there is no action taken. if we go to any airtel outlet they say that we have contact customer care, in customer care, we dont speak to the same executive twice and we dont know if they are really logging in our request as there is no response or action taken for this. We are really harassed because of this. we have shifted out of HRBR layout area.

                                    Against my application decades ago I have been allotted a mobile number which I have been using and connected to AADHAAR number as well. My name is GN VITTAL. I would like my mobile number to be restored to my name. Approximately a month ago my mobile functions stopped one by one, first text messages were no going but was receiving, next I was neither receiving calls nor was able to make calls including to 121. I contacted on a land line to check the problem. I was asked to go to a nearby Airtel service centre with my AADHAAR card. It was then I was told that my number has been changed to my wife's name without my consent. My number has been in my name and I have been using for all my transactions. I would request Airtel to restore my mobile number to my name.

                                        My airtel 4G is unable to load Web pages properly. It is taking 10 min to properly load a Web page. I am using 499 Internet pack and from the past few days, I am facing this issue. Still this pack is going to take another 13 days to expire, my 4G speed changed drastically to bottom. I am extremely disappointed with Airtel. Please resolve this asap or else I am gonna port to Jio.
