    I am facing 3G/4G network issues in Anand vihar, Kharegaon, Kalwa Thane.
    I called airtel CUSTOMER CARE thrice in last week and every time they are saying problem will be resolved very soon. Almost 7days are over and I can use my 3G/4G Internet services. I have faced lot of financial loss due to non availability of Airtel network.
    Is this Fastest network in India?
    ###...
    Worst network, worst CUSTOMER CARE and worst approach for the users...

    Who will bear my loss... I am free lancer and almost my 3 orders of Rs 8.5 lacs has been cancelled just because I have attended video call meeting on scheduled time.

      I had opted for a new Airtel broadband / fixed line connection on 29th June 2018. The sales person had promised a quick (1 day) installation and activation for a 100 Mbps connection at my residence. They also offered a 6-month plan for the same and I ended up paying for it upfront.

      That was 12 days back now and I have been facing complete irresponsibility and un-professionalism from Airtel customer care and service personnel since then. Details of the issues faced so far:

      1. Airtel took 4 days (July 3rd) just to get a technician to my residence and the person just ended up setting up a connection, but did not activate it (no internet). The service personnel promised that it would get auto-activated in a couple of hours, but that didn't happen.

      2. The technician also told me that they can provide max 24 Mbps connection in my area, even though I was promised and had proportionately paid for a 100 Mbps connection, as that was my minimum requirement

      3. The connection is still in non-active state. I have not been able to access internet for 12 days in this day and age in Bangalore, not counting the endless hours spent talking and worrying about this

      4. I have called the customer support for this at least 8 times, and each time I have been promised that someone will reach my place in 4 hours to 1 day, but no one showed up

      5. On July 5th, they closed my service request saying that the connection was activated, even though that was not the case!! On calling them back, I got the same response again that someone will reach my place and resolve the issue

      6. Having been frustrated by this behavior, I finally asked for a disconnection and refund. Someone from customer care called me up again saying that not to go for disconnection and someone will soon take case of my request. Once again, no success. They actually closed my disconnection request saying that the issue is resolved!!!

      7. I have tried calling the customer care multiple times, sent official mail too, but yet no help from these guys. Finally today I have received a message from these guys saying that my issue will be resolved in 46 days!!! The message also does not mention any details like what exactly is the issue they are going to resolve in 46 days!

      Due to all this, I have no option left but to take things in my hand and reach consumer forums. I am looking for a complete cancellation and refund from Airtel on this, as this is the least they can do.

      I am just one step away from lodging an official consumer complaint now. I have not heard of this type of behavior towards customer from a company like Airtel.

        I'm having full network, but not able to access Internet!.. I have 2 Airtel Sim cards.. using Airtel since 2003.. didn't have any problem till April.. from then I'm having this problem.. when I call Airtel they say we will resolve this problem till some date but nothing is resolved
        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.. I'm not the only one facing this problem.. when I am calling Airtel they say that there's no indoor coverage in your area.. there is good outdoor coverage..
        Should I sit outside to use internet?

        Internet speed is very bad which i was facing from day 1, Kindly disconnect and refund my money.

          I requested online for new connection in my area and immediately i received 5-10 calls from multiple people to provide docs and payment.they literally haunted me for payment without even showing their faces and forced to share the docs over whatsapp. as i rejected to pay they came to home and then made us pay the amount. even when one representative is at home taking payment one more person from airtel called and said he is ot authorised person.i think this is an internal fight for commission for number of connections taken by each person which made me suspect if this is really airtel or some fake company. and then after the payment none of them received the calls. website dispalys 100mbps but the person who took the payment told he could only give 24 mbps in my area which is literal cheating.and then after 3 days of waiting called the customer care and they told we could not provide service in your area plz apply for a refund. this is the highest level of service to the users from airtel

            I recharged my phone on MyAirtel on 14 June 2018 for Rs. 448. Including Promotion, I paid Rs. 403 for the same through my PhonePe Wallet. I repeat, on MyAirtel and payment through PhonePe wallet. The payment was a success and have confirmed it with PhonePe but the MyAirtel app showed that it was a failed transaction. It has been almost a month, they've not cared to refund my money. I receive the same email, every single time I mail them. And finally, last week I received a text saying the "Refund has been initiated, check your bank account in 48 hours". I made the payment through PhonePe and not bank! But I've not received in either of it. I've never had to follow up so much. The service has been pathetic. I can't let my money go for no reason. Ref. No. CONRC[protected]. Merchant Order No. (Which I got after going behind PhonePe number of times. Apparently failed transactions don't show up on MyAirtel which is the most stupidest thing.) is #[protected]. I didn't want to post the complaint here, but is my last resort.

            i raised one complaint on network issue

            they given 100 minus on 499 package with same benefits

              I had applied for a broadband connection and the said connection was provided on 27.05.2018. At the time of registration I had given a cheque of Rs.5428 being six month's advance rent. The connection was activated on the day of installation. However the said cheque was lost by yr deptt. and even after assurance that the matter is being looked and will be resolved within 4 days my connection was deactivated. I took up the matter with appellate authority ncr who were kind enough to order restoration and no penalty/other charges provided I paid it within 4 hours. I have paid the amt immediately. Now I have recd a bill for Rs/128.10 being late fee. Pl advice the concerned deptt to quash the order. Regards Mohinder [protected]

              I am facing with worst slowness of internet in my mobile. Worst service. Want to switch to JIO.

              My Airtel mobile prepaid number has been abruptly disconnected this week without any initimation or requesting for any information. I have been using this number for several years and I use this number for a lot of transactions online.
              Please help on this at the earliest.

                I am using Airtel DISH TH service in apartments...ID number is [protected]... we are having common dish in our block .. 7 -8 flats are using .
                I have communicated to airtel customer care dept on 2nd Jun on set up box issue .. It is continuously going in download option. Engineer came on 5th Jul but not explained the problem and said that it is maintenance issues and set up box issue ... I spent 4 hrs 05 mins for follow up... I am sending email and SMS but no one is responding.
                I have asked for disconnection and requested to refund amount ( as I have paid till April 2019 ).. Whenever I was calling, they used to hold line ~17 mins and disconnecting lines/ not responding .. I requested to connect the line to supervisor, they were not responding

                  I lost my phone along SIM with phone number [protected]
                  So I applied for a new SIM with same number and installed it in my new phone yesterday at 4 pm
                  But my SIM is not yet activated even after 24 hours.
                  I have been a privileged customer paying my postpaid bills regularly but now I am dissatisfied that nobody is helping me to activate my new SIM of same number [protected]

                  Kindly help me out to activate my new SIM at the earliest so that my old SIM in my lost phone will get deactivated. Otherwise I have to face the risk of somebody misusing my phone number which I lost

                    This is the worstest service provider I have ever faced. I raised a request for the new broadband connection. Immediately I received calls from multiple people from Airtel asking to pay the intial amount for broadband connection. Few guys did not even come home and ask to forward the documnets over whatsapp and pay amount before 1 o clock same day. Its a market where everyone shout their products but everyone from airtel fighting for payment this time. I paid amount of 4k to one representative who is from airtel and when paying itself one more person called and told that he is not teh authorised person. The guy made us pay through online link and thats it from then no one airtel resposded for our calls. If we call customer care after 2 days they say we are still processing it. After 4 days after high screaming the customer care says we cannot give connection in your area sorry we will refund the amount. These are really unexpected standards from Airtel running behind money for commision of agents but not on providing service customers. really dissatisfied and frustrated.

                      We have requested for Airtel broadband connection on 29th-June. Even my neighbor has the same connection so we thought it would be easy to get connection. On 2nd July their executives came and took the application and 500 Rs. from us. CEF no: 80135843. They promised that the connection would be given with in 24-72 hours. However, after 10 days also we have not received connection. Every now and then airtel people call and enquire as if they are giving connection but they never came. I got text messages from Airtel saying my connection is ready for installation. But airtel executives call and say due to technical issues they cannot give connection now and it will taken another 5 working days. The so called fastest internet service in India is dead slow in providing connection. When we ask for refund of our money they simply hangup the phone. We are highly dissatisfied by their behaviour. Please refund our amount paid. Kindly don, t do false promises.

                      Our landline connection while receiving calls, the voice is not clearly audible.
                      And also our dialpad does not working properly while entering numbers..after several attempts we are able to enter the number.. so please check the problem as early as possible .

                        Hi, I changed my aitel 3g sim to 4g tomorrow.After a confirmation call I received a message saying that the 4g sim has been activated and then the network of my old 3g sim was disabled.. but the 4g sim was not activated and still showing emergency calls only.what should i do now.??is there any way i can get my older 3g sim to work??? please reply asap..

                              Sir,

                              I have changed my plan on 6th July 2018.
                              My previous plan was advance rental plan, which gets renewed in every July.
                              I was waiting till July to change my plan as the plan charges (999 ) per year.
                              I have changed my plan to 399 but still my bill generated included the advance rental charges also.
                              As new plan is activated the old plan should be deactivated by default as per my knowledge.
                              Your customer care executive said that my plan renews on 4th hence the advance rent charges are included. and now nothing can be done.
                              But this is for your kind information that, till July my airtel app on mobile has not facility to change the plan. But till the time i have activated new plan it allowed me to do the same. So its your app problem that it allowed me to change though the previous plan renewed for this year.
                              Also i have visited airtel gallery in Karvenagr, Pune in last week to change my plan they said that this can be done on my app on 5th or 6th July.
                              Please have a look in this matter and send me revised bill with deduction of advance rental charges.

                                This is in relation to the International Roaming Services activated on my number for 30 days, wherein it provided that i am allowed to use 5 GB data on my number. However, Airtel plays very smart and doesnt inform the customer if the data balance is over or you have exceeded the same. One cannot even check the same on the app, since the same shows the local data usage. I have received a bill where I have been charged for using 1.5 GB data extra for which the customer care did not hesitate in asking me for the charges. But when my data balance was over neither did I receive a call nor did I receive a message. A simple way of fooling the customers. To top it all I was following up with the customer care during my trip as my network did not work for 3-4 days and the customer care did not guide me well.

                                Its surprising how they keep sending you promotional offers and call you for porting etc. but they dont bother to update the customers on data usage, etc.

                                    I am unable to recharge my aortal prepaid number which is [protected] since last 5 days i.e from 3rd July. I tried recharging by all means, by internet banking, by my airtel app, my going offline airtel store, by paytm, etc but it fails every time and every time my money gets deducted from the account . I have raised so many complains with airtel, called customer care so many times, but every time they come up with new time line that it will be resolved in 72 hrs, in 48 hrs etc etc. Getting my money refunded is not the problem, I know I will get back those in 7-8 working days, but the problem that I am facing for last 5 days, what about that . I have given them so many failed transaction ids also . One of the complain service request number is "CPONR[protected]" ..

                                      I had paid Rs.1253 on July 3, 2018 to Amazon.in and the money is failed to transfer and my order is cancelled and they the Amazon are saying that they can't got the money . So, they cancelled my order but it is debited from my account . The Amazon.in customer service are saying that it is the bank issue and bank can only solve your problem and the debited transaction id is[protected] and My account no. Is [protected] from which the money is debited . So, please refund my money.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi i am using unlimited calls plan of rs.399. i have been receiving messages from A$-TFAROT containing call details such as call duration call cost etc., of last call that i have not made. this is bothering me a lot. i feel that something wrong is happening with my number. please see in the matter and take some action. i have been trying to call the customer care but i couldnt talk to the customer care executive. please resolve my problem
