Sir i request many of times to costomer care please do some solutions we getting very poor network in our village essra punjab . But they wait me 6 months. You think how i spend 6 months with Airtel, because i trust but this month i try 3 time to port but they requested me to stay i will stay in so they recover signal .but finally i will go to idea after this month . Full idea 4g signal come in my room. Airtel has zero . Very bar network everyone leave airtel . This company is now money theif.my contact no [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com

    We recently potted out from Vodafone for excessive billing and AIRTEL turned out to be better billing wise but network problems are too high-sometimes our phones receiving SMS, sometimes no calls can be made or received, sometimes data doesn’t work at all and sometimes even though international roaming is activated it doesn’t work on a foreign land.
    When complained (which is very often)AIRTEL executives ask us to do troubleshooting steps everytime by taking out the Simcard and again reinserting it-the simcard is new hardly 5 months old but it doesn’t work -by continuously taking out and reinserting the SIM card the phone gets damaged and think of the cost of an I phone and it’s repairs -it is really too heavy a burden.
    In my family 2 members have taken additional sims this incurring additional bills but since without communication business cannot be done it became extremely essential.
    Everytime a simcard is replaced you need to visit the store and pay Rs.25 for the simcard exchange-it seems these network providers are developing inferior quality sim cards to profit from their exchange.

    We are charged for sms from a London no.ending with [protected] in mostly all our bills and when discussed with AIRTEL they say that these sms trigger from Apple site everytime we switch off and on our I phones -they ask us to switch off i-messages which are free from I phone to I phone if internet connection is there at both ends .
    What is the use of having such expensive high utility and high end phones if imessages are to be switched off?
    Will a person keep his/her phone always on and then spend on expensive batteries?
    Kindly inform the service providers not to levy charges for such ISD sms.

    The internet connection is very weak and slow in Dalhousie area and I was told that a new port would be installed to improve the connectivity but inspite of the plan with minimum 40MBPS SPEED the network is slow and work in the office area is hampered -lots of complaints need to be made on a regular basis.Kindly get the network improved and as per plan subscription

      Sir, i have recently take prepaid connection of airtel 4g after seeing their advertisement but all the promise are wrong . the network quality in my area (jagatpura, jaipur) - 302017 is so poor that even we can't send or receive any whatsapp message.alonwith it, the costumer service is not providing satisfactory answer, many times they don't even receive my phone. i got frustrate with their poor service.i have complaint so many times but they are just avoiding me.
      please help us

        im writing this mail regarding to the network issue, as ive already called to the customer care executive 3rd time even then my problem have not sorted yet

        1. as i was using 3g hand set, so the 3g network is really pathetic than aircel at speed of 20 kbs ?? what is this. i ported my no from aircel to airtel thought that it provide the best network as it claim the fastest network. but to be honest the network...

        I phoned the airtel office in Quilon for the hotspot device was told it's Rs 999. Airtel.in hotspot device priced at Rs999. Airtel hotspot device at Ernakulam for Rs999. I went to the airtel Quilon office to buy hotspot & told that it costs Rs 1400 for the device & sim extra They said today's stock is Rs 1400 just for the white hotspot device and sim card extra when ever where it is advertised as Rs999 ! Why is Quilon Airtel selling white hotspot device at this inflated rate?

          I port to airtel postpaid from other operator.
          First they told me that plan will be 399 per month and we will give you 100 discount voucher. But in first bill there was no voucher. then they agreed for voucher from next bill.
          Also with unlimited plan they charged me Usage charges of approx 50. When I asked they told me that you made calls on special numbers which are not included in plan. I want to know about those special numbers.
          They also charged for some international messages. But in reality I did not send any messages to international numbers.
          Please forward my complaint to airtel.

            I have recharged my mobile number [protected] by Rs 499 on 1 July 2018 but unlimited voice calling benefit and data benefits are not given to me till this date. I have complained almost 6 times on airtel customer care. Every time, they tell me to wait for one day but they are not solving my problem. Even Aitel is sending the sms that problem has been resolved without resolving problem.Kindly resolve the problem or refund my money back otherwise I will move to consumer court and sue Airtel for its totally unprofessional behavior.

              So, please refund one of the reacharge amount preferable rupees 448 immediately so that I may not be published.

              And today my 6 rs main balance deduct on the name of loan taken by me its ridiculous i am using voda and airtel unlimited plan and i need 19 rs load really so irritating service that i can explain .
              one call came from airtel no one speak anything and cut call itself without resolve problem

No. is [protected] on 14 Dec 2007 covering 2 years incoming facilities in amount of Rs 560.00 only, from local Agent(shop ) . I submitted documents i.e . photograph & voter card along with application form. This document submitted to airtel showroom At Behind PVR Vikas Puri Delhi -59 on dated 29 DEC. 2007 . After that my Mobile was activated and serving smoothly but all of sudden from 15 Jan 2008 Evening a Message received in mobile that sim registration failed and service completely stopped then i went to show room and contacted showroom incharge, according to his suggestion again i deposited doc as voter card photo & Declaration form along with application form

                Airtel/ Prepaid Mobile Card — Non Activation of Prepaid Number

                Dear Sir/Madam

                This is to bring into your kind notice that I, Satkarjit Singh has got a FREE AIRTEL SIM (NO. [protected]) with a purchase of NOKIA N73. I got it activated from an AIRTEL dealer ‘ SUNIL AGENCIES, OPPOSITE SHINGAR THEATRE, NEAR PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, LUDHIANA’ WITH Rs. 100 (Activation Charges) having ONE Month Validity. Then I got the same number recharged with Rs. 500 Pack. But the SIM didn’t get Activated. The same dealer issued me a NEW DUPLICATE SIM worth Rs. 190. Again I got it recharged with Rs.100 Pack with ONE month validity. The result was same, it didn’t get Activated. I approached the Head of ‘SUNIL AGENCIES’ Miss Puneet Anand. She told that the SIM is DEAD and it can’t be activate and returned Rs. 190 (which were charged for issuing duplicate SIM)

                I have lost almost Rs. 750 and a Lot of TIME in this process. The Dealer has harassed a lot and I am left with nothing on Your side.

                Kindly look into the matter on PRIORITY BASIS and take Necessary Action as early as possible.

                Airtel Sim Card — Activation of Prepaid Sim Card

                I had taken Airtel prepaid sim Card [protected] from sangeetha marathahalli on 10.08.2008. My Sim gor deactivated on 6.09.08 stating Address verification. I have resubmitted the address proof on 8.09.008 and again on 12.09.08.                     Hi,
                    I cleared dues and I have submitted disconnection request to airtel store on 8th may 2018. I followed up many times. But, they havent disconnected it . Instead they generated bill in next month. With bill period 23May 2018- 22jun2018. Now, they are calling daily to pay the bill. It is like mental torture for me. Please help.

                      For past 12 months I have been raising complaint saying my internet connection is not working and I have been getting the response saying server hardware issues and will be fixed in some time - 12 months is not acceptable and few times my complaint have been closed by Airtel with out giving any solution.

                      My resent complaint number[protected] is on hold for more than a month and no update from Airtel and they claim that system will send auto generate SMS and when I asked them to check when the SMS was triggered they are tell that its not sent and they don't know why.

                      I have been told to call Mr. Padiyan to know when this is issue will be fixed and when I tried calling I got auto response that they work only during the office hours.

                      Why Airtel is not giving me the correct response?
                      Why customer care is available if I should call someone and check for response?

                      I paid 12 months bill and i am unable to use the service.

                      It will be of great help if some one can help me wrt issue.

                        I am really very unimpressed with ur service what kind of service provide by you...i have raised a complaint regarding my digital tv that my standard stb dosen't working ... ur executive came and told me that we don't have standard stb and forced me to upgrade with hd box.. with Rs-600/- and from customer care says u have to charge with only Rs 350/- to change your standard stb ... why i have purchase hd box .. after that they have closed my complaint without my information ...after two days i have reached your service partner named "net dot solution" they have suggest me that we have upgrade ur standard box with hd box in the amount of 450/- and they have promised me to do a waiver of amount Rs-250/- with their side ... by tomorrow but still two days gone still waiver not done and also they don't pick my phone ... what is that means they are foolish me ... i am really not happy with this kind of service ... on the other hand u have promised ur customer a better service ... but on other hand what kind of service provide by ur service partner i need my waiver that they commited ... else i stopped my service ... and i am move on ur compititor...

                          Airtel May-2018 bill, was Rs. 467.67.ps which was Paid on June 11 - 2018 vide (Txn ID[protected] but this month sms received that i have to pay Rs.902. (My package was fixed at the time of connection taken is Rs.399/- per month only) excluding taxes.

                          I would like to talk with Airtel employee but no one is available on line,
                          and i have seen many complaints in online even though Airtel is responding.
                          This is my complaint.
                          Kindly treat this mater as very important.

                          If there is no proper reply from Airtel then i go to consumer court.

                              I have obtained a new connection in the month of May 22nd 2018
                              They told me that the monthly charges will be 990 plus taxes

                              and the prorata bill will be done for the month of May since the connection is taken only on 22nd May 2018

                              I have received a bill for Rs 1460/- stating the bill for 17th May to 16th June even though the connection is taken only on 22nd

                              I have paid the bill on 5th july vide your Receipt No: 66494703 Transaction Ref No: [protected]

                              I have paid form my sb account online and also got a sms receipt

                              Again i received a mail saying the bill for 17 May-16 June 2018 as Rs 961/- and to be paid before july 7th 2018

                              I have also went and saw my account and it shows receipt of Rs 460 and Rs 500 on 25/6/18 which your people told it will be adjusted in the coming month bill

                              I don't know why you are sending two bill and the first bill which i have paid is Rs 1460/- which is against what the rental told me that too charged for the period which i have not used the internet and land line also.

                              Kindly make the repayment of the excess billing i have paid to me and check you account how you have charged Rs 1460/- and again sending a bill for Rs 961/-

                              i have switched over from ACT and they are giving more options as come back options
                              The way you treating the customer i am not happy

                              you have also registered a wrong cell no, my cell No is [protected] kindly change the same in your account

                                Hi,
                                I have two aritel number of my family member. I processed those number for porting to another company on 4th of July 2018. Airtel customer care called me on 5th of July 2018 requesting not to do port to other company as they have offered me that if I do recharge Rs. 399 the I will get 82 day of validity they will cancel the port code . But I got only 70 days of validity instead of 82 days.
                                Please help to get actual benefit.

                                  We at dahisar west, kandarpada, mumbai, has been have Airtel range issues for a week now. zero range. On calling your customer support they said we are not in area of coverage and new tower is under installation. I have been living in the same house for 3 years now and i had no such issues earlier. This is the mangrove area and trying to put up another tower will kill all the tiny living things ... this is the only place where you can see some wilderness...I have seen birds dissapear in my home town with the instalation of new towers. Please do not come up with excuses to put up new tower..it was working fine till past one week. The image is from your own website that states that there is excellent service in our area.

                                    I have been in touch with Airtel team from past one month.

                                    Please find attached the receipt for the payment i have made for the broad band.

                                    I have sent several emails as well as visited their santacruz branch where i brought the device from for the refund as they could not able to installed it.

                                    but till now they are giving some or other excuses and from past 3 month not even reply from them.

                                    I am help less now as they are cheating the customer.
