worst part is customer care executive behavior is very bad and they are not taking any complain regards the problem always they told there is a connection problem it will take time to solve.

    A week ago I called Airtel customer care and complained about the poor internet speed/connectivity. It was already almost a month since I was facing the problem when I finally decided to call the customer care service and figure what’s wrong only to deal with a horrible female customer representative who was not even listening to what I had to say. I called and then I started to tell her my problem but without even letting me complete the customer care asked “What is your Location?”, I thought she was trying to help me so I told her my location. She said “Give me a minute to check” and after a minute or a two she said “In your Location the 2g strength is excellent but the 3G and 4g strength is good”, hmm so I asked her “How does that answer my query?” She repeated that same sentence again. Now when a customer calls to seek help from their service provider is this what they call for to learn about the connectivity strength. I told her to hear me out firstand so I started explaining her what I want to know, why is my internet speed slow? What is the solution ? And what are doing about it for now? These were my simple questions but she said “I will transfer your call to my senior supervisor” I said okay but then starts again “ but he will tell you the same thing, when you are in a building the inside coverage will be poor”, I said “ I do understand that but my problem is not just that, my internet works poorly even when I go out of the house, in my office or any other place I go.” For which she replied “ there is some problem in your area which will take some time to get fixed till then you will have to use it just the way it is” What is this how airtel treats their customer we pay our hard earned money for their services just to be their slaves? We just have to use it the way it is? Which means no internet. Well I had a high fever that day and I was trying to order food online but after waiting to load the page and then after several minutes of waiting when you finally reach the payment gateway your otp takes forever to reach you, simply I can’t order food, I can’t call the restaurant and ask them to send directly because I don’t have the cash with me.
    Even after that I am a patient person so I told her “ I am also from a customer service industry, this is not how you are supposed to communicate with your customer” but she was least bothered with what I was explaining and she kept on saying the same things. She repeated the same thing for another five minutes and then she finally transfers the call to her supervisor who was quick to help, he just simply listened to what I had to say and then he said “There has been some problem we will surely help you with this for now we will register a complaint” that’s it, this is all it takes to alteast satisfy a customers query. And right after that my net was working just fine. Now how is this possible? But unfortunately after a day it was back to same poor network. I have decided to move on from airtel. Airtel advertise them as the fastest network in India but they fail to even give us the normal network services.

      I stay in a village and for the last 2 months i have been facing network issue which i have not faced earlier..the network goes away once the electricity supply disconnects and being a villager we get only 16 hrs of electricity supply that means we are getting airtel network for only 16hrs, it's a extremely urgent issue as if a emergency arises and one need to make call then airtel ditches our faith and we cannot rely on this network, take urgent actions to resolve this matter.

      Calls keep dropping frequently. Cant even talk more than a minute. There is no network in some areas at all...Terrible is a very subtle term.

        Hi i am vignesh. In my village K.EACHAMBADY Airtel tower is there but i am not getting signal inside the home. I am getting only 1 point in mobile. Not only for me nearly most of the people affected like these only . For receiving mobile signal we have to come out of the house .Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible . Most of the people are affected in and around that village.

        My Airtel tel TV plan has changed by itself and most of sports and adventurous Tv channels are not accessible. Although i have been watching thses cahnnels since two years paid for the package which includes most of the sports and adventurous channels .

          Dear Team,
          I am holding IndusindBank Corpoate numbers [protected] & [protected] wtih Airtel service provider. In my billing third number [protected] has been added without my confirmation or concern. There is no information about this and started simply billing form last May 2018 month. How can they cheat customers like this. I had put several mails to remove said number from billig, but there is no proper response.Kindly intervene to deactivate mobile number [protected] and revise my billingwih immediate effect. Last month amount refund it as i had paid alrady in last month billing. I was shoked seeing my bill amount 1522.00.

            I am Manikandan for Tirupur (Vijayapuram). (641606). I called 198 many times and complain about my signal coverage. But Airtel customer care simply says "We will clear the issue". But till now I have no clear signal strength. I am so 3 G user. But our area 4 G users suffered too. First time I called for Customer care. They simply asked for area and replied me for the resolution in future. They also done a customer survey for customer care staff'ss work. They eagerly do this heavily. But There's nothing done for my complaint.

              I've been trying to pay my monthly broad band bill via Airtel app and My Account, on line, but I'm unable to do it. It says there is an error and my fixed land line number is non existant.

              Kindly do the needful to ensure timely payment. I hereby state that I cannot be held responsible for late payment.

              For the last few months the airtel signals is very very poor in my area guwahati (pin-781012) and sometimes it shows no network i am a airtel customer for last 8 years and this is what i get in return, airtel is worst service provider
              "FITONZA service has been renewed on your airtel [protected]@35.0 for 7 days"" and deducted 2 times on my airtel account though I didn't activate any Value Added services pack.

              Kindly look into the issue and refund my amount back to my account.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that Airtel has charged for an extra international pack on my number xxxxxxx in the bill of Feb 2018.
              We have not activated the second plan and it was activated by Airtel, without our notice.

              After repeated complaints, this issue has not been rectified.
              I have compliant many times but my problem is not solved and airtel company didn't pay any attention towards me. I think now I go towards JIO company that have good customer satisfaction. If my problem is not solved then I quit this summer. I wait only for one week. Solve quickly.
              Poor internet connectivity, can't call anyone properly, mostly not reachable... I wanna say only one thing to bhart airtel ltd. You should shut down the company bcoz u r not providing good facilities. From now i hate airtel and more thing stop promoting airtel 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
              From past one month facing lot of connectivity issues, 4G icon shows in phone but internet wont work after several reboots. Call disconnections observed a lot.
              Everyday after 1PM internet wont work, this is really pathetic.

                I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] . Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fedup with this kind of poor services from Airtel .

                  I am having 2 Airtel numbers of which 1 is postpaid & another is prepaid. Despite several complaints in last 1 year, company has been unable to solve network issue at my location (Dombivali / Thakurli) & hence unable to use postpaid number data most of the time & thus more than 250GB data is piled up with Airtel. Data speed at most of time is below 5KB/s. Similar issue is also there for prepaid no. despite in separate 4G handset. I have decided not to pay the bill dues ( for last 2 months) unless Airtel provides proper network to consume piled up data first.

                    Hi Airtel Team,

                    It's been more than a week I have been facing issues with my Airtel TV & Amazon subscription. Every time I raise a concern I get a call from Airtel TV Team and Airtel phone customer care and both of say they cannot do anything about it, What they do is blame on each other for not rectifying the problem. Today I got a call from the customer care and they asked me to write an Email to Airtel TV Team after writing it to the Mobile services team.

                    My question here if either of them is ready to work and resolve this, who else should be contacted?

                    If I were unable to read an Email because of not knowing how to, would your team ever respond back on this?

                      I applied for porting my idea network to airtel service. on 25 june my porting request was complete and previous network stopped providing service but 10 days have passed and i still havn't got network in new airtel sim. i have swapped the sim to make sure that sim is fine. my phone no. is [protected]. its been 11 days and i can not use my number and hence loosing all my important calls.

                        As airtel claims that they have best network in India, in my area also network was good . I started having network issues from 22 June 2018 on my iPad data card number [protected]. I registered a complaint on 24th June 2018. And after that complaint was closed twice without any solution. I had to reopen the problem three times. The problem is there is only 3G coming in my area. No 4G so there is no speed or connectivity. I am fed up with calling them up every day. Please help me.

                          Without my permission, VAS IR99 got activated and amount of 99 been deducted. Would request a refund.

                          I am outside of India since 4 months. I don't use my India mobile no. And I received a messag first that 30.99 has been deducted and second message I received that 68.01 has been deducted. I didn't request for any plan, kindly refund the total amount 99.

                            Airtel is providing only Set-Up-Boxes if your multi-storey building is having their multi-dwelling unit(MDU ), but they will ask you to pay the full amount which is including the cost of LNBF, Antenna, Cable & other accessories.

                            if you are demanding for the non delivered equipments, the local vendor will discourage you .They are agreeing to handover the remaining items later ..
                            (free of cost) .

                            After some days, if you are asking them to handover the non-delivered equipments like LNBF, Antenna, other accessories to you, they are asking to pay Rs 600 ( 350 for LNBF, Antenna & other accessories + 250 for engineer visit) .

                            Since you have already paid for the equipments, they will "adjust" the Rs 350 in your Airtel Account, but any way for handing over the equipments to you, you have to pay Rs 600 to the technician !!!So for the local vendor they will get Rs 250 without doing any service.

                            if someone is seeing any logic or any common sense is their this type unfair approach, please comment.

                              Whenever i recharge my number or keep a balance of more than 5 rs/- you people deducte an amount saying activation of vas, may i know how will i activate any vas while driving a two wheeler or while having bath??? These msgs occur at this time and i cannot do anything after that as the balance has been deducted. Kindly let me know why you people are activating such services???

                                I have sent SMS to 1900. But I am getting no reply when I send a PORT message to 1900

                                I expect to port my sis as soon as possible as airtel network is crap in NCR and I am facing issue while using Airtel.

                                Please resolve my issue as I need to port my sim to Vodafone as soon as possible. I am unable to reach your customer care also....

                                  I received a message that the mobile_onlinegaming has been activated and they deducted rs 35 from my account. I did not send any request to activate the service. There was a similar service which costed me rs99 but i thought it was auto activated since i was travelling outside india.
                                  Currently i cant call the customer service as i am outside the country and for some reason and according to the message they will again deduct the amount after 7 days.

                                    Could you please let me know why my original complaint request #76919000 which was logged last week was closed and new 77188617 emailed when the issue is unattended by your technician.

                                    Today afternoon i had call from from your other officer[protected] who wanted to confirm resolution. His opinion was that issue was resolved. Subsequent to explanation of issue being open, one technician called assuring he would resolve issue soon. Later the day even after recurrent callback to technician, irfan[protected], the person never picked up phone.

                                    Wen i again contacted support again in evening time, the supervisor on phone cooly said that i was unavailable on phone so he closed the case.

                                    This is unethical as the reality is explicitly different. And issue open since one week.

                                    I have spoken to floor supervisor. Every one promises immediate resolution with high priority.

                                    I have made about 20 calls at least by now.

                                    My account[protected] icici bank has been deducted with rs 249 on 28 may 2018 for payment of recharge vide bil/[protected]//airt[protected] but no recharge has been done yet please clarify. My mobile no [protected]
                                    Regarding my original request, #76919000, phone conversation with your staff lasted 11 minutes at 5 PM. As you also record conversation this should be a strong traceable evidence. The intention of your staff is just to close the ticket so it conforms to SLA for your clean reporting. Later evening when assured service was not rendered, I called support again to ask the reason why new ticket number#77188617 is created and messaged, your staff started arguing the reason for the closure was my non availability on phone.

                                    If Airtel has really a strong process and auditing system, could you respond back on this. It is an unethical practice Airtel often resorts to closing unresolved tickets what reached thier SLA and re-opening new once. Could you explain who created #77188617 and why?

                                      I have changed my sim card 3 days back to improve the network quality. But after 48 hours the sim is not yet activated.
                                      When i check with airtel store on 5th july morning they said that request was rejected due to some issues ane you need to raise a new request.
                                      Same day evening they are saying that the old request is still in process and we cannot proceed with new request.
                                      That sim is used by my mother who are staying alone at home when we all family's members are working in office.
                                      How this things are possible in todays latest technologies.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
