I am currently residing in Egypt. But have kept my Indian number active as I receive all my bank OTPs on it. I have subscribed to a RS.3999 unlimited plan for incoming and outgoing calls. Yet, Airtel has charged me rs.649/day for an unlimited incoming pack. Making the bill a grand total of RS.18, 018. I don't even use mobile data on this number. This is a ridiculous amount and I would like Airtel to resolve this dispute immediately. Since I am residing outside of India, I am unable to contact them on the 121 customer care helpline.

    This is the mail regarding my complaint me forwarding to the airtel but no proper response and there is no proper rectification . They think we have got time to only call them everytime and raise the same issue.

    The network speed is suppose to be 40 Mbps, but now the speed is even below 1 mbps. We are using this network for the past 10 years...till last years the speed was ok. But for the past 6 month we are really upset with the speed of the network.Please look into this matter.

    Very fraud service by customer care excutives and gave a complaint for 15 days not worked connection and till now no response and charged high amount...But customer care is worst and cheating customers...

    Airtel customer care is cheating of customers...
    After providing these kind of worst services they expect me to pay my airte broadband bill which is a pure atrocity.

    I have been facing this problem for the past 3 month and I don't want to face this problem again and again. I can't keep on calling the customer care for this issue. I value your time as well as mine. Me waiting waiting on hold just to raise a complaint is so worrying. I can't be paying my bill every time facing these problems. I value my money for the services I have taken from airtel.
    have been polite as much as possible but these people don't rectify for the money they get from us. EVERY MONEY IS HARD EARNED MONEY AND NOTHING COMES FROM TREE.

    I VALUE MY TIME MORE THAN ANYTHING . I can't keep on telling airtel my problem regarding the same . Please take it seriously.

      A value added service was activated for my Airtel number on 3rd July 2018 without any request from me nor have I given authentication for the said service activation. I did not receive any notification about the activation. No service was provided to me on the said account.My balance was deducted without any information given to me. As such I would like to have refund of my unauthorized deduction.
      Hoping of an early settlement of my grievance.

        Hi,

        I am facing call ended issue from last 2 months intermittently and i need to do repeated calls to connect to someone, i have call logged with airtel on june 25, with SR NUMBER 86079177, i have logged the case based on many of my friends also facing the same issue in both android and iphone who are using airtel.

        The support received from airtel was to change phone and sim card., When i am clearly conveying that the issue was not only with me but still the engineer has never worked on the actual issue..

        The case was closed without even getting confirmation with me.

        Kindly update.. still no action from service provider.. if airtel cant solve the issue then they must inform so we can port our number other service provider

          I had complained about data network issue six month back and till date, no solution provided by Airtel team,

          Airtel team keep saying the same reason that network team is installing new tower but its really surprising that it taking six months to install.

          360GB data has been carry forwarded in my airtel network and I am not able to use data.

          There is not the issue with mobile or SIM as I am getting data network at office location but not getting at the home location.

          Someone from your team should help to show the mirror to the Airtel Team so other customers should not suffer like me.

            Good Evening,

            I had opted for the Rs. 999 Broadband Plan (Chennai) with a 6-month advance rental hence and had paid an amount of Rs. 6018. I had paid 4 days ago and was told that the installation will be complete within the next day. It has been four days and the installation hasn't been done yet. Before the payment, I was being called twice every day for the payment and now that I have paid the amount, my calls are not received and my messages are not replied to. After the payment, it should be your responsibility to provide the customer with the service they had paid for within the promise.

            Please refund the amount or get the installation done.

            P.S - I live in Kanchipuram Dist. but the official who had called me said that the Rs.999 plan of Chennai will work there. I had verified the KYC details (PAN Card) via whatsapp and sent it to [protected]

              This is jafar an airtel user since last few years.
              from few days i m getting messages from a$-tfarot that [call cost is 0.00 duration 21.40 bal. 0.00] this msg cmng so many times a day sometimes the no. Maybe raise to 10 or 12 per day and also getting some unwanted push notifications from tfarot about balance deductions when my mobile is in a static condition I.e., not using state... plzz help me out n get me out of dis problem n also block all the telemarketing messages, i dont want any of that... which may cause disturbance to me...

                I Vinod Singh Tomar lives in Gwalior port the sim vodafone to Airtel 4G . After the sim activation and recharge the data plan the internet speed is very slow . I contact to airtel customer care but he gives me irrelevant answer which ia not so helpful for me after i submit this complaint to National Consumer Service .

                      A valued added service was activated by airtel on no. [protected]. From 3-4 May to 7 july 18 charges Rs. 5 per day. I have deactivated this service on 7 july i have talk on customer care no. And they have refund only Rs 35. They have not refunding my total charges near about Rs. 350/-. Pl help me and refund my full amount.

                        I have done a prepaid recharge of 399 to a wrong number [protected] instead of my number. can i change the recharge to my number. i have contacted airtel customer care and they are saying it is not possible but in the internet i have found that is possible and tried to say the same to customer care but looks like thy are not interested to take the complaint. Is there any way to resolve my problem.

                          Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge or permission.

                          The installation of junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me as I am planning to put sliding gate across the compound wall and the junction box is blocking free access between my plot and the road.                             After porting my number [protected] and [protected] to airtel, i am able to do outgoing calls but any one trying to call these numbers is not able to connect. it is saying that the number does not exist. this is a serious problem as both of these numbers are used for official purposes and banking transactions. i am not able to make essential payment because no sms are being received.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I had applied for a SIM exchange since my old Sim was damaged and not fetching any signal. For this, I approached an Airtel showroom in Adyar, Chennai on (06/08/2018).

                              The executive asked for my ID proof (Voter ID card), which I provided. After getting the verification process done, she provided me with the new SIM card, saying it would get activated within the next 4 hours. Moreover, It is mentioned on the Airtel website that the new SIM card gets activated within 2 hours. But, even after 16 hours, my SIM card is yet to be activated. I called up the customer care executives and all they said was to switch off and switch on the mobile phone, while removing and inserting the SIM card again, which I had already tried several times. The Airtel Network Coverage is very good in my locality, so there is no problem of coverage area. As of now, there is no signal at all, for the new Airtel SIM card.

                              As this is my official number, it is hard to carry out my work.
                              Please immediately activate my SIM card.

                                Today(08.07.2018) morning I was recharging my prepaid mobile through Airtel app by using net banking option. Airtel had initiated the payment transaction with TXN ID[protected]. The payment was made and when the web page was redirecting to the merchant (Airtel), got a message that Payment has been failed for the above mentioned transaction. At the same time i got a message from Kotak bank that the amount of 149 INR has been debited from my account with ref No. [protected].
                                Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and let me know if the recharge can be done or not

                                  I mistakely done recharge on my airtel no [protected]. Then I realised that still there was 40 days left in my package. But after I mistakenly done my airtel recharge for rs 399 for 84 days it didn't add 40 days to my new package. Please add these 40 days to my new package.or otherwise cancel my new package & refund me that amount

                                      In customer care(121) everybody giving me wrong information. My data is going over without showing the data usage and when I ask about this at customer care, the people are not telling anything good this is what happens every time when I recharge Rs.49. Do you think my money rises in the tree? I want my data back or a proper solution or I will go to consumer court.

                                      I am refreshing the app in the second photo, but it don't show the uses. Last time I recharge 3GB for Rs.49 but I don't use the full 3GB and tiday it showing there in no data of 3GB

                                        I have been getting messages from A$-ftarot which gives details like call cost and remaining balance just like I would get had I called someone from my phone. But at the time when I receive the message either I am doing something else or not using my phone at all. I can't understand why I am getting such messages. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
