Recently I am facing lot of issue with connectivity and internet data package.
I called airtel customer care number of Mumbai.
First of all its a long menu and unnecessary add promotion before you finally reach customer care.
I have selected my default language as "Marathi". Although the menu language is Marathi, the customer care people always speak in Hindi. Twice I asked them to transfer my call to someone who speaks Marathi and then they request to put your call on hold and then its on call with you just forcefully hearing their add promotion constantly. And after a long wait your call just ends abruptly.

I mean what???

    On applying for a connection for a braodband and landline, I paid Airtel 1000 rupees which was never refunded. After a host of exchanges, their final response was that the executive was not from airtel and I could pursue legal action against the individual but not them. This after mutliple assurances that the connection would be given at the earliest. Did they not realize this earlier...

      I have taken an airtel 4g hotspot and the speed seems to be very less. If i check the speed in the same laptop connecting my device and of my friend (Both using airtel 4g), i get half the download speed of what he gets. I have raised complient few times and it is not getting resolved. The mistake i did was to take the connection for 6 months. Its just 2 months now and i am struck with this device for another 4 more months.

        My mobile number is [protected]. My previous plan was cug199, and had a data balance of 83gb. I enrolled into a new plan after purchasing an s9+ handset from airtel, and the new plan including my emi of 2799 rupees was activated on may 15th. As per the plan, i should be getting 80gb plus 10gb special data for six months.in the month of may and june, only 50gb was credited to my account. Why was a total of 90gb not credited per month for may and june, when you have collected the money for the same? Total gb that should be available to me is 263gb until june. The present data plan which is showing in my app is 182gb. There is a balance of 90gb data that should be credited to me, and this is until june.

        I spoke to one of your customer care executives in the month of may regarding the data issue, they told me that the data would be credited to me in a day or two. This has not happened until date. When i called them today again, they have raised a new complaint and one of your executives from airtel customer care, called me at around 6:12 p. M. Today and told me that this issue has occurred due to some error from their end, and the plan was mistaken for something else and old data cannot be reviled for which i have paid if cant revise the data you have to refund the amount i paid other wise your are cheating me. Is this not an issue that raised from your side? And why should i be at loss for something that went wrong on your end? I should be receiving what i was promised and i have not, despite paying for it as well. Please see to it that the balance data comes to my account immediately or the refund of the same must be given.

          30-june-2017 morning rs.75/- has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. When i enquired @ airtel customer support, i came to know that `lifestyle dressing room' is activated on my mobile number. I did not receive any call nor i activated any service.

          Similar issue already happened to me on 26-may-2018

          Since we feel that comparatively airtel is a secured network providing good service to it's customers, all my family members and many of my friends were using airtel for more than 10 years. No such things happened in previous years. But, now i came to know in my circle that so many people has lost their balance in the same way in recent times.

          Some services automatically gets activated without the customer's knowledge and the amount is getting deducted. How could this be possible without the permission of the network service provider. These type of activities creates a negative opinion about airtel too.

          These type of fraudulent is highly condemned.

          We hope airtel will hold the responsibility and take immediate action against these services and refund our balance without delay.

            I have complaint an lot of times for an issue with my dth box and requested for an demo how to use it but no response at all they say an time the engineers will come and keep me wait in my house but no one comes, it frustrating and all my money is stuck as i have paid an advance yearly package and brought this dish tv i need to give it back and take back my money and switch to other company

              Airtel customer care service very very very poor and very badly and irresponsibility...

              So many times i was called to 198, 121, [protected] like this customer care service numbers but not connect to executive...

              So pls improve your customer care service...

                  I never asked for icon service activation. Airtel informed me through sms yesterday that this service was activated on my sim [protected] and i was deducted rs35/- for a week.

                  I was totally shocked. This is brazen cheating. I don't even know what this icon service is supposed to be. Airtel should have first explained to us subscribers what it means and asked whether we want it or not.

                  I want my 35 rupees reverted back to my account. Thanks

                    I selected 599 postpaid plan for hotspot which is 4gb daily and additional of 8gb but in real they provided 12gb of data for some time and slow down the speed to 2g which is not connecting and working now. Very worst network but promotions saying very fast network. I tried so many times to customer care also and every one is singing the same song. No one is not trying to resolve the issue and resulting i don't have internet from saturday. It's all fake advertising and attracting the customers

                      I’m currently residing in saudi as a part of job.

                      On 30-jun-2018 my connection got deducted rs 99 saying “internation roaming rental of rs99 activated”.

                      I did not request for any roaming packages and it was activated automatically. Kindly unsubscribe me from this automated international roaming service and refund back rs 99 to my main account.

                      This is not at all acceptable when you deducting charges without any prior information, that too without requested by customer. As i;m staying abroad, these sort o[censored]nexpected deductions are shocking. Please don;t loose customers trust with airtel and take necessary action.

                        When i am using other applications i am receiving this kind o[censored]nwanted messages. And also this kind of massages shows that the call duration and losing of money. Now i have the offer o[censored]nlimited calls so it just showing duration. At the first time don't care about it. At that time i just think that it's showing that my call duration. And now i just receive two massage that's why i am registering this complaint so please do something immediately

                          Subject : police complaint registered on. 30.06.2018 against unknown person online debit card transaction (On my sbi bank)
                          Dear sir,
                          My father got received a call from [protected] on and around 6 pm (Dated 30.06.2018) in my mobile no. [protected], where he said we are calling from sbi bank and todays is the last date to link the bank and aadhar details and asked for aadhar number, pan and the card number and he asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done.

                          The amount of rs.24999 debited from my account and the payment is done for airtel money.

                          I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

                          Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                            I have received a message that imusic 1 m topup has been activated on my airtel digitaltv id and would be charged rs 51.0 i have not requested for this service and do not want the same repeat "do not want the imusic 1m topup at all" i do not want any thing to be charged for this.                               I recently did an unlimited pack for three months in my airtel sim. The internet is really terrible. Every second net goes off and even they are showing 4 g symbol.net speed is really terrible. I wanted to make an immediate call through what's app. And the network was really bad. I'm residing in a city and the network signal is full. Please airtel fix this issue

Having a network issue i change ally setting but can't work... Off this continues then i change my sim... Please please i face many problems many please airtel.                                 Hello,

                                My account was suspended for a long period.

                                On[protected]; 1:34pm, i got a call from the mobile number [protected].

                                She said that, i am calling from airtel digital tv customer care.

                                She asked me, why don't you recharge your account?

                                She said to me, "if you will recharge with rs. 200 or higher now, you will get ten 2 and ten 3 channels as free. This is a world cup offer."

                                She also said that, we will add these channels if you will do recharge within 10 minitue.

                                As per that lady's direction, i recharged my account immediately with rs. 250.

                                But i could not watch these channels after this recharge.

                                What is this? Airtel is making fake calls for cheating your customers?

                                I called to airtel customer care 12150 after this recharge. They replied that, this offer not available here on airtel.

                                If this offer is not fake and their information is not cheating, why did not add these channels?

                                I am going to quit from airtel dth permenantly after my account validity date. I will not recharge.

                                If this information is fake, i do not want this airtel dth connection.

                                If not fake, add these channels.

                                I want an answer about this fake call. You must investigate about this matter.

                                We are waiting for your answer.

                                  A very bad experience of airtel customer service. Being a brand you people don't know how to serve your customers. My dth services are not working since 28th june 2018, now its 4 days; i, e. 1ist july its not been fixed now.

                                  I have called customer care 100 times, your executive fool us by giving false commitments and saying we will send technician in one hour two hours, by 2 pm, by 8 pm, but no one came to help us. I am calling you guys like fools from past four days and you people are not ready to help us.

                                  Very bad service, now as customer i will make sure to post this bad incident on every social media platform so that people would know how badly you treat your customers.

                                    Unnecessary service started without my consent saying service will be renewed after validity expiry. Today, in my cell phone received the following message:-
                                    Adofgames service has been [protected]@rs.80 for 20 days txn ids [protected], 01 jul 18 01:46. Sevice will be renewed after validity expiry.

                                    Sms for stopping the service was also send by me & the same is stopped but the amount charged will not be credited.

                                    So, i want the service provider to credit the full amount of rs80.0

                                      I ordered a samsung phone from airtel online store, it was not delivered to my address, never got call or emails regarding the same. Also vulcan guy never bothered to call me evver. All i was tracking was the order by link sent to me by airtel. I am highly dissatisfied with the services of airtel as well as their assoiciated services. I am going to boycott airtel forever.
