My mobile number is [protected]. My previous plan was cug199, and had a data balance of 83gb. I enrolled into a new plan after purchasing an s9+ handset from airtel, and the new plan including my emi of 2799 rupees was activated on may 15th. As per the plan, i should be getting 80gb plus 10gb special data for six months.in the month of may and june, only 50gb was credited to my account. Why was a total of 90gb not credited per month for may and june, when you have collected the money for the same? Total gb that should be available to me is 263gb until june. The present data plan which is showing in my app is 182gb. There is a balance of 90gb data that should be credited to me, and this is until june.
I spoke to one of your customer care executives in the month of may regarding the data issue, they told me that the data would be credited to me in a day or two. This has not happened until date. When i called them today again, they have raised a new complaint and one of your executives from airtel customer care, called me at around 6:12 p. M. Today and told me that this issue has occurred due to some error from their end, and the plan was mistaken for something else and old data cannot be reviled for which i have paid if cant revise the data you have to refund the amount i paid other wise your are cheating me. Is this not an issue that raised from your side? And why should i be at loss for something that went wrong on your end? I should be receiving what i was promised and i have not, despite paying for it as well. Please see to it that the balance data comes to my account immediately or the refund of the same must be given.
