Airtel deducted balance of almost 280 rupees under the name of value added services which we didn't initiate and gave back 80 rupees only upon complaining.
First they deducted 80 rupees in two installments, which i didn't pay head to and deactivated service, after one week again deducted 120 and 80 rupees. Upon followup with customer care only 80 rupees were returned, they said they were not able to return remaining 200 rupees.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Some days back wap service of silk video suddenly got activated and next day when i checked balance i saw deduction of 35 rupees. For this, i did not even receive any sms or notification, and when i asked about this the floor supervisor (Jagadish m) of bannerghatta branch behaved rudely and when i questioned him about the tone, he was rude to say his tone is like this only asked me to do whatever i can.

      Dear sir,

      This kiran, i am using airtel fixed line services since august 2017. I have taken the fixed line under 1199 plan. After 1 month i found the usagage no way useful for me i have raised a request for cancellation for which people from airetl has called me from toll free no and requested for continue with fixed line with 50% discount in rental, stating next month bill will be only 600 /- instead of 1199 rs. Due to which i have argred to continue.

      Mean time after 5 days i found there is no update in the billing and asked the same to customer care and got reply stating will reflect in the appa and portal shortly but i found no update even after 1 month and bill also generated for 1200 /- i addressed the same to customer care they said to pay 600 and next month it will update and i continued to pay 600/- every month up to november but finally my account is showing a due of 1800 + penalty - clearly it is not my mistake and i paid the amount i agreed actually without delay. Later by february airtel agreed to wave off the previous amount and asked to continue with new plan 780/- we accepted for wave off the previous amount and continue with new plan but again wave off has not given and so i have not paid the bill since february to i have continuously asked airtel to solve the issue but took too much of time to solve the issue and finally brought the time to billing date of month and billed the amount. I have rejected to pay the bill because even i have not used for single call / data. Next month airtel stoped services but continued the bill till today[protected]
      Note : from our side we have approached airtel may time (Per month 10 - 20 calls to customer care) but we have not received any solution - finally i understood the situation and requested to stop the billing until airtel provide the solution. Airtel is not even considering my request and not customer care representatives are not even updating my request to the next level - airtel way of treating the customer for solving the issue since 10 months is really irretating - please show way to take the action

          I initiated a transaction of rs 448 towards add money into my airtel payment bank wallet on 14 jun 2018 but the amount was debited from my bank account and not credited in my airtel wallet. And now they are not doing anything towards refunding my amount into bank.

            I would like to inform you that you are loosing customers because of lack of will to serve customer issues and not entertaining customers in your stores responsibily.

            I went to your store in kormangala 3-4 time to convert my punjab airtel number to airtel karnataka but attitude of employees is like they are doing govt jobs and just sending custoners from one desk to another.
            Anyone can see frustration on thier face either mgt is not good or employees moral values.
            After my 4th visit decided to go for no. Portability and went nearby vodaphone store there every customer is having tokken no. Of their turn to get help and cutomers are waiting calmly because they know when their turn is and employees are very enthusutically working anyone can see that helping nature.
            Within 1 hour my no. Converted to karnataka vodaphone and now i am enjoying postpaid services.

            Work fast to educate your employees how to behave and please start tokken system waiting mechanism for customers. If you want to survive long.

              My number is [protected], i have using airtel payment bank app last 4 years (29/6) yesterday i was recharge to one of the airtel number from this app (Amount 99) but amount was deduction from my bank account and its shows recharge successfully but i didn't get any msg from your side and recharge also not done. So again after 30 mins i do same recharge then only it done. But previous deduction amount 99 it will not go to return how to i reclaim. And also the 99 amount was not show the transaction history. So please help to reclaim my money..

                I am a old customer/consumer of airtel service and been using the service for long time. Recently i moved to uae for work and asked airtel to activate international roaming. It was all good for first 3 months jan-march. I came back to india for vacation and then received a call from airtel customer service offering a new package/deal stating i just have to pay rs 149 every month while i am overseas and will only get charged rs649 per day only when i receive a call or do any data usage. It was a nice offer for me because i just wanted my number to be active while i stay in uae and no intention o[censored]sing data or receiving any call or send any sms. A month later i received a bill of approx rs4000 charging me rs649 each day i stayed in uae. I was shocked and reached out to customer service via email and gave them all the proof i had and explanation i gave on what was offered to me. At first they got my problem and credited back/waived the amount and i paid only some of the amount approx rs1000 as my bill. Now this month again they sent me bill of huge amount i. E rs13000. I was so shocked looking at it. I again reached out to them on the same email chain and explained the same situation. But this time they are not at all trying to understand and keep on asking me for money and pay the bill. I simply cannot pay the bill or amount so huge for something i never used. They are accusing me o[censored]sing data and sending sms or receiving call which i never did. I know how to use my phone and how to turn off the data in phone itself. Please help me resolve this case as my intention was just to keep my sim active and nothing else but they are charging me for so many things and for such a huge amount which i am not capable of paying in the first place and this is looting. I have emails for the communication i had with customer service which i can provide if needed.

                    Sir we have a issue regarding airtel network in our house which is in yamuna vihar...the network is worst in our house.. Even the small searching on the phone is not possible.. Sir plzzz do something for this. Sir 4g network is working like 2g.. We r facing this problem from past six month and there is no improvement.. Airtel is the fastest and it is working like this...                       I have a number of airtel and i want to port from airtel to vodafone, for that i got the port number from airtel then i provide this number to mobile shop keeper and then he follow his procedure and give me a vodafone card he told me that in 5 days my airtel network will stop and then my vodafone network will start but todayi receive a message which exectly i am pasting here.

                      i receive first this message from airtel when i message for port number

                      Dear Customer, your Unique Porting Code is AG659479 and the expiry date is[protected]. Please do not share this code with anyone other than the recipient operator personnel.

                      Then i receive this message from vodafone thatis rejected by airtel

                      Hello! Your Porting Request AG659479 dated 29Jun18 has been rejected by your current operator due to The Porting Code does not match the Donor allocated Porting Code for this number. Pls contact your current Operator for further details.'

                      showing that poarting code is not same but these both poarting code is same.

                            I have sumitted my complaont many times to customer care regarding to the poor netwro connection in my house. There is no 4g/ 3g network in our house and somtimes it comes and goes. I have 3 airtel connections in my family but we cannot use your services and we are very much troubled by it for over a month. I am sick of hearing the excuses about your solutions. I had tried all things which customer care personnel told me but nothing works. So I requested you to please solve our problem as soon as possible.

                              Please note that every time i went to your barasat customer care outlet wb and the replaced my dongle sim without cancelling my previous sim connectivity but the said it will be deactivated automatically. No they are sending all bills as outstanding (But not used by me any way) — how can i pay such bills - please do the needful-
                              The only sim i use this no..[protected] all other nos are not used by me-
                              I paid the outstanding amount for - sim no [protected] rs 382. Please close it.
                              2nd no [protected] rs 1196.. Please close it.
                              Other due [protected] rs - 1100 is not used by me - close it.

                                Sir i am using the service of airtel digital since last 4 yr but in october 2017 the company come to update my set up box with the new setup box at the cost of 250 which also consist a new warrenty on box for 1 yr but the box after 6 month get damanged and was unable to display via hdmi with is conform by my tv technician as well as a local technician but the company denied to echange it with a new fresh set up box after taking 250 for technician visit too

                                  I have been overcharged as part of international roaming with a bill amount of 16000 inr. I have enabled the international roaming for 149 inr from my airtel app which do not provide any description and breakdown of the tariff.

                                  I traveled on may 9th and on may 10th i got a msg stating you have used 3mb approx rs 2054 in international roaming and as a precaution the internet service will be blocked soon. I immediately turned off my mobile data and only used wifi services from the resort. Also i activated the data barring in international roaming was activated and i got the msg for the same. Inspite of this i got a bill amount of 16000 inr.

                                  I do not know how this amount was arrived at and the charges was not mentioned anywhere on my airtel app and instead of turning off the data i was charged extra amount other than the initial bill amount of 2054 inr.

                                  Airtel has fraudulently charged the extra amount and i need this to be waived.

                                  Additionally they have been harassing me without any valid explanation on the bill amount no breakdown received so far. They have also blocked my outgoing calls as I denied to pay as I did not get clarity on the bill amount.

                                  I have been a customer for the last 6 years and even to change an address with airtel is a nightmare.
                                  Suddenly I lost connectivity with the airtel network today afternoon and I tried all the means of recovering it but i didn't find any result out of it.
                                  everytime when i try to manually register on the network it says"your sim card cannot register on the network". I need to connect to my network as soon as possible

                                  Using last 3 years I have been using airtel service but at this time not well customer support.it increase day by day customer complaint so I have decided to port my number from airtel services. This is a pathetic network and services shameless.
                                  Without my request some facility added and debited my account Rs 100 . kindly reverse that amount and deactivate that facility immediately.

                                    I have activated international roaming on my post paid connection on 25th may 2018 for a period of 10 days while visiting france. The international roaming pack for 10 days is rs.2999/- and for 30 days it is rs.3999/- since my trip is only for 10 days i chose the 10 days package and exactly on 4th june 2018 i boarded the return flight to chennai. Even during my visit i had used my phone only for one or two calls and did not send any sms at all.

                                    While this being so airtel has auto renewed the ir package on 4th charging me another rs.2999/- plus gst and another rs.649/- which i do not know what for without any alert and any consent from my side.

                                    When i contacted them they said it is as per the ir package for post paid connections and that i have got to pay.

                                    If i had taken a prepaid connection they would not have charged me like this. Moreover when there is package for 30 days for rs.3999/- i. E. Just rs.1000/- more how can they renew for the 10 day tariff which is absolutely arbitrary to fleece the customer.

                                      But i never opted for this service

                                        Service request has been logged more than 6 months ago for no coverage of voice and data of 3g/4g in this area / society for indoor and outdoor. Airtel team confirmed multi pal time that there is some issue at there end, concern team is working on it your request has been on hold and will be resolved within 180 days. 180 days is already crossed and there in no improvement or proactive update from airtel on this ticket. Being customer we are paying the 3g / 4 g network charges since long but getting only 2 g data signal.
