Since i bought post paid data sim with wifi device, i have been facing problems regarding the bill.
I received my bill for the month of june around 9203 rupees suddenly, when i viewed my billing details they changed my plan with out my consent or prior information and charged around 9203 rupees.
I contacted concern airtel office nearby and they said that they will raise the complaint regarding this but till now there is no information from the airtel office.
I personally raise the complaint through email to the customer care they are not bothered about to give the reason or explanation for that they are keep sending mails and following months bill regularly and making the phone calls to pay the bill.
Again i request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    Hi team,

    This is regarding full& final letter of airtel account id: [protected].
    I am 10 year old airtel subscriber and monthly paying 4k approx to airtel.
    I had closed my dsl & broadband connection in 19 april 2018 and received no due certificate from airtel team, but unfortunately still showing pending amount
    After closer since last 4 months and simultaneously receiving many calls in a day for due payment.

    Many time i have raise complaint to the customer care (Complaint number[protected] and email same to [protected]@in. Airtel.com (I can forward previous mails).

    See the trail mail no due certificate mail. Raising same to the concern dept/person/authority.

    This is how the world class service working in india.
    Pathetic... Pathetic.

    Kindly look into the issues and close asap otherwise kindly deactivate my all the service mobile post paid 2 number, broadband and dth.

        For the last 2 days in a row, i have been charged rs 35 value added services i did not request (Musicmasala and funstore1) on my prepaid airtel sim. Money has been deducted and these are also on auto renewal. Have no clue how i can effectively stop this from repeatedly happening and get my money reimbursed. Never had i even heard of these services before. Incredibly disappointing.

          Sub: complaint in connection with of my post paid connection mobile no [protected] for changing family plan in cheating manner without getting my consent.
          Ref. Of mails received from airtel and sent to airtel.
          1. I am customer of airtel since 15 years and availing family plan of rs. 599 with add on four family mobile nos.
          2. The family plan of my post paid connection mobile no. [protected] has been changed in cheating manner without getting my consent.
          2. Neither i had sent mail nor i had approached to customer care center for changing plan.
          3. The customer care had given me wrong information and changed my family plan without getting my consent in mail/message/call.
          4. I had already received call from appellate authority of airtel punjab who refused to solve my problem.
          5. For not getting response from appellate authority punjab,
          I am compel to approached in grievances of trai,
          Request to look into matter
          And kindly help me redressing my grievance.

            My mobile number is [protected]. Since i was travelling from 1st may '18 till 31st may '18 to toronto, canada with my daughter, i took only one month international roaming package of inr3999 + gst from airtel for the above mentioned dates. I boarded the flight back on 31st may'18 from toronto and came back to bangalore, india on 2nd june '18 morning. Upon reaching bangalore, i made the payment for the billed amount. Since the package was for only one month, it should have been deactivated by airtel people on 31st as per my request. Without my consent, they renewed the plan again for the month of june, on their own and charged me again the same amount. Upon receiving the bill amount message for rs, 5520.28 again on 02.07.18, i was shocked and surprised and complained to the airtel company on their customer care number on the same day and asked them to reverse these charges for the services which i have not utilized and which is purely their fault of renewing the roaming charges package without my consent, they clearly expressed their inability to do the same and asked me to pay up for the services which i have not asked for and nor utilized as i was in india from 2nd june and it is clear from my call history after 2nd. June that i have made only local calls. I am also attaching herewith my travel tickets and other documents as proof. I am middle class housewife and they are asking me to pay my hard earned money of such a huge amount for the services which i have not used at all. Please help

              I have ordered a phone online(airtel app) where airtel would be charging me a cost of Rs 81, 076 with a connection (existing) for 24 months period. I have made a payment of Rs. 13, 900 as the one time payment on 22nd June 2018 under the reference number[protected] on confirmation that the handset would be delivered to me on 28th June 2018.

              No handset delivered now and no response from customer service, nodal officer or ombudsman.

              The link provided in the message would direct me to the airtel app and I am not able to track the details.

              No response till now after 18 emails. The number provided for nodal officer doesn't work.

                Rs 35 has been deducted from balance for activation of Fitonza which was not activated by me. It is very unfair that how a service has been activated even without activation. So request you to kindly look into the issue and refund the amount.Please make sure that such kind of activity should not repeat.

                  I have recharged my mobile number through net banking for Rs.499 on 2nd july 2018 and received an sms with transaction reference id.transaction was also completed successfully but recharge not succesfull.till now i didn't get any message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my account.

                    I never asked for whatsmob service activation. Airtel informed me through sms on 23 june 2018 that this service was activated on my sim [protected] and i was deducted rs75/- for a 15 days.

                    I was totally shocked. This is brazen cheating. I don't even know what this whatsmob service is supposed to be. Airtel should have first explained to us subscribers what it means and asked whether we want it or not.

                    When i tried to call customer service for getting details about this service i am unable to reach your service people.

                    I want my 75 rupees reverted back to my account & deactivate this service. Thanks...

                      I have paid rs.499/- on line yesterday i. E[protected] at 21:45 hrs precisely for mobile no.[protected] after going through the packages offered by the airtel. But the activation of re-charge has not taken even after a lapse of 24 hours.
                      You people boast very best service... And all other non-sense. And i wonder this is the first time i have seen a mobile service provider boasts and does not render service despite of receiving the charges for activation.
                      If you are not in a position to activate the recharge of mobile, please refund the amount that was paid through card. I will shift to some other service

The airtel net running is very bad. If I download any Song the net give a 5 to 10 min any time. I really worst the network .if any thing responsibility do your work

                          We have been facing airtel signal issue for couple of months at greenwood residency, kowkoor, hyderabad. We complained many times but they are saying network team is working to resolve the issue and they do not provide eta when can they resolve the issue. After couple of followup calls, finally says need site upgradation but no eta. Please check and fix the issue at earliest else we left with an option to portability to other network.

                            I am forced to inform airtel network in my area (Milan nagar, Guwahati, Assam) has provided very poor and worst 4g Internet network. I recently changed my sim to 4g network but my speed is worst than 3g and 2g. Please improve your service or its ironic of claiming your network to be fastest. Please improve ur network or I have to shift to other network.

                              At our area airtel internet sucks even we can't even get at least 500 kbp/s speed we are receiving 100 kb or less than that speed i've reported this to airtel costumer care many times but they are saying internet speed is excellent in your area. How is this possible not just my but the whole area is suffering so soon we will port our sim to other company if this network issue continues because we don't want to waste our money for this stupid internet not just me all the people in our area will change sim because we are facing this problem by 3 months from now. So i hate airtel

                                Dear sir,
                                I have airtel dth connection customer id-[protected].My connection stops workings now a days every month last month i also has the same problem and i paid ₹150 as there visiting charge and now also i am having the same problem and they again want there service charge of ₹150 and when i asked why i will pay them for the same problem when i have paid it in last month for the same problem then there engineers reply was that you have to pay it but when i register compalin in the customer care they told me that time you dont have to pay it will free for you as you have paid the last time for the same problem then when today in the morning i called the customer care and told about the reply of the engineer then the customer care representative also told that you have to pay and then when i asked them to refund the rental which are being charged for the period when system is not working they were not ready for that also and then i asked for surrendering the connection then the customer care representative transfered the call to there senior representative but at that time it didn't got connected then they told me you will get the callback then they called me when i was in meeting and in first sight i cut down the call and in second ring i didnt do any thing and in third i again rejected the call then in fourth i leave the meeting and answer there call and after answeing her reply was quite strange that why you are calling customer care when area distributor and engineer have already call you. Is this the way of talking to customers? I think consumer protection act of india has given the right to the consumer to get informed so i have full right to ask for the information and to fight for my rights.i would also like to mention that number from which i received call[protected].
                                I want my full installation fee back from the comapny or repair of the fault by the comapny without any cost and refund of my balance for the period my setup box is off.

                                  Hi,

                                  I ported my nunber from vodafone to airtel 2 months ago. I complained several times about the bad network coverage and data rate but as tmsuch there was no resolution from on these issues. However now what i observed is really shocking they somehow linked another mobile number having some pending bill and asked me to clear it otherwise they will barred my services. Eventually they did so my number was barred on[protected] around 2 pm with no reason and since then this is like on&off.
                                  I have complaint it several time ls but i am seeing no response from there side.
                                  Please do help me on this.

                                      I have forgotten my date of birth please help me to find my date of birth which I have registered in my Airtel number [protected]. I have called to customer care but my problem is not resolved they did not respond me properly, I have remembered my Mpin yet I am unable to reset my Mpin what should I do now I didn't understant...i am planning to send a copy to consumer court if my problem is not resolved and post to social media as well so that if anyone is thinking to use Airtel Payment Bank be aware of this fact . I have some money in my wallet and I am unable to recover it.

                                        My self manohar lal thakur, i want to port air tel postpaid number [protected] to reliance jio, i already send port request on dated 13/06/2018 and received reference number AI 781978, i have already discussed with AIRTEL representative many times through customer care and they told me that the said number within 72 hours, 48 hours . but neither port the said number nor any convey message this purpose to me . hence i request please look into the matter on priority basis otherwise i will proceed to court for legal action against AIRTEL authority.
