Purchased samsung galaxy c9 pro through the airtel online store on 8th june. Completed kyc work and received airtel sim on 13th june. But sim is not activated till date (18th june) and because of that, i am not getting the delivery of my phone.

postpaid port issue

I went to airtel office on 16/06/2018 to port my jio prepaid number first they hide the detail of plan and they force me to do port in postpaid they said that jio is only port in airtel postpaid i said okay but they didn't tell me full information after i complete the process of porting my number they i ask once agian about the plans they said your plan is 299 rs for month and you have to pay right now i denied so they force me to give 100rs...

receiving notifications that 100% data is used

I didn't use my 1gb mobile data at all today i. E., from 12 am on 18 june 2018. At 12.13am, i got an sms notification that i have used my 100% data. This is insanely ridiculous! How can i receive this notification when i have not at all started using the mobile data for the daily data pack.

This is not the first time i have received airtel notifications that my daily data has been consumed..

Due to this fraud...

lost network

Sir since last three days there is no airtel network working totaly lost in this area no imcoming nd no outgoing.. And i can't complain on call because of no metwork.. Sir plz as soom as possible reactifiey this problm... wrong charges for sorrel value added service s services

I am using airtel postpaid number [protected]. Every time they activated vas to my number after deactivation. Last time i had deactivated gaana bajjana type service which was not activated by me. Every time in my monthly bill, this service rent was added in my bill, when i approached to there service centre at lawrence road amritsar near petrol pump, the agent who was there refuse to refund the money from there end and said deactivate this...

regarding issue of sim not working

I have given a request on your airtel store, court road, amritsar branch on saturday 09.06.18. To change my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid connection.

After that my postpaid number stopped working on 15.06.18 around 12 o' clock.
I insert the new prepaid sim in my phone. But neither postpaid number is working nor prepaid. It's been more than 48 hrs.

4g sim activation from 3g sim

Hi

On friday evening i. E, 15th june 2018, i went to vanasthalipuram airtel showroom and got 4g sim card (By providing adhar card). I already had 3g sim and i want to update to 4g sim. They gave one sim card and told to insert after 2hrs but its been now more than 48hrs sim card not activated. Now old sim got deactivated and new sim not activated. This is surprising howcome both sim cards not working. I didnt expected this...

I contacted airtel tv customer care and they sent an airtel engineer to check.
The airtel engineer said that the settop box is damaged, and that he will be providing me with a repaired settop box in 3 days, for which i paid inr 350.
After a week, he replaced my settop box with the repaired box.
This repaired settop box worked only for 2 hours,...

Firstly iam very sad to write this. Iam working as an medicalexecutive in a private firm i receive average 2, 3 avg nos everyday for the medicine most of my clients are elderly people they are using bsnl network i used jio network almost 8months sometimes audio clarity is pathetic so that only i choose airtel i ported the jio number to airtel number in 15th june. worst internet speed in 3g & 4g
