There is no Netwrk in my airtel number since one week and I have complained so many times bt still my problem hasn't been resolved. As it rains a little there is no Airtel network in our area. This is not my problem it is the problem faced by all Airtel users in my area. On complaining your supervisors tell that this is best service being provided to you we can't provide more than this. If this is the case than I don't want to use airtel...

I had deactivated international roaming on my mobile number in nov 2017.
I have acknowledgement from airtel for receiving my request.
But no action was taken in their system on this request. It is a system failure of the company.
In my bill for jan 2018 i have received a bill of over rs 10 lakhs.
Firstly, they did not act on my request for deactivation.
Secondly, their internal warning system failed to alert...

I hav got a replacement airtel 4g sim fr my old microsim. As said i Sent new sim number to 121. Got a mesage and i sent 1 to proceed. It says it vl call shortly to confirm. And i got a call in 10 mins. But during the call... it doesnt recognise my choice of pressing 1 to approve. I hav bn trying fr 2 days with no use. I have no option or to change to jio. Getting vexed with airtel customer care. Worst....

I had requested for a new broadband connection and made a payment of rs. 7884/- through airtel's website (www.airtel.in) on 3rd june 2018.
A week after making the payment i got a call from airtel saying the package i was interested in could not be provided to my location.
I asked for refund and provided the transaction id, caf number and my registered phone number. They said the refund will be credited to my account in 7 days....

I am not getting any network on my phone since last 4 days hence i marked an email to [protected]@airtel.com to assist me better. Later on an executive called me on another number and explained that you need to go to our nearest airtel customer care brance and need to buy a duplicate sim worth rs. 25 by carrying adhar card copy with you. I did the same and service representative from the shop informed me that the sim will be activated within 48 hours...

Fr d last three days my clients, friends r calling to me but my phone is showing dem unreachable. Thgh i get d missed call alerts but y my phone is showing unreachable. I checked it frm d another no den also itz showing unreachable.
I hope u can understand my problem. Plz rectify my complaint as soon as possible.

I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I got this message from airtel last night that the services have been set. And they asked me to restart the handset. I already did it for million times but still no service is showing on my phone. Please help me out.

My airtel number is [protected]. On 07/05/2018 i have recharged with rs.448 for data under unlimited pack of 1.4 gb per day. I received data till 11/06/2018. From 12/06/2018 i cant receive data. I got sms from at - airslf that my package is valid upto 26/07/2018. But in my airtel account it shows that there is no data balance as on date. Kindly instruct airtel to resume service immediately....

Im holding airtel number [protected] mumbai circle. I had activate 149/-international roaming pack from my airtel app. To my surprise after returning back i find whopping bill of 1970.18/-.
When inquired to 198 complaint number i get info that even one incoming call is to be received you are being charged for 1199/- + 649/- and 149/- (Actual activated).
If this was to be the case then why it is not clearly mentioned that if...

I recharged my airtel number [protected] on 10/06/18 at 11.56 worth rs. 100/-.
Within 15min the whole amt was deducted due to some some value added services for which i din't applied.
I called on 198 complain number bt they said that currently system is not working so it ll b returned till 13/06/18. Now m trying to contact back bt unable to contact and my balance is not returned yet.

Sir, my airtel mobile number is [protected].
Yesterday i did 448 recharge from myairtel app by using phonepe. Money deducted by phonepe with transaction id p1806130444073965927118. But i did not received any recharge confirmation from airtel neither it is showing in transaction history of airtel app. Even validity has not been extended as per recharge validity....

I have registered complaint about disconnection of my airtel number without prior notice. Due to which i m not able to receive sms from anyone. I am registering my complaint from last month; every time airtel representative commits that my number will get reactive in 2 hrs, but my number is not reactivate till now, i am not able to receive any sms from number...

I have a balance amount of 199 rs in my main balance and i cannot use it for speacial recharges. What kind of service is provided by the airtel to the customers. The customers have no freedom to choose the offers even if we have the main balance and i found its like a bad service provided by the airtel and should take action against airtel. I am living in loladgaon village, post kurla, tal-dist-beed. Maharashtra-431122, i am using airtel services from last 5 years, however we did not got any 3g and 4g services properly in our village side due to lack of network issue and limited no. Of tower. Because of this we did not got the proper network which causes the problems for us. We have made the several complaints for the same but we did not got correct solution...

Data is not working properly and it is very slow cannot be able to use properly. Very poor network. Unlimited pack will very even it was not used in that day. Every time buffers all video due to low speed of internet, it was difficult for me to get the basic information. However i am not satisfied with the airtel service now a days. I think airtel cannot providing for customers needs....

In reference to my complaint for channels not working for my airtel dth connection, had raised a complaint 10 days before and there was no resolution provided by airtel. After 10 days when called back to raise another complaint, airtel wants to loot money rs.150/- without any reason. When questioned about the reason, i was made to wait for more than 25 minutes in the same call.

This kind of poor performance in customer care...

I'm regular airtel customer but i'm very disappointed, not satisfied with airtel network, speed, data plans, and not able to receive good servics and annoyed with the hell airtel network
Compring to others sim like jio, vodafone network it's too worse i wish to port my number to airtel... 1year experienced customer using airtel please don't use the airtel network...

I am airtel post-paid user ported from prepaid (Airtel), with a big hope i opted your network but i am seriously fed up with your network.. I have raised this issue couple of times from the past 1 year. There is a network issue in my area seetharamalayam, vijayapuri south, macherla mandal, guntur district, andhra pradesh with pincode – 522439 (Hope u can track this location). I am not able to use...
