I am wrongly recharged my ir airtel sim from online banking transaction... I am recharged today at 11:35am... So can u please refund the amount... I am not have any use in that recharge..     My active number of airtel postpaid which was on my name has been transferred yesterday i:e on 20th June 2018 on some another's name without my consent. I have already mailed to appellate as well as nodal but still haven't received any revert from them. How can my active number would be transferred to some another name without my consentthat also in prepaid. . Is airtel is doing this much fraud with the customers? Is airtel is an loyal company?? Are your customers data as well as there numbers are secure. I need my number asap at any cost. Please do your needful what you want.

      I mr devendrasinh m surve. Having a prepaid telenor no [protected] ported this no from vodafone. My no has been discontinued from service without giving any prior information, this has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I complaint this to telenor call center and ask them why they did not inform me inspite having sufficient balance they are just saying we are sorry and your number is gone. I said i want my no back they replied airtel has taken over telenor kindly approach them. Kindly give my no back as i want to retain my no. Thanking you in advance.

        Dear sir, we recharged [protected] with rs 995/- for 6 months on 4-6-2018. But data not coming, contacted call centre, benefit: 1gb data/day, unlimited calls (Local+std+national roaming) and 100 local+std sms/day with denominations rs249, 448, 499, 509 and different validity.

        Whereas rs509/- for 90 days local+std unlimited, roaming in&out unlimited, 100sms local/national perday, 1.4gb data per day

        Even though we are paying equal to rs509/- for 3 months, for 6 months 509+509=1018/- (6months) with thought consession of rs23/- and paid rs995/- for 6months.

        We are ready to pay if you need rs23/- recharge to convert the plan or else kindly convert the plan to rs509/- and remain the balance to my mobile account.

        Even though we have lost our data from recharged day to today also.

        But call centre of airtel is refusing to convert to rs509/-plan with balance to my account. I will recharge rs23/- to convert equal to rs509/- for 6 months.

        Above scenario explains, making encash of misleading/magically to grap the amount from illiterates (Not aware of recharge options).

        Kindly look into the matter and settle the matter as on as possible

          I have complained multiple tiles for bad, very bad network coverage (3g/4g) in noida sector 57. Just near to you airtel office.

          But nothing had happened till. No one came to check or not even your service getting better.

          I changed my number from airtel postpaid to prepaid, Sim card not showing network connectivity. I done below steps

          1. Restart phone
          2. Reinsert sim card

          This is worst professional behavior that you are doing with customers. Let me know the fast solution for it. I lost my connectivity with my family.

            Myself tv akhil holding an airtel sim having number [protected].

            Complaint - volte not working.

            Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset oneplus 6 is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine. I have also switched on the volte option in my device.

            To further rectify this issue i have inserted few other airtel sim cards on this same device oneplus 6 and the volte was working. So i understood that there is no problem with the handset which i am using. Later i have also inserted my sim having number [protected] in other volte compatible devices. But here the problem occurred in other devices also. So the volte of my number is not working in my device and also in other volte compatible devices.

            So i came to the conclusion that the problem was only with my sim card.in this regard i brought a new airtel sim for the same number yesterday i. E 20th june 2018 as again told by airtel supervisor. They suspected that there was problem in my old sim card. But i am surprised that even the new sim for my number [protected] the volte feature is not working in my device. I have also inserted the new sim which got activated in other volte compatible devices and verifed that still the problem existed volte feature not working again.

            All these details have been updated to the customer supervisor via 121. But till now my issue is not resolved. This problem is completely on your technical side with the number i'm using.
            The call centre people told me that the device was not compatible every time i called but i rectified all these issues by checking with the other airtel sim cards which was working perfectly on volte in my device oneplus 6.

            Previously i was on tata docomo and have later chossen airtel mainly because any kind of issues arised would be resolved immediately with the airtel. So i had a hope that my issue would be resolved but it is taking days together to get solved. The call centre is only asking for time to speak to technical department but not responding back to the issue. Icalled a number of times to the call centre regarding this issue and all these details you can track for ur confirmation. Now i am fed up of calling to the call centre.

            So now i had to place this mail in order to solve my problem. I hope that you look into this matter immediately and solve my volte issue as soon as possible.

            Airtel do not let yourself down in satisfying the customer problems on time with proper solutions. I hope that you take this issue seriously.

              Airtel sim is the worst sim it provide false information to the customer and when we complaint about that to the customer executive they not listen to our problems it has bad network quality and every time network switched to 2g 3g i have a very bad experience using this sim it is worst i never used this again... I have done a recharge of 169 rs with 1gb data and unlimited calling for 28 days but after recharging it says only for 14 days if you are not capable of providing services so why are you make false advertisement

                I have raised a request for relocation of the airtel dish tv on 12th june 2018,
                Engineer has fitted the dish but didn't resolve signal problem, and now engineer is saying that we need to replace setup box. I already paid the service charge and extra amount for cable and connector charges of rs.750 and also rs.150 for de-installation. My setup box was working fine before relocation.
                Even after complaining again and again at airtel customer center my problem is not getting resolved and they are saying that i have to pay extra service visit charges plus setup box replacement charges, even after speaking to senior executive.
                Its really pathetic that airtel is just keep charging without solving my same problem.

                  I am using airtel postpaid connection since 1 year and requested for deactivation in btm layout branch opposite to btm layout bus stop last week. However my postpaid connection is still active. They told me that it will be deactivated soon and i took prepaid sim for the same number, which is still not active for the same number.

                  Please take the necessary action to stop my service, as we are not using the connection any more.

                    An airtel service called he bollywood scoop services was activated on parents airtel number [protected]. We never asked to activate such a service. It activated on its own without confirmation and continued cutting charges for the last two months without our knowledege. One should only provide services that his customer demands. We demand a refund of rs 140 and stop this service at the earliest.

                      Im a 10+ yrs old airtel user. 2 days back i got relocated to hyderabad, telangana, since then im unable to use internet services on my phone. The internet signal comes for fraction of seconds every 3-4 hrs. Till now there is no change despite of regular follow up with the customer care service. They have been giving lame scripted advises on call which are of no use. Being new to the city it is difficult for me to stay without gps/ internet services. Request your help asap.

                        There were 3 attempts to recharge airtel mobile no. [protected] twice on 29 may 18 by debit card and internet banking for 150 each and once again on 30 may 18 for 150 by internet banking. All attempts showed transaction failures but bank only refunded the internet banking transaction failure of 29 may 18 and also confirmed that debit card transaction on 29 may 18 and internet banking transaction on 30 may 18 have been received by the merchant. Hence, it is requested to reverse the amount to sbi for amounts not credited to mobile recharge or else give 2 recharges of 150 each for apparently shown failed debit card and internet banking transactions on 29 & 30 may 18 respectively.

                              I have recently ported my phone number to airtel from vodafone #[protected]. After the port request got completed, i am facing issues with incoming calls i. E. It says the no does not exist. I called up the customer care but they are unable to help. Asked to transfer to senior but even after 20 mins on hold;i couldn't get hold of any senior executive.

                              No issues with outgoing calls.

                              I have just ported to airtel; please don't make my experience horrible.

                                I had paid my bill of Airtel landline no. [protected] of 680rs. by cheque whose cheque no. is 159443 of Canara Bank dated 13th June 2018. But after the payment of the bill I am receiving some messages from Airtel that your bill have not been paid. Please check what is the problem. It's my humble request.

                                  I used my number in postpaid for 6 months and then i changed to prepaid. My father forgot to pay the bill before he changed it to prepaid. After using it for 4 years, now i found that the number was taken out of service and i couldn't even get the number back in postpaid, after paying the bill and maintaining some minimum balance.

                                  I need my old number back...

                                    I had a issue with anazon prime access and finally i heard it's not possible to resolve. Incident started in february and closed today june 20th with failure status.

                                      Dear Airtel,
                                      This is my second complaint today, as you are not working as my broadband and I am regularly paying to you.
                                      All your customer care numbers are busy and not working.
                                      So, no help from any side.

                                      Please stop robbing my money.

                                      Airtel is selling broadband plans in Noida, Sector 82 without any infrastructure or support.
                                      Even they don't have adequate customer care staff to support your queries or work on service request.
                                      While they would talk about 150 GB, 40 mbps - scenario is that you won't go far beyond the google home page, it's haed to even open their app using their broadband connection.
                                      I have been waiting for their response for no effect.

                                        This is regarding my Grievance No: DOTEL/E/2018/14496 at https://pgportal.gov.in My Airtel Number: [protected], Airtel relationship number: [protected].

                                        Sir, It is very unfortunate that I have been facing network, call drop related problem since 6 years for which I have registered my complaint to Airtel customer care many times. My last complaint was on hold since 04.05.2017 (Complaint no:[protected]. Till date no solution was provided to me to rectify the network problem. Each time I have given assurance to resolve the problem but no real solution provided.
                                        This time also I have been receiving calls from Airtel customer care committing that solution has been provided which is completely false.

                                        I again request your to look into the matter on priority. It is a matter of hundreds of Airtel customer of Airtel in our Society.
