Dear sir/ madam
My airtel prepaid number from karnataka is not working since day before yesterday neither incoming nor outgoing but internet pack is working properly. I tried to call customer care 121, 198 and many more number but none of them working cannot call anyone from my airtel network. Kindly see the matter and try to fix it as soon as possible it is urgent.

    Actually i have put a unlimited pack of 99 on jun 19 2018 (Unlimited calls + 100 sms free per day + 1 gb net for one month) for my mobile number [protected]. And my main account balance on jun 19 2018 is 35 rupees. But on jun 21 2018 amount of 15 is deducted for net usage actually i have data of 800mb in unlimited pack then how come you can deducted amount of 15 for net usage. Why you are cheating like this. I need a refund of my amount, i have all kind of proof to this.

      I raised a complaint under device claim insurance last week. And my claim was rejected with the reason. Saying the accidental slipping of phone from my hand is not a valid reason for claim. Saddest service by airtel.
      Really very poor service from airtel. Now i am going to consumer court and file a case for harrashment. Looking forward to approach legally.

        Icon services automatically activated on my number [protected] and inr35 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end. I even don't know what the service is. Its not justified to activate any service without request ir consent from the user.

          Hello, i recharged my mobile no [protected] on 23 of march but at that time the mobike app of airtel was having some technical gluch and it was not working and it was not working even for 4-5 hours and my transaction was not getting completed so i recharged more then once initially i thought that my debit card or credit card is creating this problem, may be the gateways of these cards are not working properly but the actual issue was with the airtel app so i recharged 3 times of rs 509 which has a 90 days plan, two times with my axis bank credit card and 1 time with my icici debit card, one transaction got accepted and second one they gave it back i got the refund of 509 rs of one transaction for which i did from my axis bank account and the one transaction which i did from icici debit card they took it and never gave it back. On tge very same day i called the 198 no of complaints and they told me and confirmed me that one transaction which got accepted is currently on the run for 90 days and after the finish of this plan the recharge of other 509 rs recharge of icici debit card will start automatically and i dont have to recharge again that means i will be having 180 plan as per then but yesterday my plan of 90 days got finish up and i was waiting as when the second 509rs plan is going to start but when it didnt i called 198 one more time and now they told me as sir you recharged your account twice and one got recharged and the other one we took it because you gave it to us and i have the proof as recording of this phone call and even i have the recording of that phone call also which i made to 198 on 23 of march when they said as the second plan will aoto start automatically, so i juat want my money back of 509 rs which i did from icici debit card and which they took and now not returning.

          As proof here are the transactions ids

          For axis debit card the one got accepted and one they refunded are

          Airtel — I recharged my account and they took my money twice

            I recharged my number [protected] through my airtel app of amount rs. 399 on 9 jun 18. Amount rs. 359 was debited from my phonepe account against transaction id p 1806092147139421655745 as 10% of 399 given by my airtel. I lodged this complain on 198 and message received like this: thank you for contacting us. It is our constant endeavor to provide the best quality services on your airtel mobile [protected]. Reference no. For your request is conrc[protected].
            But still problem not resolved. I neither received my refund amount nor credited against my number. Please resolve my problem.

              I have recharged my no [protected] with rs.399.00 for 84 days plan but there is no speed found how airrel claims 4g speed when i am seeing logo h or e always in my lenevo k5
              Airtel must check it asap or i will port out all the airtel nos to another.

              I am surprised with the services of airrel they send sms for special recharge offers e. G. Recgarge with rs.8.00 and get facilities of call rates @.30paise for 84 days or 70 days but aftet 7 days they again start sending sms that your.30 paise ola is expiring today. They are cheating us or what they are doing.

                  I am using airtel postpaid connection past couple of years, after airtel upgrade to 4g my entire hometown area lost the network strength and connectivity. I had raised a complaint as on 29th dec 2017, case id:82098672, since it is more than 6 month i keep on following the same, but no one ready to answer my question, in fact, i had sent mail to airtel ceo and other higher management. Can this issue will be rectified or not? Who is liable for airtel irresponsible attitude?
                  Meanwhile in between our state (Karnataka) got 3 chief minister, still, airtel is trying to find the solution for the network issue. Shame less...

                    The network of airtel is pathetic. Sorry to say but the standard of airtel service is going down day by fay drastically. I get no signal in panvel karanjade area (My residense) even in airoli (My office premise). The sim is company provided & there is no network in company premises only.. Wtf... Forget about internet connection i dont even get signal for normal calling.. Pathetic.. Its worse than worst... Please stop rolling ads as fastest network service on tv channels that all fake..

                      4g wi-fi hot spot not connecting property.. But it shows the 4g tower connected signal strength is excellent... But internet is not connected. Even i've 1 gb data available for that particular day.

                      It connected and disconnected every few seconds and i can't work with this internet. I checked with agent who i'm purchased that hot spot. But they are not sure about that problem.. Because when they check it works

                        I am facing problem with my airtel digital tv setup box. The setup box is not working from past 10days and no action has being taken from airtel team.
                        They have just one answer we don't have setup box in our stock. After taking advance rental of appox rs.5600/- for year. This was i am getting.
                        I need refund of all amount i have paid and disconnect my connect.
                        This promise is going from last month.

                          I lost my mobile 19/06/2018 immediately i blocked my mobile through customer care. The next day i have taken new sim with same number, from that day i am not able get any incoming or outgoing. I contacted customer care, they answered me u r problem may solve with in 2days. My out going problem was solved. But my incoming issue was not solved till day. When i spoke to customer care supervisor pavani airtel service person, she need 2 more days to resolve my issue. I have been suffering since 4 days by no incoming call to my mobile. Because of their delay service i am loosing many calls, my posting of my job had become dealy by their service.

                              I, Laxmi Narayan, Had a connection of airtel landline before. I was using it from past 3 years since Jio came.
                              So I told airtel cc To hold my connection, and then never I used their service.

                              In month of March, they called me to disconnect my airtel connection, I told them go ahead just disconnect it. And then they offered me 1 month free service so I said yes to reactivate.

                              Then later on, no services were given by them instead of attaching bill amount of March in April billing cycle which was meant to be free.

                              Before hold, I was having a due of 159 ₹ then they charged me approximately 2400 ₹ in just two months after reactivation according to them..

                              Now They are Harassing Me Day by day for bill settlement from[protected] or many phone no.s which I've never used their service for. Also Vivek Airtel Cc told me we are going to harass me until I pay their dues.

                              In legal way, I've only 159 ₹ to pay instead they are demanding 800 ₹.

                              Also many times I've told them, I could pay 159 ₹ if want otherwise don't harassing me regarding this..

                              I m asking you Where I could file a harassment case against Airtel company or hoping to sort my problem thru you.

                              To Airtel, If After this you will call me I'll definitely put you in horrible circumstances that you will have to pay in real.

                                On 22nd june 2018 I have recharged airtel 4g prepaid plan for Rs149/-. The payment was made by debit card vide transaction id No. IIN/-Debit/Bharti/Ai/ [protected] but till date it is not activated. Instead whenever I am using 4g, it is recharged/debited from my basic voice account. It is a routine practice of airtel.

                                  I have ordered an samsung s9+ 64gb on june 11 (Order no:10037344 they never dispatched the phone till now. Now i can see the airtel courier company is not delivering it to me. Everyday they change the status to out for delivery and then change to undelivered in the evening.                                   No one at airtel knows where is phone. I have no customer care number of the courier company. Or the contact details of the courier boy. Its been nearly two weeks. I dont know what to do. I have no other option.

                                    My samsung j7 galaxy device keeps getting the message"no service"&"not registered on network" messages. While i am getting the whatsapp, duo and skype calls, i am not getting the mobile calls. Problem is with both incoming&outgoing calls i have tried all normal methods like restarting the device, reinserting the sim card etcoccasionally the device gets registered and i get calls. Please do the needful. My phone no [protected]

                                        I'm using your services from 2 years. Recently i have moved to jaipur. Here i was facing speed issue!!
                                        Airtel people says that india's fastest network. Where is the speed? I can get only 10kbps is this a 4g speed. I have raised a complaint about network issue. One day i got a call from airtel service engineer. He says " we have an issue with our existing tower and we are working to fix this issue, i don't know how long it will take to resolve it" i was shocked! The service engineer it self don't know how much time it takes to resolve. 😏
                                        1 the ivr takes 8 minutes to connect the agent.2 agent doesn't allow us to speak.3 support staff they are behaving like a #. Especially the supervisor abhishek, he don't how to speak with customers. I was wondering how this guy got a job in your company.4 late payments. If we missed to make the payments on time you guys will charge late payment fee. Now tell me without using your services. Why we need to make the payment? Same question i have asked to agents, he said" unused data will carry forward to next month." in a rude manner he give me this reply. I have asked him to transfer to next level. Abhishek said i'm only last point of contact to speak. If you have any issues drop a mail. Is the way to speak with customer? I have all the records. I have posted in their facebook pages about the issue as they were not responding to my problem. They just blocked my account. Yesterday they suspended my line due to non payment. I just wanted to know without using their services why i need to make payment, from past 4 months i'm paying the bill and if i missed one day, they are charging me penalty. Since yesterday morning the services were not working on my device and today early morning they blocked my number due to non payment. Due to this issues it lossed by business, i was away from my family and not able to connect them. This caused me mental harassment and tensions. I just wanted to go to any extent for justice and i request you to please provide me justice. My last hope is consumer forum.. Money does not matters but the pain and the service they provided me even after paying the bill that caused me a lot of loss. I purely hope you people will solve my problem
