After reset my phone and re install the airtel app it's showing yousuf, i am anoop mohammed the owner of the sim, i am the one who purchased it about 12 year's back and using since then. Now i'm abroad in saudi arabia. Making online recharges.

I have made a rs 400recharge it was meant to add to the unlimited talk time, but i was added a package which is not useful for me, as i am abroad roaming.

      I am from a town in a. P. I checked in airtel open networks service whether my area got 4g service and it shown my area has very fast 4g coverage but i can't use 4g network on my 4g mobile when i turn on the data it shows 4g after some time (3 to 5 min) 4g will become 3g coverage. If i turn the data off and turn it on again it was again the same issue. This is ridiculous and i have complained already about the issue and didn't get a reply

      i am using airtal Sim long time but my mobile call rate is very high and 198 custamer care number is not proper working.
      Im yasin mahida dear airtel presence this conversation is genuine (i"ve seen the timeline myself) i refuse to pay another penny to a company that condones such blatant bigotry I'm beginning the process of porting my number to another service provider & canceling my DTH & Broadiband
      Custom care not deals with consumer
      I've ported my no.[protected] from company paid to personal paid airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

        I have been paying my bills on time for more than 2 yrs. Last month i missed the payment by 2 days. For that a late fee of 100rs is too high.
        I request airtel to make this an exception and withdraw this penalty.

        As it is included in this months bill, i have to pay it avoid another late fee. So, please refund the amount!

        Also, airtel makes it very difficult to reach a customer service representative. Its customer care numbers are all automated. The chat only supports for postpaid accounts. And there is no email/page to post complaints.

        My phone number is [protected].Once I am crossing home state there is no network connection.I have given complaint twice.Twice they assured my problem will get resolved but so far nothing has been done.

          Sir,
          Myself renuka a customer of airtel prepaid with phone number [protected] from gulbarga, karnataka state.

          I am facing severe network issues like i am not getting 4g speed internet access even after recharging for 4g. There is always issue network issue while calling and messaging.

          Most of the times messages are failed to delivered.

          In order to overcome this i thought to port to other network, but even port message is not being delivered.

          Kindly provide me the solution

          I had 900 rs in my account and as I had not used any plan within a few hours the amount was showing as 0 when complaint was given no response and asked me to sent an email. Renewed again but not showing in my account and no response

            Please refer to airel bill no[protected] dated 9th june 2018 for rs 26, 499.26,
            I have spoken to airtel customer executive multiple times regarding excess billing amount and also sent a mail to airtel in this regard.

            While going through bills it has been observed that the charges levied by airtel for usage of mobile data in international roaming on 7th may 2018 are absolutely wrong, i am working abroad and i carry this sim for my incoming sms only, data is easily available in the place i work and i never needed an international roaming data. I carry this sim since last 4 years and never my monthly bill crossed rs 300.
            I have also noticed that you have a fixed a credit limit of rs 4, 200 for me for using mobile services from airtel whereas in this case the billing amount is much more than the credit limit. Although, airtel is claiming that this credit limit is valid only for voice and value added services and international roaming is not covered under this but i have never been informed about this and as a lay man i will only understand the meaning of credit limit that i will not be use the services beyond this limit. The services should have been disconnected when my credit limit crossed the limit and i should have been notified. Kindly ask airtel to revise my billing.

                I have never used airtel network but i am frequently getting calls to convert to airtel network. I found out that airtel has shared my phone number with call centres all over delhi who keep calling me every alternate day. I have dnd activated on my number, but they continue calling me. They call me multiple times when i do not pick up the phone. These callers argue with me when i tell them to not call me. One of the women also abused me when i told her to make me speak to her manager. I am not sure why airtel has exposed me to this harassment. This has been going on for the past five months and i am truly fed up with this cheap tactic.

Everyday he asure me that he will get the connection done but nobuddy showed up till now

                    This is the concern i would like to highlight and raise in your system.

                    Yesterday i got a message 09:18 pm, saying that your funnyzone service has been activated and rs. 49 are deducted for next seven days. It will be renewed once expires.

                    I was panic, as i did not activated this service so i simply replied to stop the service immediately.

                    I called up customer care exactly at 10:14pm, when i got down from the bus. He reverted my deducted balance but was so rude in his reply.

                    The reply or the solution that i got from your team was also not convincing. He asked me not to click any unwanted pop ups when browsing. And infact this is the last time, next time onwards amount deducted will not be reverted.

                    I want to let you know why a person who has activated long term data free pack and having 11 gb of internet balance would activate such a useless service like fuunnyzone and pay 49 rs for 7 days. When i got this activation message i was listening to your wynk music app.

                    Now, i need to understand why there is no confirmation message to the end user before activating any service in the background.

                    Also i need to know, which link or popup that i clicked yesterday so this service got activated automatically.

                    Awaiting your reply and a ticket number for future reference.

I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I'm sure there is more than 100 rs in it and it has life time validity.

                        My tv is not recieving any signal for more than a week and i have registered a complaint to the customer care on 22nd june. Even today it is not resolved. The customer people are giving only misleading informations and false promises and highly unprofessional, irresponsible and and incapable.

                        When i escalated the mater through email complaints to the nodal officer, a very casual reply is sent and the matte ris not yet attended or solved.

                        Please go through my email conversation in this regard and slove this issue.

                        I regret writting such a letter to you. But the quality of service received from your organisation and staff compelled me to do so.

On 22nd i called on your customer care number and resisted a complaint. I was informed that as there is no signal, a technician has to visit the place to identify the problem and i was given a promise that the technician will come on saturday at 6.00 p m. Saturday morning i received a call from your office and informed that the technician will visit my house to check the connection by 11.00 a m. I postponed my scheduled programmes and waited and even at noon no one visited. I had to call your office again, and they informed that person will come shortly. They provided me the technician's phone number. When i contacted, he informed that he is not going to come there as it is not his area. Again i called your customer care to inform the fact and they promised to arrange another technician on sunday morning. I agreed for that too. On sunday even at 11.00, as no one had come, i called again and then came to know that no technician was arranged and now no one is available. When i enquired why no arrangement was made, they informed that they had arranged 0one technician and he refused to carry out the work and they are making a complaint against that engineer. I informed taking action against him is not my intention and i just want to get my problem solved.

                        In this situation, i asked the call centre person to escalate the call to the higher official and i got connected to a lady who introduced herself as the supervisor. She informed me that my connection is discontinued for want of payment. As i had already made advance payment for 3 months and only one month is over, i requested her to check and she informed that i have changed my pin code, they are not able to rectify the problem. I have not changed my residence so far. As per google information, whatever is fed in their address remains the same. Moreover, i do not understand what role pin code has to do with dth connection. However she offered me to solve the issue and asked me to hold the line. I was put on hold for more than 50 minutes. I requested her to show some courtesy to cut the call and call me back when the problem is solved, to my surprise, she informed that they do not have outgoing call facility. Finally after an hour’s struggle, she informed that they have done something and i will get a call from your office within 2 hours and the problem will be rectified on sunday itself. I also informed her that i have been waiting for two days keeping all other outside works pending just waiting for the technician and there won’t be any one available at my house and the work has to be finished by sunday itself which was assured.

                        Even at 6.00pm i had to call again to as i had not received any call and the man who attended the call informed that the j0ob is yet to be assigned and ensured to get done before 8.00 pm.

                        To your kind information, the work is still unattended!!!.

                        Is your office is doing customer service or customer troubling???

                        What authenticity is there for the promises made by these people???

                        Right from the moment they receive the call, they are saying only “sorry””. Are they being paid simply to say sorry on behalf of the organisation?

                        Please understand that you are doing a paid service and the money is already taken in advance. It is the responsibility of the organisation to ensure connection. Even after repeated representation, it is not being attended. I asked the supervisor madam whether they will extend the validity period for the unservised period. She firmly replied that no that is not possible and it is not their fault that i am not able to use the facility. Is this the fault of the customer that you are not able to provide the connection??? Do you expect us to do your technician’s job also?

                        Because of the irresponsibility and incapacity of your staff, i had to waste my two valuable days waiting for their so called “service”. Please educate your staff to value other’s time also.

                        In this situation i humbly request you to be kind enough to take away the instruments already placed in my residence and refund the entire amount i have paid at the time of insatallation along with the remaining amount of my unutilised period, failing which i will be forced to move to consumer protection forum for compensation including the mental agony caused to me in this regard.

                        You have announced that the call is recorded for quality assessment. You can very well check and ascertain the conversations recorded whether the complaint is valid.

                        I expect a better response from your side.

                          I am using the above mentioned airtel prepaid no. For the last more than 10 years and was satisfied with the services of airtel. But unfortunately my balance started unauthorizedly deducting from the 3 to 4 months on the pretext of "bhojpuri video service" which i have never subscribed to. Initially whenever i got such messages and amount was deducted i ignored the amount being deducted and tried to deactivate the said services by sending an "stop" sms to your service no. 155223, and was getting a reply that i am not subscribed to any value added service. Several times i also called on your service no. 56789 to deactivate the said service but again i was getting reply that no service is activated on my airtel no. Yesterday, on 25.06.2018, again i got an sms that the said bhojpuri services wiil be reneved for next 30 days and an amount of rs.70/ will be deducted from your account which irritated and frustrated me as it has become a routine to deduct balance unauthorizedly from my airtel no. Then i tried to contact your customer care on 121 but as routine my call was not connected to customer service executive and i tried from another airtel no and talked to your customer service executive namely mr. Hilal shah, under refrence nos. Cu[protected] & cu[protected]. He again replied that no service is active on airtel no. [protected] but unfortunately my account was again rs.5/= was deducted today on 26.06.2018 at 3:20 am for the said bhojpuri vedio service. This unauthorised and repeated deduction of my balance has tortured and frustated me a lot.
                          As such it requested that this service should be stopped immediately and the whole amount which been deducted on this pretext should be refunded to me as soon as possible and all the details of such deduction should be provided to me otherwise i shall be constrained to approach consumer court.

                              I have not subscribed to this service to my knowledge, without my consent it was auto renewing for the past one month. Recently i have noticed this deduction when i recharged my account. Please refund the amount of 280rs.
                              This is totally not acceptable from a very good service provider.

                                  I am a broadband consumer using 16mbps connectivity on the number[protected]. For the last six months or so, there is frequent disconnection happening on the brodband connectivity on regular basis everyday and in spite of my repeated complains the matter has not been resolved.

                                  The line support people come to resolve this are thoroughly incompetents and even lectures that the modem chip is melting! (I have voice recording of the same)

                                    Today[protected] @ 01:49 PM, I received a call from[protected] representing Airtel Customer service. A Female customer Service executive who spoke to me regarding, activation of new HD Sports channels as a part of Airtel DTH Offer. I just refused the offer and advised I am NOT interested in any new activation.

                                    Around 03:48 PM, I received 2 messages from ADAIRDTH (Airtel Message service) that HD Sports channel was activated and Stopped. I was shocked to see those messages. At once, I checked my Television, few more HD channels were activated without my concern.

                                    When I tried calling the above number[protected] it was not reachable.
                                    Later after unnecessary stress, I reached Airtel DTH Customer service representative. He told me that my last recharge was made on 17th June '18 and latest activation was made today 26th June. I clearly explained him that, After 17th June 2018, I NEVER made any new activation till date and also asked, without my concern how can you guys activate any new channel/Pack, later the CSR apologized & deactivated my HD Sports pack channels which was activated today by an Fraud agencies/ Mystery Airtel Customer Service.

                                    I was really surprised, who was the lady representative who spoke to me at 01.49 PM ? And why She activated MY AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION plan without my concern ?

                                    I have heard and faced several fraudulent activities from Airtel Communication. This was unimaginable !! Just think about the poor layman and senior citizens who are been cheated by this Corporate.

                                    Whether She is an Airtel representative or an Third party agency or some other fraud company. Who are they ?

                                    I beg you to address this issue on high priority and take appropriate action against the wrongdoers..

                                    P.S: **More channels (SD or HD), More burning rate**
                                    HD Channels has more burning rate than other Standard channels. When we activate HD channels, the validity days/Burning rate will be reduced drastically. As a result, the User DTH account balance will be reduced simultaneous and has to recharge the DTH before its due date.

                                      Your offer is misleading. It clearly says Rs 100 cashback.
                                      I haven't done any transaction using airtel money till now. I need to pay bill of 421 for a postpaid connection. So I'm eligible for the offer Flat Rs 100 cashback offer if I pay via Airtel money. Sadly, when I try pay via airtel money, it is showing me another offer which has only Rs 50 cashback.

                                      I didn't have so much of an issue with the cashback offer. I tried to pay my bill with airtel money which I added like 5 days ago before making the payment, it says "Debit not allowed". Why? Why can't I use the money which I just added to my account!

                                        Airtel activated international plan, without consent and now wants me to pay for it.
                                        I made an international trip to europe and asked for an activation of plan. I specifically mentioned i dnt need any other packs (For other countries).
                                        Instead of this, they charged me for in-transit countries and now refusing to accept their fault.

                                        Its extreme high handedness, by the company and they want its subscribers to budge and pay money for services which hasn't been asked by them. Unacceptable.
                                        Have already written to consumer court
