Hi sir,

I am amit, i bought a new broadband connection from my registered mobile number [protected]. And i got a plan of 999 - 100gb. But in this data pack i was offered 750gb bonus data under airtel big byte offer. After installation of broadband i was supposed to get that bonus data. That hasn't been added in my account.

I want this 750gb bonus data to be activated according to your promise to provide along with 999 broadband plan.

    I am using airtel postpaid number [protected]. Every time they activated vas to my number after deactivation. Last time i had deactivated gaana bajjana type service which was not activated by me. Every time in my monthly bill, this service rent was added in my bill, when i approached to there service centre at lawrence road amritsar near petrol pump, the agent who was there refuse to refund the money from there end and said deactivate this service from your own mobile because you had activated by your phone and guided me to call on complaint helpline 198, when i called, there executive said, make mail on [protected]@airtel.in, we cannot refund.
    Another issue was 199airtel infinity pack activated on my mobile bill,
    When i did not pay there bill on time due to such issue which is not solved by them, then they charged extra late fees.
    If already you are overcharging and not to refund my money, then disconnect my connection but refund all my valuable money to me.

      Dear sir.
      I have 3 dth connections. Id no. Is [protected]. I m calling your toll free no. 12150. I m asking that your toll free employ to my 1st nd 2nd connection convert to 6 month saves custudy. I have also done my 300 rupes recharge same day. What he asking me plzz do another recharge nd than call back your coustmer care no. 12150. I m also calling after the again recharge so your coustmer care employ tell ur 6 month saves custudy will b done to 6 month. What they punched my saves custudy by mistake only 1 month.
      I m asking many time that thing to your toll free no. Nd that person asking we r regestered your complaint nd we r revert that problem solution as soon as possible. What i have never get any solution to your company. I m totally diappointed for calling again nd again. Then i m calling your nodle officer called. At first in date of 21.04.2108. Time 5 pm. And nodel officer name is shakti singh. That time my account balamce is 1900/- rupess nd i m request that person to plzz solve my problem otherwise this amount also dedected as soon. He asking me i m regester your complaint to nodle office. I m waiting 4 to 5 days. Then i m again calling nodle office. Mr. Sharukh attend my call nd he asking me your complaint already generate wht still some days i have again never solution to second person.
      Then i m waiting some more days. Wht my account balance is dicrease day by day. Last time i m again call nodle office nd my calling pick that mr mohamad khan he asking me we will enquiry your complaint nd employ agree that mistake he punched wrong save custudy pack. And he also asking me we will refund more than 500 /- rupee only same day. Then i m asking mr mohamad thats not fare thing bcz i m done recharge of six month. And you will return only 500/- amount. Is that amount i m only continuously my 1 month not b continuously operate. And then i m asking all thing. They understand my problem and he asking me plzz send your problem to that email id [protected]@airtel.com. I m request that plzz solve my problem nd make a suitable solition to my problem. And also refund my amount otherwise continous my 6 month dishpack otherwise i m looking after other company im totally harashed and suffering to much problem. And i have all calls recording with timing with name i[censored] want i will send u. Plzzz i hope only u understand my problem. Nd that my last mail to u. If i have never give any soulation. I m going to social media nd other sorises to complaint that thing.

      Airtel India Dear frnds lets see this replies . I m totally suffered by airtel service . But that tym i m put on this mail to social media . So they are lots of calling me nd see this company employe msgs. Mai apko btana chahta hu k mai last 7 year say airtel ki sim use kr rha hu . But kbhi socha ni tha k mujhe b airtel say problm aa skti pr mai glt tha airtel mai bhut jyada problem hai . Mery mai to bhut jyada patence hai agr koi or hota to company pr case kr deta . So kindly suggest u all dont take airtel connections nd sim cards Bcz they are lots of problems of airtel service .nd ab mai airtel ko port krvakay last 1.5 year say jio ka connection use kr rha hu that was is awesome too fast service . Nd i m also waiting to jio dish tv .

        useless garbage telecom service of india

        Airtel is a very # useless network in india. It is a very fraudulent self benefiting company by luring us to pay for what they are not providing. The company is corrupt and money sucker. No improvement in network quality only increasing the amount of money. Very useless #s and very very useless poor garbage service.in jharkhand west singhbhum area it is providing very very garbage useless network. Its an india's useless garbage trash...

        Hello, sir my airtel 4g number. I bought it one week back. And from starting i am getting worst speed. And when i try to contact customer care there is no option for that. Sir i bought this sim just bcoz i thought its best in internet. But i am experiencing the worst speed of my life. I bought jio 1 year ago but till date there isn't any problem. So sir plz resolve this problem.

          Respected sir/ mam

          I have given a request on your airtel store, court road, amritsar branch on saturday 09.06.18. To change my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid connection.

          After that my postpaid number stopped working on 15.06.18 around 12 o' clock.
          I insert the new prepaid sim in my phone. But neither postpaid number is working nor prepaid. It's been more than 48 hrs.

          I visit 5 times to the store. There is a store manager on the store mr. Jagdev. He also misbehaved with me.

          Yesterday 16.06.18 he again swap my sim. Till now my number is not working.

          I am facing very much embarrasament. I called customer
          Care 10 times but they have no information about my number sometimes they people said your number is not verified or we haven't received any mail from the store to activate your number.

          I am unable to understand where is the problem?

          You people have very poor service. I am very much disaapointed. I never face such kind of problem with any other network. I don't know what kind of services you people are providing and i think u dnt value your customers.

          Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          If possible kindly provide your contact number so that
          I can contact..

            Hi

            On friday evening i. E, 15th june 2018, i went to vanasthalipuram airtel showroom and got 4g sim card (By providing adhar card). I already had 3g sim and i want to update to 4g sim. They gave one sim card and told to insert after 2hrs but its been now more than 48hrs sim card not activated. Now old sim got deactivated and new sim not activated. This is surprising howcome both sim cards not working. I didnt expected this from airtel. Now i am feeling unnecessarily i have ported from other network

              My airtel digital set-top box was showing an amber light 40 days back.
              I contacted airtel tv customer care and they sent an airtel engineer to check.
              The airtel engineer said that the settop box is damaged, and that he will be providing me with a repaired settop box in 3 days, for which i paid inr 350.
              After a week, he replaced my settop box with the repaired box.
              This repaired settop box worked only for 2 hours, and after that stopped giving a visual output.
              I have been calling airtel customer care every alternate day, and every time they assure me that they will be sending an engineer, but the engineer never turns up.
              So, its been a total of 40 days now, and my airtel digital tv is not working.
              I have been using airtel tv for 8 years now, and if this is the quality of service that airtel gives to its existing customers, then i dont know what is the service policy of airtel and how long is it going to sustain with other competitors just around the corner.
              Meanwhile, my settop box is still unrepaired, and not working.

              The Airtel Service Engineer finally came, but went away without solving the problem. When I called him back, he said he would come back immediately the next day, but it has 2 days now, but no one came back for solving the set top box problem.
              It’s been more than 44 days now and my Airtel TV settop box is still not functioning.
              I guess Airtel really does not care about providing quick service for its digital tv.

              It is been 50 days now, still my Airtel TV is not started yet.
              After the Airtel Service Engineer came on the 20th June, and left without resolving the complaint, no one came again, and the Set-top box is still not working.
              Also, all my earlier complaints have been marked as CLOSED even though they are not yet closed.

                Whatsmob service has been self-activated on my number [protected] on 17th june 12: 37, and airtel deducted 75 rs from my balance, this is very bad. This is the corporate way of theft. I need my money back, am i mad to get up at 12:37 pm in the night and activate such packs which are nowhere concerned to me as by the way i use the basic handset and cant connect to internet from that mobile why will i activate? I need my money back as soon as possible

                  Sir, on 16 june 2018 at 23:32, i had made a payment of rs.497 into plan rs.510/- (Rs. 13/- was credited in my account). But it is seen that my airtel dth connection is still not updated means error code-06 shows on screen. Yesterday only i had made several calls at your customer care no.[protected], (Which is unreliable no.) the connection could not be connect with me. It is also exercised that customer care representative is so stupid, he can not express himself. His voice & speaking language is very poor. He is seen inefficient also. Once, one call connected to him he says that i am connection to senior, later he disconnected the call intentionally and deliberately. His attitude is not appreciable. Even on 15 june 2018 at 23.15 i had made several calls but not succeed to obtain the answer from your toll free number. My problem is that " by debit card, i had made a payment of rs. 497/- at 23.32 and msg received that payment is cleared from my debit card account. Thereafter txn id no.[protected] messaged to me. God knows what happened but i am unable to see tv, as my connection is still disconnected. May i know the reasons as to which circumstances i am i am not renewed bill. I do not want apology/sorry from your side. Please reply me at my registered no. [protected] or my whats app no. [protected].

                    I have been a customer of airtel since last 8 years and i have all my connections, personal mobile, family mobile and dth connections from airtel. I have been a happy customer so far.
                    The recent experience has changed my opinion.
                    I had moved city from bangalore to hyderabad and requested well in advance for the movement and had raised a call on 9th june 2018 to remove the dish antenna and the service engineer visit was scheduled for 10th june 2018. Unfortunate to me nobody from the airtel team turned up and on 11th we moved all our house hold with the packers nd movers to hyderabad. Now when i am requesting for reinstallation to airtel team they are demanding for additional payment for the dish antenna. According to me it is unfair to charge me for the dish as it was a lapse from the airtel team for not turning up to remove the dish and handover so that i could carry along with the other house hold. I tried multiple times talking to the customer care but all the discussions was in vain.

                      Firstly iam very sad to write this. Iam working as an medicalexecutive in a private firm i receive average 2, 3 avg nos everyday for the medicine most of my clients are elderly people they are using bsnl network i used jio network almost 8months sometimes audio clarity is pathetic so that only i choose airtel i ported the jio number to airtel number in 15th june. But it is a wrong decision now i didn't receive any calls from bsnl network all other network is ok the incoming calls are coming i contacted more than 5 times today itself but the customer care didn't give any proper answer they are telling change the phone i do all the things but call is not coming they telling they need 5 days till wednesday they solve the issue. At that time also they didn't give any assurance to me.

                        Hello sir,

                        I was trying to connect with my family members idea no. Through my airtel no. [protected] but unable to connect. That call was unfortunately connected to some one else not even one time (Tried more than 2 hrs.). I was wondering it just a network issue/call switch or some thing else. It was observed that many time on my no. Not only for idea but other service providers. Some times i fill some one tap/record my calls. I think it should be seriously checked by the airtel provider why this is happing.

                        Sir please suggest me can i do the police complaint against the call tap? I think this is the serious matter need to fix.

                          I am a user if airtel bharti. I have heard that best 4g internet is airtel in an advertisement but in a real when i tried airtel my experience with airtel is wrost.in a morning speed of internet is comparable good in an afternoon is good but at evening and night it is very bad near about 20_30kbps. I request to airtel please improve you network otherwise you will lose your all customer of gujarat and mainly in my area junagadh

                            I reached customer care through mail but no response. I recharged my mobile with 399 in myairtel app through phonepe. Money deducted from my account but recharge not done. I received 50 rupees cashback also. Airtel people also not giving any response. Airtel customer care have very worst behaviour with customers.
                            Because they are not giving reply. Please take an action and solve my issue

                              Hi team, i submitted a port request on 10 june to move from vodafone (Postpaid) to airtel (Prepaid). My vodafone sim was disconnected on 14 june 11:00 pm and my airtel sim was activated. However, since the service is activated, im unable to recharge my number due to which i unable to make any call. Airtel customer care is unable to resolve my issue

                                For the last a feed, i was trying to send port message to airtel. But everytime i tried, i received a reply "not sent. Tap to try again". I also tapped and tried several times but in vain. Checked the balance
                                And found it was zero. I thought that could be the reason. So, i did a recharge and tried. Still not going. Hope, airtel allows me to port as there are lot of problems with the network. I received the same reply "not sent. Tap to try again". I also tapped and tried several times but in vain. Kindly allow to port.

                                  Hello, i'm nitin. My transaction for the bill payment of rs.359 was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my account. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                    I have tried to pay final bill of my recently cancelled airtel postpaid number [protected] with relationship number: [protected] twice using paytm. Once, using my hsbc credit card and second time from my hdfc bank account linked to paytm.

                                    Transaction has been declined twice by
                                    Airtel and i will get my money back into my account in 7-14 days.

                                    This is completely not acceptable. Payment due date is 21 june. Due amount is 364.50. I have no intentions to make another payment till i get my refund nor do i wish to have a late or missed payment on my record. I hold two more airtel postpaid numbers. I will close both if the issue is not resolved before 21 june.

                                      I can't use Internet, I completed many time in customers care but there is no any response from your side, and when I call in customer care he said that give 7 working days your problem will be resolved and our site engineer will call you at locations but no budy contact me and now it is almost 3 months complete but my internet problem are same.
