On 22nd june 2018 I have recharged airtel 4g prepaid plan for Rs149/-. The payment was made by debit card vide transaction id No. IIN/-Debit/Bharti/Ai/ [protected] but till date it is not activated. Instead whenever I am using 4g, it is recharged/debited from my basic voice account. It is a routine practice of airtel.

    I have ordered an samsung s9+ 64gb on june 11 (Order no:10037344 they never dispatched the phone till now. Now i can see the airtel courier company is not delivering it to me. Everyday they change the status to out for delivery and then change to undelivered in the evening. Tracking no: jvlat[protected] link is: http://vulcanolp.unicommerce.com/tracking/JVLAT[protected]
    No one at airtel knows where is phone. I have no customer care number of the courier company. Or the contact details of the courier boy. Its been nearly two weeks. I dont know what to do. I have no other option.

      My samsung j7 galaxy device keeps getting the message"no service"&"not registered on network" messages. While i am getting the whatsapp, duo and skype calls, i am not getting the mobile calls. Problem is with both incoming&outgoing calls i have tried all normal methods like restarting the device, reinserting the sim card etcoccasionally the device gets registered and i get calls. Please do the needful. My phone no [protected]

          I'm using your services from 2 years. Recently i have moved to jaipur. Here i was facing speed issue!!
          Airtel people says that india's fastest network. Where is the speed? I can get only 10kbps is this a 4g speed. I have raised a complaint about network issue. One day i got a call from airtel service engineer. He says " we have an issue with our existing tower and we are working to fix this issue, i don't know how long it will take to resolve it" i was shocked! The service engineer it self don't know how much time it takes to resolve. 😏
          1 the ivr takes 8 minutes to connect the agent.2 agent doesn't allow us to speak.3 support staff they are behaving like a #. Especially the supervisor abhishek, he don't how to speak with customers. I was wondering how this guy got a job in your company.4 late payments. If we missed to make the payments on time you guys will charge late payment fee. Now tell me without using your services. Why we need to make the payment? Same question i have asked to agents, he said" unused data will carry forward to next month." in a rude manner he give me this reply. I have asked him to transfer to next level. Abhishek said i'm only last point of contact to speak. If you have any issues drop a mail. Is the way to speak with customer? I have all the records. I have posted in their facebook pages about the issue as they were not responding to my problem. They just blocked my account. Yesterday they suspended my line due to non payment. I just wanted to know without using their services why i need to make payment, from past 4 months i'm paying the bill and if i missed one day, they are charging me penalty. Since yesterday morning the services were not working on my device and today early morning they blocked my number due to non payment. Due to this issues it lossed by business, i was away from my family and not able to connect them. This caused me mental harassment and tensions. I just wanted to go to any extent for justice and i request you to please provide me justice. My last hope is consumer forum.. Money does not matters but the pain and the service they provided me even after paying the bill that caused me a lot of loss. I purely hope you people will solve my problem

            I cant receive any incoming calls from 2 days.
            When i contacted Airtel they told me that it will be fixed within 2 days.I even went to their consultation hub but got no help.And i would like to add that i left my home to study in delhi and my mom and dad call me regularly but from some days they were unable to contact me so they were in tension for few days.

            So I will be very glad if my problem is solved

              I raised this with airtels mulitple channels, some promised me resolution in "few" days. Its 100 days since my first complaint, no resolution is provided.

                I am using same airtel number since 2009. I did not recharge for 90 days and it got deactivated. I have resubmitted the documents before 15 days grace period to reactivate the same number but the Airtel showroom which is in Ashok Nagar, Chennai have not processed my application and they are telling us they could not retrieve the same number because it crossed the grace period.                 I received a msg on[protected]:53 pm on my no [protected] that "Rs 99 = 1GB data + unlimited local, std, roaming call + 100 SMS/di, 28 days Rs. 149= 28 GB + Unlimited local, std, roaming call + 100 SMS/di, 28 days. as per msg received i recharged of rs 99 same day at 07 :05. but i get benefit for only ten days. then i went to retailer and he called to customer care then i was told that there was no offer available on your number. it happen twice with me.

                so please resolve this matter an i want to know who is massaging to me behalf of airtel.

                  Myself tv akhil holding an airtel sim having number [protected]. My registered email id for the above mentioned number is [protected]@gmail.com. These details are updated by airtel customer care instantly.

                  Complaint - volte not working.

                  Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset oneplus 6 is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine. I have also switched on the volte option in my device.

                  To further rectify this issue i have inserted few other airtel sim cards on this same device oneplus 6 and the volte was working. So i understood that there is no problem with the handset which i am using. Later i have also inserted my sim having number [protected] in other volte compatible devices. But here the problem occurred in other devices also. So the volte feature of my number [protected] is not working in my device and also in other volte compatible devices.

                  So i came to the conclusion that the problem was only with my sim card.in this regard i brought a new airtel sim for the same number yesterday i. E 20th june 2018 as again told by airtel supervisor. They suspected that there was problem in my old sim card. But i am surprised that even the new sim for my number [protected] the volte feature is not working in my device. I have also inserted the new sim in other volte compatible devices and verifed that still the problem existed volte feature not working again.

                  All these details have been updated to the customer supervisor via 121. But till now my issue is not resolved. This problem is completely on your technical side with the number i'm using.
                  The call centre people told me that the device was not compatible every time i called but i rectified all these issues by checking with the other airtel sim cards which was working perfectly on volte in my device oneplus 6.

                  Previously i was on tata docomo and have later chossen airtel mainly because any kind of issues arised would be resolved immediately with the airtel. So i had a hope that my issue would be resolved but it is taking days together to get solved. The call centre is only asking for time to speak to technical department but not responding back to the issue. Icalled a number of times to the call centre regarding this issue and all these details you can track for ur confirmation. Now i am fed up of calling to the call centre.

                  So now i had to place this mail in order to solve my problem. I hope that you look into this matter immediately and solve my volte issue as soon as possible.

                  Airtel do not let yourself down in satisfying the customer problems on time with proper solutions. I hope that you take this issue seriously.

                    Facing problem on airtel mobile internet. All site address on all type of browser redirecting to either one.airtel.in/rcconf or one.airtel.in/net... I have tried all kind of clearing cookies data and check all apn settings. Not only happening my devices, even on all devices i am getting same problem.. pls fix the issue.

                      Airtel customer care center apply extra charges for sim upgrade.
                      I have to upgrade my 2g sim in 4g.
                      But the company policy is free of cost sim upgrade
                      But in airtel customer care center akola they ask me 100rupees for upgrade my 2g sim.
                      They charge extra money.
                      I would like to upgrade my 2g sim card in 4g (Free of cost) as per company policy.
                      Then take some action on it.

                        Hi,

                        I have received call from Airtel representative on 26th May.
                        As per representative communication I had made recharge and called customer care to activate my package on account [protected].
                        Many times I called customer care, asked them to activate promised package or refund my amount.
                        Now almost 1 moth over and package is not activated.

                        I think this is one kind of cheating from Airtel DTH.
                        Airtel DTH subscribers please be careful while you are getting offers from Airtel DTH.

                              They are charging me the price of 4g but they are not delivering it, they don't have proper 4g signals, there 4g is only work when you have a full network, suppose if your phone is catching 4 signals instead of 5 then it will work like 2g. I am living in an urban area where there support is saying that we have full network coverage but they are bloody liers, the moment i enter in my house or any other inside area anywhere in any town there services are even worst than 3g and comes to 2g. I recommend that do not believe them at all they are bloody # and charging only amounts from the people without delivering them. This my phone number [protected].

                                Till march airtel was showing my data consumption at 100 odd gb everymonth. Which is impossible. An average movie is 700 mb which means i need to watch 200 movies online or download equivalent data to consume 112 gb worth of data.

                                Suddenly this month airtel claims that 200 gb has been consumed. Joke is... This month we were out of town for a week and for 2 days airtel broadband was not working. We complained twice. After that password was changed twice of the modem.

                                I complained to appellate authority and some ms priya called from there. She kept on insisting that airtel system is 100% right.. Maybe your family shared password. I told her i know that is not the case... Then she says maybe you watched lot of online content. Our system is 100% fool proof. Then i get calls and mails to upgrade and buy expensive plans.

                                What kind of customer service and appellate is this?

                                I recharge through airtel.in amount 50 rs but i used creadit card amount deduted but balance is credit my number i called u u r saying please clarify to bank i call to the bank their saying in amount is transfer to airtel i have statement also number [protected]
                                My phone number [protected] is a 7-8 year old sim. it is showing sim suspended.
                                The streaming Quality of HD Channels is very very poor. Airtel is charging tremendously for HD Channels but the streaming quality of the HD Channels, all Hindi Channels is very very poor.
                                My Airtel 4G number [protected] isn't showing any reception since yesterday morning, i.e. from 13th June, 2018. There seems to be no network whatsoever.
                                Airtel giving advertisement on TV like everywhere 4G network available but 9th June I was in mullayanagiri, chickmangalur I couldn't update anything in whatsapp status, it was bad experience with Airtel network.

                                  3 months back i have ported to airtel and i am getting all lines are currently busy voice message when ever i try to call to any bsnl numbers. This is happening from last one month. I have give complaint thrice but no use.
                                  Today i have again complained and the reference no is cogcl[protected] and they sent a sms that it got resolved with in 1 min.

                                    I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village.                                       While using the my airtel app for recharging the offer plan 399 rs/- the money was deducted from my bank account and not getting recharged. This issue has happened at yesterday[protected]:00 pm after automatically entering otp only for 2 times. While doing transaction also my internet connection is good (Speed 30mbps) but due to technical reasons in app this issue has happened and when i call to customer care they are also not responding in a good manner to solve the problem
