This is with regards to my airtel secure clam submitted against number [protected].

I have received a confirmation that the claim was rejected under the category of "improper handling".

However, when asked about the reason for jumping to this conclusion. I have told that since my description was not clear enough and i have not picked the follow-up call they understood that is an improper handling.

I have clearly told them that it was accidentally fallen down. Further over phone calls and emails, had multiple time explained the accident multiple time that since my wife standing behind me and when i turn accidentally she touched my hand and handset fallen down.

Further its imperative to close case based on assumption.

    My son came from russia on vacation, for whom i purchased an airtel prepaid connection [protected] on 31st may 2018. The seller told me that it is valid for 3 months unlimited calling + 1.5 gb data per day for rs.500/-. I agreed.

    Sim card became operational on 1st june 2018 itself and since 9th june 2018 outgoing calls have stopped. Only incoming calls are allowed. "your balance is too low to make an outgoing call" - this is the voice prompt that comes whenever an o/g call is attempted.

    When informed the seller, about this he says he will have to check.

    Bloody people, my son is a doctor, where he receives and is expected to make calls too. If his o/g facility itself is down, what type of service is airtel providing.

      Enclosing herewith scanned copy of passbook front page, cancelled cheque and cash receipt.
      Kindly do the needful at the earliest and please keep giving follow ups by sending messages or emails whether the complaint is further processed. I have mailed many times to [protected]@in. Airtel.com but no further action has been taken plz take the complaint on a serious basis and refund the amount by neft

        Sir there are almost 5000 homes and around 12000 people living in palamathi, venkatapuram, kuppam and vendikal villages. All villages center is venkatapuram and only 2km distance for each village. These villages comes under vellore district, arcot taluk, thimiri union pin -632507. Here we do not have any network connection but only one network vodafone is available with very poor condition that too if we go top floor of the house. I have space for tower installation on venkatapuram (Vellore to thimiri main road). Kindly do needful and reach me @[protected] for any assistance.

          I moved to bangalore two weeks back from hyderabad and got new micro sim for an active airtel postoaifd number. I was told that it will be activated in 48 hours. Its been two weeks and no activation. After repeative complains on calls and stores, no result.

          Shame on you guys... You cant even give a time by when your technical team can resolve this issue. Shut your door.

          I am going to switch to jio or vodafone. You don't deserve a 5yrs loyal customer.

            My airtel number [protected] is getting deducted rs60/week from november 2017. This number with me for a many years and keeping in uae since 2014 as i am working here. No weekly deduction happening in 2014, 2015 or in 2016. I keep this to receive sms related banking and kerala psc. I keep this phone live as i can by dialing and top up.
            Kindly do the needful to stop this deduction.

              Cashback is not credited of 100 rs on my first transaction and 40 cashback in transactions above 200. Please do credit the amount as been given in the offers. Didnt credit the cashback into the account as being shown offers. It shoud credit in time the cash back while we are avaling the offer from airtel payments bank. But there is no response after the bill payment through airtel payments bank.

                Respected sir
                Last day, I have done my recharge of 399 which gives me 4gb/day data+100msg+unlimited calls for 84days. This offer was available only on my mobile no. But when I done my recharge then they gave me only 1.5gb data /day. And this was very hilarious. I trust Airtel company.. But from that incident, I decide its a fraud company.. Why are you misguide to consumers? I don't like this k..

                Airtel company show me offer 399₹for unlimited 3 /4G data per day and when I activate this offer now Airtel company give me a 1.5GB per day as Airtel company cheat me l have attached here screenshot for proof of that...

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had been to Oman for a holiday for 1 month. Before leaving the country, I was told on call by Airtel of Rs.149/month International roaming scheme on which incoming will be free. I specifically asked if there will be any other charges and she denied that and said only if I make outgoing calls I will be charged. When I came back from Oman, I received a bill of Rs.21, 986. I found out and came to know that i was charged 999/day every time I received a call (which I was assuming to be free). They have activated such a scheme on their own and also gave me wrong information. I have a credit limit of Rs.1200. I was not informed by call or message when my bill crossed this amount. Even the Airtel app would not show me updated charges although I regularly checked it. My bills every month come in the range of Rs.500 and I clear the payment within 2 days of receiving the bill. I immediately contacted Airtel Customer Care on 25th May. After a 20 minute call I was told someone from Airtel will contact me in 24 to 48 hours and did not give me a complaint number even though I asked for it. I did not receive any call till 31st May. I again called Airtel and again I was forwarded to a senior who gave me the mail ID of nodal officer so I mailed the complaint to them. They were responding very slowly in mails. This seems to me as a practice of sneakily increasing the bill o[censored]nsuspecting customers. Today (11th June) they called me saying that they are sorry for the inconvenience and will reduce Rs.2000 in my bill. But still the amount is too huge and there is no fault of mine. So they said they will again verify and call me. But I have received another mail from Airtel saying that my payment is due and I will be charged penalty for late payment. Why are they putting me through this harassment? I have recorded all conversations of customer care with me. Kindly help in resolving this as soon as possible.

                    Airtel shows me offer of Rs99 Which have benefit of 28Gb data (1 gb/din) and unlimited calls for 28days.
                    Then I rechrged my airtel sim for Rs99 offer. After recharged success i call to customer care on 198 and ask information about plan or benifits i got after recharged. Then customer care said me that you have got unlimited calls but only 1gb data for 28 days. What's going this please help me.

                        On 9/6/18 airtel started a service glamsham without my request or authorisation and charged rs 35 for it.
                        On receiving that notification i called the stop request number and cancelled the service.

                        My question is why airtel did start such service and deducted rs 35 without my request/authorisation?
                        The charge has to reversed and rs 35 should be credited to my account immediately.

                        Airtel has again started this devious practice of starting some service without customer knowledge and charging for it.

                        Nothing has been done. Today again Airtel has deducted Rs 35 for activating another service called FIGHTTV which I did not request. They are getting very bold in doing such practices since TRAI or any other agency do not take our complaints seriously .
                        I am seriously thinking of sending them a lawyer notice.

Again i submitted fresh documents After all formalities, they gave new sim thek ask wait for 2 days but still pending . please solve my issue as soon as [protected]

                            Hi, i have swapped postpaid sim to prepaid [protected] in airtel store, chrompet, chennai. They asked me to pay 399 to do 399 plan recharge. But, after prepaid sim activation they haven't done the recharge for 5 days. So i have done recharge for rs. 100. Later they are telling 399 recharge will not work if i do rs 100 recharge. I am also not getting proper response or money from them.

                              My Airtel DTH connection is not working from last 3 days & nobody is helping me. Your customer care service is pathetic, nobody had visited my house in last 3 days for rectification of this small problem. May be you are a big company but your customer care is pathetic & your services are pathetic too. I am your 5 years old customer & having 3 connections in my house of yours and if you guys are treating your old customers like this.                                 HI from past two months i have been facing airtel network connectivity issue whenever complained to customer care or at the store they were just saying its a technical issue we are upgrading it to 5G that's why its lagging

                                and he advices me to use it in 3G mode as the problem will be less, so the airtel is fooling us charging for 4G Service and asking to use 3G service..?

                                Today(11-june-2018) at 11.00Am all of a sudden my phone has no signals its showing as NO SERVICE, after that i tried all the possible ways like switch on/off, changing sim and reinserting, checking network in automatic and manual mode but everything went in vain
                                then finally i visited a airtel store at kharkhana secunderabad. there to my surprise the executive informs its happening from past 10-15 days daily we are getting 40-50 customers he termed it as "Technical glitch" and he said dont use 4G as it will continue when you use that service
                                After it he asked me to provide my details and he swapped the sim with a new one and charged me 25rs/- saying sim swap charges i asked him that its an internal sim issue why should i pay then he said its being charged from company and after my payment he is forcing me too take the offers which airtel is offering to its customer to merge the family number into one family plan he was giving all blah blah and now still my mobile has no service in it by this i have faced a lot off issue requesting to solve ASAP

                                I feel like I'm being duped by airtel. What is the use of 4g pack when there is no 4g networks. Before at least 3g was also fast. But now 3g is useless. I am comparing the speed of the network on the basis of online mobile games like mobile legend. The ping should not exceed 200ms. I am wasting 200 rs every 28 days in the hope that network will be good.

                                  I got an issue with airtel 995 recharge. I got such an issue that i wish to leave airtel and look for some other provider. This is not the way of dealing with a customer. I, as a customer request to improve your process and re-define it.

                                  Initially, a month back or so. I donot remember the date exactly. I called to customer care for 995 recharge and as per suggestions, i have done the recharge. And i thought airtel is giving me nice offers. But, after this recharge, my problems started in bulk.

                                  In my airtel app, i use to see the data balance, how many days remaining in this recharge and all those stuff. After 995 recharge, nothing is being displayed. I called to customer care and updated my issue. Later on, i got update like this - "as this is new recharge value, looks like system is not upgraded accordingly. We raise this issue with our backend team and make this corrected. I felt very happy and after 3 days or so, i was able to view the recharge amount and also remaining days like 360 or so.

                                  Since few days, i was unable to view those in my airtel app. And i am in assumption that i may get alert or notification if my usage is high on data. As far as i remember, i didn't see any notification like that. I was seriously trying internet since morning, but it is not being connected. It was not being connected. And i was totally failed to use internet as i was using this airtel network. I failed because there was no notification or alert. And i started browsing continuously. And i got a notification like below which looks very irrelevant to me. And when i used the option"*121*11#". It directed me for offers but not my usage. (Refer to image 1)

                                  Notification"data usage alert: you have used 10mb data from your main account. For info on data packs, dial *121*11#"

                                  If my airtel app shows me my usage as before, i wouldn't have wasted my internet usage. Instead, i would have used my wifi.

                                  Additional to this - customer care agents & supervisor.

                                  Previous supervisor/agent updated me that i would see my usage in airtel app directly. And i was fixed to that and use to monitor that. Suddenly, it was gone one day. I am not sure why this has happened. No notification to me on this.

                                  Recent supervisor, he is guiding me another process on how to check data balance. If this correct, why previous agent/supervisor mis-guided me? If previous agent/supervisor said correctly, why recent agent (Das) mis-guided me? Further, he agreed that there is no process of raising complaint on previous agent/supervisor (Whom a customer speaks). There should be some process defined for raising complaint on such issues. Why it was not there?

                                  And today (23 - may - 2018 12:18 pm) spoke with swathi n. Just listen to this recording. Airtel will be knowing how they are responding to the customers. This is not the first time for me.

                                  Additional to this: connecting customer care calls

                                  For connecting these calls, we need to strive for long waits. It would be a minimum of 30 minutes to connect to customer care. And again that is chargeable. Is this the way airtel treats their customers?

                                  Its not matter of 36/-. Its the time and belief on airtel. I was using the same number since 2009. We are in 2018 now. Its almost 9 years. I never changed my number nor requested for some porting options. Still, airtel is playing with customers like me.

                                    At 4.48 PM on 11.06.2018, suddenly i got an SMS that i have been charged Rs.35 for activation of GLAMOURZONE on my Airtel Mobile. Again one SMS came at 4.54 PM on 11.06.2018 conveying that GLAMOURZONE service has been activated.

                                    When i checked balance amount of Rs.35/- was deducted. As i had not requested for any such service, i called the customer care. They said that i had sent SMS requesting them to start the service. This is ridiculous.

                                    When i asked the customer care executive to register my complain, he denied taking any such complain. He also denied to tell his full name and told only his first name as "Soheb". I got clueless. He said he can not register complain but no deduction will be made in future.

                                    Though the amount is less, it is an unethical practice and needs to be addressed.

                                      I have received a call from airtel[protected] on 11th of june at 4:49 pm from a lady executive for port my no to vodafone to airtel when i request her to don't call this is the 3rd call from airtel in a day and i continuously receiving from a couple of days so she replied "call uthane ke liye staff rakh lo" and was laughing sick.

                                        Anu durai (Airtel store employee) has submitted fake degree certificate for joining as employee in airtel. Y i'm complaining now means there are many people's including me who done there degree and still they are waiting for job. After checking anu durai degree certificate if you found as fake certificate surely you will terminate him amf that job will go for someone who's waiting for a job. If you didn't take any action against him i will file complaint in court /media against anu durai (Airtel store employee) and airtel for encouraging like this employee.

                                        Note: if you have any doubt about fake certificate. You can check with lokesh (Airtel store employee at brookfield, bangalore). Lokesh helped and durai to get this job in airtel. Any enquiry about anu durai fake degree you can check with his friend whether he done degree or not.. I'm mentioning anu durai friend's contact number just for reference -
