Hello,

My mother is using Airtel connection 95xxxxx812. I raised the complaint regarding network issue to Airtel customer care. The customer service executive forwarded complaint to network team. No resolution for same. Again contacted Airtel customer care then executive told me that since there is huge network load in your area so you are facing problem. Our technical team is working on the same and your network problem will resolve. When I asked he refused to provide timeline.

After paying if not getting service then what's the use. Basic telephone need is to receive and you should make calls to others but without network how it's possible.

Above the network provider has no answer for problem. The service executives are so illeterate about process even I have doubt that they understand the problem.

    I recharged my mom airtel number with ₹199 using paytm. As it showed payment is not confirmed. I went to mobikwik and recharged ₹199. The recharge is done successfully. After few mins, the first recharge which i did using paytm also recharged. The problem is recharge is done twice.. I want refund or the pack to be continued for 2 months... Wait'n for ur respond

      my airtel app sucks

      Ever since i bought a new 4g sim i haven't been able to make calls with it. I thought that's not too much of a issue, i'll contact customer support for some help but the app is so badly made that there is no avenue to submit a custom complaint. They have a few options and those are the only one's you can submit queries for them.
      Their customer care number isn't too great either. An automated system that makes you run in circles. This...

      Once i activated an internet data pack of rs 29 which was valid for 1 month.
      Later on the same amount was deducted automatically from my account every month.
      Then i called the customer care representative and she asked me to dial a number which further deducted 29 rupees from my account.

      I asked them to deactivate the service but she reactivated it deducting more money from my account.

        Very bad experience trust me, repeated harassing calls made to me without being able to rectify my issues had in the past and continuing the same kind of[censored]n professionalism act, my network is pure in my locality and i am calling customer support to assist me and even when they call me as well they say they will come and rectify none turns up and now i am receiving a bill which i was not used the services in my dongle, how can that happen?? I just feel too harassed when i receive calls when driving or riding. No assurance of life from you guys calls, can't bloody rectify my concern and ask me to pay, how mean is that??

          Hi,
          This is rafeeq ([protected]). I am using redmi a1 dual sim mobile.. I am unable to send any sms from my airtel sim.. I am able to send message from my other sim. I had given my primary contact number as airtel in all my banking and other activities.. So i am unable to send any confirmation messages for any activity.. I am able to send sms from airtel sim from other mobile handset but not from redmi a1 mobile. I had made this complaint on airtel for past 2 months. I had tried with all the message centre numbers they gave. All they say is issue will be sorted out in couple of days.. Then i dont receive any sms or call regarding the complaint.

            Issue detail: Raised relocation request for my broadband around 10 days back.
            Raised with appeal authority but no resolution yet.

            I am requesting them to disconnect the connection but they deny and make 100 calls a day promising that they will send the technician for installing in the new address but they never did. Request you to close my connection I am tired of contacting and writing emails to you.

                I recharged my account for topup of Rs 120. Balance was added to my account. After few minutes 94 Rs was deducted and some service was activated on its own. I have not done any recharge. Why automatic recharges are happening? I want my money back. Customer care is not picking calls no option to connect to them in 121 or 198 helpline.

                  I am using a package of rs.448/- of airtel o[censored]nlimited free calls since long. But it is observed that although they have assured for free calls to any phone number, they are deducting amount from my balance for ringing to telephone number [protected] of aquaguard for servicing. On talking to customer care department of airtel few minutes ago, they told that charges of rs.1.00 will be deducted. I am a senior citizen. It is not possible for me to check each & every time to check whether balance is deducting or not. Previously, the airtel have also deducted from my balance for calling to some national telephone no. Then why they are telling/sending messages that unlimited free calls with package of rs.448/. They have also deducted for calling to airtel customer care. May, i, therefore, request to refund the amount deducted from my main balance. Thanking you.

                    I had opted for airtel secure in 2017.in june 2018 i have raised a claim (Service request[protected] for mobile which was fell in water along with in a pond when i went for day outing. I was fell in pond accidentally but airtel said that improper reason - negligence.
                    Accident means unexpected, but the way airtel misleading people is dangerous. I believe airtel secure is scam, they might claiming their own claims and getting converted black money. Proper investigation has to be happened

                      Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything and it was not in my knowledge. Moreover, the only message i received was to deactivate it and as soon as i deactivated it then i came to know that the money was already deducted and its a monthly pack so i dont even know from how many months this kind of cheating is going on. It is not only unfair but also a kind of looting which airtel is doing to their customer.
                      So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated.

                        Just to know the various options available in the cell, I unfortunately locked the pin. It asked PUK No. I typed some No. It again asked to verify the pin but to m y dismay it says it is not tallied. Three to four times it went like that. Finally a notice is appearing "sim card rejected". I seek your help in restoring the same as the number is well known in my relative/friends circle. I am missing a lot and I could not replace it with a new number. Please help me.

                          I had recharge on my airtel number [protected] through the my airtel app on07/06/2018 of rs 199. Five times all the five times it shows that the transactions was unsuccessful my transactions i'd's are (*), (*) and three more.
                          Please airtel team check out the refund process... I want my refund please think that 1000 rs was deducted from my debit card account

                            I need a solution. They frequenty do this type of things with me. They does not provide benefits as they shows on my airtel apps. Most cheater company airtel i have ever experience. Stay away

                                I did a recharge on my airtel no [protected] with 98 rupees from my airtel app on 7th of june 2018. Benefits were 3gb 3/4 data for 28 days. But i only get credited with 500 mb of 2g data. Why airtel cheating on me. I called airtel customer care but not get good response from them. They also lie to me that benefits will credited within 1 hour. But it was a lie. What to do now. I am very much disappointed by airtel's cheating on its customers. My airtel app is worst. They cheat... Cheater... Lier... I need a solution...

                                    I had lodged a complaint for reconnecting my airtel digital tv as my house is going under renovation. Yesterday I have completed the concealing of my wires so I called airtel to send somebody and reconnect the stb. One Bahadur having phone no.[protected] had visited to my place and he reconnected the STB but in the morning again due to some problem I have to disconnect the STB after shifting the TV I have tried to insert the connector to STB but was unable to do so. So I called the so called bahadur having phone no.[protected] but he never picked up the phone. Then I lodged a complaint again to airtel and was replied that somebody till 8.00 p.m. will come and do the job.
                                    After sometime I again tried to call that bahadur having phone no.[protected] this time he picked up the phone, so I explained him the whole story. After hearing the same he started speaking abusing language and saying that I will also see who comes to your place. Hearing this from a lineman I felt very bad. So I complained to airtel, around 7.00 p.m. this time some dimple took the phone and started taking side of the lineman and said that he will not come today and will come only the next day, i told her that I was told that till 8.00 p.m. and right now it is 7.00 p.m. only so you can send hm within 1 hour as I was told by customer care person that somebody will visit your place to solve your problem by 8.00 p.m. on this she tried to be rude and told me that she is connecting me to to some executive and kept me on hold for 5-6 minutes after sometime only spoke to me and said that he will not come today as this not the time to visit I told her it is 7.10 and he can come as the time limit is till 8.00 p.m. but she also started speaking rudly. I therefore request you to kindly take some action and teach them manners to talk to the customer or you may loose 1 DTH Connection as well as 2 Airtel mobile connections...

                                      Very poor network.
                                      Only one bar showing for LTE.
                                      Often switches to h+ and H. When it switches, I don't get internet at all.
                                      All this is in Vyttila, the Center of kochi city.
                                      Miserably poor.

                                      I badly need internet for very important reasons and you have let your customer down-totally unreliable. All your advertisements are ###.

                                      How do you think you would compensate for the days for which I have paid and you have failed to give me Network coverage.
