Dear sir / madam,
I had taken airtel sim a month ago, and since then i have been facing consistent problem in getting a decent network signal in my locality, which is miyapur, hyderabad.
The company claims in all their advertisements that they are the fastest growing network in india, and have no network issues at all whatsoever. And all the advertising gimmicks of open networks etc. (I don't know how!) but what good is it when i don't get a proper signal in a place like miyapur, and it's not that i'm expecting their perfect network coverage in some remote village of telangana.
I have to come out of my house, let alone my room and stand on the road of my colony (Quite literally) to make / receive calls. When i go to the website of airtel to report this issue, they expect me to call on their customer service number. Now, how i can i do it, when my basic complaint is about calls & network? Which means i have to go back on the road of my colony make a call. Can't they have a system in place, which will allow me to register a complaint by submitting it online, on their website?
Well, anyways, airtel really is one of the worst networks currently (At least according to my experience).

    I am using airtel ([protected]) postpaid connection last three months and yesterday my no suddenly stop. I called customer care executive for this issue they told me your address verification pending and suggest me to go airtel store with current address proof and continue your service.

    Now i visited airtel store (Baner, pune, maharastra) she told me your maximum (3 times) verification failed so you can only convert this sim to prepaid. If you want prepaid then i can help to convert this no to prepaid otherwise i dont have authority to start or continue.

    So my basic question for airtel is what is this i already paid all bill on time then how can stop my number if address document (Verification) is not safisufficient then why started my no in airtel.

    Note : no one contact me for this address verification pending part before stop.

      My land-line is dead from the past 5 days and due to this my wi-fi connection is also not working properly. It's very disgusting that last month the same thing repeated and today when i was trying to call customer care number it was not working and it was showing a wrong no then i tried in airtel office bhopal then also no one was picking my call i mean this is ridiculous i want my problem to resolve as soon as possible or else i will remove the connection my address is 203 narmada aakriti enclave gulmohar colony bhopal and my landline no is[protected] and solve my problem as soon as possible

        I am using airtel prepaid for the last 3 years back and my sim too upgraded from 3g to 4g with hopefully so that i can get network speed. Since from one week 3g network is full strength but very poor when using internet. I am unable to open even google search. This make me disappointed.. Request you to look into the matter urgently. I used to call the customer care service but in vain. Moreover airtel give unlimited pack but cannot avail fully due to above stated. Setting also done in auto mode 4g, 3g, 2g but in 3g network it is not working.

          I have raised the network issue just one year before at my home address location of kendriya vihar, sector 56, gurugram 122011.
          After so many reminders i am facing the same network issues. I can't even browse a single site after coming from office at evening. I have tried at mid night also for any emergency transactions or any other form fill up etc. I can't upload any single photo from my house.
          After using 5 years i decided to leave from airtel unless any solution within a day for getting smooth internet.

            Please concern about the matter in the area of galsi.. Purba burdwan... Airtel network is very poor... And in the gramins area of galsi there are no network coverage of airtel... Vilagers are facing a lot of problem to communicate with there near ones. They have to use other sim cards but not all villagers afford to buy a new sim card... So kindly take action as fast as possible — your network user

            They showed negative balance from 15th may onwards, so gave my 1st complain on 15th

            Airtel has suspended my Ac on 22nd May 2018 due to negative balance.

            I gave 5 complains in Airtel till now, no solution has been made.

            Have some respect for customers.
            Due to some value added services which are not active on my mobile no my balance getting deducted from last 2 recharge uptill no total amount of 90rs has been deducted.there is customer support.
            I need my deducted balance back.

              First of all, i'd like to put this to your notice, that airtel has been playing with it's customer by simply activating services without the notice of the customer. Sadly for the past few days, a service called icon service has been deducting my balance. I tried every possible way to stop this service, however airtel is not giving me any option to stop this service.
              Please look into this matter.

                  Hi team,

                  I got my postpaid number ([protected]) converted to prepaid on 28th may 2018. It was migrated to prepaid the same day itself.

                  But since two days i have not been able to recharge my number through any of the payment options i. E. Paytm, amazon pay, free charge and my airtel app too.
                  See below screenshots of the failed transactions. Please help at the earliest as i am not able to contact customer care of airtel because of zero balance.

                    It has been over 24 hours and my prepaid 4g hasn’t been activated. It still says “no service”. I was told it would take 24 hours.
                    I bought this sim as i’m from out of country and i’m worried it won’t work. Am i waiting for the 59109 sms? Or for the network to appear? All i did was put in the sim card i’m not sure what else i’m supposed to do. Thank you.

                    I was shocked to notice when I checked my Data Balance at 9Am today before opening internet, that 1.03 Gb data was already used?

                    What is the problem? Is it with meter not working properly or pilferage of data ?

                    Please resolve the issue immediately since I do not want to pay money for the data not used by me?

                      I have did a recharge of ₹448/- for mobile number [protected] date[protected] at my airtel app (App logged in with [protected]), recharge amount deducted from bank paytm payment bank debit card, but after 10 working day also the amount not refunded.

                      Communicated with airtel representative after 1 day of transaction, they conformed that the recharge was initated but failed, if i am not received the refund within 10 working day i will replay with transaction id and other details, i did so (Without airtel transaction id but with bank transaction id) at 11 the day. But one of nodal officer at call & email denied that there is no recharge initiated.

                      Actually i lost the message which include airtel transaction id of recharge. I am hopeless now. Details available at the retailer airtel but not getting any help.

                      Airtel Customer Representative called me and offered me refund on the basis of activating a plan with amount 399 and rest as talktime on my number.

                      I have got a message from Airtel that in 99rs 30GB data for 28 days and 100/day when I did the recharge I Got only 1GB data. So please solve the issue. I have attached the screenshot . In the screenshot please refer the last message.

                      Call clarity is missing.and network is showng H but 2g network also not coming.calls also connecting slowly.i changed jio to airtel but jio is good.not only my number in my area all airtel members has same problem.i dont understand why okla was giving top network .so please solve this problem

                        I am not getting sms from last one month on my airtel no. This is my prepaid card. I have no issues with airtel from last 4 years. But as i am not getting otp, unable to pay my dues of credit card and many more. While doing online transaction i am facing problem due to not receiving otp. It's really frustrating. Please have a look in this matter and solve as early.

                          I surendra yadav airtel consumer bearing number [protected]. I intended to recharge my mobile through sbi net banking app on 28th may 2018. But due to mistake i recharged inr 995 plan on a wrong number viz [protected] transaction number uh44573686. I immediatly made intimation on airtel presence and got assurancei that the amount would be reversed as top up on right mobile no. 30th may 2018. But till i have not received the same. It is to be stated here that after wrong recharge i once again recharged my actual number with 995 plan through sbi net banking app transaction number uh44573991 on same day perceiving that 995 plan is 1.4gb/ day plan. But soon i realised that the plan 995 is per month plan and once again i approached airtel presence to reverse my plan as 509 plan and the rest amount as top up. But all in vain. Neither my wrong number recharged amount reversed nor my plan was reversed as correct plan. So please take needful step

                            I recharged my airtel no with rs 3997 which is the international roaming pack for uae which includes 500 minutes (Incoming and outgoing) 5 gb data and sms. I recharged and got the confirmation regarding payment done and the offer is not yet active. I'm not able to make any outgoing calls to any number. I'm only able to receive incoming calls. No outgoing calls can be made. When i called customer care they're not ready to solve the problem. They are simply saying it is a technical issue and it'll get cleared soon. They're not telling a time about when the problem will get solved. They are not responding correctly and cut the call after sometime. They do not refund the amount not activate the offer or solve my problem. The customer care executives are simply playing and when asking for refund they won't do that also. Fraud service and fraud people.

                              Dth customer id [protected], i have recharged this dth account for rs 400 on 27 may 2018 (This have validity up to 31 august 2018), but on 30 may 2018 onwards i am getting error code 6 and message displayed as "this account is suspended due to low balance and asking to recharge again", kindly check this issue as soon as possible and enable the connection.

                              I have not added any other recharges after after 27 may 2018, when i have checked online, it is showing some wrong informations

                                I have not taken any airtel mpls connectivity, but i have received invoices from airtel [account no of airtel 20131340, bill no[protected], bill date 26-may-2018]. Earlier also around 2000 invoices was generated in my name, but i have not taken any connectivity from airtel. Misusing my name and address, even my id, which was given for airtel data card.

                                  We bought an airtel 4g hotspot on friday, 25 may 2018. The airtel technician, mr. Rakesh tiwari, from the airtel gallery at irla, vile parle, mumbai assured us about speed, connection drops, range etc. Our office is on the 1st floor of the building. He particulary said that once activated, we will get range even at the ground floor level. It is almost 5 days now and we have been facing frequent connection drops. We cannot connect to the hotspot even from the next room. Signal reaching the ground floor seems like a remote possibility. Both download and upload speeds tested time and again using http://speedtest.att.com/speedtest/ are around 2 mbps and nowhere close to 4g speeds. The technician took rs. 1500 (Rs. 999 for the hotspot and rs. 399 for one month of postpaid service) from us and totally hoodwinked us. The bill that he emailed had an attachment with no extension and could not be opened. He changed a few settings on the hotspot on wednesday, 30 may, but to no avail. Airtel needs to fix these technical issues before marketing such a sloppy device.

                                    I am not able to do the recharge for my airtel number. When ever i try to do the recharge amount gets deducted but recharge gets failed. When i check with airtel team they say there are no transaction history and even the amount is not refunded.

                                    This is very disappointing. Funny thing is my last recharge was made of 149 and if i make a call it connects one day and on other day it says no balance.

                                    Really frustrating.

                                      The customer care called me from airtel and told that ur free postpaid sim will arrive and our executive will call u for that i have to postpone my meeting in another state but no call from the airtel executive in call they committed that u will get a call.
                                      But no one called me. 2 times the call came for this ignorence i will do a case on airtel for playing with the people's head. As there was an important thing out there for me and i did not went because of waiting for that executive will come.

                                        I want to reactivate my airtel number. I am working in uae and i got deactivated my number due to non usage.
                                        Now i want that number. Last time i went to customercare and they replied that you cannot reactivate this number. I am using this number right from beginning and continues for 10 years. So i want to retrieve this number at any cost and i hope you can help me on this
