Dear sir / madam,
I had taken airtel sim a month ago, and since then i have been facing consistent problem in getting a decent network signal in my locality, which is miyapur, hyderabad.
The company claims in all their advertisements that they are the fastest growing network in india, and have no network issues at all whatsoever. And all the advertising gimmicks of open networks etc. (I don't know how!) but what good is it when i don't get a proper signal in a place like miyapur, and it's not that i'm expecting their perfect network coverage in some remote village of telangana.
I have to come out of my house, let alone my room and stand on the road of my colony (Quite literally) to make / receive calls. When i go to the website of airtel to report this issue, they expect me to call on their customer service number. Now, how i can i do it, when my basic complaint is about calls & network? Which means i have to go back on the road of my colony make a call. Can't they have a system in place, which will allow me to register a complaint by submitting it online, on their website?
Well, anyways, airtel really is one of the worst networks currently (At least according to my experience).
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They showed negative balance from 15th may onwards, so gave my 1st complain on 15th
Airtel has suspended my Ac on 22nd May 2018 due to negative balance.
I gave 5 complains in Airtel till now, no solution has been made.
Have some respect for customers.
