Am since complaining 8months ago 4 times in a month complaning to customer care but no one responding my internet problem they resolve in a week our networking team is working on issue but how many days to wait I trust airtel that's why am getting till now also but finally i want to change to other network because am struggle a lot

Am santhosh from Hyderabad am not getting internet speed on my mobile am still facing still 8 months am complaining 4times in a month or above also till now am getted any resolvement from airtel... When ever am calling to customer care they were telling your problem will resolve in a week our networking team is working on these issue how many days to resolve sir these issue finally more time I told to customer I want to change to other network they were it's your wish they were not at all giving positive answer To question... Because I trust airtel total my family were using airtel sims only around 6 sims were using this is not a way to answer or resolving problem... Please can u resolve my problem as soon as possible please

    Hi Team,

    Could you please take action on sales executive at Airtel mr.yogesh gowda who is not responding properly for MNP request and it's already a week after my mobile number activated . Yogesh took 500 rupees but he didn't make recharge .

    Since 4 days i am going to his shop asking for money he denied to return money and not recharging my number also .

    Please take action on retailer and return my money .

      Further to our discussion I am attaching the emails that I sent to Nodal and appellate and no resolution provided.

      I have attached all the emails and I have shown you the bank statement today. Pls take necessary action and close the issue on priority.

      There are 2 issues on my mobile number:

      Reversal of Rs 1372 to my account that Airtel claims to have done on 14th April has not happened, this needs to be closed earliest and I want Rs 50, 000 compensation. If this is not taken care and closed in the next 3-4 days I will definitely file a case in the consumer court and also in TRAI.

      • My 2 numbers were merged with my primary number with no dues and suddenly AIRTEL shows dues to the tune of Rs 4000 and I need this reversal without any further follow up

      • I want all my customer service calls to be sent to me on priority from Nov’17 till date from your customer service team and also the calls that I spoke with Heena

      I have attached all the proof’s and will not share anything, but if the issue is not resolved this will be taken seriously and I will go ahead and disconnect all my 3 numbers from Airtel.

      Of late Airtel has been one of the worst customer service providers and I am wasting too much time handling the small issue.

      Naveen – I hope you can resolve the issue as I have also kept the consumer forum director in the loop in this mail.

        Ordered iPhone X on 29th May and got a confirmation that the device will be delivered on 4th June 2018. Made the payment in full as the terms and conditions. On the portal it still shows the product will be delivered on the 4th June 2018. I made multiple follow-ups but such a careless response from customer service and the escalation team that out right said that device cannot be delivered on time.

          I have registered a comaplint about poor transmission and poor picture quality at airtel dth customer service number and also on thier twitter handle, from 24th may 2018, wherein they assured that issues will be solved in 24hrs and technician will visit at address to solve the problem, however nobody visited the place.

          Have tried contacting them multiple times, and everytime when called a new representative come up who was having no idea about what has already been registered, it is actually very irritating to explain the same complaint every time.

          Kindly provide solution...

            Worst customer service i ever came across. They even don't have a system which updates the bill payment details. They will daily call twice and ask to pay the bill even though it has already paid. Also abuse you if you ask any questions back. Customer care also pathetic and they don't have any connectivity within different departments of airtel. They blindly give some false promises which never fulfilled. This my personal experience and never recommend airtel to anybody

              I use the airtel 1gb per day pack along with extra 3gb sometimes. But due to low network i am unable to use my paid gb's. If this goes on, i would be forced to let airtel go and use another service provider. All airtel cares about now is looting people of their money. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the services provided by airtel. The internet service provided by airtel in my area is too bad even though their website shows high voice and data connectivity.

                Nds circle not found for my number

                Since i have deposited the required amount

                Into the airtel wallet i need to pay the

                  I am a Airtel customer since many years now. I am very disappointed with Airtel service and this is a official complaint from my end.
                  I had been on International Tour to Bhutan and had taken a pack for the same for 4000/- but i wasn't able to make any outgoing calls or use my internet. after repeated calls to airtel customer care from there, i was told i need to have some amount talk time amount to be able to use the 4000/- pack, hence i recharged 500/- immediately but even after that i wasn't able to make any calls or use the internet.
                  I have always admired Airtel for its service but this was the most irritating and exhausting experience i had with Airtel in terms of your packages and customer service. Each call made to Airtel customer care took me at least 15 to 20 mins to be able to talk to your executive and even after multiple calls there was no support from your end. it was a 10 days trip and i was left without network after spending 4500/-
                  My Travel period dates are 5th may to 15th May 2018, and in that i have made various calls for complaint and one such ref that i can provise ia on 9th may - complaint no [protected]
                  Also later for a complaint made after i was back - [protected], i spoke to the supervisor and there was a call arranged next day from higher authority and they confirmed refund would be initiated. After waiting for 2 weeks, i called again on 31/05/18 - complaint ref no - [protected] and now they suddenly say that they see usage in the no and refund cant happen. i have used the local no of BHUTAN and made ISD call to AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE in INDIA. if i had the network working properly, why would i waste my time and BHUTAN CURRENCY to make complaints from there???
                  I need a refund of the said amount in my card from which the payment was made on a immediate basis since you failed to provide me service. 4500/- is not a small amount and for the number of problems i had to go through and the inconveniences caused makes me want to take a very strict action against Airtel.

                  With regards to complaints made earlier - 9th may - complaint no [protected], Complaint no - [protected], and complaint ref no - [protected] among all the calls i have made, Airtel charges 4000/- for ISD pack out of which nothing was used due to airtel's lack of service. Earlier they agreed to initiate a refund and now they say they will give only 2000/- back and that too in the way of talktime!
                  who wants talktime? it would last me for a year and i prefer packs rather than talktime. And y should i forgo 50% of the amount? the fact that they arent being honest and not taking responsibility for their lack of service, makes me want to disconnect all me airtel nos.
                  i need a full refund of 4000/- in my bank account and not as a talktime!

                    Hi airtel team,

                    FUNNYZONE services automatically activated on my number and 15 ₹ was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my side, request you to resolve this issue at the earliest. 2-3 days ago 1 more such service got activated from its own without my permission and 7 ₹ was deducted then. After that message came and I stopped that service by following the steps mentioned in message. The same thing I did today also to deactivate FUNNYZONE service as well. Though I had never requested such services.
                    If these kind of issues will happen again then how the customer will keep it's account balance to perform phone calls. Please take immediate action to credit back my deducted money else I have to forcefully switch to other mobile operator.

                      I sent rs 448 for airtel prepaid on 2.5.2018 but amount dedcuted 2 times through my sbi crrdit card. Kindly refund the excess amount or extend the voice/data facility for another 84 days. My cell no.[protected]. First i tried on www.airtel.in for payment of rs 448 it was hanging then i tried second time so i did not realise 2 times amount of rs 448 dedcuted instead of 1 time.

                        I have applied for a airtel broadband connection online with the required details given. I didnt got any message or email regarding the request. After two days a agent said i'm calling behalf of airtel and said i'm checking for the connection for u. And another field agent called me and said that i will come and collect doc and money from you (Rs.[protected] and will give u connection within a day. Another agent called me from coimbator and asked for connection where i live in chennai. This is totally a disaster approach. And u will keep on getting message related to broadband and call.

                        As per airtel coverage checking team we dont have any connection in airtel at my area for broadband /vfiber

                        The agent who claim them as airtel will come and collect money with no proper bill and the ask only for cash??

                        Airtel is a big company but still they dont have this organized?? And allowing agent to scam people. If considering the above, once the customer given money and realize that the connection cannot be made at the area. Call the customer care. They say money will be returned to the bank account or will send u cheque which is a false note. Also its difficult to reach any agents as the call from different number. How a ordinary customer gets the money back??

                          Cant make any outgoing calls since yesterday — all my bills have been paid and that too well in advance.. And as a result of which i have incurred big monetary losses in my deals during these last 24 hrs.                             I have ported my number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                            This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                            Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                              Airtel's loyal customer since 2009. And still they loot me for a mere 150rs. That's the only balance i had in my phone. The customer care said i clicked a link and it got activated without any confirmation. How can they let a third party with this much freedom? Customer care lady also said they don't need our measely money. But still they steal from us.
                              I never thought would say this, but i think i will port to another telecom network where they will be happy to have me.

                                I am shaliny jha a common user of airtel i had done a recharge of 199 on my number [protected] on 2nd june 2018 in evening at almost 7:30pm and from the second day on they are deducting my data unnecessarily when i use 200 mb they show your whole today's data limit is ended. On other day on 4th of june 2018 i had opened facebook for 30 mins they showed that "you have used 90% of you daily data of 1.4gb. After then i called customer care number they don't gave me adequate information and when i asked for statement they don't gave me. They told me that your apps are updating automatically but it was not true from the first day when i bought this mobile i had switched off the auto updating mode. After ending the call i had done the recharge of rs 49 in which they normally give 2.4 gb, and i had switched on internet for only 4 to 5 mins for checking my money in on my airtel app they showed me that you have used 1.4 gb of 2.4 gb and left data was only 1gb after only 4 to 5 mins. And i had called the customer care again they talked very rudely with me. So please i request you to take my problem in consent and do the right thing against this telecommunications company.

                                  I have recharged my mobile [protected] by paying rs 499/- by credit card through my airtel app on 3rd june, 2018. The txn id is[protected]. Today is 4th june, 2018 but the recharge is still not active. I have called airtel and they convyed to me that they do not find any transaction or recharge attempt for [protected]. The txn no is of no use for the airtel help / customer care executive.

                                    We have paid the amount for the connection through a cheque. That cheque has not been deposited and without our knowledge they have cut the telephone and broadband connection. It’s been 9 days since they cut the connection. After repeated calls and messages also there is no response from any of the resource people.

                                      499=ul call+164gb, 82d like this i didn't use my cell phone to call anybody i don't why i am getting this as it shows call durations i am worried is number hacked or something please look after it its a humble request

                                        I have call airtel customer care a lot of time regarding the problem of internet on my sim but they tell different issue all the time some time mantanice, about 3g and 4g network. Airtel says that it is the fastest network in india but i will say that it is the slowest and not working network in the india. Airtel company should be closed. Other company are better than airtel
