    I had requested for sim card from the contact center which wasn’t honoured. I first spoke to a rep named shrishti srivastav on 28thmay’18 who doesn’t even know my plan and was convincing me to go to a store. I had to disconnect the call as it was disappointing to see someone so incompetent however i called back again spoke to manpreet singh who took my request after explaining a thousand times that i have an iphone plan and need add on connection which is free on my plan.. He said he can’t find my address and to visit the store and when i yelled at him he said he will do it manually. I called again on 29thmay to track my sim where kuldeep verma took my request to escalate the issue an that i will receive a callback... Meanwhile i received a call from andheri branch where miss ankita tiwari called an was enquiring about my request. I was furious and disconnected the call. She called me back again an hour later promising me that it’s gonna be delivered and to keep the aadharcard ready.. I wasted my day waiting for the sim. Today i receive call from akhilesh from outbound team and he gave the dumbest answer that i don’t have to do a sim swap as i have 4g sim... He said the rep has mentioned that i wanted sim swap and not new add on connection. I called back ankita tiwari and she informed that the delivery boy could not reach me to which when i enquirer why there was no message left as i didn’t receive any missed call she asked to forget about it and that she ll send a rep and to wait for it.. This has been so far the worst experience and i am deeply disgusted with this behaviour. I will make sure i will spread this like a wildfire... Pathetic customer service... Worst behaviour by contact center

      I have recharged for 2999 on my airtel Indian number. For which i am not able to use the sim neither call nor sms. it is always saying not registered on network. right now I am in New Zealand. I don't know which network i should register on. i tried to register on every network nothing is working frustrated to the core. I did tried to register Vodafone NZ spark NZ 2degree nz nothing is working here. Trying to use airtel in NZ is a nightmare. I need my money back my no. [protected]. It has been 48 hours nothing is working

          For the past 3 days outgoing sms has been sent problem in my airtel prepaid number in tamilnadu. I am on a 449/- pack which has a benefit o[censored]nlimited calls, 1.4 gb data per day and 100 free sms. My mobile number is [protected]. Few sms sent with the state of tamilnadu however gets delivered but none of 4th e sms sent to other states are getting delivered.

            This is the second time i am getting sms alert from airtel and i am been detected money for a value added service called bhojpuri video service which i have not subscribed ever... I need my money back... This msg have been given me too much stress for me... That too after i deactivated the service as per the sms the company had detected money for another 1 month... Kindly verify and credit back my money

              I can't make calls to some specific numbers (Std specially) when i'm on roaming. I could make calls to them few days back but now i can't.
              I've tried changing every setting i could, but it just doesn't work.
              I can connect to their numbers from other cellphones but not mine.
              I tried to even change my operator settings but nothing works
              Please help me to resolve this.

                After a long follow-up with airtel customer care team, airtel’s social media team and escalation cum corporate accounts team as all of them haven’t provided the resolution for my issue.

                To be frank you people should be ashamed of claiming the best service provider in india, as you have failed in the following aspects:

                1. Where your team is not able to identify the address located on a prime city.
                2. Morons who’s writing back irrelevant mail’s which doesn’t have any meaning.
                3. I’m aware that airtel has got a huge man power, but i swear it would be proved by providing a resolution for an issue. Instead using each of them on consecutive days of a week to recite the apology anthem to the user.
                4. I have been escalating and got the address verification done during the 2nd half of april, but till date my sim card wasn’t activated. Out of frustration i made a fb post about the worst support provided by airtel.
                5. Again stuck with the airtel social media team, stating that they would definitely resolve the issue. It has been weeks and nothing has changed.
                6. Airtel social media team reinitiated the process again stating that address verification has been positive but the order has been cancelled without any reason.
                7. I said as per supreme court’ recent judgement i don’t want to have my aadhar number linked with the sim card but airtel denied only way to get a sim swap or new connection is through e-kyc and they don’t accept any other govt. Proofs other than aadhar card.
                8. After having a conversation of 25 mins your team member contacted me several time and finally gave commitment that they would check with the arc and confirm for the document submission for processing the activation of the postpaid connection.
                9. So far nothing has been done. I have decided to quit airtel and i wanted my fellow people to know about the kind of service airtel provides for its existing customers and hope this would create an awareness among the common people.

As unable to pay against my bill and it is displaying that my number is not a post paid number. After many follow up and many calls to customer care, still waiting for the service.
                  Airtel is still repeating the same. I dont know why are they ignoring to serve.

                    I have been billed for smsing 15 times from 26th to 28th apr on[protected]. This is an international number unknown to me and see here many others have been billed for same reason. There is no record showing such number in my sms history or contact details.
                    This is known issue to airtel authorities and yet customers have to seek help for getting billed unaware.

                      As you aware I received email from your Nodal Officer, Airtel, IT Park, Chandigarh regarding adjustment of Rs.300/- which were taken by your official illegally and without any basis. Further, I also made complaint regarding adding international messages of Rs.160/- in my ill, which were never sent by me. When I contacted your customer care, he informed me that these messages due to my IPHONE (Apple phone). It is strange that despite my repeated reminders, revised bill has not been sent to me i.e. after adjusting Rs.460/-. So, please adjust this amount in my bill as promised by you as already discussed. Otherwise I find no alternative but to approach Consumer Court for redress my grievance and I will also port my airtel mobile connection with other company.

                        I have nearly 2k in Airtel freehit winnings and redeem option is unavailable from nearly 3 weeks.

                        Previously it was working fine but due to bad network of Airtel it got stuck and since then the redeem option has turned black and i can't get the money to my paytm account.

                        I have emailed them many times and each they say we issue sent to technical team but at the end of the day the problem persists.

                        Please help me out so I can get the winning amount.

                        now these people even stopped replying to the customers mails.

                        now the airtel icon has disappeared from the airtel tv app and with it the winning amount has been disappeared.

                        the have given the deadline as june 14th but now this has happened.

                        please take action against such irresponsible people

                          I was offered a plan for my landline no. Under which it was told that i will pe provided with broadband connection of 16mbps and 100 gb data under same rental as previous. But after installation i was provided with only 2mbps speed and 50 gb data. When i contacted your airtel engineer he told me to call 121 and request upgrade to 16mbps free of cost. Telephone no. On which i called your engineer is[protected]. After which i called 121 and registered my complain and then my plan was changed to 799 rental without asking me. Now i want you to either dicontinue my connection or change my rental to previous one.

                            I got my airtel number in april, with post paid plan of rs 299, and international roaming pack of 149.

                            In my bills however, i am receiving an extra charge of rs. 649 every month under the heading "international roaming daily limit pack [protected]@ 649 with ul incoming nrc". It is written that it is a one time charge, however the charge is there on all the bills on every month.

                            As i am currently abroad, i called customer service, only to be told they cannot help me as i am abroad.

The purpose was to deliever text messages to my clients but do to some technical error at your side no texts messages were able to deliver only the i messages were delivered. I had registered many complaints regarding it as my complaints weren’t solved by you executives i did my work through whatsapp and now the bill generated is approx rs 12000

                                I checked your Airtel website today and recharged Rs 399 plan(1.4Gb date+ unlimited calls for 84 days)However when I recharged it gave me same plan with only 1Gb data per day...I rechecked from the website however its still showing me the same plan..Please provide the same plan as mentioned on your website. As its fraud as per SECTION 415, 421-424 & 420 OF INDIAN PENAL COURT. I am attaching the screenshot of the plan offered on the website. I'm lodging a leagal complaint in TRAI & Delhi High court as well as well, Will soon, share the legal complaint number as well .

                                  ICON value added service from Airtel is activated on mobile without any prior notification or approval from my side.
                                  This service is renewed automatically after 7 days. I got a message from Airtel on 18th May, saying that this service is activated on my mobile and they deducted Rs.35.
                                  I came to know this on 29th as I haven't seen that message.
                                  The service automatically renewed on 25th May and another 24 rupees deducted from my balance.
                                  Airtel has not taken any permission from me to activate this and renew it.
                                  When I called customer care on 29th, they said amount cannot be refunded as it must be done within 24 hours.

                                    On 13th May, I have called the airtel customer care to inquire about international call package for France. The executive told me about two package which weren't quite what was I looking for and did not opt for any. However, a package of 2999 was activated on 17th May without my knowledge and consent and the consequence of which I have my bill amount rising to 4000 for this month. Second thing, I did not use my phone for incoming or outgoing or internet throughout my travel from 14 to 20th then on what basis I am being charged 4000 for May month.
                                    I don't expect airtel to cheat their customers like that and not willing to pay for this scam.

                                      Hi, my customer id for my airtel dth is [protected]-001. Every if i recharge after the disconnection date, they are charging 15 rupees. Mine is prepaid connection. If the last day exceeded, they will disconnect. So, there should not be any charge. If it is post paid connection, i can agree that because they will provide service even after the last payment date but in the case of prepaid connection, it is not applicable. It's up to user wish whether he do recharge or not. He can do recharge at anytime and use the prepaid connection. When i called customer service they said that they have it in terms and conditions but i could not get the details about late fee even in google. How can a common man get to know when they take the connection
