It is my second time that i am complaining against poor network of airtel. There has been no action taken and our office is still facing the problem of no wi-fi (Internet) connection. We tried to reach to customer service executive but even they are not interested and is casually handling the situation. It's really horrible service of airtel. After paying full amount. It is o[censored]seless and people are not cooperative. From last 4days we are facing the same problem. Please take strict action against airtel.

I stay in Bangalore 6th cross kagadassapaura road. I hardly can use internet at day and evening time. Only after 11:30 at night I get some speed. Whats the point in recharging with 400 bucks every month when I can't use it. The internet is not even slow. It just stops.
We have airtel costmer since 6year, now days here no internet in our location
Dear sir I m not available in India I m live in abroad before 5 month and not options online decativa connection so plz close my postpaid connection my no.[protected].
My account (phone [protected]) has about 125 GB of balance data left in my account. I am on a plan with 2GB daily data. But the speed is pathetic. It gives me mostly less than 50 KB/Sec!

    I was given a promise to get airtel wifi dongle in lieu of tata docomo dongle and all my documents were taken.

    I have submitted all documents like adhaar.

    Needful verifications also done by april 10.
    Sms also given from airtel stating that i will receive the new dongle from airtel.

    However till date i have not received the dongle. I have the sim but the dongle exchange has not been done.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Rs.90/- deducted from my account for gaanakhazana without my approval pl.refund the amount
    So many times Airtel prepaid has deducted my balance of almost Rs 50 and this time Rs 32. If I don't keep unlimited recharge these people intentionally deduct my balance. I didn't even know where to complaint

Airtel has given the number to somebody without informing through mail or notification to my address. My every work has linked with that number.. Till yesterday i was using that number for whats app. Do something needful for me please

        I have recharged to my mobile rc 449 but the amount was not reflected in the airtel app and no message from the airtel. So i have waited for 1 day even though its not reflected so i have recharged after a day with amount 448. It was succeeded and reflected as soon as recharge done. But when i am asking airtel its saying 449 and 448 both are done. If 449 was done why your app is not reflecting it.
        Because o[censored]sing airtel app as reference i lost 449 rupees. So, i hate airtel for doing such worst kind of things and i want to port out.

          I got message on my no.[protected] that sports video pack has been activated for which rs.70.00 has been detucted from my account and this has haapened twice. I need to stop this kind of services and refund of the detucted amount. If i will not be provided the proper refund and stoppage of service i will take action on such harrasment for the whole liability will be on the company.

            wrong billing - international roaming

            I travelled to the us on april 28th. During my travel i have picked up matrix card for my international calling. Airtel has activated international roaming - incoming calls free option with rs. 3999 as monthly charge.

            Airtel has not notified me about activating the roaming charges on my account. Total bill amount came upto rs. 5.195.

            From the time i have discovered about wrong charge, i have started calling...

            I am using airtel number from past 5years. But somehow from last few days facing network issues and worst services. Recently, my account is debited with 300inr for the service i did not opt fo (Whatsmob service). It's getting activated and renewed again n again on my mobile number without my knowledge.
            Please stop this service on my number and refund the amount for last 2 months. I don't even know what this service is about!!!

              Hi sir/madam,
              My airtel prepaid number is [protected].
              For past 3 months am facing a problem in outgoing calls and sms.
              Not even a single call or sms is going for me. Call gets disconnected immediately after dial-in i visited nearly 4 to 5 airtel customer service centre they are not able to fix my problem. I tried sim swapping for 3 times still issue persist. Could you please fix this problem for me. It would be great if you resolve my problem asap.

                I recharged my airtel number with 499 rs through my airtel app the recharge was unsucceful money got debited from my bank account the company isnt refunding my money back and there is no transaction history for failed transaction in my airtel app. Again i tried recharging through phonepay there also the same problem

                    Respected sir,
                    I recharged my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 27/05/18. Since it was a special recharge they transferred that balance to some dedicated account and not the main account. And when i called the customer support helpline, they refused to transfer that balance to my main account saying that this is not possible. Since, i am already having my number recharged with unlimited plan of 399 for 84 days which will expire on 19 august 2018, i cannot use those rs. 440 of my dedicated account that are going to expire on 9 june 2018. Upon calling, the customer care executive just repeat the words "we told you about the details and benefits of your plan, thank you for being with airtel".
                    I request you to pay attention towards my problem and find a solution because rs. 440 is a quite expensive for me.

                      I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. Please overlook the issue and refund my money rs 70.0 back to my account

                          My and my wife's numbers are linked to adhaar card and they had balance in them. How can a number be disconnected without any intimation.

                            This is to inform you that i have been the victim of theft and got injured tonight when i was returning from pali at 10:35 pm. I was waiting for my taxi at basni bridge which comes towards aiims hospital just after i dropped down from rajasthan roadways bus (Rsrtc) returining from my pali tour. While walking towards the bridge i have been impounded by 3 boys came all of the sudden on a bike, they extorted my mobile along with emergency charger plugged to it and my purse with money 3870/- (Having pan card, atm card hdfc & icici bank credit card too of icici bank) and also started fighting when i opposed them. Then i screamed around for help a motorbiker stopped and rushed to help me out by the time the ran away on their bike quickly. I could not be able to notice their number of bike but i went to near by basni police station and lodged f. I. R. I need to go again in morning and complete the process along with the original mobile bill to trace my mobile's location

                              I am using airtel prepaid sim since many years everyone in my family uses airtel, but every time there is network issue and customer care 198 dont help at all. Recently since 26/05/2018 network is totally gone nothing work at all we live in jejuri purandar 412303. When i called customer care they said they will fix the issue multiple times but nothing changed. They dont even bother anymore to fix it.. And its not just now this happened before too many times last year and few months back. They just advertise india's largest network but its all bluff.. I am fed up with this behavior of airtel customer care and service provider.. I pay so much every month for services which i am not getting. I have no choice but to submit complaint here.. Most probably if this issue isnt fixed ill switch to different service provider..

                              I didnt get any call from Airtel Customer support yet, Though I again called them again on 12118 as per their website https://www.airtel.in/opennetwork/reportIssues and what they say is restart the phone. Ive restarted the phone like 100 times now. When I asked them if there is any alternative remedy or if they gonna send a team or anything at all they didnt answer and kept saying restart the phone. This is unfair how many days more I have to suffer like this. A proper answer and some remedy would be appreciated but it seems Airtel doesnt bother to entertain issues like this cause they dont want to ruin their status which they created by advertising that India's biggest network which is available everywhere. We pay for services which we are not getting, and now customer care dont even have time to even talk about it all they repeat is restart the phone. I am still hoping that they will fix the issue ASAP. Otherwise I have no choice but to file a complaint to Consumer court as per ground no. 2 which is for complaint against telecom service providor to consumer court as per the Department of Telecom on February 4th, 2014 official memorandum.

                                My issue is its more than 24 hours and amount has not been refunded till now.

                                  Hi Airtel,

                                  Writing this email with lot of frustration with the pathetic service provided by Airtel. I am with Airtel for last 15 years but the kind of service I have got in last 1 year has been the worse and this has made me take a decision to move to another service provider.

                                  I would like to summarize the main Issues I have faced with you guys...

                                  In the month of November 2017 I had gone on a vacation to Maldives and before I left I called Airtel multiple times to get my International roaming activated but Airtel's servers were down and they were not able to help me. In my last call one of the executive asked me to activate it on Airtel app which I did. After I came back I was surprised to see a bill of 7000/- & 34, 000/- INR.
                                  I called up airtel and had multiple discussions explaining them about what happened but they say that I never called Airtel and I have not activated International roaming on Airtel app either.
                                  I had paid 7k initially but did not want to pay 34k hence stopped the payment. I started getting collection calls which were rude and frustrating.
                                  On one of the collection calls I was asked to pay 3999 rupees and assured that the balance amount will be waived off which was a lie as it never happened.
                                  My incoming calls were barred and eventually outgoing calls as well. As I use this number for my business and office I made a payment of the balance amount.

                                  Total amount paid: 11531 +11531 + 2000 + 630 + 2150 + 891 + 7377 = 36110

                                  Above is the payment made towards mobile number [protected] from the month of November 2017.

                                  As per me -
                                  1. After activating International roaming on mobile app I should not be charged the amount I have been charged.
                                  2. If Airtel says I have not made any calls and not activcated IR on airtel app then I want to know the technical issue Airtel was going through on 1st of November
                                  This was asked multiple times but Airtel never provided this information. Due to technical issue may there were no call records and IR was not activated.

                                  How fair it is to penalize customer for the issues that Airtel has.

                                  After making all the above payments my outgoing is still not active - From last 2 days I have called Airtel more than 5 times asking them to fix the problem but they say there is no issues.

                                  Airtel customer care does not update logs - When I call up Airtel reporting a issue the executive says he has created a ticket but that is not true all the time. Because next time when I call asking for a feedback on the issue they will have no information about it and they say there is no ticket created.

                                  Rude customer care and collection team - I pay for my service and expect respect and decency in the way I am treated. Airtel customer care and collection team does not have that on many occasion. This was reported multiple times to the respective managers but as usual they do not update the logs and no action taken.

                                  Day Light robbey: Not sure why Airtel has got in to this mode of giving wrong information and looting people which will not last. They looted 34k from my which I would have anyway paid with the service I take. In the event of looting money in a fast phase you are loosing customers...

                                  Excess Payment - I have made an excess payment of 11, 531/- rupees and I want that to be credited back to my account.

                                  I am porting to Reliance JIO and want this to be cleared before I move.

                                  I have called airtel customer care twice about the same but nothing has happened...

                                  Putting this on twitter because I have no faith in getting my money back from Airtel with the kind of experience I have gone through so far.

                                    From the 18th of may the internet facility in our broadband has gone down. We have filed a complaint o the same date. Till now we have communicated everyday to airtel representatives in local (I. E, karaikudi) and called twice to the consumer care.

                                    Till now no solution had been done, the technicians are very lethargic towards the issue. Kindly solve the issue within 24 hours or terminate the connection as there is no proper response. It has been a fortnight since the issue began and since there no solution has been made we request you to waive of the subscription fee for this payment cycle. I hope i get the issue gets resolved within 24 hours, or i might quit your service.

                                      I regret for having your network. As per my above complaint i had gone to the nearest airtel showroom, which is opposite naupada police station in thane west.

                                      To my shock i was rudely back answered as 'no', when i requested them to convert my postpaid service into pre-paid one. Despite me giving the reference of your mail, they simply refused to acknowledge it. Further, they kept on emphasizing that i have to complete 3 months. They even shamelessly asked me to complaint about them.

                                      The airtel executive mr. Surendra tried to manhandle me in front of my mother and everyone around. This has greatly hurt me and disturbed my mother to great extent. I therefore, urge you to take strict action against your employee. I do not know the names of the senior executive, as they were not wearing name batch.

                                      I hope you take your customers seriously and do the needful. Else i have no option left other than taking help of the law.
