But on 07/05/2018 around Rs.66/- deducted
While contacting customer care they have replied that a std call has been made for 01 min (but no call has been made and if the call has been made also what charges has been applied )
In this connection i would request you to pls look into the matter and refund the excess amount if deducted
Or send the statement for the above mob no[protected].

    Dear airtel we all know that you are going through a difficult phase after the launch of jio, but please have some courtesy towards your existing custmer.
    Airtel is having the worst network in my area in delhi, i am managing any how with this but since 3 days they are terminating all the calls except on airtel no. Also they have blocked porting facility. I am able to message to all other number in country except 1900, what the hell yar, this is the way you have started carrying out your business. Have some repect and allow customers atleat to port their no. If you are not able to serve.

      Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person. Moreover taking these much amount from a common person is not the right thing. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated. A proper prior notice should be send

      The below mentioned residential area has very weak network connectivity and a lot of call drops. There is no tower near by. Request to install a network tower near by and improve the network connectivity

      Zee tamil HD and Sai TV should be added on airtel digital tv as we pay the company a great sum every year as subscription fees and it's our right to demand these channels.Already, Caprain TV has been removed from ADTV.So, please add the above channels as soon as possible.

        i request for port on 23/4/18..
        ur executive called me on 24/4/18 n gave me an offer 995rs pack with 1yr validity. it will activate on r before 8/5/18 but still now I don't get any offers.. when I call CUSTOMER CARE no 198 on 9/5/18 they said we gave 99rs pack for u... it's a waste of 15 days because o[censored]r bloody network what the ### u doing bloody so of ###... get d hell with ur bloody network

          My bank statement for rs 648 deduction as attached. The amount shown as deducted on 25 Apr 18. The bank has confirmed the said deduction in your favour.

          Customer care officials have been troubling me again and again asking for bank data which has been submitted by me. I have already submitted my bank statement for the above deduction. I am submitting the same again. Request arrange to refund the above amount or credit in my tv account [protected] without troubling me again.

            I am a user of airtel dht. The service has got disconnected and i have raised tickets for service rectifications, i have written mails to the nodal officer as well. (Email id - dthnodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com). But for the last 8 days not a single technician has visited my house for rectification. Every day a different person calls me and says pls give me last chance we will rectify today but no one rectifies.

            Also suddenly i see the ticket has been changed from service to relocation. I am not sure why they would make all these false promises but no service at all.

            The dth rentals are being deducted even when the services are not up.

            I faced a similar scenario for relocation as well. They took 7 days while they promised me 2 days. Again the monies got deducted there also.

            Even my request for deactivation is also not being considered.

            My airtel Number [protected] in why not going any outgoing call and not received any incoming call.I try to touch with 121 and 198 but not going any call.please solve this problem other wise I have no option I will go to another network from airtel. Looking forward to valuable response.

            When i tried to call my number [protected] it says this number is temporarily out of service but outgoing call is ok i call customer care many times still my problem is not solve

            I get message that 399 rs for 84 days but after recharge i get on 70 days validity. Please extend it otherwise refund my money.

              My no [protected] was ported one week back but it is still not activated. I have contacted the customer care office more than 4-5 times but every time they reply it will take 2-3 days. After asking customer care mam at dhimrapur chowk office of raigarh c. G she is replying with undisciplined rude manner who don't have the manners how to talk with customer. Kindly activate the no or arrange to refund the rs 1430/- so that i can move to other service.

              My Airtel prepaid balance(99/- and 75/-) has been deducted without my consent in the name of SUPERSTORE AND CONNECTTHECLOCK services. I have requested for deactivation of the same. Please let me know when my amount will be refunded.
              I have recharged my Airtel prepaid with unlimited talk time plan 509 in which I'll get daily 1gb 3g or 4g data and unlimited calls non commercial use and daily 100 sms free. But that is not working now.
              We recharged with 509 plan but we are not getting daily free data.
              Please respond on this issue. Airtel should respond and rectify my issue.
              Without providing proper network service, collecting every month rental. So many times raised a complaint, no use and closing the complaints without resolving the network issues and problems
              Please can help with ma numbers past 2 months sms received n sent history to ma another airtel num please old number has been lost please can u help with this

                My Airtel SIM number is [protected] but not fully speed internet available in my device and this Airtel company is very cheap campanula and I will leave few weak I earned in few time to rest my Airtel internet problem solve it
                I have chosen airtel 4g postpaid plan. I am not able to complete the televerification by calling 59059. When i tried calling 59059 then its automatically disconnecting no matter how many times i have called the number
                I converted my airtel no to prepaid this April and also paid the remaining balance amount for the Month. But I received Postpaid bill even after cancellation of the service. It is very dissapointing service. Can i expect them to look this matter. Looking for a positive favour.
                Airtel Communication has been deduct my mobile balance worth Rs.35.00 on dated 02.05.18 as a VAS Sport Video Pack.
                Amount deduct without any confirmation/authorization from my side.

                Please help to return deduct amount and also raise penalty to Bharti Airtel against unauthorized deduction.
                On my last recarge Airtel offerd me 28GB+31GB extra in 149 recarge ..but I can't get the same. After some days I'll talk with customer care and he told me you'll get the same after 10 days .. now it's 15th day of my plan but i can't get the same and costumer helpline is out of service ...

                  International roaming activated on no: [protected] on 7th may 2018 for 3997.
                  Received confirmation sms that roaming was activated.
                  Parents landed in us on 9th may 2018, plan is supposed to contain 500mins of free calls.
                  However parents got charged for incoming and outgoing calls, the balance got over and are unable to make calls now.
                  This is completely irresponsible from airtel side to have issues on a critical service like this.

                    I have a mobile no. Which is [protected] have been recharged with rs.80./ and get rs.75./ but my balance has shown of rs.25./. I have tried my best to show all details after downloading airtel app but i am unable to get any details even it also not shown recharge details.
                    Because of balance deduction we have not make any recharge on this no.. Some time ago i make complaint for this balance deduction and deactivate all the services and now it happen again.
                    If you are unable to provide a good services to your valuable customer how can you think that you can survive on this competitive market.
                    Because of your balance deduction we are avoiding to make recharge on this no. But now i am frustrated from your services.

                    Just remove my all services and pay the balance of amount which has been deducted for any applying services.

                    If you don't return my balance i'll go to the consumer forum for taking action against your fraud.

                    Hence its a request to you that return the amount of money and deactivate all the services which have been activated by yours.

                      We went airtel office on 8th may 2018, behavior of airtel executive rishiraj from c-scheme branch jaipur, is very rude, when i went for an inquiry of my bill dues, i asked for my bill detail he asked me to wait for an hour. I activated international roaming plan of 2999for 10 days and by mistake of airtel they charged 2 times for same plan and even when i asked to make a call to manager, he himself was very rude krishank from bombay, really disappointed from the airtel service.                         I have port my number from airtel to idea.in the last bill, they have 500 rs extra exclude my monthly rent for internet charges (Even if i have left my 35 gb data in the account)
                        My number - [protected]. I go to airtel store but they said they can't raise my complaint. So please resolve my bill issue.

                        The company like airtel they can make such small mistakes and i can't raise the issue in the airtel store as well.

                            I am constantly being harassed by airtel representatives for a bill payment. I had an outstanding bill of 12, 600 which i paid in april, 2018 and had requested them to disconnect.

                            I have received another bill worth 8, 000 out of nowhere and now have started receiving calls from the representatives asking me to pay the bill. The representative from mumbai (That's what she said) are absolutely uneducated and speak in unacceptable ways like airtel kya apki wajah se chalti hai kya etc. When i asked them for a solution, they had no idea. Instead, she yelled saying call this customer every 2 minutes.

                              I am receiving message from a$-tfarot like "callcost: rs.0.00 duration: 00:1:09 bal: rs0.00". I am worried because of this message, as i am not using the phone for calling at that time and i am receiving call usage details. Can you please help me in this as i am receiving this message sometimes during night also, while i am not using the phone. Can you look into this seriously as i think that this is someone is using the number..

                                I have been using airtel postpaid services from a quite long time now. Earlier i never checked the bill details but since from the time i noticed that there are extra charges everytime, i started investigating and found the discrepancy in the bill.

                                These people take complaints and waive off the fees (After a lot of discussion), but is that the correct approach. Not everyone checks the bill details every single time.

                                Such a poor service!

                                  Hi team,
                                  I am chasing the airtel customer care service for past 1.5 years and till now i have not received any resolution.
                                  I am facing some. Serious network issues on my airtel number. There customer care is the worst in the world.
                                  I have filed multiple complaints with them and they gives you some amateur and unprofessional answers. I am facing difficulties in receiving calls let alone internet.
                                  I am using airtel number for 7 years now. I have contacted every team possible but no resolution.

                                    My airtel number [protected] has stopped working all of a sudden. On the 3rd of may i did a recharge of 200 rs to replenish the balance. But soon after recharge was done the number was rendered out of service. Received no response from airtel customer service ([protected]@in. Airtel.com) despite emailing them twice.
                                    I request the resumption of service to my phone number since i'm not able to receive otp from anywhere i've given this number.

                                      Customer care representative advised me to to change my sim card.
                                      I have changed my sim card but nothing is changed.
                                      My data net speed is very slow in office too.
                                      Please do the needful otherwise i will have to look another network such as vodafone, jio etc.

                                        I have mistakenly recharged my number ([protected]) on[protected]Yesterday) with ₹:498,

                                        The number was already recharged with the same plan 1 month ago and the plan is remaining for another 60 days. But still the company has processed my recharge request without any warning of the same plan existing in my number. This is pure business by exploiting an error that can often occur from a customer.
                                        I contacted them regarding the issue and they were not giving a positive reply.

                                        So, i am kindly requesting you to take necessary actions for a refund or transfer of the same plan to my friend's airtel number ([protected]).
                                        Hope you will consider my request.
