Now few days i received many massages from "a$-tfarot" related to information of calls and massages deduction with duration (As same as when any call or massage occured). But in those moment i was sleeping or not handling my phone. So i am little worried about that who called or sent massages. Please help me come out this problem and block those kind of things from my airtel mobile no. [protected

    I hv upgraded to a new 4g sim from 3g. Then got the sms that my new sim card is ready. Now, the problem is that my new sim card is showing signal but no incoming, out going, internet facility is working. Again and again i m receiving the sms that your services have been set. Please restart your handset. Please help.

      Airtel team[protected] morning i want to try add 96 rs money to my airtel wallet through pnb net banking but transection is unsuccessful and amount is deducted is my bank account. I want my refund my amount immediately. So take a matter priority base. Also attached screenshot for proof. My wallet mobile number is [protected] airetl payment bank customer care number 400 not working it is only ivr system not a customer support.

        Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person. Moreover taking these much amount from a common person is not the right thing. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated. A proper prior notice should be sent.

        FITONZA service is deducted 2 time means 70rs. It's a huge amount for me. One more service is also activated AIRTEL NOW FLASH. For this also they have deducted the same amount. That means, around 105₹-140₹ is deducted from my account. I dint even know where the money is floating because I'm using unlimited pack. Please refund my amount back to my account.

            Hi guys, airtel have started unlimited packs like jio..
            But this is really not great plan by them..
            They have condition through which u pay more than jio packs

            I had done 199 one month, 28 days..
            But after that next day they deducted 400 rs just for one day internet. Which i was totally unaware that 28 days are over..

            So i had to pay 400 for one day.. Wer jio gives 400 for 84 days..

            Just be beware before choosing airtel..
            Jio doesn't cut money for net after month end...

            Hope airtel stops playing game before they loose customers

              As i am facing some problem in my call history i. E. My father should not know about my personal calls i am talking everyday, i wanted to erase all my call and sms history from my sim card so that i should not get caught.
              So i have a request that please help me in above said so reason of removal of call history permanently from my sim card.

                How can a company say fastest network of the world, ask consumers they are even not getting network coverage how can they be getting good 4g speed. I cant understand if jio ad orher networks are able to provide good speed over internet or network bars then why airtel has a problem.

                i am a postpaid airtel subscriber and using two phone iphone x and iphone 8 plus both have airtel and both has the same issue of network..i have given many complaints about this but no answer i went to airtel store they gave me a new sim but issue remains the same.Its just the customer bas who has made airtel strong otherwise companies are already in full plannning to sye airtel . Kindly fix it

                    Here i am sharing about 4g network at nellore (Dt), andhra pradesh... I am using airtel prepaid sim since last 10 to 15 yrs.. I love this network very much... When i changed my sim 2g to 4g then the problem was started... Sorry to say that 2g speed is better than 4g speed in nellore..
                    A very small type of file like under 10 - 20 mb downloading it can take 10-15 min.. My friends suggest me to port to another network.. But i can't do it.. Plz.. I request to you solve the issue as early as possible.. This is not my own problem. Number of my frnds suffer with this problem.. So hopefully u can understand and rectify the problem..

                      I requested for an airtel device on official airtel website. I got a call back from the airtel team and the device was delivered to me without any problem. During delivery i was asked to make payment to an account which had no connection with airtel. Also they asked me to pay more than what was told to me by airtel customer care.
                      Details of the bank account that was shared to me is as follows :

                      I called up airtel customer care but they did not register my complaint instead asked me to send an email.

                        I did not opt for any value added service but services like kids zone charging rs. 25 for 5 days and spuul movies service charging rs. 150 for 30 days has been activated without my consent. I even tried to call the customer care but no response has been given from there side. Recently, in the morning i got a recharge of rs. 210 and now only rs. 3 is left as my account balance.

                        What should i do now?

                          So many times i requested for centrx number for silk market but no action was taken for my request
                          Plz take a request to start a centerx number on my airtel landline no.[protected] as its a new connection taken a month back

                            I urgently need international roaming activated basic plan 149 rs for a month from 10th may 2018. However am unable to get the activated despite multiple efforts on internet and also on 121 customer care number. Two conversations on customer care number with 1/2 hour waits and yet problem not resolved and i am expected to call again. This basic issue should have been resolved within 2 calls but yet not satisfied if this will be closed and am expected to call time and again to chase up for this.. Feeling exasperated!

                                Muje airtel com network nahi de pa rahi,,, koi javab nahi deta, dusri com. Me jane nahi dete 90 day tak, and network na ho fir bhi payment karna padta hai, com ka nodel officer kavita bhi thik se ans nahi deti. Me ye com se nikal kar dusri co. Idea me jana chahata hu. Lakin govt ke niyam mutabik ye possible nahi hai to muje kay yahi face karna padega,

                                GST numbers not incorporated on following mobile/phones. Airtel has confirmed 2-3 times that your numbers have been registered and in next bill it will incorporate. Since Sept 2017 we are waiting for it.

                                  I have recharge for rs 448/- validity 82 days, for the number [protected], but the internet speed is less it ranges 7kbps to 28kbps, i am unable to download the application, and also unable to see video . airtel company is not giving the speed. They says dayly 1.4gb /2gb per day but there is no speed, no internet usage, no download,

                                    I am complaining about my airtel number ([protected]) delhi. I withdrawal duplicate sim from meerut airtel store but it is not started yet now. When i call customer care 121 they don't reply a satisfactory answer and tell me to call [protected]. But this number is not reachable. If delhi number can not be started from meerut. Why they issued me duplicate number from meerut.

                                      My airtel prepaid no. Is [protected]... On 8th of april 2018 i received a call from airtel retention team from this no.[protected]... A lady informed me that i will be given an offer of rs93 o[censored]nlimited calling and 1gb data for 28 days... She told me to recharge after 24hrs... But no offer like that is available till now... I have a call recording proof... Pls help me out asap... Thanks

                                        I had ported my no. From vodafone to airtel. Reason of porting was vodafone data was not good.

                                        I was given assurance from airtel person who has called me that you will get better service in airtel. Since last 2.5 months i was very busy in my office work so most of the time i was in office.in office airtel network is good.
                                        Since last 2 weeks i have started using the phone in my home connectivity is very bad for calls, forget about data.
                                        I have to go in balcony or go down in building compound to talk as connectivity for call is very very bad. Most of the time people are not able to contact me if my phone is inside the house.
                                        On [protected] someone from network team had call, i gave him live example i had to go down in building compound and talk.
                                        On [protected] someone from network team had called i was not able to talk and network went off, after that i did not get call from network team.
                                        From [protected] i was trying to talk to nodal office but i was not able to connect to them so i called from [protected] and spoke tosana (Nodal team) while speaking to her i had to keep my mobile in front of window and she also could feel the disturbance and voice cracking/disconnecting in between.
                                        If you need any further proof send your person to my place and tell them to use my phone and talk.

                                        Here sorry to say vodafone network for call was 100% times better then airtel.

                                        In last week, i have done a blunder of porting my other two vodafone nos. To airtel and as on today all my three phones are on airtel and network is not good not sure whose call i will miss. Data also does not work properly.

                                        Will highly appreciate if you can resolve the network issue asap, if you are not able to resolve the issue soon, let me know the process of porting back to vodafone.

                                        Here i will say it is not my issue, i was given assurance service will be good which is not. Also when you have given me the no. You should have checked whether there is services available in my residence area or not.

                                        I have raise the complaint for all my three nos. Will highly appreciate your prompt response in this matter.
