I request you to stop the offer advertisement you guys do before every call i make and i recently called customer service and from supervisor (Rohidas jogle). He informed me that other number advertisement is been placed over the call but that number isn't airtel and they clearly say it's airtel offer so please stop this # and close pca services for my number

    I am unable to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] for the past 48 hours. I had got my number changed from postpaid to prepaid about 3 months back. Now i am unable to recharge my number via any means be it airtel app, airtel website, paytm, airtel store, freecharge. I have called customer care but they are not ready to raise a complaint and are consistently saying that there is no issue from their end.

      I took airtel broadband connection which includes amazon prime subscription free for one year. I took the plan on 3rd may-2018 and paid three months subscription fee of rs 4068. Later sales executive told while collecting documents it will be activated once broadband is fixed. Broadband fixed on 5th may-2018. But till 8th may-2018 amazon prime account and land line is not activated.

      The biggest problem with Airtel is it's customer care number. There is no way to connect to them. Only IVR will ask you to dial all the numbers and will never resolve the problem. I don't know why Airtel is doing this, may be the cost cutting. There is no way to register a query or compliant. Worst customer care service system.

        I took new mobile for which only nano sim works. Visited airtel store in jayanagar, opp. Ragigudda arch road yesterday and got the new nano sim linked to my number and when checked the people over there said it will be activated in 4 hrs time. This was done around 7.30 p. M till now i. E. Next day 11.44 a. M sim not activated. When checked with customer care, they are asking to visit the store again. As i am working unable to visit the store during office hrs. Searched for the store's number and dialing the number given in their site bharti airtel limited, address: 1193, 26th main opposite raggigudda arch road, jayanagar, 9th block, bengaluru, karnataka 560069 - phone[protected] and there is no response.

        Very very bad customer care.

          I have been with airtel from last 10 years. But never faced this kind of problem.
          Whatsmob service got activated on my airtel no. On 30th april with msg "txn id n[protected], 30apr18 10:34. Service will be renewed after validity expiry."
          They deducted rs.75 for 15 days service from my balance without my knowledge. How they can take our balance without our consent.
          I would like to get my balance back.

          My name is Rajesh. My father, a senior citizen, is using his airtel number [protected] for the last 10-15 years. Please note that unwanted services are activating in this number without proper consent. As an aged person, he is not aware of features of mobile phones except making calls and texting messages. Last week, an amount of Rs. 150/- was deducted from his balance by showing a message "WHATSMOB service has been activated @ Rs 150 for 30 days. Txn ID N[protected], 16 May 2018.Service will be renewed after validity expiry". Please note that he is using a Nokia mobile with keypad as he is not familiar with Android phone and has not activated any such services. As per TRAI regulations, unwanted services should not be activated in mobiles without consent of the Customer. When I called the customer care on 19/05/2018, they told they can deactivate the service, but can't refund the money back. I told them that I am going to make a complaint, then they told that they are calling from the top and I cant complaint anywhere. This kind of looting is not good for such a reputed company, Anyway, we are going to port the number to BSNL and will be informed with my friends too about this shameful incident.

          Similar complain we have
          I am an airtel customer for last 18 years.
          Since last 4 months, my bill showing Rs 3K each month, extra, for SMS from foreign nos at rs 5 each sms, without we explicitly starting any service . My phone also do not seem to receive these sms, while bill shows. In total I have already paid 5k for these sms. I have a Rs 999 plan.
          Before this my 86yr old mothers phone, many unwanted service got enabled, and I had to visit store to disable in the middle of pandemic.
          This is robbery in broad daylight.

          That our phone didn't receive any physical sms, though bill shows, is not provable, as it can be said that we deleted messages. Since we don't see the SMS, in our phone we cannot block either.

          we are completely stuck with a falsified bill that shows foreign sms delivered to phone.

            Its been 8 month when i port my reliance number to airtel from then till i find airtel to be the worst in providing services to their customers. Please review your services especially as on both of my number it always says "is route ki sabhi line byasth hai". Never my call is connected in first attempt it always takes 10-20 time to connect to a call to anybody...

              Hi,

              I have been raising daily request to get airtel dth installed at my new location.
              Its been 4 days first request i raised on 5th may 2018. Daily visit of technician is being scheduled once in morning 9 to 10 and in evening 7 to 8, till now nobody has come. Customer care executive has assured me it would be done today, these kind of assurance i am getting daily.

              Daily i am calling 3 to 4 time to customer care executives and going through mental harrasment.

              May be today it would get installed or may be not,
              I have recording of the call that i have with airtel customer care.
              I want action to be taken against airtel or any form of compensation atleast for mental harrasment that they have given to me.

                I have been notified that there is an outstanding of rs. 1720.07 due on 21.05.2018, against my bill dated 03.05.2018 for my mobile no.[protected].
                My current plan is infinity family plan - rs.799 with 9 packs effective 16.04.2018.
                Now i received a bill dated 13.05.2018 for the period 02.04.18 to 01.05.18. For rs. 1720.07 due on 21.05.2018.
                1. Please clarify whether i am still billed for my old plan.
                2. Kindly mail details of my bill dated 13.05.18 for rs. 1720.07.
                3. Also, notify my billing cycle for my present plan

                  charges for 1860- series - false marketing of unlimited calling plans

                  I am being charged for calling 1860 series numbers in-spite of having a unlimited local and std calling plan.

                  On reaching out to airtel i was told that these are special numbers and you will be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan.

                  I have an app of airtel payment bank in which my rs. 1000/- has been blocked due to debit transaction are not allowed. I complained to customer care to solve the problem and customer care instruct to me for sending signed photo & address proof id. I do not understand why they are asking these details again even after my successful kyc. Please take needful action against the company.

                    I have to go a bit in past to explain the issue..
                    I opted for 3 months safe custody for my number with airtel for 150 rs with an addition of rs 50 for any additional month on 26 july 2017. I requested for deactivation of my safe custody on 19 th november through email which was well bbeyond 90 days.. Airtel never bothered to contact me for extention on anything.. They did not even disconnect my number and my mobile was back in service within 24 hours.

                    So now since i had to travel abroad again i requested my number to be on safe custody with the same terms and above on january 10. They asked me to pay a due amount of 84 rs the same moment for the same which i duly paid... On april 20 i get a message from airtel stating that my safe custody has been de activated and i can continue to enjoy my services.. (Attached is the screenshot of the email). When i returned to india to my disbelief airtel permanant disconnected my number without any notice. The last email i received from airtel was the one attached where is dosent mention anything about disconnection infact it says i can continue to enjoy the services.. I go to store they say pay 300 and it will be active in 3 days.. But when i ask for an explanation they say email or contact customer care.. Customer care says email or visit store.. The only reply i get from the email is that we are looking into the matter... I wonder why airtel had double standards for the two times where i activated safe custody.. Causing immense mental agony as i can't do anything in the brief period i am in india.. As all my banking transactions are affected.. And it is a big hassle. And yes one more thing.. I went to pay my 114 rs due at airtel store vijayanagar bangalore they said i will get a receipt via email.. Which i never got... And after a day customer care tells me that amount is still due and has to be paid. Kindly assist me in this matter.. Thanks a lot!!..

                      I have ported my number from aircel to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                      This is such a bad service for users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                      Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                        Dear team,

                        I am using airtel prepaid number since 6 years and past 3 years i’m having minimum balance of 100 rupees and using as international roaming service as i relocate to dubai just to keep my sim active. I’m regularly getting sms in span of 2 months to recharge as i have not used my sim which i’m recharging every month amount between 30 to 40 rupees.

                        Past 5 months my balance automatically deducted which i ignored but from last few months my balance deducted regularly. Few days ago 99 rupees was deducted and notified by sms that due to international roaming service?? What’s that which i didn’t receive before and why my balance is deducted regularly.. I have not activated any games or whatever as i’m using nokia 1035 not a smart phone.. I feel like cheated??.. Please advise and return my auto deducted balance or better to port the sim.

                          I am facing issue like network busy and unable to call. It is so irritated because of continuously having.
                          Whenever i am trying to connect someone.
                          1. Mostly first time get connected. But in case next person is busy or not get connected. And next i will try to connect, it is unable to get connected. Message throughout network is busy. Then if want to connect again then i have to wait for 10 to 15 min.
                          2. Once i have done first call. Unable get connected second call. Same message as above.

                          Mobile no. [protected] this is postpaid connection. So in that case i have to pay whole amount.

More then 20 times I called but didn't connect. while calling voice comment saying all lines are busy.. actually what is this. Listen network is very useful for emergency purpose but airtel very worst. Sim no:[protected]. Now iam asking to airtel owner, R U USING Airtel NETWORK.                               I convert my postpaid airtel no.[protected] into prepaid on 23rd march and recd. Prepaid sim no.[protected][protected]u from airtel outlet at vadapalani. Even after lapse of 45 days the prepaid sim given to me not activated till date. Visited the same outlet number of times to get it activated.. But no response.in my last visit on 27th april i was told with in 5 days the sim will be activated.. But till date no action taken to activate the sim.. I spoke to one of your staff at vadapalani outlet mr. Mahendran in no.[protected] but no use. I don't know how long i have to wait to get the prepaid sim activated. I am giving this complaint to solve my problem at least even after this.

                                I'm not able to call any other numbers because of poor network connection that too during night times the network is not working properly, i will switch off and then on the phone then only i can make calls. Then very poor 4g internet service very slow loading and can't connect to any website or bank apps in any emergency situations. Please solve this network problem immediately or else i don't have any option other than changing your network.

                                  I had taken rs.10/- advance talk time in the month of march 2018 it has not been deducted up to date and today after a recharge of rs. 199 your company is showing 0 balance. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Rectify this as soon asap or else i will be forced to join a different company. I would like you to make its deductions and recharge my mobile with the balance amount.                                     I am using airtel number i.e. [protected] more than 8 years. However, i am facing many challenges on same number from few months, below are the issues.
                                    1. Network issue which incoming and outgoing calls
                                    2.speed.
                                    3. Call drop etc.

                                    Also, i have called many times to customer care on 198 or talked with seniors (Priyanshu) but they used to provide same resolution or team members . I raised multiple cases for having same issues to technical team where did't get any response from technical team members, below are cases details.

                                      I had received a call from Airtel DTH regarding an offer stating that recharge of Rs 699 in my DTH number [protected] will have a validity of 6 months. As per the offer i recharged mt DTH on April 20, 2018 with Rs 699. After few days when we called back to know about the 699 pack validity, customer care executive informed that, the pack has not been activated, we will have to do a recharge of Rs 100 again to activate the pack (can be verified from call records), we again did a recharge of Rs 100 in my Airtel DTH number [protected]. Again we called on 07.05.2018 to confirm the validity of pack, again the customer care executive informed that has not been activated because of insufficient balance, we will have to recharge with Rs 100 again to activate the pack. we felt cheated and asked the customer care people to disconnect our digital TV connection, and refund the amount, they straight way refused to refund the remaining balance. This is a staight case of cheating customers. Kindly look into the matter and help innocent customers from being cheated.
