I took new mobile for which only nano sim works. Visited airtel store in jayanagar, opp. Ragigudda arch road yesterday and got the new nano sim linked to my number and when checked the people over there said it will be activated in 4 hrs time. This was done around 7.30 p. M till now i. E. Next day 11.44 a. M sim not activated. When checked with customer care, they are asking to visit the store again. As i am working unable to visit the store during office hrs. Searched for the store's number and dialing the number given in their site bharti airtel limited, address: 1193, 26th main opposite raggigudda arch road, jayanagar, 9th block, bengaluru, karnataka 560069 - phone[protected] and there is no response.
Very very bad customer care.
