Hi,
From past 1 month there in no proper network of airtel, i m prepaid user, living in north bangalore. This network is such a worst quality that forget about 4g, #g, not even able to call. Everytime i have restart mobile to call somebody that to limited time or i have to go some rare places to call. I felt cheated by switching to airtel network from bsnl network. And everybody in this area facing same problem. I think soon we all need to switch to some other network, if situation remains same.

    Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza has been activated without any previous notice. But i didn't activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person. Moreover taking these much amount from a common person is not the right thing. So kindly look in to the issue and refund my amount. Such kind of activities should not be repeated. A proper prior notice should be sent.

      I am using airtel prepaid since almost 10 years. I am staying at anjugramam near kanyakumari. Last month i approached one of your office at nagercoil, chetticulam for changing prepaid to postpaid. Your office was responded that, the said area is not possible to issue postpaid connection. Then self has given my friend address where he is staying at nagercoil proper.
      On address verification same was informed, but they refused to convert from prepaid to postpaid.
      I never expect this from airtel.

        I m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently or the other party will not hear my voice and call breaks.

        Complaint was logged on april 10th, but no proper response from the customer care. Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.

        We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

        Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but when checked sim card status it is showing -120 dbm 67 asu.

        I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now.

        I cannot disconnect this connection as this corporate connection and forced to use.

        Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

        Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.

          I have ported my number from telenor to airtel. I hoped that airtel provides good customer experience, but i was wrong. I ported to airtel 4g for which the service centre took 50 rs without any reciept. After 7 days the sim got activated but it shows 3g connection. Network is pathetic. It shows no service every 5 minutes. When i asked the service centre to explain why my connection is 3g, they simply said dial 121 and see yourself. When i did that, the voice says "you have a 4g handset, upgrade to 4g, contact nearest service centre". I'm fed up with people not ready to help or respond

            I tried 3G and 4G still nothing works. Network shows both towers but internet is totally not working. Even now I am mailing via a Vodafone internet. Check the attached files . When I check in open networks it shows my area has excellent network . But it’s all rubbish.

              I was a premium user for airtel from a very long time. I heard from many user that they play cheap tricks to fool customers when they showcase something new. I dint listen to them and subscribed to 499 plan to get airtel secure benifit. When the time has come to claim the insurance they simple rejected it for a silly reason. I dropped my phone accidentally when i am getting down from my car. and they declared it as a negligence from my end and rejected the claim. How foolish is this.
              Let me talk about the tv ad them isnt it her negligence to walk in the same direction where other person is confrenting her. Why do you fool people? this is disappointing. I am going to spread this injustice happened to me the maximum.

                It's been almost 10-12 months that the amount has been deducted while recharging my airtel prepaid. But it's not recharged, the balance is still showing when i visited the airtel store, but they are not able to refund me the amount back.
                Even i have provided the canceled cheque so that the amount can be directly transferred to the bank, but still no update from them.

                Please do look into this issue, i am fed up with this kind of service where no one is ready to listen to us and our hard earned money is trapped.

                  I have taken airtel wifi plan in which amizone prime was to be given to me. Despite of calling end no times to spokesperson to the one who came for connection to airtel service centre who and where not. Nobody gave me exact solution. Everybody was just hustling came onto each other. It has been 10 days since my wi-fi is working. I had payed all adequate bugs but i have not given the exact things as mentioned in the contract.

                      I never sent any request to subscribe for DESITUBE but on 1 may 2018 I received a sms from airtel that 35rs debited from my main account.                         It has been one complete day now since my internet has not been working i have to ask for hotspot to other people time again to check my emails, social media and this is too much. I have no more patience left with these lame services as it happens to me every third month and this is really pathetic. Please take a notice of it and kindly fix it as soon as possible.

                          mobile network issue in marathahalli bangalore area

                          We are facing lot of mobile network issue in our area (Munnekollal, marathahalli). Signal is very bad and to take calls we need to come out of apartment.
                          Mobile shows full network but incoming and outgoing of calls won't work, this is not an issue with specific mobile. We have multiple airtel numbers everyone are facing same issue in our apartment. After raising complaints also this problem is not getting solved....

                            I had subscribed to the airtel infinity plan (12 months) in november 2017. I was given that plan then but subsequently airtel changed the plan to south mega pack and i am not aware when this happened.

                            Interestingly when i recharged i was not sent any email confirming the plan and i was in for a rude shock when i realised today that my plan has changed and i was being charged on a daily basis when the new plan also says 12 months pack. I need airtel to rectify and update the same plan i had paid for as this is absolutely disgusting and unethical practice on their part

                              It is regarding airtel complaint no — 84492277.
                              This was regarding the airtel hotspot has stopped connecting in the office location. This complaint was raised on 3rd april 2018. The airltel personnels had confirmed me that they will be seeing this as they have not updated their software /database for the area. Although it's been one month airtel people don't look into the issue and their tendency is to deceive me telling lies. It is really disrespectfull for a customer. I need action on this and the people trying to deceive the customers.

                                  I have been charged for international sms charges on my postpaid bill for 99*39. I did not send these sms.

                                  I had been charged around 160rs for sms from the period from 1st april till 12th april 2018.

                                  Customer care says its valid charges since some setting is on in your iphone. They why there are no charges post 11th april 2018. And they claim that those settings should be changed. Howcome a iphone setting will send international sms without my consent to unknown number?

                                  Are you guys cheating us indirectly?

                                    I visited airtel store near bhoiwada petrol pump, dadar, mumbai regarding a fraudulent swipe of sim case. The store manager, pawan, did not help me regarding the same. Instead tried to mock me for having been in such a situation. After one hour of discussion, pawan expressed that he is unable to help with the issue because of xyx reason. I won't to another airtel store 5 mins away and got the issue solved. I suspect cultural bias as is am not originally of mumbai. I am taking this issue against pawan to other legal bodies. As i customer i except airtel to look into this matter.

                                      Airtel superstore got activated, deducting inr 90 for a month, automatically. I neither activated nor confirmed any vas. Mobile data hasn't been switched on for days on the sim. Even first time i came to read 'superstore' is thr company's message of deducting the amount.
                                      The deducted amount, i request, must be refunded thereby disabling the particular vas.
