Respected sir/mam I am Tanka Mani Chettri humble resistance of kalimpong, west Bengal, on 8/5/18 I got call from unknow number and when I received that call he told me that he is A.Sing from Kolkata and he told me to install aitel 4g tower.first he told me that he will give me 15lakhs as soon as the works begins and rs 15000 monthly.later he told me send Id proof and documents of land in his what'sapp number .so can you please help me to decide what should I do .is it fake or it's true?

    This is to notfiy you that i am fail to connect with any of my telecom network at my residence area, i am using airtel, idea, jio but no one performed properly in my area many of my neighbors facing the same problem, every single cal i have to move out of my house. Apart from that internet is also week, bellow is the my residence address :

    A-12 nirmal homes, sports college kursi road lucknow.

    Kindly resolve this network issue immediately.

      Hi Airtel,

      This is really frustrating for me, the way you are taking revenge for porting from Airtel.
      I ported my airtel postpaid number "8050xxxx56" to Jio around 17th March 2018. My last billing date was 12 March 2018 and the bill amount was Rs. 278. I had around 26GB of carry forward data + 10GB of current month's data in my account. The porting was successful but after some days I started getting calls from airtel regarding bill payment. They told me that I have Rs. 325 (Rs. 625 total - 300 security deposit) of bill amount still due and I need to pay that.
      I had plan of Rs. 199 per month and around 36GB of carry forward data, then how come my bill can be of Rs. 625.

      I tweeted to airtel regarding that, and got call from them telling that I should visit airtel office to clarify about it and since I had the carry forward data, they can only waive this.
      Then I visited airtel office (Radha Krishna Tower, 7 & 8, Ground Floor, 154/11, Opposite IIM B Main Gate, Bann, Bannerghatta, Karnataka 560076), for this. They told that since the number is deactivated, they do not have access to the data and only Airtel Head office can help.

      Then I visited airtel head office (55, Divyashree Towers, Bannerghatta Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029), again I get the same reply from them, that they do not have access to my number's database and only nodal officer can help and gave me your email id.

      After wasting so much time here and there, I emailed nodal officer, but they also did not reply. Now I do not have any other places to go.
      I will wait for a few days more and surely raise this issue in consumer forum with all my details.
      My questions to airtel:

      If there is a bill due for my number, why I have not received any bill for that amount either through email or SMS.
      Since I already had carried-forward data of more than 36GB, and my plan was of Rs. 199 per month, how the due for 5 days become Rs. 625

      Its been more than 24 hours.. but no reply from the Nodal Officer...
      I will keep this thread active unless they resolve my issue.

        Without prior information they deducted money from my main balance before 3 months (every month 19 Rs), after each deduction i called customer care the told next month it will not deducted. but next month again deducted again called them same reply but not resolve problem. now every day deducted money from previous four days. Again called them they provide some complaint no. and promise me next time not deducted money. Till date i have lost total 133 Rs. from airtel. Please request you take necessary action and stop automatic deduction money from my main balance mobile No. [protected].

          Airtel gone mad in tripura. Very unstable network, speed is good but it behaves up and down 10-15 times in minute which effect in games and other surfing stuff, in that way it effects jumping ping while gaming. Iam telling u airtel tumse na hopayega. Saala mera 500 nagalgay airtel,, i can't even use properly now its a headache to use airtel more 2 months.

          Airtel mera 509 kha gaya, thief network provider saala 4g ki maam pe fooling all their customers.Specially network fluctuation is the main headache while using Airtel, can't play online games, unstable ping.Network ups&down[protected].I pray to God and curse Airtel to vanish in the near future.Go to hell.

            Hi.
            My ported airtel sim card is not working.
            I had ported more than 10 days back. I was told by an airtel employee that it would work in 7 days maximum. It's been more than 10 days and now both my old vodafone sim and the airtel one aren't working. I'm able to receive calls but i'm not able to call anyone or use the data.
            I had paid for the initial data package too but i'm not able to use any of it. I really need a response asap.

                Have been using airtel prepaid sim since about years now, and from months i have been facing an issue of call dropping and unable to send sms to any number, i have registered a complaint about 50 times as of now, and everytime i was asked to wait till 24 hours to resolve the issue, but issue remains the same. I was asked to change the sim card as well, i changed the sim card and i changed my phone as well. Everytime i call the customer care centre i have to explain them about the issue and issue remains the same. Please help me

                  Sir my airtel dth id [protected] suddenly get one message through mobile no 98110412 that omshakti channel activated and rs 39will be deducted. But i have not subscribed it. Please deactivate it immediately and if any money deducted from my tv i'd pl refund the amount immediately.

                    I request you to stop the offer advertisement you guys do before every call i make and i recently called customer service and from supervisor (Rohidas jogle). He informed me that other number advertisement is been placed over the call but that number isn't airtel and they clearly say it's airtel offer so please stop this # and close pca services for my number

                      I am unable to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] for the past 48 hours. I had got my number changed from postpaid to prepaid about 3 months back. Now i am unable to recharge my number via any means be it airtel app, airtel website, paytm, airtel store, freecharge. I have called customer care but they are not ready to raise a complaint and are consistently saying that there is no issue from their end.

                        I took airtel broadband connection which includes amazon prime subscription free for one year. I took the plan on 3rd may-2018 and paid three months subscription fee of rs 4068. Later sales executive told while collecting documents it will be activated once broadband is fixed. Broadband fixed on 5th may-2018. But till 8th may-2018 amazon prime account and land line is not activated.

                        The biggest problem with Airtel is it's customer care number. There is no way to connect to them. Only IVR will ask you to dial all the numbers and will never resolve the problem. I don't know why Airtel is doing this, may be the cost cutting. There is no way to register a query or compliant. Worst customer care service system.

                          I took new mobile for which only nano sim works. Visited airtel store in jayanagar, opp. Ragigudda arch road yesterday and got the new nano sim linked to my number and when checked the people over there said it will be activated in 4 hrs time. This was done around 7.30 p. M till now i. E. Next day 11.44 a. M sim not activated. When checked with customer care, they are asking to visit the store again. As i am working unable to visit the store during office hrs. Searched for the store's number and dialing the number given in their site bharti airtel limited, address: 1193, 26th main opposite raggigudda arch road, jayanagar, 9th block, bengaluru, karnataka 560069 - phone[protected] and there is no response.

                          Very very bad customer care.

                            I have been with airtel from last 10 years. But never faced this kind of problem.
                            Whatsmob service got activated on my airtel no. On 30th april with msg "txn id n[protected], 30apr18 10:34. Service will be renewed after validity expiry."
                            They deducted rs.75 for 15 days service from my balance without my knowledge. How they can take our balance without our consent.
                            I would like to get my balance back.

                            My name is Rajesh. My father, a senior citizen, is using his airtel number [protected] for the last 10-15 years. Please note that unwanted services are activating in this number without proper consent. As an aged person, he is not aware of features of mobile phones except making calls and texting messages. Last week, an amount of Rs. 150/- was deducted from his balance by showing a message "WHATSMOB service has been activated @ Rs 150 for 30 days. Txn ID N[protected], 16 May 2018.Service will be renewed after validity expiry". Please note that he is using a Nokia mobile with keypad as he is not familiar with Android phone and has not activated any such services. As per TRAI regulations, unwanted services should not be activated in mobiles without consent of the Customer. When I called the customer care on 19/05/2018, they told they can deactivate the service, but can't refund the money back. I told them that I am going to make a complaint, then they told that they are calling from the top and I cant complaint anywhere. This kind of looting is not good for such a reputed company, Anyway, we are going to port the number to BSNL and will be informed with my friends too about this shameful incident.

                            Similar complain we have
                            I am an airtel customer for last 18 years.
                            Since last 4 months, my bill showing Rs 3K each month, extra, for SMS from foreign nos at rs 5 each sms, without we explicitly starting any service . My phone also do not seem to receive these sms, while bill shows. In total I have already paid 5k for these sms. I have a Rs 999 plan.
                            Before this my 86yr old mothers phone, many unwanted service got enabled, and I had to visit store to disable in the middle of pandemic.
                            This is robbery in broad daylight.

                            That our phone didn't receive any physical sms, though bill shows, is not provable, as it can be said that we deleted messages. Since we don't see the SMS, in our phone we cannot block either.

                            we are completely stuck with a falsified bill that shows foreign sms delivered to phone.

                              Its been 8 month when i port my reliance number to airtel from then till i find airtel to be the worst in providing services to their customers. Please review your services especially as on both of my number it always says "is route ki sabhi line byasth hai". Never my call is connected in first attempt it always takes 10-20 time to connect to a call to anybody...

                                Hi,

                                I have been raising daily request to get airtel dth installed at my new location.
                                Its been 4 days first request i raised on 5th may 2018. Daily visit of technician is being scheduled once in morning 9 to 10 and in evening 7 to 8, till now nobody has come. Customer care executive has assured me it would be done today, these kind of assurance i am getting daily.

                                Daily i am calling 3 to 4 time to customer care executives and going through mental harrasment.

                                May be today it would get installed or may be not,
                                I have recording of the call that i have with airtel customer care.
                                I want action to be taken against airtel or any form of compensation atleast for mental harrasment that they have given to me.

                                  I have been notified that there is an outstanding of rs. 1720.07 due on 21.05.2018, against my bill dated 03.05.2018 for my mobile no.[protected].
                                  My current plan is infinity family plan - rs.799 with 9 packs effective 16.04.2018.
                                  Now i received a bill dated 13.05.2018 for the period 02.04.18 to 01.05.18. For rs. 1720.07 due on 21.05.2018.
                                  1. Please clarify whether i am still billed for my old plan.
                                  2. Kindly mail details of my bill dated 13.05.18 for rs. 1720.07.
                                  3. Also, notify my billing cycle for my present plan

                                    charges for 1860- series - false marketing of unlimited calling plans

                                    I am being charged for calling 1860 series numbers in-spite of having a unlimited local and std calling plan.

                                    On reaching out to airtel i was told that these are special numbers and you will be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan.

                                    I have an app of airtel payment bank in which my rs. 1000/- has been blocked due to debit transaction are not allowed. I complained to customer care to solve the problem and customer care instruct to me for sending signed photo & address proof id. I do not understand why they are asking these details again even after my successful kyc. Please take needful action against the company.

                                      I have to go a bit in past to explain the issue..
                                      I opted for 3 months safe custody for my number with airtel for 150 rs with an addition of rs 50 for any additional month on 26 july 2017. I requested for deactivation of my safe custody on 19 th november through email which was well bbeyond 90 days.. Airtel never bothered to contact me for extention on anything.. They did not even disconnect my number and my mobile was back in service within 24 hours.

                                      So now since i had to travel abroad again i requested my number to be on safe custody with the same terms and above on january 10. They asked me to pay a due amount of 84 rs the same moment for the same which i duly paid... On april 20 i get a message from airtel stating that my safe custody has been de activated and i can continue to enjoy my services.. (Attached is the screenshot of the email). When i returned to india to my disbelief airtel permanant disconnected my number without any notice. The last email i received from airtel was the one attached where is dosent mention anything about disconnection infact it says i can continue to enjoy the services.. I go to store they say pay 300 and it will be active in 3 days.. But when i ask for an explanation they say email or contact customer care.. Customer care says email or visit store.. The only reply i get from the email is that we are looking into the matter... I wonder why airtel had double standards for the two times where i activated safe custody.. Causing immense mental agony as i can't do anything in the brief period i am in india.. As all my banking transactions are affected.. And it is a big hassle. And yes one more thing.. I went to pay my 114 rs due at airtel store vijayanagar bangalore they said i will get a receipt via email.. Which i never got... And after a day customer care tells me that amount is still due and has to be paid. Kindly assist me in this matter.. Thanks a lot!!..
