Well I m a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal, I ported into Airtel just because Tata DoCoMo does not have 3G or 4G services almost 2-3 years back. I had been using Airtel since 2016 & eventually had been complaining since last 14 months about the rediculous coverage Airtel has at different places of Kolkata.

So far the Fastest Network as the Global leader Okhla has certified it's nothing but rubbish I presume or rather Airtel...

worst network (airtel)

I have been experiencing worst network experience with airtel for more than 2 months. Started from on call complaints i moved to e-mail complaints. After dropping my first complaint over e-mail a new problem started which was getting 2-3 calls every day from their executives. Tooo much irritating. Now i scare of dropping any more mails to them the first reason why i scare is they can't resolve my concern and the second is they will irritate...

deactivate postpaid number

I bought airtel number [protected] data sim last year but now for the last 3 to 4 months i am not using this.
But everytime a bill of about 1500 is generated and customer care people are calling and forcing me to pay the bill even when i have not used it.

In the month of January also i was forced to pay around 800 rupees saying that after this we will deactivate your sim and no more bills will be made.But nothing of that...

forgot mpin as result unable to withdraw money submitted

Sir, I forget my mpin and also registered name which was filled by someone else, I am ready to submit necessary details if asked like aadhar card, email id .also i have done kyc from same number .as i have money left in my account, i was unable to use it .so, plz help me to resolve this issue .hope for the best...

No. Prompted with credit card details and i entered. Asked one time password that too given. broadband connection still not installed.

I have paid the broadband advance 3 month installation pack but till today the connection has not been installed. My receipt number is 3316585 and txn id is[protected] of rs 2475 for advance 3 month rental of pack of rs 699. I have been an airtel loyalist but never expected this kind of a response. Please install the connection as soon as possible or refund my money asap....

internet connectivity and customer care

Hi airtel,
the world's poor service nowadays,
i am suffering from very poor network since last one month and so that i contact airtel customer care but there is also a issue that the IVR syatem is designed like a labyrinth, becoz i waited 10 -20 minuts for connecting my call to csa and also the problem is that when i press any number. of my choice after play the menu so that the IVR dosent proceed for the same and playing...

4g internet too slow

I opted for airtel with the hope that they will provide the fastest internet as advertised by them but really disappointed it is too slow. Plzz look into the problem else i have to port it to some other network which could provide better speed... If i would have known that the internet condition is too bad i would have opted have some other network not airtel... Too bad....

regarding idle maintenance fee deduction from airtel dth

Myself Mahesh i have bought a airtel dth prepaid connection id [protected]-001. On subsequent recharges they have charged rs.15 calling it as idle maintenance fee. They claim this charge is idle maintenance fee for customer charge after due date. Though i have paid for the set up box, installation and dish, i am not sure what kind of idle maintenance they are doing on my set up box. These charges are not explained to me before selling me...

rs.75 deducted automatically with multiple times

Hi
I am using airtel prepaid number [protected]. Since last 1 week, airtel deducting rs.75 for smartskids package, again rs75 for schoolzone... For somany other packages... Which i was not activated.
Airtel activating automatically and deducting rs75 multiple times. Whenever my balance is over rs75.. They are deducting. Contacting customer care now a days very difficult.. They have some many options so that you cannot reach them...

My no is disconnected by last week. I am not getting any incoming and outgoing calls. I am not getting tower also. Kindly resolve the issue. Last week also i send complaint. But you are not resolve the issue.

I am in tamilnadu. Please rectify the issue. I am not getting any phone calls in my number....

Sir, as we all know that linking of aadhar with mobile number is not mandatory as per honourable...

network connection worst

It's about more than a year i complaint about network coverage, but yet the problem is not been resolved, don't know why. On advertisements you are telling that leh and other rural ares your network is super duper fast, but in delhi the metro city your network fails to reach customer end..
I am connected with airtel more then 10years but this is the way you are treating with your prime customers.....

whatsmob service activated

How can you do this to your users, activating a service and you think you can get away with that and to add to that no direct way to contact the customer care. I want my money back, deactivate the whatsmob service immediately and i don’t want any unauthorised service to be activated by itself, if you want me to keep using your network. sending or not receiving messages on my mobile set

I am not able to send or receive sms from my airtel sim card since last two weeks. I was using micromax d200. My mobile number is [protected]. Please slove this problem as soon as possible, 04 days back i contacted customer care they promised me within 48 hrs it will be activated soon, but till now they has not responded.

1. Unnlimited local calls
2. Unnlimited std calls
3. No roaming charges

regarding usage of alternate number

Hi,
I use 2 connections of airtel since almost 7-8 years and airtel broadband connection since 2.5 years. I have added one of my number (Which is used by my mom) for automatic bill payment with one of my credit card. Earlier whenever the payment was not made i used to get call to my number also which was provided as an alternate number. Since there was no call so i was thinking that payment was done through my credit card but suddenly...

unauthorized activation of unwanted services & deduction of balance amount

Maine 3 month ka unlimited pack liya tha jiski validity 19.06.2018 tak hai... But internet ki speed 4g ke naam pe 2g jaisi thi... Abhi 1hr before maine port ka message send karne ke liye rs. 20/- ka recharge karaaya because main balance zero tha.. Recharge ka rs.14/- ka balance mila.. & immediately rs. 5/- & rs. 7/- deduct ho gaye.. & spuulmovies & silkvideo ke naam se unknown service apne active ho gayi.. I m still surprised......
