Lifestyle service activated automatically and renewed automatically.
Applied for emergency loan and not received any balance, after recharge done loan with intrest is cutoff by the company.
Different customer care executive gives diffrent information for the service activated automatically.
For query or service complain or calling noddle officers cut off the balance.
Very rude behaviour of the executive officers, they unsolve the problems and say if you have another query you can call on 121. On requesting to transfer call to their officer they declined. One of the worst company.

I too have recording i m going to show these on twitter and will complain in consumer forum again and again if the problem will be not solved. They are fooling common men.

    The recharge done through any digital medium is throwing an error. Even the store people are not aware of why the transaction is being failed. There is even a lot of problem with the network. All of sudden you don't know about why there is no network on your phone and the customer care people reply by saying that there is a 5G line work which is going on please switch on to 3G and work on it. What is the reason advertising that India's best 4G network and speed when even there is no proper network

      I have recharged my both the Airtel numbers for US international calling packs of RS 3998/- for 30 days..
      Whereas I am unable to do any outgoing calls since yesterday..

      As I need to call my family members urgently at India

        In line with many other who have complained here, airtel has activated some service called whatsmob and deducted rs150 without my consent.
        How can a company like airtel do daylight robbery of customers.
        Would one look on if someone snatches 150 from you? Moreover the subscription is recurring. This arrogance from airtel needs to be challenged legally

          hello this is salman i m your custumer from so long as i ported my vodafone to airtel just because your service and plan then why today you guys sant me this wrong massage it was like i recieved this massage which givven below on dated 26/4/2018 so i rechagered at rupees 149 so why i m not gatting such as service on my number as i talked ur call canter guys rza and one more was not remember his name and ur senoir supervisior( VIPIN ...)
          kindly please make tha things batter and i have some more option to move in jio aur back to vodafone .. dear team it was only for your service which is gatting down day by day

          do my money back aur give me the plan for what i rechagered ...

            This is with reference to the auto activation of videopindw by airtel against my mobile number without my consent from 19th nov’17. This is completely unacceptable from a company like airtel which is totally unfair. Request you credit my mobile account on the amount deducted till date towards activation videopindw service

              Iam used ur(airtel) network many more years.iam not getting problems previously days.but Iam faced problems from 5 days ago.iam already completed to ur authorized customer care but there don't response my problem.don't connected ur costumer care support .so I complaint u it's not a complaint it's my request.iam waiting your message.if you don't solved my problem i immediately porting my number other network, and Iam advised to my friends choose a good networking, porting select other network.last but not least"' worst customer care support not connected early"

                Dear airtel am the guy who paying u money for my benifits, am not begged u and get talktime data pack r anything

                for last 1 yr am used JIO peacefully just tried to make differ in data purpose i tried to EC on Airtel again .U KNOW WAT THAT THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE DONE i get signal problem data highly consumed compare with with JIO if call to customer care i get a rude talk from ur service member Y bucz i recharged in ur company ryt [censored]ttttt get a lame answer and rough talk *****&&&&&&&, I Think i[censored] guys doing like this i betttt best network service provider i telecom u will dragged down to bottom soon

                only few peoples can complaint also listed l ike hell
                wat s going on here i havent used data today that much y its so slow airtel wat ru doing
                Pakkkkkka 420s still ur solving my problems otger operaterz got no issues in internet
                But airtel am complaing about it more about it regards net is not working properly is there any possible definetly am going to file in consumer court in 2days with all the recordings

                  [protected] fr this airtel number i'm getting many calls from caller tune purposes and dialer tones calls.. When i'm in wrk station it's really disturbing.. Me alot. Even when i'm in important calls this type o[censored]nnecessary calls always coming as second call. Pls avoid such calls it's really irritated.. Often calls of this type is unnecessary for me so pls take action regarding this. Thank you

                    Airtel always activating Value added services on my number without my knowledge..i am getting sms as some services activated on my number and some amount was charged for that..when i complained this to customer care they always replying that i am only activating services...i asked for refund of the amount deducted but they said they couldn't do that...so i decided to port my number to some other network..if we have main balance in airtel number they always deducting it by activating VAS without our knowledge..its also a kind of theft only

                      My airtel number ([protected]) has been deactivated inspite of the recharge I made on 10 April 2018.(Refer photo). I tried to call the number on 26th April but get this message " number does not exist.
                      Last sms I received was on 25 april. (Refer attached photos). Within one day my service was deactivated without notice.

                      Currently I am abroad and kept enough balance such that I atleast receive sms for my banking transaction.

                      I have a flight and my number is linked to many places like bank, whatsapp, etc.

                      My friend enquired about this at nearest airtel office even those guys are unable to figure out the cause for this.

                      I request to please activate my sim. In case of any recharge required. Please let me know

                        I called airtel several times for adding up new connection to my existing connection of dth they said that they ll call back in a while. I called for about 6 7 time on 16 april because of it i have to bear a loss. We couldnt share the same connection with third floor people and have to more for the same. I called customer support again and again but no replies and my problem is not solved. This was not at all expected from airtel it is now better to switch to some other service provider. Poor customer support.

                          I have purchases an airtel sim from airtel gallery, location khopoli.
                          The airtel store representative told to pay rs. 50/- for sim. I paid rs. 50/- and after 30 mins. I got a call from airtel store representative (The senior representative) from same location that i have to pay more rs 100/- for sim, or else it will be blocked. So i asked for bill receipt/invoice for sim purchase. So the person replied there is no bill receipt/invoice for sim.
                          This is to be solve to stop the corruption.

                              My old SIM (bearing mobile no. [protected]) stopped working suddenly on Monday.

                              The new SIM 4173U I got issued on Tuesday from Airtel store but it did not get activated until yesterday 12 noon and then I went to Airtel store again yesterday at 12 noon and they gave me new SIM 5662U and it has not been activated yet either.

                              I contacted Airtel store again few minutes ago and they said that due to some technical problem SIM activation will take some more time.

                              I do not understand what the problem is and why you are taking so long time to activate new SIM. My old SIM stopped working suddenly on Monday at 7 pm and it’s been more than 48 hours now since I am in constant touch with your Airtel store and customer care but all in vain. This type of poor service was not expected by a renowned company like Airtel.

                              Please do the needful today and activate my SIM 5662U today positively or else I will have to shift to some other network. You can contact me on my other Mobile No. [protected]

                              I will wait for your call and prompt reply.

                                I have been using [protected] phone number from last 10 years and travelling out of country from last 7 months.

                                Without any notification to me, my phone number has been issued to some other user which has resulted leakage of my confidential details like banking, whats app group etc.

                                Absolutely unacceptable from trusted service provider like airtel.

                                These Airtel people... they tell they give 40mbps speed and provide 2mbps speed.. i told i will go to consumer court and their reply is your wish... I’ll give a big headline in news paper . Bloody cheaters.. I’ll make sure this becomes a big issue in this country.
                                Under guaranty stuff they are asking money although person did Not carry the receipt book.
                                And company forced me to pay him.
                                This is company rule.
                                Strugglingbfrom last 20 days but no one responsible person contacted to me.

                                    I have biiked tickets on irctc connect app, date of ticket purchased 04/03/18 mode of payment was airtel payment bank.
                                    Tickets were cancelled on 13/04/18 & refund was rs 3680.
                                    On 15th april, i have received mail that money was refunded to me with following details.
                                    Date of cancellation of e-tickets-13/04/18
                                    Refund processed date-14/04/18
                                    Refund amount-3680/-
                                    Refund reference no-zp56692e047f899
                                    Payment gateway used - zaakpay pg.
                                    For net banking it takes 3-4 working days & for card it takes 3-4 working days.
                                    Previous to this cancellation, i have got refund in 3-4 days, only meaning i am getting that for large amount time for refund is more, it clearly shows company is holding my money to earn interest.

                                      I have generated a request for porting of state circle from west bengal to karnataka.in place of porting they that deactivated my sim, i am following up from pas one week and issue is not resolved. They have raised request for repair of the sim and resolution time is 72 hours which is actually completed and still sim is not working.

                                        I received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and my number will be ported.
                                        My old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.
                                        If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network.
                                        Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim

                                        Hoping this time my issue will be resolved
